| 3 | Serum uric acid and risk of incident diabetes in middle-aged and elderly Chinese adults: prospective cohort study显示文摘The association between serum uric acid and the risk of incident diabetes in Chinese adults remains unknown.This study aimed to investigate this association in a community-dwelling population aged≥40 years in Shanghai,China.Oral glucose tole3rance test was conducted during baseline and follow-up visits.Relative risk regression was utilized to examine the associations between baseline gender-specific serum uric acid levels and incident diabetes risk.A total of 613(10.3%)incident diabetes cases were identified during the follow-up visit after 4.5 years.Fasting plasma glucose,postload glucose,and glycated hemoglobin A1c during the follow-up visit progressively increased across the sex-specific quartiles of serum uric acid(all Ps<0.05).The incidence rate of diabetes increased across the quartiles of serum uric acid(7.43%,8.77%,11.47%,and 13.43%).Multivariate adjusted regression analysis revealed that individuals in the highest quartile had 1.36-fold increased risk of diabetes compared with those in the lowest quartile of serum uric acid(odds ratio(95%confidence interval)=1.36(1.06−1.73)).Stratified analysis indicated that the association was only observed in women.Accordingly,serum uric acid was associated with the increased risk of incident diabetes among middle-aged and elderly Chinese women. | Di Cheng Chunyan Hu Rui Du Hongyan Qi Lin Lin Xueyan Wu Lina Ma Kui Peng Mian Li Min Xu Yu Xu Yufang Bi Weiqing Wang Yuhong Chen Jieli Lu | 2020 | Frontiers of Medicine2020，14，6： | 3 |
| 4 | Meta-analysis of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with Chemotherapy in Treatment of Colorectal Cancer显示文摘[Objectives] To make a systematic evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in the treatment of colorectal cancer. [Methods] Databases,such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI),Wanfang,China biomedical literature service system( CBM),CQVIP,Medline,and Cochrane,were searched for the time before April 2017. The randomized controlled trial( RCT) that met the inclusion criteria was screened. Then,quality evaluation was made based on the modified Jadad scale. Data were extracted and meta-analysis was made with the aid of Review Manager 5. 3. [Results] Finally,21 papers met the inclusion criteria,including 2 high quality papers. The average Jadad score was 2. 5 points,1 589 patients were included. | 11 | Comparative Study on Grain Cadmium Content and Yield in Different Rice Varieties显示文摘[Objectives] The rice varieties with a low cadmium (Cd) content and a high yield were screened to provide reference for further experiments on moderate and high Cd-contaminated soils and local promotion.[Methods] Under the soil condition of a Cd content of 0.58mg/kg,differences in agronomic traits such as grain Cd content,yield,number of effective panicles,number of grains per panicle and 1 000-grain weight of 26 different rice varieties such as Huanghuazhan,Y Liangyou 9918 and T You 109,were studied by pot experiment.[Results] Such six varieties as Xiangyou 109,Tianfengyou 316,C Liangyou 651,Y Liangyou 3218,Y Liangyou 9918 and T You 109 had a relatively higher yield and relatively lower Cd content,which was because that their traits including panicle length,number of effective panicles and 1 000-grain weight were superior to other varieties.The correlation analysis between plant Cd content and yield showed that there was a negative correlation between Cd content and yield in rice.[Conclusions] This study provides a theoretical basis for cultivating suitable varieties in this area. | Weiqing FU Peng DU Jing ZHOU Guiyuan MENG | 2019 | Agricultural Biotechnology2019，8，5： | 0 |
