| 1 | Age-related rhesus macaque models of COVID-19显示文摘Background:Since December 2019,an outbreak of the Corona Virus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)in Wuhan,China,has become a public health emergency of international concern.The high fatality of aged cases caused by SARS-CoV-2 was a need to explore the possible age-related phenomena with non-human primate models.Methods:Three 3-5 years old and two 15 years old rhesus macaques were intratracheally infected with SARS-CoV-2,and then analyzed by clinical signs,viral replication,chest X-ray,histopathological changes and immune response.Results:Viral replication of nasopharyngeal swabs,anal swabs and lung in old monkeys was more active than that in young monkeys for 14 days after SARS-CoV-2 challenge.Monkeys developed typical interstitial pneumonia characterized by thickened alveolar septum accompanied with inflammation and edema,notably,old monkeys exhibited diffuse severe interstitial pneumonia.Viral antigens were detected mainly in alveolar epithelial cells and macrophages.Conclusion:SARS-CoV-2 caused more severe interstitial pneumonia in old monkeys than that in young monkeys.Rhesus macaque models infected with SARS-CoV-2 provided insight into the pathogenic mechanism and facilitated the development of vaccines and therapeutics against SARS-CoV-2 infection. | Pin Yu Feifei Qi Yanfeng Xu Fengdi Li Peipei Liu Jiayi Liu Linlin Bao Wei Deng Hong Gao Zhiguang Xiang Chong Xiao Qi Lv Shuran Gong Jiangning Liu Zhiqi Song Yajin Qu Jing Xue Qiang Wei Mingya Liu Guanpeng Wang Shunyi Wang Haisheng Yu Xing Liu Baoying Huang Wenling Wang Li Zhao Huijuan Wang Fei Ye Weimin Zhou Wei Zhen Jun Han Guizhen Wu Qi Jin Jianwei Wang Wenjie Tan Chuan Qin | 2020 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2020，3，1： | 22 |

| 4 | Spatial and temporal distributions of nitrogen,phosphorus and heavy metals in the intertidal sediment of the Chang jiang River Estuary in China显示文摘Spatial and temporal distributions of nutrients(N and P) and heavy metals(Cu,Zn,Pb and Cd) in the intertidal sediments at Dongtan wetland of the Changjiang River(Yangtze River) Estuary were examined by laying one transect running seaward to landward during January,April,June,August and October of 2005. Total nitrogen(TN) and heavy metal concentrations in the intertidal sediment showed an increasing trend from open bare flat to the high marsh,with the maximum concentrations in the high marsh and the minimum values in open bare flat. In contrast,sediment total phosphorus(TP) concentrations changed little among sampling sites. One-way ANOVA found that there were significantly temporal variations of nutrients and heavy metals concentrations in the intertidal sediment(P <0.05) . The concentrations of heavy metals generally showed an increasing trend from January to October. | 5 | Determination of the degree 120 time-variable gravity field in the Sichuan-Yunnan region using Slepian functions and terrestrial measurements显示文摘The terrestrial time-variable gravity measurements are characterized by a high signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity to the sources of mass change in the Earth's crust.These gravity data have many applications,such as surface deformation,groundwater storage changes,and mass migration before and after earthquakes.Based on repeated terrestrial gravity measurements at 198 gravity stations in the Sichuan-Yunnan region(SYR)from 2015 to 2017,we determine a time series of degree 120 gravity fields using the localized spherical harmonic(Slepian)basis functions.Our results show that adopting the first 6 Slepian basis functions is sufficient for effective localized Slepian modeling in the SYR.The differences between two gravity campaigns at the same time of year show an obvious correlation with tectonic features.The degree 120 timevariable gravity models presented in this paper will benefit the study of the regional mass migration inside the crust of the SYR and supplement the existing geophysical models for the China Seismic Experimental Site. | Jiancheng Han Shi Chen Zhaohui Chen Hongyan Lu Weimin Xu | 2021 | Earthquake Science2021，34，3： | 4 |

| 8 | Colonization of endophyte Acremonium sp. D212 in Panax notoginseng and rice mediated by auxin and jasmonic acid显示文摘Endophytic fungi can be beneficial to plant growth. However, the molecular mechanisms under-lying colonization of Acremonium spp. remain unclear. In this study, a novel endophytic Acremonium strain was isolated from the buds of Panax notoginseng and named Acremonium sp. D212. The Acremonium sp. D212 could colonize the roots of P. notoginseng, enhance the resistance of P. notoginseng to root rot disease, and promote root growth and saponin bio-synthesis in P. notoginseng. Acremonium sp. D212 could secrete indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and jasmonic acid (JA), and inoculation with the fungus increased the endogenous levels of IAA and JA in P. noto-ginseng. Colonization of the Acremonium sp. D212 in the roots of the rice line Nipponbare was dependent on the concentration of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) (2–15μmol/L) and 1-naphthalenacetic acid (NAA) (10–20μmol/L). Moreover, the roots of the JA signaling-defective coi1-18 mutant were colonized by Acremonium sp. D212 to a lesser degree than those of the wild-type Nipponbare and miR393b-overexpressing lines, and the colonization was res-cued by MeJA but not by NAA. It suggests that the cross-talk between JA signaling and the auxin biosynthetic pathway plays a crucial role in the colonization of Acremonium sp. | 9 | Organosilicon modified method to improve Li^+ storage capacity of graphene oxide (GO)显示文摘Organosilicon modified reduced graphene oxide(Mr GO) has been fabricated by direct organosilicon modification of graphene oxide(GO). Interestingly,it is observed that 3D rGO-like structures occurred after directly carrying out the organosilicon modification on the surface of GO. The obtained organosilicon Mr GO displays the more remarkable improvement of electrochemical performances than GO,which was verified by electrochemical measurements in detail. For instance,the organosilicon MrGO shows the cycling performances at 901 mA hg^-1 after 200 cycles at 0.1 Ag^-1 and 446 mA hg^-1 after 300 cycles at 2.0 Ag^-1,respectively. | 10 | A Comparative Analysis on Weibo and Twitter显示文摘Weibo is the Twitter counterpart in China that has attracted hundreds of millions of users. We crawled an almost complete Weibo user network that contains 222 million users and 27 billion links in 2013. This paper analyzes the structural properties of this network, and compares it with a Twitter user network. The topological properties we studied include the degree distributions, connected components, distance distributions, reciprocity,clustering coefficient, Page Rank centrality, and degree assortativity. We find that Weibo users have a higher diversity index, higher Gini index, but a lower reciprocity and clustering coefficient for most of the nodes. A surprising observation is that the reciprocity of Weibo is only about a quarter of the reciprocity of the Twitter user network. We also show that Weibo adoption rate correlates with economic development positively, and Weibo network can be used to quantify the connections between provinces and regions in China. In particular, point-wise mutual information is shown to be accurate in quantifying the strength of connections. | 11 | Evaluation of the China Ocean Reanalysis (CORA) in the South China Sea显示文摘The daily regional reanalysis product of the China Ocean Reanalysis(CORA)product was released in website in 2018.Using in situ observational data including Argo profiling floats,drifters,and cruise data,the performance of CORA in the South China Sea in terms of temperature,salinity,current and mixed layer depths is evaluated based on timescale(seasonal and interannual)and spatial distribution characteristics.The CORA temperature,salinity,and mixed layer depth show certain seasonal and interannual variations.In 50-400 m depth in the SCS,the CORA temperature is colder in winter and warmer in summer and autumn.In 0-150 m in the SCS,the CORA salinity is higher in most time of the year.However,in the second half of the year,the salinity is slightly weaker in 100-150 m depth.In most years,the CORA mixed layer depths tend to be shallower,and in season,shallower in winter and deeper in summer.In spatial distribution,the closer the area is to the coast,the greater the CORA errors would be.The CORA temperature is colder in the western side and warmer in the eastern side,resulting in a weaker SCS western boundary current(SCSwbc).In most areas,the CORA mixed layer depths are shallower.In the area close to the coast,the CORA mixed layer depths change rapidly,and the deviations in the mixed layer depths are larger.In the central SCS,the CORA mixed layer depths change slowly,and the deviations in the mixed layer depths are also small. | FAN Maoting WANG Huizan ZHANG Weimin HAN Guijun WANG Pinqiang | 2020 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2020，38，6： | 2 |
