| 1 | Identifcation of large-scale goaf instability in underground mine using particle swarm optimization and support vector machine显示文摘An approach which combines particle swarm optimization and support vector machine(PSO–SVM)is proposed to forecast large-scale goaf instability(LSGI).Firstly,influencing factors of goaf safety are analyzed,and following parameters were selected as evaluation indexes in the LSGI:uniaxial compressive strength(UCS)of rock,elastic modulus(E)of rock,rock quality designation(RQD),area ration of pillar(Sp),the ratio of width to height of the pillar(w/h),depth of ore body(H),volume of goaf(V),dip of ore body(a)and area of goaf(Sg).Then LSGI forecasting model by PSO-SVM was established according to the influencing factors.The performance of hybrid model(PSO+SVM=PSO–SVM)has been compared with the grid search method of support vector machine(GSM–SVM)model.The actual data of 40 goafs are applied to research the forecasting ability of the proposed method,and two cases of underground mine are also validated by the proposed model.The results indicated that the heuristic algorithm of PSO can speed up the SVM parameter optimization search,and the predictive ability of the PSO–SVM model with the RBF kernel function is acceptable and robust,which might hold a high potential to become a useful tool in goaf risky prediction research. | Zhou Jian Li Xibing Hani S.Mitri Wang Shiming Wei Wei | 2013 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,5: | 14 |

| 3 | Prognostic potential of an immune score based on the density of CD8+ T cells, CD20+ B cells, and CD33+/p-STAT1+ double-positive cells and HMGB1 expression within cancer nests in stage ⅢA gastric cancer patients显示文摘Objective: There is heterogeneity in the prognosis of gastric cancers staged according to the tumornodes-metastasis(TNM) system.This study evaluated the prognostic potential of an immune score system to supplement the TNM staging system.Methods: An immunohistochemical analysis was conducted to assess the density of T cells, B cells, and myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs) in cancer tissues from 100 stage ⅢA gastric cancer patients; the expression of the high-mobility group protein B1(HMGB1) was also evaluated in cancer cells.The relationship between the overall survival(OS), disease-free survival(DFS), and immunological parameters was analyzed.Results: An immune score system was compiled based on the prognostic role of the density of T cells, B cells, MDSCs, and the expression of HMGB1 in cancer tissues.The median 5-year survival of this group of patient was 32%.However, the 5-year survival rates of 80.0%, 51.7%, 0%, 5.8%, and 0% varied among the patients with an immune score of 4 to those with an immune score of 0 based on the immune score system, respectively.Similarly, differences in DFS rates were observed among the immune score subgroups.Conclusions: An immune score system could effectively identify the prognostic heterogeneity within stage ⅢA gastric cancer patients, implying that this immune score system may potentially supplement the TNM staging system, and help in identifying a more homogeneous group of patients who on the basis of prognosis can undergo adjuvant therapy. | Jun Dong Jiao Li Shiming Liu Xingyu Feng Shi Chen Zhiwei Zhou Yingbo Chen Xiaoshi Zhang | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2016,28,5: | 3 |
| 4 | Olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions of COVID-19 patients in China:A multicenter study显示文摘Introduction:With the spread of the epidemic worldwide,an increasing number of doctors abroad have observed the following atypical symptoms of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19):olfactory or taste disorders.Therefore,clarifying the incidence and clinical characteristics of olfactory and taste disorders in Chinese COVID-19 patients is of great significance and urgency.Materials and Methods:A retrospective study was conducted,which included 229 severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 confirmed patients,through face-to-face interviews and telephone follow-up.Following the completion of questionnaires,the patients participating in the study,were categorized according to the degree of olfactory and taste disorders experienced,and the proportion of each clinical type of patient with olfactory and taste disorders and the time when symptoms appeared were recorded.Results:Among the 229 patients,31(13.54%)had olfactory dysfunction,and 44(19.21%)had gustatory dysfunction.For the patients with olfactory dysfunction,6(19.35%)developed severe disease and became critically ill.Olfactory dysfunction appeared before the other symptoms in 21.43%of cases.The proportion of females with olfactory and gustatory dysfunction was higher than that of males(P<0.001).Conclusions:The incidence of olfactory and gustatory dysfunction was much lower than that reported abroad;the prognosis of patients with olfactory dysfunction is relatively favorable;olfactory and gustatory dysfunction can be used as a sign for early screening;females are more prone to olfactory and gustatory dysfunction. | Jianhui Li Yi Sun Enqiang Qin Hu Yuan Mingbo Liu Wenqi Yi Zhu Chen Chengcheng Huang Fengjie Zhou Ruiyao Chen Leibo Zhang Ning Yu Qiong Liu Xuejun Zhou Jingjing He Boyu Li Fusheng Wang Changliang Yang Shiming Yang | 2022 | World Journal of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery2022,8,4: | 2 |

| 8 | Variability of Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation in FGOALS-g2显示文摘The variability of Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation(AMOC) in the pre-industrial control experiment of the Flexible Global Ocean–Atmosphere–Land System model, Grid-point Version 2(FGOALS-g2) was investigated using the model outputs with the most stable state in a 512-yr time window from the total 1500-yr period of the experiment. The period of AMOC in FGOALS-g2 is double peaked at 20 and 32 years according to the power spectrum, and 22 years according to an auto-correlation analysis, which shows very obvious decadal variability. Like many other coupled climate models, the decadal variability of AMOC in FGOALS-g2 is closely related to the convection that occurs in the Labrador Sea region. Deep convection in the Labrador Sea in FGOALS-g2 leads the AMOC maximum by 3–4 years. The contributions of thermal and haline effects to the variability of the convection in three different regions [the Labrador, Irminger and Greenland–Iceland– Norwegian(GIN) Seas] were analyzed for FGOALS-g2. The variability of convection in the Labrador and Irminger Seas is thermally dominant, while that in the colder GIN Seas can be mainly attributed to salinity changes due to the lower thermal expansion. | 12 | Hyperbaric oxygen treatment induces dynamic ATPase activity changes in the rat brain following transient global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion显示文摘BACKGROUND:Energy depletion,induced by ischemia or hypoxia,is one of the first events in neuronal injury.OBJECTIVE:To investigate the dynamic changes of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase activity in the rat brain following transient global cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(IR),as well as the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) treatment.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A randomized and controlled animal study was performed in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology,Capital Medical University between February and December 2006.MATERIALS:Clean-grade,female,Sprague Dawley rats were provided by the Animal Research Department of Capital Medical University(License number:SYXK11-00-0047).Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase kits were provided by Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute(Nanjing,China).A hyperbaric oxygen chamber(DWC150-300) was supplied by Shanghai 701 Medical Oxygen Chamber Factory(Shanghai,China).METHODS:Sixty-three rats were randomly divided into nine groups:sham operated group(sham-O) as control,groups of IR,and groups treated with hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) after IR.Animal from the IR and HBO groups were sacrificed after four different survival intervals of 6,24,48 and 96 hours,respectively.Each group consisted of seven rats.The rats of HBO groups were placed into the hyperbaric chamber.The HBO chamber was flushed with pure oxygen for 5 minutes,followed by a gradual rise in pressure over 5 minutes and stabilization at 0.2 MPa.Then,pure oxygen was supplied for 45 minutes in stabilized pressure,followed by gradually reduced pressure over 15 minutes.The rats of the 6-h HBO group were placed into the HBO chamber following reperfusion for 3 hours on the first day,which was repeated on three consecutive days,always at the same time.Rats in the sham-O group and IR group remained under normal atmospheric pressure.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:The Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase activity in rat brain homogenate was detected by the ammonium molybdate assay method.RESULTS:All 63 rats were included in the final analysis.After 6 hours,Na+-K+-ATPase activity was significantly greater in HBO animals,compared with IR animals(P < 0.05) and sham-O controls(P < 0.01).In both,the HBO group and IR group,Na+-K+-ATPase activity returned to normal levels after 24 hours(P > 0.05).At 48 and 96 hours,Na+-K+-ATPase activity was significantly greater in HBO and IR animals,compared with sham-O animals(P < 0.05).Ca2+-ATPase activity was significantly greater in the HBO group after 6 hours,compared with the sham-O group(P < 0.01),and returned to normal levels at 24 and 96 hours(P > 0.05).In the IR group,Ca2+-ATPase activity was significantly higher after 6 hours than in the sham-O group(P < 0.01),and returned to normal levels after 24 hours(P > 0.05).CONCLUSION:The Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase activity in IR groups increased during the acute and the delayed phase following transient global cerebral IR.HBO treatment not only increased Na+-K+-ATPase activity at the acute stage,but also induced a faster recovery of Ca2+-ATPase activity. | Shiming Xu Hongjuan Wang Tongnan Gu Xiuyan Zhou Rui Chen | 2008 | Neural Regeneration Research2008,3,9: | 1 |
| 13 | Enhancing hydrogen storage properties of MgH_(2) using FeCoNiCrMn high entropy alloy catalysts显示文摘Herein,we report the successful preparation of the FeCoNiCrMn high entropy alloy(HEA)loaded MgH_(2) and HEA’s effect on the hydrogen storage properties of Mg/MgH_(2).The HEA shows high catalytic activity toward hydrogen dissociation and recombination reaction,and successfully suppressed activation energy of dehydrogenation reaction from 151.9 to 90.2 kJ mol-1.Moreover,part of Co and Ni can react with Mg,and produce Mg_(2) Co/Mg_(2) CoH 5 and Mg_(2) Ni/Mg_(2) NiH_(4) during the hydrogen storage processes,further en-hancing dehydrogenation reaction through the“hydrogen pumping”mechanism.Asa result,the MgH_(2)-5 wt%HEA composite can release 5.6 wt%of H_(2) at 280℃ within 10 min,and absorb 5.5 wt%H_(2) within 0.5 min at 150℃.The loaded HEA shows robustness against particle aggregation,leading to stable re-versible hydrogen storage processes at least 50 times.These findings show the synergistic effects of HEA on Mg-based hydrogen storage materials,providing an additional degree of freedom for catalyst design. | Haiyi Wan Xiu Yang Shiming Zhou Lei Ran Yangfan Lu Yu’an Chen Jingfeng Wang Fusheng Pan | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,18: | 0 |

Based on similarity theory, a method is discussed to calculate the sensible heat flux over the ocean in unstable stratification. Becausehumidity is great over the ocean, so we have to consider the influence of water vapor structure parameter Ce2and the correlation coefficient betweene and T on the calculation of sensible heat flux using CT2 profiles measured by sodar. A new formula is suggested in terms of parameterization.
