4Research progress of photocatalysis based on highly dispersed titanium in mesoporous SiO_2显示文摘With the development of the human economy and green chemistry, people pay much more attention to environmental safety. Correspondingly, mesoporous TiO_2 and its correlated photocatalysts are able to help people seek for better life. In this review, first of all, we briefly introduce the preparations and applications of mesoporous TiO_2-SiO_2 materials, which exhibit excellent performance in pollutants decomposition and H_2 evolution in photocatalysis. Then, we review the mesoporous composites of TiSiO_2 materials, which are ideal materials used in the photoreduction of air pollutants such as CO_2, NO and NO_2. 8Study on surface wave-induced mixing of transport flux residue under typhoon conditions显示文摘The transport flux residue of surface waves plays an important role in a variety of ocean phenomena,for example,the change in sea surface temperature(SST)and upper mixed layer profile that were studied in a series of recent papers.In the previous studies,its effect was discussed rigorously and fragmented based on numerical modeling.Here we propose a relatively comprehensive and simplified exposition of the wave transport flux residue,and focus on its influence under typhoon conditions with strong background current.An analogue Reynolds Number is presented for tentative comparison with wave-generated turbulence mixing,especially in the coastal area.Numerical results indicate that both overwhelming dynamical mixing processes can remarkably change the coastal environment,and should not be ignored consciously for further marine hazards assessment.YANG Yongzeng SHI Yongfang YU Chencheng TENG Yong SUN Meng 2019Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2019,37,6:1

10Sequential stabilization of RNF220 by RLIM and ZC4H2 during cerebellum development and Shh-group medulloblastoma progression显示文摘Sonic hedgehog (Shh) signaling is essential for the proliferation of cerebellar granule neuron progenitors (CGNPs), and its misregulation is linked to various disorders, including cerebellar cancer medulloblastoma (MB). During vertebrate neural development, RNF220, a ubiquitin E3 ligase, is involved in spinal cord patterning by modulating the subcellular location of glioma-associated oncogene homologs (Glis) through ubiquitination. RNF220 is also required for full activation of Shh signaling during cerebellum development in an epigenetic manner through targeting embryonic ectoderm development. ZC4H2 was reported to be involved in spinal cord patterning by acting as an RNF220 stabilizer. Here, we provided evidence to show that ZC4H2 is also required for full activation of Shh signaling in CGNP and MB progression by stabilizing RNF220. In addition, we found that the ubiquitin E3 ligase RING finger LIM domain-binding protein (RLIM) is responsible for ZC4H2 stabilization via direct ubiquitination, through which RNF220 is also thus stabilized. RLIM is a direct target of Shh signaling and is also required for full activation of Shh signaling in CGNP and MB cell proliferation. We further provided clinical evidence to show that the RLIM‒ZC4H2‒RNF220 cascade is involved in Shh-group MB progression. Disease-causative human RLIM and ZC4H2 mutations affect their interaction and regulation. 11A Severe Seasonal Influenza Epidemic During 2017–2018 in China After the 2009 Pandemic Influenza: A Modeling Study显示文摘Influenza viruses continue to cause epidemics worldwide every year.However,due to the lack of an effective assessment for the severity of influenza epidemics,it was extremely difficult to take preventative measures.Data were extracted from infectious diseases reports from 2011–2018.Joinpoint regression model and susceptible-exposed-infectious-recovered model were built to understand the characteristics and processes of the epidemic.The reported incidence of influenza was 1,913,698 from January 2011 to February 2018,with an average-yearly-reported-incidence-rate of 19.21 per 100,000.However,there had been a substantial nationwide epidemic of influenza after September 2017,when the average yearly reported incidence rate was 87.29 per 100,000 and an annual percentage change of 48.1%.The hemagglutinin genes of most influenza A(H1N1 and H3N2)viruses from the period of the epidemic had lower homology to those before August 2017.All the hemagglutinin of the recommended A(H3N2,H1N1)and B(Victoria)viruses for vaccines 2017/2018 had low matches with the epidemic viruses.The basic reproduction number was 1.53.The vaccination benefit was linearly related to vaccination coverage,while the quarantine measure had only significantly benefited when over 60%of the quarantined population.The most severe epidemic of influenza in China since 2011 occurred during the period from September 2017 to February 2018.Compared to quarantine,influenza vaccination is more effective way to prevent influenza,and strategies to increase vaccination coverage should be taken for the prevention of severe epidemics of influenza.Xiaofang Fu Yuqing Zhou Jie Wu Xiaoxiao Liu Cheng Ding Chenyang Huang Min Deng Dongyan Shi Chencheng Wang Kaijin Xu Jingjing Ren Bing Ruan Lanjuan Li Shigui Yang 2019Infectious Microbes & Diseases2019,1,1:0
12Two-dimensional Molecular Phase Transition of Alkylated-TDPB on Au(111)and Cu(111)Surfaces显示文摘The derivatives of aromatic cores bearing alkyl chains with different lengths are of potential interest in on-surface chemistry,and thus have been widely investigated both at liquid-solid interfaces and in vacuum.Here,we report on the structural evaluation of self-assembled 1,3.5-tri(4-dodecvlphenyl)benzene(TDPB)molecules with in creased molecular coverages on both Au(111)and Cu(111)surfaces.As observed on Au(111).thombic and herring bone structures emerge successively depending on surface coverage.In the case of Cu(111),the same process of phase conversion is also observed,but with two distinct structures.In comparison,the self-assembled structures on Au(111)surface are packed more densely than that on Cu(111)surface under the same preparation conditions.This may fundamentally result from the higher adsorption energy of TDPB molecules on Cu(111),restricting their adjustment to optimize a thermodvnamically favorable molecular packing.ZHANG Junjie WANG Can DUAN Ruomeng PENG Chencheng YANG Biao CAO Nan ZHANG Haiming CHI Lifcng 2020Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,4:0
