1Precise orbit determination of Beidou Satellites with precise positioning显示文摘Chinese Beidou satellite navigation system constellation currently consists of eight Beidou satellites and can provide preliminary service of navigation and positioning in the Asia-Pacific Region.Based on the self-developed software Position And Navigation Data Analysis(PANDA) and Beidou Experimental Tracking Stations (BETS),which are built by Wuhan University,the study of Beidou precise orbit determination,static precise point positioning (PPP),and high precision relative positioning,and differential positioning are carried out comprehensively.Results show that the radial precision of the Beidou satellite orbit determination is better than 10 centimeters.The RMS of static PPP can reach several centimeters to even millimeters for baseline relative positioning.The precision of kinematic pseudo-range differential positioning and RTK mode positioning are 2-4 m and 5-10 cm respectively,which are close to the level of GPS precise positioning.Research in this paper verifies that,with support of ground reference station network,Beidou satellite navigation system can provide precise positioning from several decimeters to meters in the wide area and several centimeters in the regional area.These promising results would be helpful for the implementation and applications of Beidou satellite navigation system.SHI Chuang ZHAO QiLe LI Min TANG WeiMing HU ZhiGang LOU YiDong ZHANG HongPing NIU XiaoJi LIU JingNan 2012Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,7:61
2Metal Sealing Performance of Subsea X-tree Wellhead Connector Sealer显示文摘The metal sealing performance of subsea X-tree wellhead connectors is crucial for the safety and reliability of subsea X-trees. In order to establish the theoretical relation between metal sealing ring's contact stress and its structural parameters and working pressure, a mechanical analysis method for double-cone sealing of high pressure vessels is applied in analyzing the metal sealing ring under the condition of preload and operation. As a result, the formula of the unit sealing load for the metal sealing ring under operation with residual preload is shown in this paper, which ensures that the metal sealing ring has an excellent sealing effect and can prevent the metal sealing ring from yielding. Besides, while analyzing the sealing process of the metal sealing ring, the change rule of contact stress and working pressure is concluded here, putting forward that the structural parameters of the metal sealing ring are the major factors affecting the change rule. Finally, the analytical solution through theoretical analysis is compared with the simulation result through finite element analysis in a force feedback experiment, and both are consistent with each other, which fully verifies for the design and calculation theory on metal sealing ring's contact stress and its structural parameters and working pressure deduced in this paper. 3Retrieve Sea Surface Salinity Using Principal Component Regression Model Based on SMOS Satellite Data显示文摘The sea surface salinity(SSS) is a key parameter in monitoring ocean states. Observing SSS can promote the understanding of global water cycle. This paper provides a new approach for retrieving sea surface salinity from Soil Moisture and Ocean Salinity(SMOS) satellite data. Based on the principal component regression(PCR) model, SSS can also be retrieved from the brightness temperature data of SMOS L2 measurements and Auxiliary data. 26 pair matchup data is used in model validation for the South China Sea(in the area of 4?–25?N, 105?–125?E). The RMSE value of PCR model retrieved SSS reaches 0.37 psu(practical salinity units) and the RMSE of SMOS SSS1 is 1.65 psu when compared with in-situ SSS. The corresponding Argo daily salinity data during April to June 2013 is also used in our validation with RMSE value 0.46 psu compared to 1.82 psu for daily averaged SMOS L2 products. 4Numerical study of three-dimensional wave-induced longshore current's effects on sediment spreading of the Huanghe River mouth显示文摘A three-dimensional wave radiation stress is introduced into the hydrodynamic sediment coupled model COHERENS-SED,which has been developed through introducing wave-enhanced bottom shear stress,wave dependent surface drag coefficient,wave-induced surface mixing,SWAN,damping function of sediment on turbulence,sediment model and depth-dependent wave radiation stress to COHERENS.The COHERENS-SED is adopted to study the effects induced by wave-induced three-dimensional longshore current on suspended sediment spreading of the Huanghe River (Yellow River) mouth.Several different cases divided by setting different wave parameters of inputting boundary waves are carried out.The modeling results agree with measurement data.In terms of simulation results,it is easy to know that three-dimensional wave radiation stress plays an obvious role when inputting boundary wave height is stronger than 3 m.Moreover,wave direction also affects the sediment spreading rules of the mouth strongly too.LIANG Bingchen ZHAO Hongping LI Huajun WU Guoxiang 2012Acta Oceanologica Sinica2012,31,2:4

6Home risk factors for childhood pneumonia in Nanjing, China显示文摘Pneumonia is a major cause of childhood morbidity in China.Many studies of rural areas have found an association between pneumonia and air pollution from burning of bio-mass.The present study is of children living in urban,modern homes without burning of bio-mass.In order to investigate potential home risk factors associated with children’s pneumonia,China Child Home Health(CCHH)questionnaires were randomly distributed to parents of 6461 children in 23 kindergartens in all 11 districts of Nanjing,covering urban,suburban,and industrial areas.The 4014 valid questionnaires(response rate 65.7%)were returned and have been analyzed.The lifetime incidence of pneumonia in Nanjing children 1–8 years old is 26.7%.The incidence of croup,asthma and frequent common colds was strongly associated with pneumonia,as was a history of allergies in the family,and persons other than parents(for example grandparents or nanny)taking care of the child.Several home environmental factors,namely,dampness,lack of ventilation,using coal or natural gas(electricity as reference)for cooking,new furniture,and'modern'floor and wall covering materials were also significantly associated with pneumonia.The indoor environment typical of modern apartments in China was a risk factor for pneumonia among children.ZHENG XiaoHong QIAN Hua ZHAO YiLi SHEN HongPing ZHAO ZhuoHui SUN YueXia SUNDELL Jan 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,34:3

8Piezo1 regulates migration and invasion of breast cancer cells via modulating cell mechanobiological properties显示文摘Cell migration and invasion are two essential processes during cancer metastasis. Increasing evidence has shown that the Piezo1 channel is involved in mediating cell migration and invasion in some types of cancers. However, the role of Piezo1 in the breast cancer and its underlying mechanisms have not been clarified yet. Here, we show that Piezo1 is high-expressed in breast cancer cell (BCC) lines, despite its complex expression in clinical patient database. Piezo1 knockdown (Piezo1-KD) promotes unconfined BCC migration, but impedes confined cell migration. Piezo1 may mediate BCC migration through the balances of cell adhesion, cell stiffness, and contractility. Furthermore, Piezo1-KD inhibits BCC invasion by impairing the invadopodium formation and suppressing the expression of metalloproteinases (MMPs) as well. However, the proliferation and cell cycle of BCCs are not significantly affected by Piezo1. 9Stability Analysis of Nonlinear Networked Control System with Integral Quadratic Constraints Performance in Takagi-Sugeno Fuzzy Model显示文摘This paper focuses on the stability analysis of nonlinear networked control system with integral quadratic constraints(IQC) performance, dynamic quantization, variable sampling intervals, and communication delays. By using input-delay and parallel distributed compensation(PDC) techniques, we establish the Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy model for the system, in which the sampling period of the sampler and signal transmission delay are transformed to the refreshing interval of a zero-order holder(ZOH). By the appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii-based methods, a delay-dependent criterion is derived to ensure the asymptotic stability for the system with IQC performance via the H∞ state feedback control. 10Effect of Atorvastatin on Serum MMP-2,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in Rabbits with Chronic Heart Failure显示文摘Objective: To observe the effects of atorvastatin on serum matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9), and the tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) in the development of chronic heart failure. To investigate the role of atorvastatin in the therapy of chronic heart failure and determine its possible mechanism of action. Methods: Thirty Japanese Big Ear rabbits were randomly selected and divided into 3 groups: sham-operated group(SO group), heart failure control group(HC group) and heart failure atorvastatin therapy group(HA group), with 6, 12 and 12 animals in the respective groups. Volume overloading was produced in the HC group and HA group animals by creating an aortic insufficiency, induced by damaging the aortic valve with a catheter introduced through the carotid artery. After 14 days, abdominal aorta constriction was performed in order to obtain a pressure overload. Six weeks later rabbits in the HA group were administered atorvastatin 3mg. Kg-1.d-1 for 4 weeks, at which time the experiment was terminated. Arterial blood was drawn and serum levels of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were measured in all groups at the same time using an ELISA method. Results: Structural and functional indicators of chronic heart failure(CHF) were seen in both the HC and HA groups, but atorvastatin significantly reduced the observed effects. The serum concentrations of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were at low levels in all three groups at the start of the study, with no difference between them(P < 0.05). At the end of 6th week concentrations were significantly increased in the HC and HA groups compared with the SO group(P < 0.05), but there were no differences between the HC group and HA group(P > 0.05). The increased concentrations in HC group continued to the end of the experiment, but values in the HA group were all lower than those in the HC group by the end of the experiment(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Serum concentrations of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 increase significantly during the course of CHF, paralleling the pathological progress of CHF. 12trans-2-Enoyl-CoA Reductase Tecr-Driven Lipid Metabolism in Endothelial Cells Protects against Transcytosis to Maintain Blood-Brain Barrier Homeostasis显示文摘The transport and metabolism of lipids in cerebrovascular endothelial cells(ECs)have been hypothesized to regulate blood-brain barrier(BBB)maturation and homeostasis.Long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids(LCPUFAs)as the important lipids components of cell membranes are essential for the development and function of BBB,but the direct links of lipid metabolism and ECs barrier function remain to be established.Here,we comprehensively characterize the transcriptomic phenotype of developmental cerebrovascular ECs in single-cell resolution and firstly find that trans-2-enoyl-CoA reductase(Tecr),a verylong-chain fatty acid synthesis,is highly expressed during barriergenesis and decreased after BBB maturation.EC-specific knockout of Tecr compromises angiogenesis due to delayed vascular sprouting.Importantly,EC-specific deletion of Tecr loss restrictive quality of vascular permeability from neonatal stages to adulthood,with high levels of transcytosis,but maintains the vascular tight junctions.Moreover,lipidomic analysis shows that the expression of Tecr in ECs is associated with the containing of omega-3 fatty acids,which directly suppresses caveolae vesicles formation.These results reveal a protective role for Tecr in BBB integrity and suggest that Tecr as a novel therapeutic target in the central nervous system(CNS)diseases associated with BBB dysfunction.Jinxuan Wang Jianxiong Xu Guangchao Zang Tao Zhang Qi Wu Hongping Zhang Yidan Chen Yi Wang Weixi Qin Shuang Zhao Erdai Qin Juhui Qiu Xiaojuan Zhang Lin Wen Yeqi Wang Guixue Wang 2022Research2022,,3:1

14Ag/PMMA hollow waveguide for solar energy transmission显示文摘This paper describes an elaborate study on obtaining Ag/PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate)leaky hollow waveguide which has a large aperture and low loss in transmitting solar energy.Through analyses and comparison,a quartz capillary with the inner diameter of 2 mm was chosen as hollow waveguide.We used the xenon light source,which has the similar spectrum as the sunlight to test and analyze the performance of the Ag/PMMA leakage hollow waveguide.The results are consistent with the transmitted theory of the dielectric/metal leaky type well.Meanwhile,the Ag/PMMA leaky-type hollow waveguide in this work had good qualities.Therefore,it will be a satisfactory medium for solar energy transmission.He LAN Jianjun HAN Hongping CHEN Xiujian ZHAO 2011Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2011,5,3:1
