| 1 | Preparation of microbial desulfurization catalysts显示文摘A Rhodococcus sp. lawq, a bacterium isolated from the soil cleaving the C-S bond of dibenzothiophene (DBT) via specific pathway, was investigated for cell growth and for its role in desulfurization. Clearly, the end product, 2-hydroxybiphenyl, inhibited the growth of the strain, the synthesis of the desulfurization enzymes, and the activity of the enzymes. The effects of sulfate on the DBT degradation enzymes were examined in the Rhodococcus sp. lawq growth system with DBT; the sulfate served, concurrently, as the sulfur source. The condition of the resting cells that were used in desulfurization, was also studied. The optimal concentration of the resting cells and the reaction conditions were determined. In this paper,based on the analysis of characteristics of agricultural waste in China,the present situation of application of agricultural waste in the production of edible fungi at home and abroad was introduced,and the main problems existing in production of edible fungi by using agricultural waste in China at the present stage were pointed out. | 4 | Optimal Groundwater Development in Coastal Aquifers Near Beihai, China显示文摘Groundwater resources occur in a multi aquifer system in the alluvial coastal plain near Beihai, China. The aquifers receive recharge from precipitation, canal and reservoir infiltration, and discharge through subterranean drainage into the sea and through artificial pumping. A quasi three dimensional finite element model has been used to simulate the spatial and temporal distribution of groundwater levels in the aquifers. Various input parameters were considered in the simulation model. A linear optimization model has been developed for groundwater development within the coastal aquifers. The objective function of the model is to maximize the total groundwater pumpage from the confined aquifer. The control of sea water intrusion is examined by the restriction of the water levels at points along the coast and of the pumping rates in coastal management cells. The response matrix used in the optimization model was generated from the simulation model by forecasting drawdown produced by pumping at a unit impulse discharge. | 7 | Pore-fillings of dolomite reservoirs in Sinian Dengying Formation in Sichuan basin显示文摘The Sinian Dengying Formation in the Sichuan basin is an important potential reservoir for oil and gas exploration in the periphery of the Sichuan basin.Its reservoirs were well developed.And many kinds of fillings which lead to the decrease of pores can be seen in reservoir pores and caves.In this paper,the pore fillings of the Dengying Formation reservoir in Sichuan basin are the object of study.The types and characteristics of the fillings are studied in detail by means of rock slices analysis,cathode luminescence,trace elements and inclusion temperature measurement.The study shows that the fillings include dolomite fillings and siliceous quartz fillings and bitumen fillings.Among them,dolomite fillings can be divided into botryoidal dolomite fillings,foliated dolomite fillings,finely-medium crystalline dolomite fillings and coarse crystalline dolomite fillings.50%–80%of the pores are filled by the dolomite fillings with botryoidal structure,and the pores can be partially full filled;0%–20%of pores are filled by foliated dolomite fillings;20–80%of the pores are filled by finely-medium dolomite fillings;20–80%of the pores are filled by coarse crystalline dolomite fillings.1%–5%of secondary pores are often filled by siliceous quartzs,and the pores can be partially full filled.Bitumen fillings often occur after the above-mentioned fillings,and the residual pores are often semi-filled by bitumens,which makes the original pores and throat smaller and reduces the effective porosity and permeability of the reservoir.So,it is a destructive diagenesis.The pore fillings make the secondary porosity in the reservoir significantly lower,which is not conducive to the formation and preservation of the Dengying Formation reservoir. | Chao Chen Xuefei Yang Xingzhi Wang Deming Zeng Mingyou Feng Lin Xie Xiang Li | 2020 | Petroleum2020,6,1: | 1 |
| 8 | Reservoir characteristics and genetic differences between the second and fourth members of Sinian Dengying Formation in northern Sichuan Basin and its surrounding areas显示文摘This study investigated the characteristics and genesis of reservoirs in the 2^(nd) and 4^(th) members of Sinian Dengying Formation in northern Sichuan and its surrounding areas, on the basis of outcrop, drilling cores and thin section observation and geochemical analysis. The reservoirs of 2^(nd) member are distributed in the middle part of the stratum. The reservoir quality is controlled by supergene karst and the distribution of mound-shoal complex. The bedded elongated isolated algal framework solution-cave and the residual 'grape-lace' cave, which are partially filled with multi-stage dolosparite, constituted the main reservoir space of the 2^(nd) member. There is no asphalt distribution in the pores. The pore connectivity is poor, and the porosity and permeability of the reservoir is relatively low. The reservoirs of 4^(th) member were distributed in the upper and top part of the stratum. The reservoir quality is controlled by burial dissolution and the distribution of mound-shoal complex. The bedded algal framework solution-pores or caves, intercrystalline pores and intercrystalline dissolved pores constituted the main reservoir space of the 4^(th) member. It's partially filled with asphalt and quartz, without any dolosparite fillings in the pores and caves. The pore connectivity is good. Most of the 4^(th) member reservoirs had medium-low porosity and low permeability, and, locally, medium-high porosity and medium permeability. Affected by the development of mound-shoal complex and heterogeneous dissolution, the platform margin along Ningqiang, Guangyuan, Jiange and Langzhong is the most favorable region for reservoir development. | 9 | Behavioral problems and related factors in children of different aged patients with schizophrenia: A cross-sectional study显示文摘BACKGROUND:With the age growing,changes of behavioral problems in children whose parents had schizophrenia,differences of related factors and ways for particular intervention should be further studied. OBJECTIVE:To survey the behavioral problems in children of different aged patients with chizophrenia and investigate the correlation between behavioral problems and related factors in different aged groups. DESIGN:Cross-sectional study. SETTING:Shandong Mental Health Center. PARTICIPANTS:A total of 364 patients with schizophrenia were selected from eleven psychiatric hospitals from June 1999 to June 2000. There were 179 males and 185 females,and their ages ranged from 28 to 45 years. All patients met modified diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia(the second edition),China Classification of Mental Diseases and Diagnostic Criteria. Meanwhile,children of the 364 patients were grouped based on their ages,including 6-11 years old group [n =217;114 males and 103 females;mean age of(9±2) years] and 12-16 years old group [n =147;99 males and 48 females;mean age of(14± 1) years]. The Chinese norms of Achenbach's Child Behavior Check List were regarded as the normal control group. METHODS:Children who received self-made mental health related factors inventory and Achenbach's Child Behavior Check List were involved in this study. All children and their parents provided the confirmed consent. Achenbach's Child Behavior Check List was used for parents to mainly evaluate children,and the results manifested various behavioral problems based on different sexes and different ages. Self-made mental health related factors inventory contained questionnaires for parents and children,respectively. In this study,home situation of parents as well as personality characteristics and educational styles of children were mainly evaluated. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:① Scores of Achenbach's Child Behavior Check List in different aged children;② Scores of self-made mental health related factors inventory based on different home situations and educational styles. RESULTS:Children of 364 patients were involved in the final analysis. ① There were no significant differences in total score of Achenbach's Child Behavior Check List and sex in the two groups(P > 0.05). There were significant differences in schizoid,body recount,aggression,depression,hyperactivity,violating discipline,compulsion and total abnormal rate of boys between the 6-11 years old group and the normal control group(P < 0.05-0.01). In addition,there were also significant differences in poor communication,depression,hyperactivity,violating discipline,compulsion and total abnormal rate of girls between the 6-11 years old group and the normal control group(P < 0.05-0.01). ② As compared with normal control group,scores of home environment in the two aged groups demonstrated that educational level was low;interpersonal relationship was poor;relation to children was not closed;relationship between husband and wife was not harmonious;positive rate of family history was high;economic status was poor;family atmosphere was poor. Therefore,there was significant difference(P < 0.01). Educational level in parental generation and single parent family in the 6-11 years old group were higher than that in the 12-16 years old group,with significant difference(P < 0.05). As compared with the normal control group,results of education demonstrated that children in the two aged groups had poor communication with other children;they had poor behaviors in schools;most of them were boarded and had poor relationship with their parents;teaching styles for children were different. CONCLUSION:All children of different aged patients with schizophrenia had poor home environment and education;and they were often affected by other factors. Behavioral problems were changed with the age growing;in addition,these changes were related to home environment,education and society. | 10 | Characteristics of “Guangyuan-Wangcang” trough during Late Middle Permian and its petroleum geological significance in northern Sichuan Basin, SW China显示文摘Based on outcrop characteristics, combined with regional tectonic background, drilling and geophysical data, the sedimentary characteristics of the Middle Permian Maokou Formation in the northern Sichuan Basin was studied by means of macroscopic and microscopic observation, geochemical element test, total organic carbon content and vitrinite reflectance measurement. There is a set of deep-water sediments rich in organic matter in the Guangyuan-Wangcang area of northern Sichuan during the late depositional period of the Middle Permian Maokou Formation. The strata are distributed from northwest to southeast, with thickness of 10–30 m, mainly composed of siliceous rocks and siliceous mudstones, intercalated with gravity flow deposits. Siliceous rocks and siliceous mudstones are characterized by thin single layer, flat bedding and rich siliceous radiolarians, calthrop and brachiopod with small body and thin shell, belonging to the typical sedimentary characteristics of deep-water trough facies. The contents of Cu, Co, Mo, Ni and the ratio of Ni to Co in the geochemical tests all indicate that the siliceous rocks are products of deep-water reducing environment. The TOC value ranges from 3.21% to 8.19%, with an average of 5.53%, indicating that the siliceous rocks have good hydrocarbon generation ability. The south side of the trough is in platform margin facies with high energy, and the sediments are mainly thick massive micritic-calcsparite biogenic(clastic) limestone, which is conducive to the formation and evolution of the reservoir. During the late sedimentary period of the Maokou Formation, the northward subduction and extension of the oceanic crust at the northwestern margin of the Yangtze Plate provided the internal dynamic conditions for the formation of the 'Guangyuan-Wangcang' trough. According to the location, sedimentary characteristics and formation dynamics of the trough, it is similar to the 'Kaijiang-Liangping' trough during Late Permian proposed by previous researchers.
