| 1 | An improved empirical wavelet transform method for rolling bearing fault diagnosis显示文摘Empirical wavelet transform(EWT)based on the scale space method has been widely used in rolling bearing fault diagnosis.However,using the scale space method to divide the frequency band,the redundant components can easily be separated,causing the band to rupture and making it difficult to extract rolling bearing fault characteristic frequency effectively.This paper develops a method for optimizing the frequency band region based on the frequency domain feature parameter set.The frequency domain feature parameter set includes two characteristic parameters:mean and variance.After adaptively dividing the frequency band by the scale space method,the mean and variance of each band are calculated.Sub-bands with mean and variance less than the main frequency band are combined with surrounding bands for subsequent analysis.An adaptive empirical wavelet filter on each frequency band is established to obtain the corresponding empirical mode.The margin factor sensitive to the shock pulse signal is introduced into the screening of empirical modes.The empirical mode with the largest margin factor is selected to envelope spectrum analysis.Simulation and experiment data show this method avoids over-segmentation and redundancy and can extract the fault characteristic frequency easier compared with only scale space methods. | HUANG HaiRun LI Ke SU WenSheng BAI JianYi XUE ZhiGang ZHOU Lang SU Lei PECHT Michael | 2020 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,11: | 10 |
| 2 | Magnetic properties and large magnetocaloric effects in amorphous Gd-Al-Fe alloys for magnetic refrigeration显示文摘A series of the amorphous Gd75-55Al25-5Fe0-40 alloy ribbons were prepared by melt spinning.The structure,magnetic properties and magnetocaloric effect(MCE) of these alloys were investigated.The prepared samples have shown the characteristics of a second-order phase transition with zero hysteresis loss and the Tc can be tuned by changing the Fe contents.For the different compositions,the magnetic entropy change(--Sm) for a field change of 0-5 T reached a maximum value of 7.14 J kg-1 K-1 in the Gd70Al20Fe10 alloy near its Curie temperature(Tc) of 149 K.The non-linear composition dependence of(-ΔSm) could be caused by the competitions between Fe-Fe,Fe-Gd and Gd-Gd interactions.The refrigeration capacity(RC) values of these alloys are about 532-780 J/kg under a magnetic field change of 0-5 T.The results indicate that amorphous GdFeAl alloys can be considered as ideal candidates for a magnetic refrigerant in the temperature range of 104-222 K. | ZHENG ZhiGang ZHONG XiChun SU KunPeng YU HongYa LIU ZhongWu ZENG DeCheng | 2011 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,7: | 8 |
| 3 | Numerical Investigation on Porous Media Quenching Behaviors of Premixed Deflagrating Flame using RANS/LES Model显示文摘To understand the mechanism of premixed flame quenching by porous media,a zonal hybrid RANS/LES model was employed,in which the LES flow solver was used to resolve the large turbulent structures within the non-porous region,while RANS was applied to porous media zone.The predicted results were compared with previous experimental data.And it was evident that the premixed flame propagation rates and structure as well as quenching behaviors were reproduced by this numerical approach with a better accuracy.Due to the inherently higher heat transfer coefficients between the solid and gas phases in porous media,the gas phase temperature has been decreased rapidly.However,upstream obstacles can cause the flame propagating faster and thus reduce the axial gas temperature gradients,resulting in the invalidity of the operation of premixed flame quenching.By comparison with the case without upstream obstacle,the values of reaction rate attained in the case with three pairs of obstacles are higher,which makes a positive impact on the flame passing through the porous medium.In addition,the porous media with greater pore density has an excellent flame quenching property mainly owing to both the larger volumetric heat transfer and higher quenching temperature. | WEN Xiaoping SU Tengfei LIU Zhigang XIE Maozhao WANG Fahui LIU Zhichao | 2019 | Journal of Thermal Science2019,28,4: | 4 |

| 7 | In vivo transfection of enhanced green fluorescent protein in rat retinal ganglion cells mediated by ultrasound-induced microbubbles显示文摘BACKGROUND:Studies have demonstrated that ultrasound-mediated microbubble destruction significantly improves transfection efficiency of enhanced green fluorescent protein(EGFP) in in vitro cultured retinal ganglial cells(RGCs). OBJECTIVE:To investigate the feasibility of ultrasound-mediated microbubble destruction for EGFP transfection in rat RGCs,and to compare efficiency and cell damage with traditional transfection methods. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:In vivo,gene engineering experiment.The study was performed at the Central Laboratory,Institute of Ultrasonic Imaging,Chongqing Medical University from March to July 2008. MATERIALS:Eukaryotic expression vector plasmid EGFP and microbubbles were prepared by the Institute of Ultrasonic Imaging,Chongqing Medical University.The microbubbles were produced at a concentration of 8.7×10^(11)/L,with a 2-4μm diameter,and 10-hour half-life in vitro. METHODS:A total of 50 Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned to four groups.Normal controls(n=5) were infused with 5μL normal saline to the vitreous cavity;the naked plasmid group (n=15) was infused with 5μL EGFP plasmid to the vitreous cavity;in the plasmid with ultrasound group(n=15),the eyes were irradiated with low-energy ultrasound wave(0.5 W/cm^2) for a total of 60 seconds(irradiated for 5 seconds,at 10-second intervals) immediately following infusion of EGFP plasmids to the vitreous cavities.In the microbubble-ultrasound group(n=15),the eyes were irradiated with the same power of ultrasonic wave immediately following infusion of microbubbles containing EGFP plasmids to the vitreous cavities. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:After 7 days,retinal preparations and EGFP expression in RGCs were observed by fluorescence microscopy.RGC quantification in the retinal ganglion cell layer was performed.In addition,EGFP mRNA expression was semi-quantitatively determined by RT-PCR. RESULTS:The transfection efficiency of EGFP to RGCs by microbubbles with ultrasound was significantly greater than the other groups,and no obvious damage was detected in the RGCs. Researchers have proposed CDN, P2 P Cache, ICN and other solutions to alleviate the pressure of the core network, as well as improve the user experience(Qo E). All these solutions achieve their goals by deploying storage resources close to the end users to cache the hot data. Based on the advantages of P2 P service, which takes into account end-users resources, we proposed the Buffer Bank Storage(BBS). It is a new streaming media distribution-oriented storage model by aggregating end-users resources. This provides a novel approach for implementation of economic, scalable, dynamically deploy streaming media distribution applications. However, the dynamic character of the end-user behavior brings challenges to BBS designation. In our previous work, we have analyzed the basic principle of BBS and its feasibility. There is lack of substantial research on resources management and reliability assessment, which are the core issue of BBS implementation.After carefully analyzing the reliability and security issue in BBS deployment, this paper has proposed the implementation model of BBS and studied the performance of different buffer allocation mechanism through simulation. | 15 | Sinoatrial node pacemaker cells share dominant biological properties with glutamatergic neurons显示文摘Activation of the heart normally begins in the sinoatrial node(SAN).Electrical impulses spontaneously released by SAN pacemaker cells(SANPCs)trigger the contraction of the heart.However,the cellular nature of SANPCs remains controversial.Here,we report that SANPCs exhibit glutamatergic neuron-like properties.By comparing the single-cell transcriptome of SANPCs with that of cells from primary visual cortex in mouse,we found that SANPCs co-clustered with cortical neurons.Tissue and cellular imaging confirmed that SANPCs contained key elements of glutamatergic neurotransmitter system,expressing genes encoding glutamate synthesis pathway(G/s),ionotropic and metabotropic glutamate receptors(Grina,Gria3,Grm1 and Grm5)t and glutamate transporters(Slc17a7).SANPCs highly expressed cell markers of glutamatergic neurons(Snap25 and S/-c17a7)t whereas Gad1,a marker of GABAergic neurons,was negative.Functional studies revealed that inhibition of glutamate receptors or transporters reduced spontaneous pacing frequency of isolated SAN tissues and spontaneous Ca2+transients frequency in single SANPC.Collectively,our work suggests that SANPCs share dominant biological properties with glutamatergic neurons,and the glutamatergic neurotransmitter system may act as an intrinsic regulation module of heart rhythm,which provides a potential intervention target for pacemaker cell-associated arrhythmias. | Dandan Liang Zhigang Xue Jinfeng Xue Duanyang Xie Ke Xiong Huixing Zhou Fulei Zhang Xuling Su Guanghua Wang Qicheng Zou Yi Liu Jian Yang Honghui Ma Luying Peng Chunyu Zeng Gang Li Li Wang Yi-Han Chen | 2021 | Protein & Cell2021,12,7: | 1 |
