1A Review of Modular Multilevel Converters显示文摘模块组合多电平变换器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)具有高度模块化、易于扩展、输出电压波形好等特点,尤其适用于中高压大功率系统应用。首先介绍MMC的电路拓扑和工作原理,总结MMC的主要技术特点;然后分别回顾MMC在脉冲调制、直流电压控制、预充电、环流、谐波、数学模型、主电路参数设计、故障保护等关键问题的最新研究进展,以及其在电力传动、电能质量问题治理领域的工程应用现状,在此基础上指出MMC今后亟待研究的关键问题。相关研究结果表明,MMC在电力系统中有广泛的应用前景,是未来中高压大功率系统,尤其是高压输电技术的重要发展方向。YANG Xiaofeng LIN Zhiqin ZHENG Trillion Q. 2A Novel Square-wave Pulse Rotation Modulation Strategy for Modular Multilevel Converters显示文摘悬浮直流电容电压的均衡问题是模块组合多电平变换器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)的关键问题之一。提出一种可实现MMC直流电容电压平衡的方波脉冲循环调制(square-wave pulse rotation modulation,SWPRM)策略,在保证合成的阶梯波输出波形不变的前提下,根据MMC的拓扑结构和工作原理,对传统方波脉冲列进行脉冲优化,并按照一定的次序和切换周期进行循环和判断反相调整,获得的循环方波脉冲列作为最终驱动脉冲用于实现对MMC的控制。实验结果表明,采用提出的方波脉冲循环调制策略无需任何电容电压控制措施,在较低开关频率下,实现了MMC各功率单元间有功能量的平均分配和直流电容电压的均衡。YANG Xiaofeng LIN Zhiqin ZHENG Trillion Q YOU Xiaojie 2013中国电机工程学报2013,33,9:9
3Development of high-resolution multiple-SNP arrays for genetic analyses and molecular breeding through genotyping by target sequencing and liquid chip显示文摘Genotyping platforms,as critical supports for genomics,genetics,and molecular breeding,have been well implemented at national institutions/universities in developed countries and multinational seed companies that possess high-throughput,automatic,large-scale,and shared facilities.In this study,we integrated an improved genotyping by target sequencing(GBTS)system with capture-in-solution(liquid chip)technology to develop a multiple single-nucleotide polymorphism(mSNP)approach in which mSNPs can be captured from a single amplicon.From one 40K maize mSNP panel,we developed three types of markers(40K mSNPs,251K SNPs,and 690K haplotypes),and generated multiple panels with various marker densities(1K–40K mSNPs)by sequencing at different depths.Comparative genetic diversity analysis was performed with genic versus intergenic markers and di-allelic SNPs versus non-typical SNPs.Compared with the one-amplicon-one-SNP system,mSNPs and within-mSNP haplotypes are more powerful for genetic diversity detection,linkage disequilibrium decay analysis,and genome-wide association studies.The technologies,protocols,and application scenarios developed for maize in this study will serve as a model for the development of mSNP arrays and highly efficient GBTS systems in animals,plants,and microorganisms.Zifeng Guo Quannv Yang Feifei Huang Hongjian Zheng Zhiqin Sang Yanfen Xu Cong Zhang Kunsheng Wu Jiajun Tao Boddupalli MPrasanna Michael SOlsen Yunbo Wang Jianan Zhang Yunbi Xu 2021Plant Communications2021,2,6:5
4Application of time reversal mirror technique in microwave-induced thermo-acoustic tomography system显示文摘Microwave-induced thermo-acoustic tomography (MITAT) is a promising technique with great potential in biomedical imaging. It has both the high contrast of the microwave imaging and the high resolution of the ultrasound imaging. In this paper, the proportional relationship between the absorbed microwave energy distribution and the induced ultrasound source distribution is derived. Further, the time reversal mirror (TRM) technique based on the pseudo-spectral time domain (PSTD) method is applied to MITAT system. 6Development of a Liquid Chip Technique to Simultaneously Detect Taura Syndrome Virus( TSV) and Yellow Head Disease Virus( YHDV)显示文摘The aim is to develop a liquid chip technique to detect Taura syndrome virus( TSV) and yellow head disease virus( YHDV) on Penaeus orientalis simultaneously. The CP2 gene of TSV and N gene of YHDV in Gen Bank was analysed by using the software DNAStar 7. 0 to design the TSV-and YHDV-specific primers. The primers were labeled with biotin and subjected to amination modification. They were then coupled with fluorescence-coded microspheres and then used for hybridization with RT- PCR products of TSV and YHDV. The liquid chip detection technique for detection of TSV and YHDV was established by using BD FACSArray to detect fluorescence signal in the reaction system. This assay system had a high sensitivity to TSV and YHDV,with the detection of limit of 100 pg. Moreover,the assay was specific for the detection of TSV,YHDV and was not susceptible to cross with other viruses,including white spot syndrome virus( WSSV),spring viremia of carp virus( SVCV),infectious haematopoietic necrosis virus( IHNV). In conclusion,the liquid chip assay technique established in this study is highly sensitive and specific to TSV and YHDV detection. 7Tribological properties of polyimide composites reinforced with fibers rubbing against Al_(2)O_(3)显示文摘Reinforcing fillers are of great importance in tribological performance and tribofilm formation of polymeric composites.In this study,the tribological properties of aramid particle(AP)and short carbon fiber(SCF)reinforced polyimide(PI)composites were added to hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN),and silica(SiO_(2))nanoparticles sliding against alumina were comprehensively investigated.When sliding occurred with AP-reinforced PI composites,the tribological properties were not closely depended on the pressure×velocity(p×v)factors and the nanoparticles.The interactions between AP and its counterpart could not induce tribo-sintering of the transferred wear debris.As such,the tribofilm seemed to be in a viscous state,leading to higher friction and wear.However,the inclusion of hard SCF into the PI matrix changed the interfacial interactions with alumina.A robust tribofilm consisting of a high fraction of silica was generated when the SCF-reinforced PI was added to the SiO_(2) nanoparticles.It exhibited a high load-carrying capability and was easily sheared.This caused a significant decrease in the friction and wear of the PI composite at 8 MPa·1m/s.Moreover,due to their high melting point,few h-BN nanoparticles were observed in the tribofilm of the SCF-reinforced PI when hexagonal boron nitride was added.Huimin QI Ga ZHANG Zhiqin ZHENG Jiaxin YU Chao HU 2021Friction2021,9,2:2
8Predicting the device performance of the perovskite solar cells from the experimental parameters through machine learning of existing experimental results显示文摘The performance of the metal halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs)highly relies on the experimental parameters,including the fabrication processes and the compositions of the perovskites;tremendous experimental work has been done to optimize these factors.However,predicting the device performance of the PSCs from the fabrication parameters before experiments is still challenging.Herein,we bridge this gap by machine learning(ML)based on a dataset including 1072 devices from peer-reviewed publications.The optimized ML model accurately predicts the PCE from the experimental parameters with a root mean square error of 1.28%and a Pearson coefficientr of 0.768.Moreover,the factors governing the device performance are ranked by shapley additive explanations(SHAP),among which,A-site cation is crucial to getting highly efficient PSCs.Experiments and density functional theory calculations are employed to validate and help explain the predicting results by the ML model.Our work reveals the feasibility of ML in predicting the device performance from the experimental parameters before experiments,which enables the reverse experimental design toward highly efficient PSCs.Yao Lu Dong Wei Wu Liu Juan Meng Xiaomin Huo Yu Zhang Zhiqin Liang Bo Qiao Suling Zhao Dandan Song Zheng Xu 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2:1

10Sustainability of SARS-CoV-2 Induced Humoral Immune Responses in COVID-19 Patients from Hospitalization to Convalescence Over Six Months显示文摘Understanding the persistence of antibody in convalescent COVID-19 patients may help to answer the current major concerns such as the risk of reinfection,the protection period of vaccination and the possibility of building an active herd immunity.This retrospective cohort study included 172 COVID-19 patients who were hospitalized in Wuhan.A total of404 serum samples were obtained over six months from hospitalization to convalescence.Antibodies in the specimens were quantitatively analyzed by the capture chemiluminescence immunoassays(CLIA).All patients were positive for the anti-SARS-Co V-2 Ig M/Ig G at the onset of COVID-19 symptoms,and the Ig G antibody persisted in all the patients during the convalescence.However,only approximately 25%of patients can detect the Ig M antibodies,Ig M against N protein(NIg M)and receptor binding domain of S protein(RBD-Ig M)at the 27 th week.The titers of Ig M,N-Ig M and RBD-Ig M reduced to 16.7%,17.6%and 15.2%of their peak values respectively.In contrast,the titers of Ig G,N-Ig G and RBD-Ig G peaked at 4–5 th week and reduced to 85.9%,62.6%and 87.2%of their peak values respectively at the end of observation.Dynamic behavior of antibodies and their correlation in age,gender and severity groups were investigated.In general,the COVID-19 antibody was sustained at high levels for over six months in most of the convalescent patients.Only a few patients with antibody reducing to an undetectable level which needs further attention.The humoral immune response against SARS-Co V-2 infection in COVID-19 patients exhibits a typical dynamic of acquired immunity.Yang Zheng Qing Zhang Ashaq Ali Ke Li Nan Shao Xiaoli Zhou Zhiqin Ye Xiaomin Chen Shanshan Cao Jing Cui Juan Zhou Dianbing Wang Baidong Hou Min Li Mengmeng Cui Lihua Deng Xinyi Sun Qian Zhang Qinfang Yang Yong li Hui Wang Yake Lei Bo Yu Yegang Cheng Xiaolin Tong Dong Men Xian-En Zhang 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,5:1
11Machine learning enables intelligent screening of interface materials towards minimizing voltage losses for p-i-n type perovskite solar cells显示文摘Interface engineering is proved to be the most important strategy to push the device performance of the perovskite solar cell(PSC) to its limit, and numerous works have been conducted to screen efficient materials. Here, on the basis of the previous studies, we employ machine learning to map the relationship between the interface material and the device performance, leading to intelligently screening interface materials towards minimizing voltage losses in p-i-n type PSCs. To enhance the explainability of the machine learning models, molecular descriptors are used to represent the materials. Furthermore,experimental analysis with different characterization methods and device simulation based on the drift-diffusion physical model are conducted to get physical insights and validate the machine learning models. Accordingly, 3-thiophene ethylamine hydrochloride(Th EACl) is screened as an example, which enables remarkable improvements in VOCand PCE of the PSCs. 12Efficacy of suspended moxibustion stimulating Shenshu(BL23)and Guanyuan(CV4)on the amygdala-HPA axis in rats with kidney-Yang deficiency symptom pattern induced by hydrocortisone显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigated the effects of suspended moxibustion stimulating Shenshu(BL23)and Guanyuan(CV4)acupoints on the amygdala and HPA axis in our rat model and elucidated the possible molecular mechanisms of moxibustion on kidney-Yang deficiency symptom pattern(KYDS).METHODS:Sixty male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into a control group(n=12)and an experimental group(n=48).Rats in the experimental group were given intramuscular injections of hydrocortisone to establish a KYDS model.The 48 rats successfully modeled were then randomly divided into a model group(model,n=12),a carbenoxolone intraperitoneal injection group(CBX,n=12),a moxibustion group(moxi,n=12),and a moxi+CBX group(n=12).In the moxi,the Shenshu(BL23)and Guanyuan(CV 4)acupoints were treated with moxibustion for 14 d.After treatment,measures were taken of serum levels of corticosterone(CORT),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),and corticotropinreleasing hormone(CRH).The expression of mineralocorticoid receptors(MRs),glucocorticoid receptors(GRs),11beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1(11β-HSD1),CRH,and ACTH in the rats’amygdala,hypothalamus,or pituitary(as appropriate)was detected.Data were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance.RESULTS:Compared with those of the control group,the serum levels of CRH,ACTH,and CORT;the mRNA and protein expressions of MR,GR,and 11β-HSD1 in the amygdala;the mRNA and protein expressions of 11β-HSD1 in the hypothalamus;the CRH mRNA expression in the amygdala and hypothalamus;and the ACTH mRNA expression in the pituitary of the rats in the model group were all significantly decreased(P<0.05 or 0.01).After treatment with moxibustion,all the aforementioned observation indices except for 11β-HSD1 m RNA expression were ameliorated compared with those in the model group(P<0.05 or 0.01).CONCLUSIONS:Suspended moxibustion can effectively improve the serum levels of ACTH,CRH,and CORT and can up-regulate the mRNA and protein expressions of MR,GR,11β-HSD1,CRH,and ACTH in the amygdala and hypothalamus of KYDS rats.This may be one of the molecular mechanisms with which moxibustion alleviates KYDS.MIN Youjiang YAO Haihua WANG Zhiqin LUO Kaitao SUN Jie YUAN Zheng WU Huiqi CHENG Lihong 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,1:0

14Associative learning mechanism for drug‐target interaction prediction显示文摘As a necessary process of modern drug development,finding a drug compound that can selectively bind to a specific protein is highly challenging and costly.Exploring drug‐target interaction strength in terms of drug‐target affinity(DTA)is an emerging and effective research approach for drug development.However,it is challenging to model drug‐target interactions in a deep learning manner,and few studies provide interpretable analysis of models.This paper proposes a DTA prediction method(mutual transformer‐drug target affinity[MT‐DTA])with interactive learning and an autoencoder mechanism.The proposed MT‐DTA builds a variational autoencoders system with a cascade structure of the attention model and convolutional neural networks.It not only enhances the ability to capture the characteristic information of a single molecular sequence but also establishes the characteristic expression relationship for each substructure in a single molecular sequence.On this basis,a molecular information interaction module is constructed,which adds information interaction paths between molecular sequence pairs and complements the expression of correlations between molecular substructures.The performance of the proposed model was verified on two public benchmark datasets,KIBA and Davis,and the results confirm that the proposed model structure is effective in predicting DTA.Additionally,attention transformer models with different configurations can improve the feature expression of drug/protein molecules.The model performs better in correctly predicting interaction strengths compared with state‐of‐the‐art baselines.In addition,the diversity of drug/protein molecules can be better expressed than existing methods such as SeqGAN and Co‐VAE to generate more effective new drugs.The DTA value prediction module fuses the drug‐target pair interaction information to output the predicted value of DTA.Additionally,this paper theoretically proves that the proposed method maximises evidence lower bound for the joint distribution of the DTA prediction model,which enhances the consistency of the probability distribution between actual and predicted values.The source code of proposed method is available at http://gffzz188fe103f8f1460asn9kpw5cxq6fn6xv5.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/Lamouryz/Code/tree/main/MT‐DTA.Zhiqin Zhu Zheng Yao Guanqiu Qi Neal Mazur Pan Yang Baisen Cong 2023CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2023,8,4:0
15Isolation and Identification of Pathogenic Fungi Causing Decayin Luotian Chestnut during Late Storage Period and Research on Pathogenicity显示文摘In order to explore moldy mechanism of chestnut from Luotian County in storage process,the strains of pathogenic fungi were isolated from chestnuts after storage at room temperature for 70d.Six genera of fungi were found in chestnut through experimental identification,which were Ozoniumsp.,Fusarium sp.,Aspergillus sp.,Penicilliumsp.,Rhiopus sp.and Stachybotrys sp.,respectively.The re-inoculation tests had been conducted on pathogenic fungi whose isolating rate was greater than 10%.The result showed that the rest genera of fungi generally had no pathogenicity except Penicilliumsp.could infect non-injured chestnut with a lower moldy rate and lighter symptoms;but the moldy rate of strains was above 60% in injured inoculation and they showed heavy symptoms,among which the moldy rate of Ozoniumsp.and Aspergillus sp.were higher than 80%.The experimental results showed that injured chestnut were more likely to decay.Ozoniumsp.and Aspergillus sp.were important pathogenic fungi causing decay during storage process of chestnut.Li Linling Li Zheng Hua Juan Cheng Hua Liao Zhiqin Cheng Shuiyuan Tang Qing 2013Plant Diseases and Pests2013,4,6:0
