1Image formation of brain function in patients suffering from knee osteoarthritis treated with moxibustion显示文摘OBJECTIVES:Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) technology was used to study changes to the resting state blood flow in the brains of patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA) before and after treatment with moxibustion at the acupoint of the left Dubi(ST 35) and to probe the cerebral mechanism underlying the effect of moxibustion.METHODS:The resting state brain function of 30 patients with left KOA was scanned with fMRI before and after treatment with moxibustion.The analytic methods of fractional amplitude of low frequency fluctuation(fALFF) and regional homogeneity(ReHo) were used to observe changes in resting state brain function.RESULTS:The fALFF values of the right cerebrum,extra-nucleus,left cerebellum,left cerebrum and white matter of patients after moxibustion treatment were higher than before treatment,and the fALFF values of the precentral gyrus,frontal lobe and occipital lobe were lower than before treatment(P<0.05,K≥85).The ReHo values of the thalamus,extra-nucleus and parietal lobe of patients were much higher than those before moxibustion treatment,and the ReHo values of the right cerebrum,left cerebrum and frontal lobe were lower than before treatment(P<0.05,K≥85).CONCLUSION:The influence of moxibustion on obvious changes in brain regions basically conforms to the way that pain and warmth is transmitted in the body,and the activation of sensitive systems in the body may be objective evidence of channel transmission.The regulation of brain function by moxibustion is not in a single brain region but rather in a network of many brain regions.Hongwu Xie Fangming Xu Rixin Chen Tianyou Luo Mingren Chen Weidong Fang Fajin Lü Fei Wu Yune Song Jun Xiong 2013Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2:7

5Correlation of the anisotropic hardening behavior and texture features of cold rolled Zr-4 sheet under uniaxial tension显示文摘The strongly anisotropic mechanical behaviors commonly observed in Zr-4 sheets typically lead to inferior formability.In this study,the mechanical behavior and texture evolution of a cold-rolled Zr-4 sheet under uniaxial tension in various directions were systematically investigated,and the results showed both anisotropic yielding and hardening behavior in the Zr-4 sheet.The microstructure and texture features revealed by electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD)method indicate that this anisotropic mechanical behavior is closely related to the initial texture and its evolution during plastic deformation.In conjunction with experimental observations,a visco-plastic self-consistent(VPSC)model was employed to quantitatively analyze the relationship between the mechanical anisotropy and the texture features and activation of deformation modes.It was found that the yield anisotropy is affected by the distinct activity of prismaticslip,while the different activities of basalslip and extension twinning(ETW)result in anisotropic hardening.The distinct activation of deformation modes is mainly caused by differences in the evolution of the Schmid factor(SF)and critical resolved shear stress(CRSS)with increasing strain.Additionally,the results prove that the limited twinning activation with a fraction of less than 3%plays a non-negligible role in the hardening behavior during tension along the transverse direction.The latent hardening effect caused by the interaction between prismatic slip and tensile twinning is considered to successfully capture the anisotropic hardening behavior of the Zr-4 sheet.The implementation and insights from the predictions are presented and discussed in this work.Huan Liu Siying Deng Shuaifeng Chen Hongwu Song Shihong Zhang Ben Wang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,24:0

8Discovery of novel ursolic acid derivatives as effective antimicrobial agents through a ROS-mediated apoptosis mechanism显示文摘In response to the reduction of food production and economic losses caused by plant bacterial diseases, it is necessary to develop new, efficient, and green pesticides. Natural products are rich and sustainable source for the development of new pesticides due to their low toxicity, easy degradation, and eco-friendliness. In this study, we prepared three series of ursolic acid derivatives and assessed their antibacterial ability. Most target compounds exhibited outstanding antibacterial activities. Among them, the relative optimal EC50 values of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae and Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri were 2.23 (A17) and 1.39 (A16) μg·mL^(-1), respectively. The antimicrobial mechanism showed that compound A17 induced an excessive accumulation and production of reactive oxygen species in bacteria and damaged the cell membrane integrity to kill bacteria. More interestingly, the addition of low concentrations of exogenous hydrogen peroxide enhanced the antibacterial efficacy of compound A17 against Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae. These entertaining results suggested that compound A17 induced an apparent apoptotic behavior in the tested bacteria. 9Discovery and structure-activity relationship studies of novel tetrahydro-β-carboline derivatives as apoptosis initiators for treating bacterial infections显示文摘Developing and excavating new agrochemicals with highly active and safe is an important tactic for protecting crop health and food safety.In this paper,to discover the new bactericide candidates,we designed,prepared a new type of1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline(THC)derivatives and evaluated the in vitro and in vivo bioactivities against the Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo),Xanthomonas axonopodis pv.citri(Xac),and Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae(Psa).The in vitro bioassay results exhibited that most title molecules possessed good activity toward the three plant pathogenic bacteria,the compound A17 showed the most active against Xoo and Xac with EC50 values of 7.27 and 4.89 mg mL^(-1)respectively,and compound A8 exhibited the best inhibitory activity against Psa with EC50value of 4.87 mg mL^(-1).Pot experiments showed that compound A17 exhibited excellent in vivo antibacterial activities to manage rice bacterial leaf blight and citrus bacterial canker,with protective efficiencies of 52.67 and 79.79%at 200 mgmL^(-1),respectively.Meanwhile,compound A8 showed good control efficiency(84.31%)against kiwifruit bacterial canker at 200 mg mL^(-1).Antibacterial mechanism suggested that these compounds could interfere with the balance of the redox system,damage the cell membrane,and induce the apoptosis of Xoo cells.Taken together,our study revealed that tetrahydro-β-carboline derivatives could be a promising candidate model for novel broadspectrum bactericides.Shanshan Su Hongwu Liu Junrong Zhang Puying Qi Yue Ding Ling Zhang Linli Yang Liwei Liu Xiang Zhou Song Yang 2024Journal of Integrative Agriculture2024,23,4:0
10Application of Smart Antenna in TD-SCDMA显示文摘With the rapid development of global communications business,future personal communication wireless mobile communication technology has aroused great concern.Way to eliminate the impact of co-channel interference(CCI),multiple access interference(MAI)and multipath fading becomes a major factor in improving the performance of wireless mobile communication systems.The smart antenna uses the digital signal processing technology to generate the spatial directional beam so that the antenna main beam is aligned with the direction of arrival of the user signal.The side lobe or the zero point is aligned to the direction of the interfering signal to reach the full efficient use of the mobile subscriber signal,thus remove or suppress the interference signal purpose.Compared with other increasingly deep and mature interference removal technology,the application of smart antenna technology in mobile communication is even more in the ascendant and showing great potential.One of the key technologies of the third generation mobile communication standard TD-SCDMA system submitted by our country is the intelligent antenna technology.The paper introduces the history and development of the smart antenna in detail,and deeply analyzes the application of the smart antenna in TD-SCDMA.The application of smart antenna has been developed.Xinghua Yang Haiyang Song Hongwu Li 2017Wireless Communication Technology2017,1,1:0
