2The Reference Genome Sequence of Scutellaria baicalensis Provides Insights into the Evolution of Wogonin Biosynthesis显示文摘Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is important in Chinese traditional medicine where preparations of dried roots,'Huang Qin,' are used for liver and lung complaints and as complementary cancer treatments. We report a high-quality reference genome sequence for S. baicalensis where 93% of the 408.14-Mb genome has been assembled into nine pseudochromosomes with a super-N50 of 33.2 Mb. Comparison of this sequence with those of closely related species in the order Lamiales, sesamum indicum and Salvia splendens,revealed that a specialized metabolic pathway for the synthesis of 4'-deoxyflavone bioactives evolved in the genus Scu-tellaria. We found that the gene encoding a specific cinnamate coenzyme A ligase likely obtained its newfunc- tion following recent mutations, and that four genes encoding enzymes in the 4'-deoxyflavone pathway are present as tandem repeats in the genome of S. baicalensis. Further analyses revealed that gene duplications, segmental duplication, gene amplification, and point mutations coupled to gene neo- and subfunctionaliza-tions were involved in the evolution of 4'-deoxyflavone synthesis in the genus Scutellaria. Our study not only provides significant insight into the evolution of specific flavone biosynthetic pathways in the mint family, Lamiaceae, but also will facilitate the development of tools for enhancing bioactive productivity by metabolic engineering in microbes or by molecular breeding in plants. 6Classification of Ferrallitic Soils in Chinese Soil Taxonomy显示文摘The development of the classification of ferrallitic soils in China is reviewed and the classification ofFerralisols and Ferrisols in Chinese Soil Taxonomy is introduced in order to discuss the correlation betweenthe ferrallitic soil classification in the Chinese Soil Taxonomy and those of the other soil classification systems.In the former soil classification systems of China, the ferrallitic soils were classified into the soil groups ofLatosols, Latosolic red soils, Red soils, Yellow soils and Dry red soils, according to the combination of soilforming conditions, soil-forming processes, soil features and soil properties. In the Chinese Soil Taxonomy,most of ferrallitic soils are classified into the soil orders of Ferralisols and Ferrisols based on the diagnostichorizons and/or diagnostic characteristics with quantitatively defined properties. Ferralisols are the soilsthat have ferralic horizon, and they are merely subdivided into one suborder and two soil groups. Ferrisolsare the soils that have LAC-ferric horizon but do not have ferralic horizon, and they are subdivided intothree suborders and eleven soil groups. 7Synthesis of MoX2 (X =Se or S) monolayers with high-concentration 1T'phase on 4H/fcc-Au nanorods for hydrogen evolution显示文摘Controlled synthesis of transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) monolayers with unusual crystal phases has attracted increasing attention due to their promising applications in electrocatalysis.However,the facile and large-scale preparation of TMD monolayers with high-concentration unusual crystal phase still remains a challenge.Herein,we report the synthesis of MoX2 (X =Se or S) monolayers with high-concentration semimetallic 1T'phase by using the 4H/face-centered cubic (fcc)-Au nanorod as template to form the 4H/fcc-Au@MoX2 nanocomposite.The concentrations of 1T'phase in the prepared MoSe2 and MoS2 monolayers are up to 86% and 81%,respectively.As a proof-of-concept application,the obtained Au@MoS2 nanocomposite is used for the electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) in acid medium,exhibiting excellent performance with a low overpotential of 178 mV at the current density of 10 mNcm^2,a small Tafel slope of 43.3 mV/dec,and excellent HER stability.This work paves a way for direct synthesis of TMD monolayers with high-concentration of unusual crystal phase for the electrocatalytic application.Zhengqing Liu Xiao Zhang Yue Gong Qipeng Lu Zhicheng Zhang Hongfei Cheng Qinglang Ma Junze Chen Meiting Zhao Bo Chen Ye Chen Xue-Jun Wu Pengfei Yin Lin Gu Yaping Du Hua Zhang 2019Nano Research2019,12,6:3
8A Novel Roll Compensation Method for Two-Axis Transportable Satellite Antennas显示文摘Two-axis transportable satellite antennas(TATSAs) have been widely adopted owing to its simple structure and low cost. However, by searching in a wide range, it will take a very long searching time. Under extreme conditions, it will even fail to work. In this paper, we propose a novel roll compensation(RC) method for the low-cost TATSAs to achieve faster tracking even if when the antenna has no azimuth sensor. By analyzing the influence of roll axis on the system performance, details of the compensation method are derived. Simulation and measurement results indicate that the proposed RC method can effectively reduce the initial searching time for satellite communication. 9Customized anterior segment photoacoustic imaging for ophthalmic burn evaluation in vivo显示文摘Photoacoustic imaging has many advantages in ophthalmic application including high-resolution,requirement of no exogenous contrast agent,and noninvasive acquisition of both morphologic and functional information.However,due to the limited depth of focus of the imaging method and large curvature of the eye,it remains a challenge to obtain high quality vascular image of entire anterior segment.Here,we proposed a new method to achieve high quality imaging of anterior segment.The new method applied a curvature imaging strategy based on only one time scanning,and hence is time efficient and more suitable for ophthalmic imaging compared to previously reported methods using similar strategy.A custom-built photoacoustic imaging system was adapted for ophthalmic application and a customized image processing method was developed to quantitatively analyze both morphologic and functional information in vasculature of the anterior segment.The results showed that the new method improved the image quality of anterior segment significantly compared to that of conventional high resolution photoacoustic imaging.More importantly,we applied the new method to study ophthalmic disease in an in vivo mouse model for the first time.The results verified the suitability and advantages of the new method for imaging the entire anterior segment and the numerous potentials of applying it in ophthalmic imaging in future.Huangxuan Zhao Ke Li Fan Yang Wenhui Zhou Ningbo Chen Liang Song Chuansheng Zheng Zhicheng Liu Chengbo Liu 2021Opto-Electronic Advances2021,4,6:2

14Backstepping sliding mode tracking control of quad-rotor under input saturation显示文摘Purpose–The quad-rotor is an under-actuation,strong coupled nonlinear system with parameters uncertainty,unmodeled disturbance and drive capability boundedness.The purpose of the paper is to design a flight control system to regulate the aircraft track the desired trajectory and keep the attitude angles stable on account of these issues.Design/methodology/approach–Considering the dynamics of a quad-rotor,the closed-loop flight control system is divided into two nested loops:the translational outer-loop and the attitude inner-loop.In the outer-loop,the translational controller,which exports the desired attitude angles to the inner-loop,is designed based on bounded control technique.In consideration of the influence of uncertain rotational inertia and external disturbance,the backstepping sliding mode approach with adaptive gains is used in the inner-loop.The switching control strategy based on the sign functions of sliding surface is introduced into the design procedure with respect to the input saturation.Findings–The validity of the proposed flight control system was verified through numerical simulation and prototype flight experiment in this paper.Furthermore,with relation to the flying,the motor speed is kept in the predetermined scope.Originality/value–This article introduces a new flight control system designed for a quad-rotor.Xun Gong Yue Bai Zhicheng Hou Changjun Zhao Yantao Tian Qiang Sun 2012International Journal of Intelligent Computing and Cybernetics2012,5,4:1
15Heterojunction interface editing in Co/NiCoP nanospheres by oxygen atoms decoration for synergistic accelerating hydrogen and oxygen evolution electrocatalysis显示文摘Controllable designing of well-defined heterojunction nanostructures provides an insightful strategy for accelerating the kinetics of the hydrogen and oxygen evolution reactions(HER/OER),but such task is still challenging.Herein,we proposed a protocol of heterojunction interface editing(HIE)strategy by oxygen atoms decoration for synergistic boosting electrocatalytic HER and OER performances.A novel Co/NiCoP nanospheres(NSs)heterojunction was synthesized by crystal seed template transformation method with Ni_(5)P_(4) microspheres as seeds.The effective oxygen atoms interface editing increased the oxidation state of Co atoms and prolonged the Co-P bond length of Co/NiCoP NSs heterojunction,thus the electron localization on P sites was enhanced,leading to the dramatically elevated HER and OER performances simultaneously.The as-constructed O-Co/NiCoP NSs show excellent electrocatalytic activity with 361 and 430 mV vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)to arrive high current density of 300 mA·cm^(-2)for HER and OER in 1 M KOH as well as good stability.The proposed HIE concept could provide a new perspective on the catalyst design for energy conversion systems.Yan Lin Xiaojiao Cui Yilin Zhao Zhicheng Liu Guoxin Zhang Yuan Pan 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:1
16The influence of pore structures and Lewis acid sites on selective hydrogenolysis of guaiacol to benzene over Ru/TS-1显示文摘Here,we report a Ru/TS-1 catalyst for selective hydrogenolysis of guaiacol to benzene in the aqueous phase at conditions of 240℃ and 0.2 MPa H2,achieving a benzene yield of 86% with a hydrogenolysis rate of 103.1 mmol g^(-1) h^(-1).It was found that Silicalite-1(MFI type) with suitable pore sizes supported Ru nanoparticles(NPs) favored for hydrogenolysis of guaiacol,whereas de-aluminated Ru/HBEA,Ru/HY and Ru/MWW(without acidic sites) accelerated the parallel reactions of hydrogenation of aromatics.In addition,Ru NPs located at the orifice of Silicalite-1 was proved to be more electron-deficient and active than Ru NPs on the outer surface,as evidenced by CO-IR characterization and activity tests on Ru/Silicalite-1(with and without templates).Moreover,Br?nsted acid sites(BAS) on Ru/MFI highly promoted the hydrogenation rates of aromatics,while Lewis acid sites(LAS) on Ru/TS-1 and Ru/MFI led to a linear increase of guaiacol hydrogenolysis rate to benzene,probably due to the enhanced absorbance capability of guaiacol and phenol on the LAS of MFI.Thus,pore structure properties of MFI coupled with abundant LAS(TS-1) as well as Ru NPs on the orifice of pores of TS-1 construct a promising catalyst for achieving efficient aromatic hydrocarbons from selective hydrogenolysis of lignin.Yingying Xin Zhaoxia Zheng Zhicheng Luo Chengzhen Jiang Shaofeng Gao Zhihao Wang Chen Zhao 2022Green Energy & Environment2022,7,5:1

19Wide-temperature range and high safety electrolytes for highvoltage Li-metal batteries显示文摘Along with the keeping growing demand for high-energy-density energy storage system,high-voltage Li-metal batteries(LMBs)have attracted many attentions.In view of many defects of the commercial electrolytes,such as flammability,limited operation temperature range,and severe Li dendrite growth,non-flammable phosphate-based localized highly concentrated electrolytes(LHCE)have been explored as one of the safe electrolytes for LMBs.But until now there is rare report on wide-temperature range LMBs using phosphate-based electrolytes.Here,we prepare a wide-temperature LHCE,which is composed of lithium difluoro(oxalato)borate(LiDFOB),triethyl phosphate(TEP),and 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethyl-2,2,3,3-tetrafluoropropyl ether(HFE),and explore the applicability in wide-temperature LMBs from−40 to 70℃.In the LHCE,both TEP and HFE are non-flammable,and Li^(+) is highly coordinated with TEP and DFOB^(−),which can effectively inhibit the TEP decomposition on anode,and facilitate the preferential reduction of DFOB^(−),thus obtain a robust solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)to suppress Li dendrite growth and side reactions.Therefore,this LHCE can not only endow Li/Cu and Li/Li cells with high Coulombic efficiency(CE)and long cycling lifespan,but also be applied to LiFePO_(4)(LFP)/Li and LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_(2)(NCM523)/Li LMBs.Most importantly,the NCM523/Li LMBs with LHCE can deliver stable cycling performance at 4.5 V high-voltage and high-temperature(70℃),as well as excellent low-temperature capacity retention even though both charging and discharging process were carried out at−40℃.Anran Pan Zhicheng Wang Fengrui Zhang Lei Wang Jingjing Xu Jieyun Zheng Jianchen Hu Chenglong Zhao Xiaodong Wu 2023Nano Research2023,16,6:1
