| 1 | Effects of different biochars on antibiotic resistance genes during swine manure thermophilic composting显示文摘Elimination of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)in animal manure from concentrated animal feeding operations by thermophilic composting has drawn increasing attention.This study investigated the effects of sawdust biochar,corn stover biochar and peanut hull biochar with three spiked levels on ARGs in swine manure during thermophilic composting.Thirteen ARGs corresponding to four classes of antibiotics(tetracyclines,sulfonamides,macrolides and quinolones)were determined in the composting piles.Results indicated that the ten tested composting groups became fully mature after 30-day thermophilic composting process.tetM,tetO and ermB were reduced in all tested groups;tetC and tetG,tetX,sul1,sul2,ermF,qnrD and aac(6’)-Ib were mostly reduced under low level biochar addition but increased under higher level biochar addition;gyrA increased under medium biochar addition and reduced in other groups;oqxB remained comparatively stable throughout the composting process.The addition levels of spiked biochar are more important than types of spiked biochar on the removal of ARGs in the composting pile.The average removal rates of ARGs in the control group,low,medium and high level biochar addition groups were 0.24 logs,0.52-0.72 logs,-0.52-0.18 logs and-0.19-0.21 logs,respectively.In summary,low level biochar addition could enhance the elimination of studied ARGs in swine manure during the composting process,while medium level biochar addition to the composting piles would increase the risk of ARGs’propagation. | Jian Wang Bin Sui Yujun Shen Haibo Meng Lixin Zhao Haibin Zhou Ran Li Jingtao Ding Hongsheng Cheng Xi Zhang | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,6: | 5 |

| 5 | Outcome of bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation after out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in Beijing显示文摘Aim:We aimed to investigate the association between bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)and survival of patients with out-of-hospital cardiac arrests(OHCA)in Beiing.Methods:This observational study analyzed adult patients with OHCA treated by the Beiing emergency medical service(EMS)from January 2013 to December 2017.Data were collected in a Utstein style with a 1-year follow-up and a primary outcome 01 survival to hospital discharge.Secondary outcomes were return of spontaneous circulation(ROSC),survival to admission,favorable neurological outcome at hospital discharge,and survival and favorable neurological outcomes of up to 1 year.Results:A total of 5016 patients with OHCA from Beiing's urban area were recorded by EMS,wherein 765 patients(15.25%)underwent bystander CPR.The data were propensity score-matched forage,sex,location,witness,aetiology,initial rhythm,and call to EMS arrival to compare the difference between the occurrence and nonoccurrence of bystander CPR.The survival upon the discharge of patients who experienced bystander CPR was superior to that of patients who did not receive bystander CPR(3.7%vs 1.2%,respectively;P<0.001).Moreover,patients with OHCA resuscitated with bystander CPR achieved better outcomes of ROSC,survival to admission,favorable neurological outcome at hospital discharge,survival and favorable neurological outcome after 1 year compared with those who were not resuscitated with bystander CPR.Conclusion:Survival and neu rological outcome of patients who underwent bystander CPR was better than those who underwent nonbystander CPR in Beiing.However,the rate of bystander CPR was low. | Xian Shi Yang Wu Haibin Li Shengkui Ma Dou Li Ding Gao Hao Cui Changxiao Yu Song Yang Ziren Tang Fei Shao | 2021 | Emergency and Critical Care Medicine2021,1,2: | 2 |

| 7 | Synthesis and Photocatalytic Activity of Fe-doped TiO_2 Supported on Hollow Glass Microbeads显示文摘In this paper, Fe-doped TiO_2 photocatalyst supported on hollow glass microbeads(Fe-TiO_2 /beads)is prepared by dip-coating method, which uses hollow glass microbeads as the carriers and tetrabutylorthotitanate [Ti(OC_4H_9)_4] as the raw material. The phase structure, ingredient, morphologies, particle size and shell thickness of the products are characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD), energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) and field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM). The feasibility of photocatylic degradation of Rhodamine B(Rh B) under illumination of UV-vis light is studied. The results show that the core-shell structure catalyst is composed of Fe-doped anatase TiO_2 and hollow glass microbeads, and the catalytic activity of the TiO_2 is markedly enhanced by Fe ion doping. The optimum concentration of Fe ion is 0.1%(molecular fraction) in the precursor and the photocatalytic activity can be increased to 98% compared with that of the undoped one. The presence of ferrum elements neither influences the transformation of anatase to rutile, nor creates new crystal phases. | 10 | An experimental method to obtain the hard alpha anomaly distribution for titanium alloy aeroengine disks显示文摘A probability-based damage tolerance methodology has been proposed to improve the recognition of material anomalies, especially hard alpha(TiN) anomalies for aeroengine rotor disks. A key input to this method is hard alpha anomaly distribution, which reflects the occurrence rate and size of anomalies present in the finished part material of titanium rotors. Since anomalies rarely occur naturally, an experimental method is proposed to obtain the anomaly distribution for titanium alloy aeroengine disks to reflect and equivalently replace the manufacturing development in titanium industry. In general, the anomaly distribution information can be divided into two parts: the Probability of Detection(POD) curve and the detected anomaly distribution, which contains the size and frequency data of the detected anomalies. The distribution can be established based on several appropriate assumptions and derivation steps with different confidence levels of POD curves and detected anomaly distributions. In this case, the distribution can be obtained in a relatively short time as a key input to the probability-based damage tolerance methodology. Then the Probability of Failure(POF) can be calculated, and the value is found to vary with different confidence levels. | 11 | A likely autotetraploidization event shaped the Chinese mahogany(Toona sinensis)genome显示文摘Chinese mahogany(Toona sinensis) is of considerable medical and economic importance, and its genome has been deciphered. However, the process underlying its polyploidy is unclear, and the chromosomal evolutionary trajectory is poorly understood. Here, by reanalysing the T.sinensis genome, we found evidence of a tetraploidization event(T. sinensis special tetraploidization, TST) that occurred approximately 15-17 million years ago(MYA) after the core eudicot-common hexaploidization(ECH or gamma) event. We characterized the synonymous nucleotide substitution rates(Ks values) of collinear genes and found that T. sinensis genes affected by the TST evolve at a slower rate than Acer yangbiense genes. Furthermore, we identified homologous genes related to polyploidization and speciation and constructed multiple alignments with different reference genomes. Notably, the significant balance of gene retention and loss characterized in the two TST-derived subgenomes suggests an autopolyploid nature of the TST. Moreover, we deduced the chromosomal karyotypes of the two subgenomes and identified 7chromosomal fusions that have shaped the T. sinensis genome;more information is available on a newly constructed karyotype platform(http://gffzze84c5b42976d4cd7hoku9kf00nqpx666o.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/Toona_sinensis/index.html). The T. sinensis genome preserves the ancestral chromosome structure of dicotyledons well and could serve as a good reference for understanding genomic changes in other Meliaceae and Sapindales plants. In addition, we verified that tandem duplication and the ECH have promoted the expansion of terpene synthase(TPS) genes;conversely, the TST seems to have inhibited expansion of these genes. | 15 | Survey on heavy metal concentrations and maturity indices of organic fertilizer in China显示文摘A nationwide survey of organic fertilizer was carried out in China,and 263 samples were collected to be analyzed for maturity indices(moisture content(MC),pH,electrical conductivity(EC),E4/E6,and germination index(GI))and 7 heavy metals(Cu,Zn,Cd,Pb,Cr,As and Ni).The MC,pH,EC,E4/E6 and GI showed large variations among the organic fertilizer samples with ranges of 6.9%-66.68%,4.40-9.19,0.76-13.38 mS/cm,1.07-9.40,and 10%-150%,respectively.The concentrations of 7 heavy metals(Cu,Zn,Cd,Pb,As,Cr,Ni)were also with large variations at 7.53-580.4,0-2818,0.02-149.3,0(not detected)-1321,0.14-26.9,3.70-1237,and 0(not detected)-214.6 mg/kg dry weight.Compared with the limit values of the Chinese standard for organic fertilizers(NY525-2012),9.51%,73.4%,3.19%,and 3.04%of the samples exceeded the limit values of Cd,Pb,As and Cr,respectively.No limits have been set for Cu,Zn and Ni in China,and 35.0%,13.3%and 16.7%of the samples exceeded the Cu,Zn and Ni limits for composts in Germany,respectively.Monte Carlo simulations indicated that with the continuous application of organic fertilizer,Cu,Zn,Cd,Pb and Cr would accumulate to the risk control standard for soil contamination of agricultural land(GB15618-2018)within a relatively short period.It is urgent to establish suitable limits of heavy metals in organic fertilizer in China to control the risk of heavy metal pollution in agricultural land. | Xi Zhang Haibo Meng Yujun Shen Ji Li Jiarui Wang Haibin Zhou Jingtao Ding Jian Wang Liqiu Song | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,6: | 0 |

| 17 | Therapeutic Effect of the Combination of Xiaoaiping Injection and Chemotherapy on Advanced Esophageal Cancer and Coagulation Function显示文摘Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the combination of Xiaoaiping injection and chemotherapy on advanced esophageal cancer and coagulation function.Methods 100 patients with advanced esophageal carcer were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and each group had 50 cases.The control group was treated with TP chemotherapy,and the observation group,on the basis of the control group’s treatment,was treated with the Xiaoaiping injection,and treatment effects,Karnofsky,adverse drug reactions and INR changes before and after the treatment of the two groups were observed.Results After 2 periods of treatment,the local control rate of solid tumor,Karnofsky score,and stability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05);and the plasma prothrombin time(PT),activated partial coagulation activity time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(p<0.05),and Fibrinogen(FIB)was significantly higher than the control group(p<0.05);and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(p>0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of the combination of Xiaoaiping Injection and chemotherapy on advanced esophageal cancer is obvious,and it can effectively improve the coagulation function,improve the quality of life,and be safe and reliable,so it's worth popularizing and application. | Ding Haibin | 2018 | Proceedings of Anticancer Research2018,2,1: | 0 |

| 20 | Airflow field simulation model building and application for aerobic compost using CFD显示文摘Composting is a suitable low-cost strategy to transform animal waste into a stabilized end product,and the airflow field in the pile affects the fermentation states.For piles in the aeration weak zone,anaerobic fermentation may happen as the lack of oxygen.While in practice,due to the extremely low speed and harsh condition,the airflow field was scarcely researched.This study adopted Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)to investigate the airflow field in the compost pile.A three-dimensional CFD model was built;the compost pile in this model was simplified as porous media;unstructured mesh was adopted to discretize the geometric model;standard k-εmodel and SIMPLE scheme were employed for numerical methods.The CFD model was validated with the field experiment in the cooling period.Then the model was applied to research the airflow field in the pile with increased pipe diameter.Results showed that it was feasible to investigate the airflow field in the pile with CFD.For boundary conditions in the CFD model,treating the compost pile as a homogeneous porous media is reasonable.The CFD model was successfully validated by the field measurement(the average relative difference between the simulated and measured air speed was within 10%).Airflow in the existing compost pile showed nonuniform distribution with stagnation and vortex zones;the turbulence intensities were 3.57 and 1.43 for the airflow in the pile and the reactor,respectively.When pipe diameter increased,the airflow distribution uniformity in the pile was improved significantly.With diameter raising to 0.04 m,the turbulence intensity decreased to 1.54 and 0.42 for the airflow in the pile and the reactor,respectively.The CFD model developed in this research can provide qualitative and quantitative analyses of the airflow field in compost piles,and can be a theoretical basis for the aeration system design. | Qiongyi Cheng Haibo Meng Haibin Zhou Yujun Shen Hongsheng Cheng Jingtao Ding Shihao Zhao Shance Hou | 2021 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,4: | 0 |
