1Chinese Stroke Association guidelines for clinical management of cerebrovascular disorders: executive summary and 2019 update of clinical management of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis显示文摘Aim Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST)is a less common cerebrovascular disease that predominantly affects young patients.The incidence of CVST is 2-5/10000000/year,accounting for 0.5%-1%of all stroke.To reduce mortality and morbidity associated with CVST,Chinese Stroke Association commissioned the authors to write the current guideline on the management of CVST.Methods PubMed(MEDLINE),CNKI and Wanfang database were searched for studies related to CVST from 1 January 1990 to 31 July 2019.Data were synthesised by evidence tables.Each recommendation was fully discussed by the writing group members and reviewed by Chinese Stroke Association Stroke Fellow Committees.Levels of evidence grading algorithm of Chinese Stroke Association was used to grade each recommendation.results This guideline mainly focuses on the diagnostic evaluation,therapeutic strategies and secondary prevention of CVST.CT/CTV and MRI/MRV are recommended in the initial imaging evaluation of patients with suspected CVST.Anticoagulation therapy with low-molecular weight heparin should be initiated in patients with CVST immediately.After the acute stage,warfarin is recommended for 3-6 months to prevent the recurrence of CVST and other venous thromboembolic events.Conclusions The guideline summarises the current evidence regarding the management of CVST,and provides references for diagnosis,treatment and secondary prevention of CVST in China.Yuhua Fan Jian Yu Hongbing Chen Jian Zhang Jiangang Duan Dapeng Mo Wenhao Zhu Bo Wang Fubing Ouyang Yicong Chen Linfang Lan Jinsheng Zeng Chinese Stroke Association Stroke Council CVST Guideline Writing Committee 2020Stroke & Vascular Neurology2020,5,2:14
2Study on hydrometallurgical process and kinetics of manganese extraction from low-grade manganese carbonate ores显示文摘In order to utilize low-grade manganese ore resources effectively, a hydrometallurgical process was developed for manganese extraction in dilute sulfuric acid medium, and the kinetics of leaching manganese was also investigated. At room temperature, manganese from low-grade manganese carbonate ores was extracted by sulfuric acid leaching without reductants. During the extracting process, single-factor analysis method was used to evaluate the effects of grinding fineness, sulfuric acid concentration,liquid-to-solid ratio, agitation rate and leaching time on the leaching efficiencies of Mn and Fe. The optimal leaching conditions are determined as coarse particles of below 2 mm size(without ball-milling),sulfuric acid concentration of 0.86 mol/L, liquid-to-solid ratio of 5:1, agitation rate of 150 r/min and leaching for 180 min at room temperature. Under the optimal conditions, the leaching efficiencies of Mn and Fe are 96.21% and 13.35%, respectively. In addition, through the experiments at different temperatures, it is found that the leaching process follows the shrinking core model under the conditions of changing acid concentration and intermittent reaction device. 3Synergistic co-removal of zinc(Ⅱ) and cefazolin by a Fe/amine-modified chitosan composite显示文摘A novel Fe/amine modified chitosan composite(Fe/N-CS) was facilely synthesized and showed higher affinity to both Zn(Ⅱ) and cefazolin(CEF) than its precursors.Synergistic co-adsorption of them by Fe/NCS was observed in varied conditions.The adsorption amount maximally increased by 100.1% for Zn and68.2% for CEF in bi-solute systems.The initial adsorption rate of Zn(Ⅱ) also improved with CEF.The increasing temperature facilitated coadsorption.The results of the preloading tests,FTIR/XPS characterizations and DFT calculations suggested that(1) both polyamines and Fe sites participated in the adsorption of Zn(Ⅱ) and CEF,(2) Zn(Ⅱ) could serve as a new efficient site for CEF,forming [amineZn-CEF]/[FeOH-Zn-CEF] ternary complexes,and(3) the co-presence of CEF shielded the electrostatic repulsion between protonated amines and Zn(Ⅱ),contributing to the enhancement of Zn(Ⅱ) adsorption.Further,the ion strength exerted positive and negative influences on the adsorption of Zn(Ⅱ) and CEF,respectively.Additionally,CEF and Zn(Ⅱ) were successively recovered by 0.1 mol/L NaOH followed by2 mmol/L HCl.Fe/N-CS could be stably reused five times.The findings imply that Fe/N-CS is promising for the highly efficient co-removal of concurrent heavy metals and antibiotics.Chen Ling Yixuan Zhao Zixi Ren Jiangang Han Changqing Zhu Fu-Qiang Liu 2019Chinese Chemical Letters2019,30,12:4

7Pathway-based analysis of genome-wide association study of circadian phenotypes显示文摘Sleepiness affects normal social life, which attracts more and more attention. Circadian phenotypes contribute to obvious individual differences in susceptibility to sleepiness. We aimed to identify candidate single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) which may cause circadian phenotypes, elucidate the potential mechanisms, and generate corresponding SNP-gene-pathways. A genome-wide association studies(GWAS) dataset of circadian phenotypes was utilized in the study. Then, the Identify Candidate Causal SNPs and Pathways analysis was employed to the GWAS dataset after quality control filters. Furthermore, genotype-phenotype association analysis was performed with HapMap database. Four SNPs in three different genes were determined to correlate with usual weekday bedtime,totally providing seven hypothetical mechanisms. Eleven SNPs in six genes were identified to correlate with usual weekday sleep duration, which provided six hypothetical pathways. 14Arrhythmogenic properties of dismantling cadherin-mediated adhesion in murine hearts显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the arrhythmogenic effects of dismantling cadherin-mediated adhesion by recombinant mouse aminopeptidase N(rmAPN)in murine hearts.Methods:rmAPN was incubated with cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes as well as being infused in adult mice.The cell-cell connections were immunolabelled and ob- served by laser confocal microscopy.Disruption of the N-terminal of N-cadherin(N-cad)was detected by western blot and quantitative immunofluorescence.The risk of inducible ventricular tachyarrhythmia was evaluated in mice by an electrophysiological study.Results:Disrupted cell-cell contact was observed in cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes in response to 30-40 ng/μL rmAPN.Loss of the N-terminal in N-cad and altered distribution of connexin 43(Cx43)were observed in hearts from rmAPN-infused mice.In addition,a reduction of phosphorylated Cx43 was also detected concomitant with redistribution of Cx43.Electrophysiological studies of rmAPN-infused mice showed prolonged QRS duration and increased inducibility of ventricular tachycardias.Conclusion: Disruption of N-cad by rmAPN contributes to gap junction remodeling and may elicit arrhythmogenic effects.The disorder of adherent junctions by proteolytic enzymes may play an important role in arrhythmogenic mechanisms in correlated diseases.Hongjun Zhu Hegui Wang Xiwen Zhang Xiaofeng Hou Kejiang Cao Jiangang Zou 2010The Journal of Biomedical Research2010,24,4:1

19A Novel Chinese Polar Knowledge Repository Based on Polar Data-Sharing Ontology显示文摘In order to archive and utilize the information from Chinese polar expeditions to the greatest extent, we design a novel knowledge repository, in which an automatic query model based on neural networks is proposed and a data call trigger is established to keep data consistent between polar data-sharing platforms. And in this repository, anybody can make contributions to the repository by creating or updating entries with version control and an authority control mechanism. In this paper, the data sources,data processes and network structure of this repository are described, and the keywords extraction and decision support operation are detailed.
