1Difference in the Hot Compressive Behavior and Processing Maps between the As-cast and Homogenized Al-Zn-Mg-Cu(7075) Alloys显示文摘The deformation mechanisms and processing maps of the as-cast Al-Zn-Mg-Cu(7075) aluminum(Al)alloy were studied and compared with those of the homogenized 7075 Al alloy in the temperature range of 573–723 K and in the strain rate range of 10^(-3)–10 s^(-1) to explore a possibility for directly using the ascast 7075 Al alloy as a billet for hot working. The as-cast and homogenized 7075 Al alloys had similar grain sizes and showed similar high-temperature deformation behaviors. The as-cast 7075 Al alloy, however,exhibited higher power efficiencies and smaller unstable ?ow regions compared to the homogenized 7075 Al alloy because of the presence of secondary phases(Mg Zn_2) segregated at the dendritic interfaces in the as-cast microstructure, which were formed during non-equilibrium solidi?cation. These segregated phases provided nucleation sites for dynamic recovery or continuous dynamic recrystallization, and as a result a ?ne and more homogeneous(sub)grain structure could be obtained from the as-cast microstructure compared to the homogenized microstructure. 2Experimental and Numerical Investigation on Impact Performance of Carbon Reinforced Aluminum Laminates显示文摘It is known that fiber metal laminates (FML) as one of hybrid materials with thin metal sheets and fiber/epoxy layers have the characteristics of the excellent damage tolerance, fatigue and impact properties with a relatively low density. Therefore, the mechanical components using FML can contribute the enhanced safety level of the sound construction toward the whole body. In this study, the impact performance of carbon reinforced aluminum laminates (CARAL) is investigated by experiments and numerical simulations. Drop weight tests are carried out with the weight of 4.7 kg at the speed of 1 and 2 m/s, respectively. Dynamic non-linear transient analyses are also accomplished using a finite element analysis software, ABAQUS. The experiment results and numerical results are compared with impact load-time histories. Also, energy-time histories are applied to investigate the impact performance of CARAL.S.H. Song Y.S. 6溅射功率对磁控共溅射法制备的InTiZnO薄膜的影响显示文摘采用射频磁控共溅射法,以In2O3和Zn2TiO4陶瓷靶为共溅射靶材,在玻璃衬底上制备了InTiZnO薄膜。在薄膜制备过程中,固定In2O3靶材的溅射功率,研究了Zn2TiO4靶材溅射功率对薄膜的沉积速率、结晶质量、表面形貌以及薄膜透过率的影响。发现随着Zn2TiO4靶材的溅射功率的增大,薄膜的沉积速率增加。随着Zn2TiO4靶材的溅射功率的增大,薄膜中In2O3的峰逐渐减小。当溅射功率为90W时,In2O3峰消失,薄膜结构转变为非晶结构。薄膜的晶粒尺寸随着溅射功率的增大而减小,粗糙度随溅射功率的增大先增大后减小。InTiZnO薄膜在可见光区的透过率受溅射功率的影响变化不大,可见光范围内的透过率大于85%;在320nm~410nm波长附近薄膜透过率急剧下降,呈现了明显的紫外吸收边;薄膜的光学禁带宽度随着Zn2TiO4靶材的溅射功率的增大而减小。张倩 单福凯 耿广州 刘国侠 Shin B.C. 7温度对磁控溅射法制备的NiO薄膜的影响显示文摘采用射频磁控溅射法,以NiO靶材为溅射靶材,在不同温度玻璃衬底上制备了NiO薄膜。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、分光光度计以及四探针测试系统研究了温度对薄膜结构、光学和电学性能的影响。结果分析表明所有NiO薄膜都具有(111)方向的择优取向,并且晶格常数随温度升高而减小。NiO薄膜的晶粒尺寸和粗糙度也随着温度的升高而增大。由于NiO薄膜中镍空位和间隙氧的减少,薄膜的透过率、禁带宽度以及电阻率都随温度的升高而增大。耿广州 单福凯 张倩 刘国侠 Shin B.C.
