| 2 | Modeling uniaxial tensile deformation of polycrystalline Al using CPFEM显示文摘The crystal plasticity finite element modeling(CPFEM)is realized in commercial finite element code ABAQUS with UMAT subroutine on the basis of the crystal plasticity theory of rate dependent polycrystal constitutive relations in the mesoscopic scale.The initial orientations obtained by electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)are directly input into the CPFEM to simulate the mechanical response of polycrystaUine 1050 pure Al in uniaxial tensile deformation.Two polycrystal models and two tensile strain rates were used in the simulations.The stress-strain curves of tensile deformation were analyzed.The predictions and the corre- sponding experiment result show reasonable agreement and slight deviation with experiments.The flow true stress of strain rate 0.01 s^(-1)is higher than that of strain rate 0.001 s^(-1).At the strain less than 0.05,the stress saturated rate of the experiment is higher than the simulated results.However,the stress saturated rate of the experiment becomes gentler than the corresponding simulated predictions at the strain over 0.05.Also,necking was simulated by the two models,but the necking strain is not well predicted.Tensile textures at strain 0.25 were predicted at the low strain rate of 0.001 s^(-1).The predictions are in good accord with the experimental results. | Huachun pi Jingtao Han Chuanguo Zhang A. | 5 | New Knowledge Network Evaluation Method for Design Rationale Management显示文摘Current design rationale(DR) systems have not demonstrated the value of the approach in practice since little attention is put to the evaluation method of DR knowledge. To systematize knowledge management process for future computer-aided DR applications, a prerequisite is to provide the measure for the DR knowledge. In this paper, a new knowledge network evaluation method for DR management is presented. The method characterizes the DR knowledge value from four perspectives, namely, the design rationale structure scale, association knowledge and reasoning ability, degree of design justification support and degree of knowledge representation conciseness. The DR knowledge comprehensive value is also measured by the proposed method. To validate the proposed method, different style of DR knowledge network and the performance of the proposed measure are discussed. The evaluation method has been applied in two realistic design cases and compared with the structural measures. The research proposes the DR knowledge evaluation method which can provide object metric and selection basis for the DR knowledge reuse during the product design process. | 6 | All-trans retinoic acid(ATRA)inhibits insufficient radiofrequency ablation(IRFA)-induced enrichment of tumor-initiating cells in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Objective:Local recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after radiofrequency ablation(RFA)treatment remains a serious problem.Tumor-initiating cells(TICs)are thought to be responsible for tumor relapse.Here,we investigated the effect of the TIC differentiation inducer,all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA),on RFA and explored the potential molecular mechanisms.Methods:The proportions of CD133+and epithelial cell adhesion molecule(Ep CAM);TICs in recurrent HCC after RFA and primary HCC were first determined in clinic.Then,the effect of heat intervention or insufficient RFA(IRFA)on the malignant potential of HCC cells,including cell migration,sphere formation ability,tumor growth,the proportion of CD133+and Ep CAM+TICs and expression of stem cell-related genes,was evaluated in vitro and in vivo.Finally,the effect of ATRA on the tumor growth and the proportion of TICs was evaluated.Results:In clinical data,a higher proportion of CD133+and Ep CAM+TICs was found in recurrent tumors than in primary tumors.In vitro heat intervention promoted the cell migration and sphere formation ability.Additionally,it increased the proportion of CD133+and Ep CAM+TICs and the expression of stem cell-related genes.In addition,after IRFA the residual tumors in xenografts grew faster and had more TICs than untreated tumors.ATRA remarkably inhibited residual tumor growth after IRFA by elimination of TICs though the PI3 K/AKT pathway.Combination treatment with ATRA resulted in longer survival outcomes in mouse xenografts than RFA alone.Conclusions:ATRA,as a TIC differentiation inducer,could help to improve the effect of RFA treatment,which was partially attributed to its effect against TICs.The data indicated its potential as an alternative drug in the development of better therapeutic strategies for use in combination with RFA. | Song Wang Jingtao Liu Hao Wu Anna Jiang Kun Zhao Kun Yan Wei Wu Haibo Han Yanhua Zhang Wei Yang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,6: | 2 |

| 19 | Seed guide path planning and parameter optimization for air-suction carrot seed-metering device显示文摘To meet the requirement of“zero speed”for precision sowing,the instantaneous speed of seed falling into the seed bed should be equal to the opposite direction of the forward speed of the machine.Through analyzing the principle of seed guiding process,the main influencing factors affecting the contour curve of the seed tube were determined to plan the seed guiding path and realize zero speed seed delivery.With the help of EDEM simulation software,taking the inclination angle of seed tube end,operating speed of the metering disc,and machine’s forward speed as the experimental factors,a single-factor simulation test was conducted with the pass rate,replay rate,and missing seeding rate as experimental indexes.The results of the simulation test showed that the range of inclination angle of the seed tube end was 23°-40°,the range of machine forward speed was 5-9 km/h,and the range of operating speed of the metering disc was 15-40 r/min.The quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test method was carried out using the bench test,and a mathematical regression model was established between experimental factors and experimental indexes to determine the priority order of factors,and the best combination of factors.The test results showed that the pass rate was 93.25%,the replay rate was 2.97%and the missing seeding rate was 3.78%under the condition with the inclination angle of seed tube end of 32.28°,the forward speed of the machine of 6.89 km/h and the operating speed of the metering disc of 28.67 r/min,which can meet the requirements of relevant national standards. | Fangyan Wang Wenxin Zhang Jingtao Jiang | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,5: | 0 |
