| 2 | Identification of an Early–Middle Jurassic oxidized magmatic belt,south Gangdese,Tibet,and geological implications显示文摘The south Gangdese region is the site of subduction of the Neo-Tethys and subsequent continental collision. Compared with widespread Cretaceous and Cenozoic magmatism, Early–Middle Jurassic magmatic rocks and related deposits are rarely reported. Our work identified a >200 km long felsic rock belt associated with Cu mineralization in the south Gangdese region. We report here zircon U–Pb ages, zircon Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+)values, and mineral assemblages of two Cu mineralized intrusions within the belt. A hornblende granite and a diorite porphyry were emplaced at 177.3 Ma and 166.3 Ma, respectively.Geological occurrence and magmatic hematite–magnetite–chalcopyrite intergrowths suggest that Cu mineralization formed coeval with Jurassic intrusions. Mineralized intrusions have high zircon Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+)and EuN/Eu?N ratios, and hematite–magnetite intergrowths, suggesting their parent magmas were highly oxidized. Hornblende is common and primary fluid inclusions are found in titanite and apatite,indicating their parent magmas were water-saturated and exsolved volatile phases at early stage of magmatic evolution. Those magma characters contribute to the formation of porphyry Cu deposits. | 11 | Multiplexed imaging of tumor immune microenvironmental markers in locally advanced or metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer characterizes the features of response to PD-1 blockade plus chemotherapy显示文摘Background:Although programmed cell death 1(PD-1)blockade plus chemotherapy can significantly prolong the progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)in first-line settings in patients with driver-negative advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC),the predictive biomarkers remain undetermined.Here,we investigated the predictive value of tumor immune microenvironmental marker expression to characterize the response features to PD-1 blockade plus chemotherapy.Methods:Tumor tissue samples at baseline were prospectively collected from 144 locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC patients without driver gene alterations who received camrelizumab plus chemotherapy or chemotherapy alone.Tumor immune microenvironmental markers,including PD-1 ligand(PDL1),CD8,CD68,CD4 and forkhead box P3,were assessed using multiplex immunofluorescence(mIF)assays.Kaplan-Meier curveswere used to determine treatment outcome differences according to their expression status.Mutational profiles were compared between tumors with distinct expression levels of these markers and their combinations.Results:Responders had significantly higher CD8/PD-L1(P=0.015)or CD68/PD-L1 co-expression levels(P=0.021)than non-responders in the camrelizumab plus chemotherapy group,while no difference was observed in the chemotherapy group.Patients with high CD8/PD-L1 or CD68/PD-L1 co-expression level was associated with significantly longer PFS(P=0.002,P=0.024;respectively)and OS(P=0.006,P=0.026;respectively)than those with low co-expression in camrelizumab plus chemotherapy group.When comparing survival in the camrelizumab plus chemotherapy with chemotherapy by CD8/PD-L1 co-expression stratification,significantly better PFS(P=0.003)and OS(P=0.032)were observed in high co-expression subgroups.The predictive value of CD8/PD-L1 and CD68/PD-L1 co-expression remained statistically significant for PFS and OS when adjusting clinicopathological features.Although the prevalence of TP53 or KRAS mutations was similar between patients with and without CD8/PD-L1 or CD68/PD-L1 co-expression,the positive groups had a significantly higher proportion of TP53/KRAS co-mutations than the negative groups(both 13.0%vs.0.0%,P=0.023).Notably,enriched PI3K(P=0.012)and cell cycle pathway(P=0.021)were found in the CD8/PD-L1 co-expression group.Conclusion:Tumor immune microenvironmental marker expression,especially CD8/PD-L1 or CD68/PD-L1 co-expression,was associated with the efficacy of PD-1 blockade plus chemotherapy as first-line treatment in patients with advanced NSCLC. | Fengying Wu Tao Jiang Gongyan Chen Yunchao Huang Jianying Zhou Lizhu Lin Jifeng Feng Zhehai Wang Yongqian Shu Jianhua Shi Yi Hu Qiming Wang Ying Cheng Jianhua Chen Xiaoyan Lin Yongsheng Wang Jianan Huang Jiuwei Cui Lejie Cao Yunpeng Liu Yiping Zhang Yueyin Pan Jun Zhao LiPing Wang Jianhua Chang Qun Chen Xiubao Ren Wei Zhang Yun Fan Zhiyong He Jian Fang Kangsheng Gu Xiaorong Dong Tao Zhang Wei Shi Jianjun Zou Xuejuan Bai Shengxiang Ren Caicun Zhou | 2022 | Cancer Communications2022，42，12： | 1 |

| 14 | Elite sd1 alleles in japonica rice and their breeding applications in northeast China显示文摘The Green Revolution gene sd1 has been used extensively in modern rice breeding,especially in indica cultivars.However,elite sd1 alleles and related germplasm resources used for japonica rice breeding have not been identified,and extensive efforts are needed for japonica rice breeding to obtain new dwarfing sources.Data from MBKbase-Rice revealed seven sd1 haplotypes in indica and four in japonica rice.Two new sd1 alleles were identified in indica rice.In 295 japonica accessions from northeast Asia,except for the weak functional allele SD1-EQ,sd1-r was the major allele,reducing plant height in comparison with SD1-EQ.Japonica germplasm resources carrying reported sd1 alleles were identified by genotype searching and further verified by literature search,genealogical analysis,and d Caps markers.Pedigrees and geographic distribution showed that sd1-r is an excellent allele widely used in northern China and Tohoku in Japan,and sd1-j is commonly used in east China and Kyushu in Japan.Dongnong-and Xiushui-series cultivars carrying sd1-r and sd1-j,respectively,are essential branches of the backbone parents of Chinese japonica rice,Akihikari and Ce21,with the largest number of descendants and derived generations.In semi-dwarf japonica rice breeding,sd1-d was introgressed into Daohuaxiang 2(DHX2).Dwarf and semi-dwarf lines carrying sd1-d were selected and designated as 1279 and 1280,respectively,after withstanding typhoon-induced strong winds and heavy rains in 2020,and are anticipated to become useful intermediate materials for future genetic research and breeding.This work will facilitate the introduction,parental selection,and marker-assisted breeding,and provide a material basis for the next step in identifying favorable genes that selected together with the sd1 alleles in japonica backbone parents. | Hanjing Sha Hualong Liu Guangxin Zhao Zhongmin Han Huilin Chang Jingguo Wang Hongliang Zheng Jifeng Zhang Yang Yu Yuqiang Liu Detang Zou Shoujun Nie Jun Fang | 2022 | The Crop Journal2022，10，1： | 0 |

| 17 | Intrauterine fetal death in triplet gestation caused by feto-fetal transfusion syndrome–a case report显示文摘Feto-fetal transfusion syndrome(FFTS)severely affects monochorionic(MC)multiple pregnancies and affects 1 in 1600 pregnancies overall.The number of increasing disputed obstetrics cases in China is related to unavailability of prompt diagnosis of FFTS.We present here a woman with a MC triplet pregnancy with intrauterine fetal death at 33 weeks of gestation due to FFTS.Subsequent pathological anatomy showed that the MC placenta contained vascular anastomoses,including arterio-arterial anastomosis and arterio-venous anastomosis.These anastomoses led to unidirectional blood flow with the absence of adequate compensatory counter-transfusion and bi-directional flow.When encountering such challenging conditions,medical practitioners should discreetly compare the fetuses’characteristics with features of placental blood vessels and consult morphological and pathological findings.Furthermore,they should perform ultrasound examinations,particularly focussing on fetal size differences and the maximum vertical pocket in the diagnosis of FFTS,especially in MC multiple pregnancies with abdominal symptoms. | Lingling Long Jie Yan Qiyan Li Ziqi Zhou Haixiao Deng Chudong Wang Ying Zou Jifeng Cai | 2017 | Forensic Sciences Research2017，2，4： | 0 |
