| 2 | Research and Practice of Blending Teaching Based on “MOOC + SPOC + Flipped Classroom” for Software Engineering显示文摘Based on 'MOOC + SPOC + Flipped Classroom', a particular blending teaching pattern adapting to MOOC teaching is proposed to strengthen software engineering students' abilities to study themselves and practice innovatively. Firstly, the process of MOOC development in China is introduced. The distinguishing feature and effect of MOOC teaching are analyzed, followed by the comparison with traditional class. The online Plus offline blending teaching pattern is the combination of online self-study on MOOC before class, seminar study of flipped classroom in class and the summary after class. With the demonstration of a typical case, a progressive strategy is given to implement blending teaching. Finally, the blending teaching pattern is assessed from multiple perspectives, of which both advantages and disadvantages are dissected. Through primary exploration, introducing online study and flipped classroom, blending teaching plays a positive role in software engineering teaching, which means traditional teaching pattern is changed. Meanwhile, students' innovative consciousness and practical ability are inspired. | 3 | Magnetic properties and large magnetocaloric effects of GdPd intermetallic compound显示文摘With the intention to explore excellent magnetocaloric materials, the intermetallic compound GdPd was synthesized by arc melting and heat treatment. The microstructure, magnetic and magnetocaloric properties of the intermetallic compound of GdPd were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and the physical property measurement system(PPMS). A large reversible magnetocaloric effect is observed in GdPd accompanied by a second order magnetic phase transition from paramagnetism to ferromagnetism at ~39 K. The paramagnetic Curie temperature(θp) and the effective magnetic moment(μ_(eff))are determined to be 34.7 K and 8.12 μ_B/Gd,respectively. The maximum entropy change(|△S_M^(Max)|) and the relative cooling power(RCP) under a field change of 5 T are estimated to be 20.14 J/(kg·K) and 433 J/kg, respectively. | 6 | A nonlinear equivalent circuit method for analysis of passive intermodulation of mesh reflectors显示文摘Passive intermodulation(PIM) has gradually become a serious electromagnetic interference due to the development of high-power and high-sensitivity RF/microwave communication systems, especially large deployable mesh reflector antennas. This paper proposes a field-circuit coupling method to analyze the PIM level of mesh reflectors. With the existence of many metal–metal(MM) contacts in mesh reflectors, the contact nonlinearity becomes the main reason for PIM generation. To analyze these potential PIM sources, an equivalent circuit model including nonlinear components is constructed to model a single MM contact so that the transient current through the MM contact point induced by incident electromagnetic waves can be calculated. Taking the electric current as a new electromagnetic wave source, the far-field scattering can be obtained by the use of electromagnetic numerical methods or the communication link method. | 9 | VMStore: Distributed storage system for multiple virtual machines显示文摘Desktop virtualization is a very hot concept in both industry and academic communities. Since virtualized desktop system is based on multiple virtual machines (VM), it is necessary to design a distributed storage system to manage the VM images. In this paper, we design a distributed storage system, VMStore, by taking into account three important characteristics: high performance VM snapshot, booting optimization from multiple images and redundancy removal of images data. We adopt a direct index structure of blocks for VM snapshots to speed up VM booting performance significantly; provide a distribute storage structure with good bandwidth scalability by dynamically changing the number of storage nodes; and propose a data preprocessing strategy with intelligent object partitioning techniques, which would eliminate duplication more effectively. Performance analysis for VMStore focuses on two metrics: the speedup of VM booting and the overhead of de-duplication. | 10 | Growth inhibition and oxidative damage of Microcystis aeruginosa induced by crude extract of Sagittaria trifolia tubers显示文摘Aquatic macrophytes are considered to be promising in controlling harmful cyanobacterial blooms. In this research, an aqueous extract of Sagittaria trifolia tubers was prepared to study its inhibitory effect on Microcystis aeruginosa in the laboratory. Several physiological indices of M. aeruginosa, in response to the environmental stress, were analyzed. Results showed that S. trifolia tuber aqueous extract significantly inhibited the growth of M. aeruginosa in a concentration-dependent way. The highest inhibition rate reached 90% after 6 day treatment. The Chlorophyll-a concentration of M. aeruginosa cells decreased from 343.1 to314.2 μg/L in the treatment group. The activities of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase and the content of reduced glutathione in M. aeruginosa cells initially increased as a response to the oxidative stress posed by S. trifolia tuber aqueous extract, but then decreased as time prolonged. The lipid peroxidation damage of the cyanobacterial cell membranes was reflected by the malondialdehyde level, which was notably higher in the treatment group compared with the controls. | 17 | CD14 macrophage and IL-10 levels in the peripheral blood of breast cancer patients and their diagnostic value显示文摘Objective To explore the correlation between macrophages and interleukin-10(IL-10 in the peripheral blood of breast cancer(BC)patients and the diagnostic value of joint detection.Methods BC patients(n=50)and healthy controls(n=40)were prospectively recruited.The percentage of circulating cluster of differentiation 14(CD 14)macrophage cells was analyzed by flow cytometry,and an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect IL-10 expression levels.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were used to verify the diagnostic value of the models based on the expression of CD14 macrophage cell populations and IL-10.In addition,the association between model expression and clinicopathological characteristics was investigated.Another 30 patients with BC and 30 with benign breast disease were selected to validate the IL-10 and CD14 macrophage joint detection model using the same method.Results CD14 macrophage and IL-10 expression levels in BC patients were higher than those in healthy controls(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of CD14+macrophages combined with IL-10 was 0.830,the sensitivity was 72.0%,and the specificity was 87.5%.Its diagnostic efficiency was better than all other single and joint detections.Correlation analysis of clinicopathological features showed that IL-10 and CD14+macrophage joint detection was significantly correlated with tumor size,tumor-node-metastasis(TNM)stage,and lymph node,estrogen receptor(ER),and Ki-67 expression(P<0.05).The validation analysis results were consistent with the test results.Conclusion Peripheral blood macrophages can be an independent diagnostic marker for BC.Joint detection of CD14-macrophages and IL-10 suggests poor prognosis,which has unlimited potential to guide BC development and provides a new theory for studying tumor-associated macrophages in BC. | Mengting Dong Jiayu Sheng Chunyang Li Patiguli·JIAPAER Xiaofei Li Minjia Yuan Xiaohong Xue Ke Jiang | 2022 | Oncology and Translational Medicine2022,8,4: | 2 |

| 20 | The study of the adductor muscle-shell interface structure in three Mollusc species显示文摘The adductor muscle scar(AMS) is the fixation point of adductor muscle to the shell. It is an important organicinorganic interface and stress distribution area. Despite recent advances, our understanding of the structure and composition of the AMS remain limited. Here, we report study on the AMS of three bivalves: Mytilus coruscus,Chlamys farreri and Ruditapes philippinarum. Results showed that there were significant differences among their AMS structures. Both M. coruscus and C. farreri were found to have a columnar layer above the nacreous platelet shell structure at the AMS and this layer was more organized in M. coruscus. There was no distinguishable twolayer structure in R. philippinarum. Atomic force microscopy(AFM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) results showed that the AMS was much smoother than the nacreous inner shell in all the three species and the AMS had minor different compositions from the nacreous shell layer. SDS-PAGE(sodium dodecyl-sulfate polyacrylamide gel electophoresis) study of the proteins isolated from the interface indicated that there was a 70 k Da protein which seemed to be specifically located to the highly organized columnar AMS structure in Mytilus coruscus.
