| 1 | Gearbox Fault Diagnosis using Adaptive Zero Phase Time-varying Filter Based on Multi-scale Chirplet Sparse Signal Decomposition显示文摘When used for separating multi-component non-stationary signals, the adaptive time-varying filter(ATF) based on multi-scale chirplet sparse signal decomposition(MCSSD) generates phase shift and signal distortion. To overcome this drawback, the zero phase filter is introduced to the mentioned filter, and a fault diagnosis method for speed-changing gearbox is proposed. Firstly, the gear meshing frequency of each gearbox is estimated by chirplet path pursuit. Then, according to the estimated gear meshing frequencies, an adaptive zero phase time-varying filter(AZPTF) is designed to filter the original signal. Finally, the basis for fault diagnosis is acquired by the envelope order analysis to the filtered signal. The signal consisting of two time-varying amplitude modulation and frequency modulation(AM-FM) signals is respectively analyzed by ATF and AZPTF based on MCSSD. The simulation results show the variances between the original signals and the filtered signals yielded by AZPTF based on MCSSD are 13.67 and 41.14, which are far less than variances (323.45 and 482.86) between the original signals and the filtered signals obtained by ATF based on MCSSD. The experiment results on the vibration signals of gearboxes indicate that the vibration signals of the two speed-changing gearboxes installed on one foundation bed can be separated by AZPTF effectively. Based on the demodulation information of the vibration signal of each gearbox, the fault diagnosis can be implemented. | 3 | Heavy metals contents in soil profiles of typical agricultural lands in Yixing,Jiangsu Province,China显示文摘The effect of land use pattern on the heavy metals(HMs)distribution in soil profiles was investigated in Yixing City,China,for the four typical types of land utilization,i.e.vegetable fields on the plain,paddy fields,tea gardens on hilly lands and bamboo groves.The variance of HMs concentration in the depth of 0-15 cm,15-30 cm,30-60 cm of soil profiles was compared among the different tillage ages. Results showed there was a notable accumulation of Cd,Hg,Cu,Pb,Zn and Cr in the soil profiles of vegetable fields and paddy fields causing a pollution of Cu,Hg and Cd in some profiles,while no remarkable accumulation of HMs in the soil profiles of the tea gardens and bamboo groves was found. The accumulation extent of HMs in the soil profiles of the four kinds of land use followed a sequence of vegetable fields>paddy fields>tea gardens>bamboo groves.The accumulation of HMs was mainly due to the industry,transportation,other urban human activities,and intensive use of fertilizers and pesticides.The downward leaching of HMs was relatively remarkable in the soil profiles of vegetable fields. | 4 | Deformation characteristics and reinforcement technology for entry subjected to mining-induced stresses显示文摘The entry at Zhangcun coal mine in Lu'an coal mining area in Shanxi Province suffered from severe mining-induced stresses with the heading face driven oppositely to an adjacent working face.In this paper,the characteristics of deformation and failure of the entry were investigated in terms of the tempo-spatial relations between heading and working faces through field study and numerical modeling.The three-dimensional(3D) finite difference models were built to investigate stresses,displacements and damages in the surrounding rocks of the entry and the working face.The field study includes selection of reinforcing methods and materials,design parameters,and determination of cable prestress.The monitoring data of entry deformation and stress along the cables during every stage were presented.The state of the reinforced entry was evaluated based on the monitoring data.The results demonstrate that before the heading face of the entry crosses the adjacent working face,the influence of advanced abutment pressure caused by adjacent working face upon the entry is not significant.After they cross each other,however,the lateral abutment pressure will have an evident impact on the entry.The displacement rate of the entry will be greatly increased and reaches a certain value within a certain distance between the heading face and the working face.Then,it will increase again with the presence of secondary mining-induced pressure on the entry when the present working face advances.The fully-grouted cable with short length,high strength and high prestress is an effective way to reinforce the entry suffering from severe mining-induced stresses,which greatly reduces the displacement and failure possibility of the entry.Finally,the principles and recommendations for reinforcing design of entries suffering from severe mining-induced stresses were proposed according to field study,numerical modeling and experiences from other coal mines.Problems encountered in field study and suggestions for reinforcement were also discussed. | Hongpu Kang Yongzheng Wu Fuqiang Gao | 2011 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2011,3,3: | 11 |
| 5 | Effect of moxa-burning heat stimulating Liangmen(ST 21) and Zusanli(ST 36) on proliferation and apoptosis signaling proteins in rats with stress-induced gastric ulcer显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of moxa-burning heat stimulating acupoints of Liangmen(ST 21)and Zusanli(ST 36) on the proliferation and apoptosis signaling proteins in rats with stress-induced gastric ulcer.METHODS: Forty rats were randomly divided into four groups: negative control(NC), ulcer control(UC), acupoints of stomach meridian(ASM), and acupoints control(AC). The acute gastric ulcer model was established by bound and water immersion.Rats in NC and UC groups didn't receive any moxa-burning heat stimulating treatment, while rats in ASM and AC groups were treated with buringmoxa heat stimulating the acupoints of Liangmen(ST 21) and Zusanli(ST 36) and their controlled points, respectively. Rats in all groups were sacrificed after 12 consecutive days treatment. | 10 | Spatial Distribution and Changes of Heavy Metals of Agricultural Lands in Typical Pregrading Coast in Dongtai City,Jiangsu Province,China显示文摘According to the historical changes of coastal lines, seven soil sampling districts, from land to sea, were arranged in Dongtai City, Jiangsu Province to sample soils from surface and profile. Concentrations of seven major heavy metals (HMs), granularity, pH, organic matters and C/N of the soil samples were analyzed. Results show that concentrations of heavy metals in agricultural land present a certain spatial variance, decreasing from land to sea. Pollution assessment indicates that the agricultural soils were not polluted by HMs, but the potential pollution of Cu and Hg needs to be alerted. Different HMs accumulate in the surface and sub-surface of the soil profiles, and concentrations of Hg and Pb decrease significantly with the increment of soil depth. Concentrations of HMs exhibit a significantly negative correlation to pH, but have no significant relation with organic matters in soil. Principle component analysis show that the concentrations of HMs relate to the land use history. Concentrations of Hg, Ni and Cr in soil are closely related with land use history, and concentrations of Pb, Cu and Cr are affected by land use history as well as other factors. | 13 | Rabies Virus Pseudotyped with CVS-N2C Glycoprotein as a Powerful Tool for Retrograde Neuronal Network Tracing显示文摘Efficient viral vectors for mapping and manipulating long-projection neuronal circuits are crucial in structural and functional studies of the brain. The SAD strain rabies virus with the glycoprotein gene deleted pseudotyped with the N2 C glycoprotein(SAD-RV(DG)-N2 C(G)) shows strong neuro-tropism in cell culture, but its in vivo efficiency for retrograde gene transduction and neuro-tropism have not been systematically characterized.We compared these features in different mouse brain regions for SAD-RV-N2 C(G) and two other widely-used retrograde tracers, SAD-RV(DG)-B19(G) and r AAV2-retro. We found that SAD-RV(DG)-N2 C(G) enhanced the infection efficiency of long-projecting neurons by^10 times but with very similar neuro-tropism, compared with SAD-RV(DG)-B19(G). On the other hand, SAD-RV(DG)-N2 C(G) had an infection efficiency comparable with r AAV2-retro, but a more restricted diffusion range, and broader tropism to different types and regions of longprojecting neuronal populations. | 16 | IRS-Aided SWIPT Systems with Power Splitting and Artificial Noise显示文摘Intelligent reflecting surface(IRS) is regarded as a promising technology because it can achieve higher passive beamforming gain. In particular, the IRS assisted simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT) system can make the information decoding receivers(IDRs) have a higher signal-to-noise ratio(SNR), and the energy harvesting receivers(EHRs) have the guarantee of minimum harvested energy threshold. Motivated by the above,in this paper, we use the power splitting(PS) at the user and introduce artificial noise(AN) into the access point(AP), so that the user in system can harvest energy and decode information simultaneously,further improve the security of user. We jointly optimize the beamforming matrix at AP, the reflection phase shift at IRS and the PS ratio, in order to maximize the user’s achievable secrecy rate, subject to the user’s minimum harvested energy threshold and AP’s transmission power. Due to the introduction of PS ratio, the coupling between variables is increased,and the complexity of the problem is significantly increased. Furthermore, the problem is non-convex, so we propose an efficient algorithm based on Taylor Formula, semi-definite relaxation(SDR) and alternating optimization(AO) to get the solution. | 20 | Dike Breach Risks of Different Flood Conditions in the Lower Yellow River显示文摘Based on the analysis of hanging rivers' actuality in the lower Yellow River and researches related to the evaluation of dike breach risks,it is put forward that the influencing factors of dike beach risks in the lower Yellow River should involve four aspects,the flow and sediment movement,the regional crustal stability,the variation of river regime and the stability of river dikes.With this,the evaluation indexes system of dike breach risks is established,and with the support of geographic information systems technology,the model of multi-hierarchical fuzzy comprehensive judgment is applied to estimate the dike beach risks of the hanging rivers in the lower Yellow River under different flood conditions.The evaluation results of dike breach risks show the following distributing regularities of dike breach risks in the lower Yellow River:(1) Dike breach risks increase with the increase of the flood.(2) Dike breach risks decrease with the changes of river patterns along the channel.(3) There are great risks of dike breach in the wandering reaches,and it is relatively higher in the south bank than in the north in wandering reaches.(4) There is a higher dike breach risk in the north bank than in the south in winding reaches.Simultaneously,the evaluation results manifest that the evaluation indexes system established from the flow and sediment movement,the regional crustal stability,the variation of river regime and the stability of river dikes can represent the actual situation of the lower Yellow River more comprehensively.The application of multihierarchical fuzzy comprehensive judgment can preferably resolve the problem of hanging river dike breach,which has numerous influencing factors and complicated functionary mechanisms.The applications of geographic information systems technology with powerful spatial analysis functions make dike beach risks quantificationally displayed in different spatial positions,and reflect the differences of dike beach risks in different spatial positions of the channel in the lower Yellow River. | Xia Fuqiang Wu Shaohong Yang Qinye Kang Xiangwu Ma Xin | 2010 | Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2010,8,1: | 1 |
