Experimental study on interaction between membrane structures and wind environment显示文摘The interaction between membrane structures and their environment can be either static or dynamic. Static interaction refers to interaction with static air, while dynamic interaction refers to wind and its effects. They can be evaluated by two parameters, added mass and radiation /aerodynamic damping, which are experimentally investigated in this study. The study includes the effects of both the static and dynamic interaction on structural dynamic characteristics, and the relationship between the interaction parameters and the covered area of a membrane structure for the static interaction and the relationship between the interaction parameters and wind direction and speed for the dynamic interaction. Experimental data show that the dynamic interaction is strongly correlated with the structural modes, i.e., the interaction of the symmetric modes is much larger than the anti-symmetric modes; and the influence of the dynamic interaction is significant in wind-induced response analysis and cannot be ignored. In addition, it is concluded that the structural natural frequency is remarkably decreased by this interaction, and the frequency band is significantly broadened. | Yang Qingshan Wu Yue Zhu Weiliang | 2010 | Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2010,9,4: | 6
Nanocrystals of halide perovskite:Synthesis, properties, and applications显示文摘Recently, halide perovskite materials have become an exciting topic of research mainly due to their outstanding photovoltaic performance with the highest efficiency up to 22.1% at present. The nanocrystals(NCs) of these perovskites show quantum size effect, tunable bandgap, and excellent photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY) in specific cases. Perovskite NCs have hence displayed great potentials in a broad range of applications, such as solar cells, light-emitting devices(LEDs), photodetectors, and lasers. In this review, we summarized the recent progress on the synthesis, optoelectronic properties and applications of the nanostructures of these halide perovskite materials, including hybrid organic–inorganic perovskites, pure inorganic perovskite, and perovskite-derived NCs. We have also provided a critical outlook into the challenges ahead. | Chi Yang Yihui Wu Qingshan Ma Wen-Hua Zhang | 2018 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2018,27,3: | 4
Enhanced production of seed oil with improved fatty acid composition by overexpressing NAD^(+)-dependent glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase in soybean显示文摘There is growing interest in expanding the production of soybean oils(mainly triacylglycerol, or TAG) to meet rising feed demand and address global energy concerns. We report that a plastidlocalized glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GPDH), encoded by GmGPDHp1 gene, catalyzes the formation of glycerol-3-phosphate(G3 P), an obligate substrate required for TAG biosynthesis.Overexpression of GmGPDHp1 increases soybean seed oil content with high levels of unsaturated fatty acids(FAs), especially oleic acid(C18:1), without detectably affecting growth or seed protein content or seed weight. Based on the lipidomic analyses, we found that the increase in G3 P content led to an elevated diacylglycerol(DAG) pool, in which the Kennedy pathwayderived DAG was mostly increased, followed by PC-derived DAG, thereby promoting the synthesis of TAG containing relatively high proportion of C18:1. The increased G3 P levels induced several transcriptional alterations of genes involved in the glycerolipid pathways. In particular, genes encoding the enzymes responsible for de novo glycerolipid synthesis were largely upregulated in the transgenic lines, in-line with the identified biochemical phenotype. These results reveal a key role for GmGPDHp1-mediated G3 P metabolism in enhancing TAG synthesis and demonstrate a strategy to modify the FA compositions of soybean oils for improved nutrition and biofuel. | Ying Zhao Pan Cao Yifan Cui Dongxu Liu Jiapeng Li Yabin Zhao Siqi Yang Bo Zhang Runnan Zhou Minghao Sun Xuetian Guo Mingliang Yang Dawei Xin Zhanguo Zhang Xin Li Chen Lv Chunyan Liu Zhaoming Qi Jingyu Xu Xiaoxia Wu Qingshan Chen | 2021 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,6: | 4
The Escherichia coli O157:H7 DNA detection on a gold nanoparticle-enhanced piezoelectric biosensor显示文摘This paper presents development of a quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) biosensor for real-time de- tection of E. coli O157:H7 DNA based on nanogold particles amplification. Many inner Au nanoparticles were immobilized onto the thioled surface of the Au electrode, then more specific thiolated sin- gle-stranded DNA (ssDNA) probes could be fixed through Au-SH bonding. The hybridization was in- duced by exposing the ssDNA probe to the complementary target DNA of E. coli O157:H7 gene eaeA, then resulted in a mass change and corresponding frequency shifts ( △f ) of the QCM. The outer avidin-coated Au nanoparticles could combine with the target DNA to increase the mass. The electro- chemical techniques, cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were adopted to manifest and character each step. The target DNA corresponding to 2.0×103 colony forming unit (CFU)/mL E. coli O157:H7 cells can be detected by this biosensor, so it is practical to develop a sensitive and effective QCM biosensor for pathogenic bacteria detection based on specific DNA analy- sis. The piezoelectric biosensing system has potential for further applications, such as food safety and environment monitoring, and this approach lays the groundwork for incorporating the method into an integrated system for in-field bacteria detection. | WANG LiJiang WEI QingShan WU ChunSheng HU ZhaoYing JI Jian WANG Ping | 2008 | Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,8: | 4
Coprinus comatus-derived nitrogen-containing biocarbon electrocatalyst with the addition of self-generating graphene-like support for superior oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘The development of nitrogen-rich biomassderived carbon catalysts provides an attractive perspective to substitute for Pt-based electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR). We here report a facile strategy for synthesis of a nitrogen-doped biocarbon/graphene-like composite electrocatalyst by pyrolyzing a solid-state mixture of coprinus comatus biomass and melamine under nitrogen protection. The graphtic carbon nitride formed by polycondensation of melamine at 600 °C acts as a selfsacrificing template to generate the nitrogen-doped graphene-like sheet, which can function as an inserting agent and self-generating support. The composite catalyst exhibits the most promising catalytic activity towards the fourelectron ORR with a half-wave potential of around 0.83 V(vs. RHE), and more excellent stability and tolerance to methanol/ethanol compared to the commercial Pt/C catalyst. It is interestingly found that both a higher content of nitrogen and a larger ratio of graphitic-nitrogen species, which may derive from self-addition of graphene-like support into the catalyst, can effectively improve the electrocatalytic activity. The planar N group may be the nitrogen functionality that is most responsible for maintaining the ORR activity in alkaline medium. This study can largely encourage the exploration of high-performance carbon-based catalysts from economical and sustainable fungus biomass. | Chaozhong Guo Wenli Liao Zhongbin Li Lingtao Sun Haibo Ruan Qingshan Wu Qinghong Luo Jie Huang Changguo Chen | 2016 | Science Bulletin2016,61,12: | 4
The genetic architecture of growth traits in Salix matsudana under salt stress显示文摘Willow(Salix)is one of the most important ornamental tree species in landscape plants. One species,Salix matsudana,is widely used as a shade tree and border tree because of its soft branches and plump crown. Some varieties of S.matsudana were salt tolerant and could grow normally in coastal regions. However, the molecular mechanisms of salt tolerance for S.matsudana have been less clear. Here,we addressed this issue by performing a mapping experiment containing 195 intraspecific F1 progeny of S.matsudana, derived from salt-sensitive‘yanjiang’and salt-tolerant‘9901’,grown by cuttings in a 100 mM NaCl solution.Growth performance of these progeny under salt stress was investigated, displaying marked genotypic variability with the coefficients of variance of 28.64–86.11%in shoot and root growth traits. We further mapped specific QTLs contributing to these differences to the Salix genome.Of the 204 QTLs identified,a few were detected to explain a remarkably larger portion of the phenotypic variation than many others. Many detected QTLs were found to reside in the region of candidate genes of known biological function. The discovery of growth QTLs expressed under salt stress provides important information for marker-assisted breeding of salt tolerant Salix varieties and founds the basis for the application of S.matsudana in coastal afforestation. | Jian Zhang Huwei Yuan Qingshan Yang Min Li Ying Wang Yujuan Li Xiangjian Ma Feng Tan Rongling Wu | 2017 | Horticulture Research2017,4,1: | 3
An Integrated Map of Soybean Physical Map and Genetic Map显示文摘Soybean is a major crop in the world, and it is a main source of plant proteins and oil. A lot of soybean genetic maps and physical maps have been constructed, but there are no integrated map between soybean physical map and genetic map. In this study, soybean genome sequence data, released by JGI (US Department of Energy's Joint Genome Institute), had been downloaded. With the software Blast 2.2.16, a total of 161 super sequences were mapped on the soybean public genetic map to construct an integrated map. The length of these super sequences accounted for 73.08% of all the genome sequence. This integrated map could be used for gene cloning, gene mining, and comparative genome of legume. | QI Zhaoming LI Hui WU Qiong SUN Yanan LIU Chunyan HU Guohua CHEN Qingshan | 2009 | Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2009,16,2: | 3
Efficient CO_(2) electroreduction over N-doped hieratically porous carbon derived from petroleum pitch显示文摘Developing of economic and efficient catalysts is critical for the application of electroreduction of carbon dioxide to highly valuable chemicals.Herein,we present a facile method to synthesize N-doped hieratically porous carbon through pyrolysis of petroleum pitch followed by ammonia etching. We found mesopores are favored formation by removing of asphaltene from petroleum pitch during the carbonation process.Simultaneously, ammonia etching can not only increase the pyridinic-N content, but also upgrade the ratio of meso-to micro-pores of carbon materials.Using the N-doped hieratically porous carbon as catalyst for carbon dioxide electroreduction, the Faradaic efficiency of carbon monoxide reaches 83%at-0.9 V vs.the reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)in 0.1 M KHCO_(3).This superior performance is attributed to the synergistic effects of highly pyridinic-N content in conjunction with the hieratically porous architecture, rendering abundant exposed and accessible active sites for electroreduction of CO_(2).Our work provides a new strategy for the large-scale preparation of high-performance,low-cost catalysts for CO_(2) electroreduction. | Hui Ning Dianliang Guo Xiaoshan Wang Zhonghao Tan Wenhang Wang Zhongxue Yang Linqing Li Qingshan Zhao Jian Hao Mingbo Wu | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,5: | 3

High performance perovskite solar cells using TiO2 nanospindles as ultrathin mesoporous layer显示文摘Single crystal anatase TiO_2 nanospindles(NSs) with highly exposed {101} facets were synthesized and employed as electron transport materials(ETMs) in perovskite solar cells(PSCs). Time-resolved photoluminescence(TRPL) spectra revealed that the TiO_2 NSs are more effective than TiO_2 nanoparticles in accepting electrons from perovskite. Moreover, the TiO_2 nanospindles further endowed the PSCs with good reproducibility and suppressed hysteresis. The best device with TiO_2 NSs as ETMs yielded power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 19.6%, demonstrating that the home-made TiO_2 NSs is a good ETM for PSCs. | Yinhua Lv Bing Cai Yihui Wu Shubo Wang Qike Jiang Qingshan Ma Jingyue(Jimmy)Liu Wen-Hua Zhang | 2018 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2018,27,4: | 2
Preemptive analgesia with butorphanol in psychotic patients following modified electroconvulsive therapy A randomized controlled trial显示文摘BACKGROUND: Preemptive analgesia involves introducing an analgesic prior to the onset of pain stimulation to prevent sensitizing the nervous system to subsequent stimuli that could amplify pain. OBJECTIVE: To treat psychiatric patients with intravenous (i.v.) injection of butorphanol prior to modified electroconvulsive therapy, and to observe its effect on alleviating myalgia after treatment and adverse reactions. DESIGN: A randomized controlled observation. SETTING: Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University. PARTICIPANTS: A total of 120 psychiatric patients, who accepted modified electroconvulsive therapy, were selected from the Mental Health Center of Wuhan University from June to September in 2006. All patients corresponded to the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders, and those with diseases of heart, liver, lung and kidney, glaucoma, intracranial hypertension, hyperthyreosis, and hyperkalemia were excluded. The patients were randomly divided into a control group (n = 60) and treatment group (n = 60). In the control group, there were 42 males and 18 females, aged 17-50 years, with a mean age of (34 ± 11) years. The patients weighed 50-70 kg, with a mean body mass of (63 ± 18) kg. In the treatment group, there were 40 males and 20 females, aged 20-54 years, with a mean age of (36 ± 13) years. The patients weighed 48-72 kg, with a mean body mass of (64 ± 16) kg. Approval was obtained from the Hospital's Ethics Committee. Informed consents were obtained from the patients' relatives. A SPECTRUM5000Q multifunctional mobile electroconvulsive therapy apparatus (CORPERATION, USA) was used. METHODS: ① Treatments: In the control group, the patients were anesthetized by i.v. injection of propofol (AstraZeneca, Italy, No.CN309) containing 0.075% efedrina, and then modified electroconvulsive therapy was performed. Circulation, respiration, and firing of brain electrical activity were continuously monitored. In the treatment group, the patients were i.v. injected with 1 mg of butorphanol tartrate parenteral solution (Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine Co., Ltd., No.05100732) 5 minutes prior to anesthesia; the remaining treatments were the same as in the control group. ② Evaluations: myalgia conditions were assessed 6 hours after the patients opened their eyes. The patients were evaluated by a visual analogue scale and Ramsay sedation scale immediately, and at 3 minutes and 6 hours after they opened their eyes. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① Conditions of myalgia. ② Scores of visual analogue scale and Ramsay sedation scale. RESULTS: All 120 psychiatric patients were involved in the final analysis. ① Conditions of myalgia: 6 hours after modified electroconvulsive therapy, 22 patients in the control group and 1 patient in the treatment group complained of myalgia, which resulted in a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). ② Scores of visual analogue scale and Ramsay sedation scale: the scores of visual analogue scale at 30 minutes and 6 hours after opening eyes were significantly lower in the treatment group than the control group (P < 0.05), and the scores of Ramsay sedation scale were not significantly different between the two groups (P > 0.05). CONCLUSION: Preemptive analgesia by butorphanol can effectively alleviate modified electroconvulsive therapy-induced myalgia, without adverse reactions. | Lingxi WU Handong ZOU Qingshan Zhou Zhongchun Liu Bangchang Cheng | 2008 | Neural Regeneration Research2008,3,1: | 2
螺旋CT胰胆管三维成像对梗阻性黄疸的诊断价值(英文)显示文摘Objective: Computerized tomography (CT) plays an important role in the diagnosis of diseases of biliary tract. Recently, three dimensions (3D) spiral CT imaging has been used in surgical diseases gradually. This study was designed to evaluate the diagnostic value of 3D spiral CT imaging of cholangiopancreatic ducts on obstructive jaundice. Methods: Thirty patients with obstructive jaundice had received B-mode ultrasonography, CT, percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (PTC) or endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), and 3D spiral CT imaging of cholangiopancreatic ducts preoperatively. Then the diagnose accordance rate of these examinational methods were compared after operations. Results: The diagnose accordance rate of 3D spiral CT imaging of cholangiopancreatic ducts was higher than those of B-mode ultrasonography, CT, or single PTC or ERCP, which showed clear images of bile duct tree and pathological changes. As to malignant obstructive jaundice, this examinational technique could clearly display the adjacent relationship between tumor and liver tissue, biliary ducts, blood vessels, and intrahepatic metastases. Conclusion: 3D spiral CT imaging of cholangiopancreatic ducts has significant value for obstructive diseases of biliary ducts, which provides effective evidence for the feasibility of tumor-resection and surgical options. | Linquan Wu Xiangbao Yin Qingshan Wang Bohua Wu Xiao Li Huaqun Fu | 2011 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,11: | 1

Analysis of promoter activity reveals that GmFTL2 expression differs from that of the known Flowering Locus T genes in soybean显示文摘Regulation of flowering is one of the key issues in crop yield. The Floiuering Loews T(FT) gene is a well-known florigen, which integrates various signals from multiple flowering-regulation pathways to initiate flowering. We previously reported that there are at least six FT genes(GmFTLl-6) in soybean displaying flowering activity. However, the individual functions of genes GmFTLl-6 remain to be identified. In this study, we cloned the GmFTL2 promoter(GmFTLpro) from soybean(Glycine max) cultivar Tianlong 1 and analyzed its motifs bioinformatically and its expression patterns using both a transgenic approach and quantitative RT-PCR(qRT-PCR). In GmFTLpro::GUS transgenic lines, GUS signals were enriched in cotyledons, hypocotyledons, pollen, embryos, and root tips in a photoperiod-independent manner. qRT-PCR confirmed the GUS reporter results. Our results suggest that GmFTL2 expression is regulated by developmental and tissue-specific clues and plays roles in seedling establishment and the development of micro game tophytes, embryos, and roots. | Limin Liu Xiaomei Zhang Fulu Chen Asia Adam Elzamzami Mahi Xiaoxia Wu Qingshan Chen Yong-Fu Fu | 2017 | The Crop Journal2017,5,5: | 1

Crystallization tailoring of cesium/formamidinium double-cation perovskite for efficient and highly stable solar cells显示文摘Achieving high-quality perovskite crystal films is a critical prerequisite in boosting solar cell efficiency and improving the device stability, but the delicate control of nucleation and growth of the perovskite film remains limited success.Herein,a facile but effective strategy has been developed to finely tailor the crystallization of thermally stable cesium/formamidinium(Cs/FA)based perovskite via partially replacing PbI2 with PbCl2 in the precursor solution. The incorporation of chlorine into the perovskite crystal lattice derived from PbCl2 changes the crystallization process and improves the crystal quality, which further results in the formation of larger crystal grains compared to the control sample. The larger crystal grains with high crystallinity lead to reduced grain boundaries, suppressed non-radiative recombination, and enhanced photoluminescence lifetime.Under the optimized conditions, the methylammonium free perovskite solar cells(PSCs)delivers a champion power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 21.30%with an open-circuit voltage as high as 1.18 V,which is one of the highest efficiencies for Cs/FA based PSCs up to now.Importantly, the unencapsulated PSC devices retain more than 95%and 81%of their original PCEs even after long-term(over one year)storage under ambient conditions or 2000 h’s thermal aging at 850C in a nitrogen atmosphere, respectively. | Jianchao Yang Yu Chen Weijian Tang Shubo Wang Qingshan Ma Yihui Wu Ningyi Yuan Jianning Ding Wen-Hua Zhang | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,9: | 1

GmGPDH12,a mitochondrial FAD-GPDH from soybean, increases salt and osmotic stress resistance by modulating redox state and respiration显示文摘In plants,glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GPDH)catalyzes the interconversion of glycerol-3-phosphate(G3P)and dihydroxyacetone phosphate(DHAP)coupled to the reduction/oxidation of the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH)pool, and plays a central role in glycerolipid metabolism and stress response.Previous studies have focused mainly on the NAD+-dependent GPDH isoforms, neglecting the role of flavin adenine dinucleotide(FAD)-dependent GPDHs.We isolated and characterized three mitochondrialtargeted FAD-GPDHs in soybean,of which one isoform(GmGPDH12)showed a significant transcriptional response to NaCl and mannitol treatments, suggesting the existence of a major FAD-GPDH isoform acting in soybean responses to salt and osmotic stress. An enzyme kinetic assay showed that the purified GmGPDH12 protein possessed the capacity to oxidize G3P to DHAP in the presence of FAD.Overexpression and RNA interference of GmGPDH12 in soybean hairy roots resulted in elevated tolerance and sensitivity to salt and osmotic stress,respectively.G3P contents were significantly lower in GmGPDH12-overexpressing hair roots and higher in knockdown hair roots, indicating that GmGPDH12 was essential for G3P catabolism.A significant perturbation in redox status of NADH,ascorbic acid(ASA)and glutathione(GSH)pools was observed in GmGPDH12-knockdown plants under stress conditions. The impaired redox balance was manifested by higher reactive oxygen species generation and consequent cell damage or death;however, overexpressing plants showed the opposite results for these traits.GmGPDH12 overexpression contributed to maintaining constant respiration rates under salt or osmotic stress by regulating mRNA levels of key mitochondrial respiratory enzymes. This study provides new evidence for the roles of mitochondria-localized GmGPDH12 in conferring resistance to salt or osmotic stress by maintaining cellular redox homeostasis, protecting cells and respiration from oxidative injury. | Ying Zhao Xin Li Zexin Zhang Wenjing Pan Sinan Li Yun Xing Wanying Xin Zhanguo Zhang Zhenbang Hu Chunyan Liu Xiaoxia Wu Zhaoming Qi Dawei Xin Qingshan Chen | 2021 | The Crop Journal2021,9,1: | 1
Comparison of genetic impact on growth and wood traits between seedlings and clones from the same plus trees of Pinus koraiensis显示文摘To evaluate the relationships among clones and open pollinated families from the same plus trees and to select elite breeding materials, growth, and wood characteristics of 33-year-old Pinus korainsis clones and families were measured and analyzed. The results show that growth and wood characters varied significantly. The variation due to clonal effects was higher than that of family effects. The ratio of genetic to phenotypic coefficient of variation of clones in growth and wood traits was above 90%,and the repeatability of these characteristics was more than 0.8,whereas the ratio of genetic to phenotypic coefficient of variation of families was above 90%.The broad-sense heritability of all characteristics exceeded 0.4,and the narrow-sense family heritability of growth traits was less than 0.3.Growth characteristics were positively correlated with each other, but most wood properties were weakly correlated in both clones and families.Fiber length and width were positively correlated between clones and families.Using the membership function method, eleven clones and four families were selected as superior material for improved diameter growth and wood production, and two families from clonal and open-pollinated trees showed consistently better performance.Generally, selection of the best clones is an effective alternative to deployment of families as the repeatability estimates from clonal trees were higher than narrow-sense heritability estimates from open pollinated families. The results provide valuable insight for improving P.koraiensis breeding programs and subsequent genetic improvement. | Xiaoting Liu Zhimin Lu Jingui Wu Yuchun Yang Shuchun Li Lin Wu Qingshan Xu Qi Yu Li Zhao Jian Sun Wei Zheng Mulualem Tigabu Xiyang Zhao | 2023 | Journal of Forestry Research2023,34,2: | 0
