| 3 | The Major Controlling Factors and Different Oolitic Shoal Reservoir Characteristics of the Triassic Feixianguan Formation,Eastern Longgang Area,NE Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘Based on comprehensive analyses of occurrence,petrological observation,pore structure and geochemistry,the different reservoir characteristics and reservoir evolutionary pathways between different oolitic shoal reservoir types of the Feixianguan Formation on the west side of the Kaijiang-Liangping Trough have been studied.There exist three stages of high-energy slope break belts in the Feixianguan period,the corresponding three stages of oolitic shoals gradually migrating in the direction of the trough.Three types of oolitic shoal reservoirs,namely,residual-oolitic dolomite,mold-oolitic dolomite and sparry oolitic limestone,were formed during sedimentary-diagenetic evolution,the pore types being intergranular dissolved pore,mold pore(or intragranular dissolved pore)and residual intergranular pore,respectively.The petrology,physical properties and pore structure of the different types of oolitic shoal reservoirs are quite different.Residual-oolitic dolomite reservoirs have the best quality,while sparry oolitic limestone reservoirs have the poorest.Combined with analyses of trace elements,rare earth elements and carbon-oxygen isotopes,it is suggested that the formation of residual-oolitic dolomite reservoirs is jointly controlled by penesaline seawater seepage-reflux dolomitization and hydrothermal dolomitization.Mold-pore oolitic dolomite reservoirs are controlled by penesaline seawater seepage-reflux dolomitization and meteoric water solution.The burial dissolution of organic acid not only further improves the reservoir qualities of previously formed oolitic dolomite reservoirs,but also preserves residual intergranular pores in the sparry oolitic limestone reservoirs. | GU Yifan JIANG Yuqiang LEI Xiaohua CHEN Zhiyong ZHOU Lu FU Yonghong JIANG Zengzheng | 2021 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,3: | 3 |
| 4 | Improvement in Resolution of Multiphoton Scanning Structured Illumination Microscopy via Harmonics显示文摘We describe a multiphoton(mP)-structured illumination microscopy(SIM)technique,which demonstrates substantial improvement in image resolution compared with linear SIM due to the nonlinear response of fluorescence.This nonlinear response is caused by the effect of nonsinusoidal structured illumination created by scanning a sinusoidally modulated illumination to excite an mP fluorescence signal.The harmonics of the structured fluorescence illumination are utilised to improve resolution.We present an mP-SIM theory for reconstructing the super-resolution image of the system.Theoretically,the resolution of our m P-SIM is unlimited if all the high-order harmonics of the nonlinear response of fluorescence are considered.Experimentally,we demonstrate an 86 nm lateral resolution for two-photon(2P)-SIM and a 72 nm lateral resolution for second-harmonic-generation(SHG)-SIM.We further demonstrate their application by imaging cells stained with F-actin and collagen fibres in mouse-tail tendon.Our method can be directly used in commercial mP microscopes and requires no specific fluorophores or high-intensity laser. | Lei Wang Xiaomin Zheng Jie Zhou Meiting Wang Jiajie Chen Youjun Zeng Gaixia Xu Ying Wang Haixia Qiu Yonghong Shao Junle Qu Bruce Zhi Gao Ying Gu | 2022 | Engineering2022,,9: | 1 |

Ochrobactrum anthropi (O. anthropi) was successfully isolated from the brain sample and was confirmed by biochemical reaction results (API 20 NE) and gene sequencing. The strain was highly resistant to b-lactam antibiotics. Mice were experimentally infected with O. anthropi and showed typical meningitis. | 14 | Angiopoietin-1 mRNA and Bcl-2 expression following estradiol treatment in ovariectomized rats with focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury显示文摘BACKGROUND:Estrogen has been clinically demonstrated to attenuate ischemic brain injury. However,the precise mechanisms remain controversial. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of estradiol on angiopoietin-1 mRNA and Bcl-2 expression, as well as apoptosis and cerebral blood flow,in ovariectomized rats with focal cerebral ischemia following reperfusion. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:Randomized,controlled,animal experiment.The study was performed at the Central Laboratory,Chongqing Medical University from September to December 2005. MATERIALS:Estradiol benzoate was purchased from Shanghai Ninth Pharmaceutical Factory; com oil was purchased from Walmart Supercenter;TUNEL kit,rabbit anti-rat Bcl-2 polyclonal antibody,and biotin-labeled goat anti-rabbit antibody were purchased from Wuhan Boster,China. METHODS:Healthy,female,6-month-old Wistar rats-wild-type and estrogen alpha receptor gene knockout(ERKO)-were randomly divided into estradiol and control groups with 25 animals in each group.The rats were intramuscularly injected with estradiol benzoate(100μg/kg per day) at 30 days following bilateral ovariectomy or corn oil(1 mL/kg per day) for seven consecutive days.Following administration,cerebral ischemia/reperfusion models were established using the right middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) method.After 30 minutes of MCAO,estradiol and control groups were separately injected with estradiol benzoate and corn oil with the above-mentioned doses. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Cell apoptosis was determined by TUNEL;angiopoietin-1 mRNA and Bcl-2 gene expression was determined,respectively,by immunohistochemical staining and RT-PCR.In addition,changes in cerebral blood flow were measured by laser Doppler flowmetry. RESULTS:Changes in angiopoietin-1 mRNA and cerebral blood flow in estradiol-treated,wild-type, MCAO rats following ischemia/reperfusion were greater than in control rats(P<0.01 or 0.05). However,no significant difference was observed between estradiol-treated ERKO MCAO rats and control rats.In addition,estradiol-treated wild-type and ERKO MCAO rats exhibited significantly increased Bcl-2 expression(P<0.05) and decreased number of apoptotic cells in brain tissues compared with control groups(P<0.05). | 15 | Diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis by OCT and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy显示文摘In this paper,optical coherence tomography(OCT)and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)were used to characterize normal knee joint(NKJ)tissue and knee osteoarthritis(KOA)tissue ex vivo.OCT images show that there is a clear hierarchical structure in NKJ tissue,including surface layer,transitional layer,radiation layer and cartilage matrix calcification layer tissue structure,while the hierarchical structure of KOA tissue is not clear and unevenly distributed,and the pathological tissues at different stages also show significant di®erences.SERS shows that NKJ tissue and mild osteoarthritic knee cartilage(MiKOA)tissue have strong characteristic Raman peaks at 964,1073(1086),1271,1305,1442,1660 and 1763 cm^(-1).Compared with the Raman spectrum of NKJ tissue,the Raman characteristic peaks of MiKOA tissue have some shifts,moving from 1073 cm^(-1)to 1086 cm^(-1)and from 1542 cm^(-1)to 1442 cm^(-1).There is a characteristic Raman peak of 1271 cm^(-1)in MiKOA tissue,but not in NKJ tissue.Compared with NKJ tissue,severely degenerated cartilage(SdKOA)tissues show some new SERS peaks at 1008,1245,1285,1311 and 1321 cm^(-1),which are not seen in SERS spectra of NKJ tissue.Principal component analysis(PCA)was used to analyze the Raman spectra of 1245–1345 cm^(-1)region.The results show that PCA can distinguish NKJ,MiKOA and SdKOA tissues and the accuracy is about 90%.These results indicate that OCT can clearly distinguish NKJ,MiKOA,moderate osteoarthritic knee cartilage(MoKOA)and SdKOA tissue,while SERS can provide further judgment basis.The results also prove that the contents of protein and polysaccharide in knee tissue are changed during the pathological process of knee tissue,which is the cause of pain caused by poor friction in knee joint during movement. | Ran An Huaimin Gu Zhouyi Guo Huiqing Zhong Huajiang Wei Guoyong Wu Yonghong He Shusen Xie Hongqin Yang | 2022 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022,15,5: | 0 |
