1LA-ICP-MS Zircon U-Pb Geochronology of Quartz Porphyry from the Niutougou Gold Deposit in Songxian County,Henan Province显示文摘The Niutougou gold deposit,located in the center of the Xiong'ershan gold district,western Henan Province,is a large gold deposit with many quartz porphyries found in the area.Based on the field geological investigation of quartz porphyry of Niutougou gold deposit and by using the cathodoluminescence(CL) images analysis and in situ LA-ICP-MS U-Pb isotope dating method of zircons,the inner structure,trace element compositions and U-Pb age of the zircons separated from quartz porphyry were analyzed and determined.Cathodoluminescence(CL) images of zircons show clear magmatic zonations.Trace element analyses of zircons reveal that all zircons show high concentrations of Th,U,and HREE,and the REE patterns of depletion in LREE,with a positive Ce anomaly.Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating results show that the quartz porphyry in the Niutougou gold deposit was formed at 159.71±0.99 Ma(about 160 Ma),belonging to the product of magmatic activity in late Middle Jurassic.Combined with the geological characteristics of the Niutougou gold deposit,the formation age of the quartz porphyry and the analysis of the formation age of the granite body exposed in the Niutougou gold deposit,the study suggests that the metallogenic epoch of the Niutougou gold deposit may be Yanshanian in age.WANG Zhongliang GONG Qingjie SUN Xiang WU Fafu WANG Weixing 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,2:17
2Is tailored therapy based on antibiotic susceptibility effective?A multicenter,open-label,randomized trial显示文摘An effective eradication therapy of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)should be used for the first time.In this study,we assessed whether tailored therapy based on antibiotic susceptibility testing is more effective than traditional therapy.We also evaluated the factors that cause treatment failure in high-resistance areas.For this multicenter trial,we recruited 467 H.pylori-positive patients.The patients were randomly assigned to receive tailored triple therapy(TATT),tailored bismuth-containing quadruple therapy(TABQT),or traditional bismuthcontaining quadruple therapy(TRBQT).For the TATT and TABQT groups,antibiotic selection proceeded via susceptibility testing using an agar-dilution test.The patients in the TRBQT group were given amoxicillin,clarithromycin,esomeprazole,and bismuth.Successful eradication was defined as a negative 13C-urea breath test at least eight weeks after the treatment ended.Susceptibility testing was conducted using an agar-dilution test.The eradication rate was examined via intention-to-treat(ITT)and per-protocol(PP)analyses.The clarithromycin,levofloxacin,and metronidazole resistance rates were 26.12%,28.69%,and 96.79%,respectively.Resistance against amoxicillin and furazolidone was rare.The eradication rates for TATT,TRBQT,and TABQT were 67.32%,63.69%,and 85.99%in the ITT analysis(P<0.001)and 74.64%,68.49%,and 91.22%in the PP analysis(P<0.001),respectively.The efficacy of TABQTwas affected by clarithromycin resistance,and bismuth exerted a direct influence on TATT failure.TABQT was the most efficacious regimen for use in high-resistance regions,especially among clarithromycin-susceptible patients.Jie Pan Zhengchao Shi Dingsai Lin Ningmin Yang Fei Meng Lang Lin Zhencheng Jin Qingjie Zhou Jiansheng Wu Jianzhong Zhang Youming Li 2020Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,1:10
3Genomic landscapes of Chinese sporadic autism spectrum disordersrevealed by whole-genome sequencing显示文摘Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder with considerable clinical and genetic heterogeneity.In this study,we identified all classes of genomic variants from whole-genome sequencing (WGS) dataset of 32 Chinese trios with ASD,including de novo mutations,inherited variants,copy number variants (CNVs) and genomic structural variants.A higher mutation rate (Poisson test,P<2.2×10^(-16)) in exonic (1.37×10^(-8)) and 3'-UTR regions (1.42×10^(-8)) was revealed in comparison with that of whole genome (1.05×10^(-8)).Using an integrated model,we identified 87 potentially risk genes (P<0.01) from 4832 genes harboring various rare deleterious variants,including CHD8 and NRXN2,implying that the disorders may be in favor to multiple-hit.In particular,frequent rare inherited mutations of several microcephaly-associated genes (ASPM,WDR62,and ZNF335)were found in ASD.In chromosomal structure analyses,we found four de novo CNVs and one de novo chromosomal rearrangement event,including a de novo duplication of UBE3A-containing region at 15q11.2-q13.1,which causes Angelman syndrome and microcephaly,and a disrupted TNR due to de novo chromosomal translocation t (1;5) (q25.1;q33.2).Taken together,our results suggest that abnormalities of centrosomal function and chromatin remodeling of the microcephaly-associated genes may be implicated in pathogenesis of ASD.Adoption of WGS as a new yet efficient technique to illustrate the full genetic spectrum in complex disorders,such as ASD,could provide novel insights into pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment.Jinyu Wu Ping Yu Xin Jin Xiu Xu Jinchen Li Zhongshan Li Mingbang Wang Tao Wang Xueli Wu Yi Jiang Wanshi Cai Junpu Mei Qingjie Min Qiong Xu Bingrui Zhou Hui Guo Ping Wang Wenhao Zhou Zhengmao Hu Yingrui Li Tao Cai Yi Wang Kun Xia Yong-Hui Jiang Zhong Sheng Sun 2018Journal of Genetics and Genomics2018,45,10:3

5Fabrication of Carbon Nanotubes and Rare Earth Pr Reinforced AZ91 Composites by Powder Metallurgy显示文摘It can be known from a large number of research results that improving the dispersibility of CNTs can effectively optimize the mechanical properties of the corresponding metal matrix composites.However,the crucial issue of increasing the bonding of CNTs and the matrix is still unsolved.In this paper,a novel method was developed to increase interfacial bonding strength by coating titanium oxide(TiO2)on the surface of CNTs.The rare earth Pr and TiO2@CNTs-reinforced AZ91matrix composites were successfully fabricated by powder metallurgy.Hot press sintering and hot extrusion of the milled powder was performed.After hot extrusion,the influence of TiO2@CNTs on the microstruc-ture and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated.The results showed that the coating process can improve the distribution of CNTs in Mg alloy.The CNTs refined the grains of the matrix,and the CNTs were presented throughout the extrusion direction.When the TiO2@CNTs content was 1.0 wt.%,the yield strength(YS),ultimate ten-sile strength(UTS),and elongation of the alloy attained maximum values.The values were improved by 23.5%,82.1%,and 40.0%,respectively,when compared with the AZ91 alloy.Good interfacial bonding was achieved,which resulted in an effective tensile loading transfer at the interface.CNTs carried the tensile stress and were observed on the tensile fracture.Ning Li Hong Yan Qingjie Wu Zeyu Cao 2021Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,2:2
6Highly dispersed Pt clusters encapsulated in MIL-125-NH_(2) via in situ auto-reduction method for photocatalytic H_(2) production under visible light显示文摘Efficient hydrogen production via photocatalysis with high utilization efficiency of Pt cocatalyst is of great importance for sustainable development. In this work, we report an in situ auto-reduction strategy to encapsulate highly dispersed Pt clusters inside the cages of MIL-125-NH_(2). The amino groups in MIL-125-NH_(2) first react with formaldehyde to form reducing groups (i.e.,–NH-CH_(2)OH), which can in situ auto-reduce the confined Pt^(2+) ions to ultrasmall Pt clusters within the cavities. With optimized Pt content, photocatalytic H_(2) production over the obtained Pt(1.5)/MIL-125-NH-CH_(2)OH catalyst with 1.43 wt.% Pt loading achieved as high as 4,496.4 µmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1) under visible light (λ > 420 nm) due to the facilitated transfer and separation of the photo-induced charger carriers arising from the synergetic effects between highly dispersed Pt clusters and MIL-125-NH-CH_(2)OH framework. 7CDK7-YAP-LDHD axis promotes D-lactate elimination and ferroptosis defense to support cancer stem cell-like properties显示文摘Reprogrammed cellular metabolism is essential for maintaining cancer stem cells(CSCs)state.Here,we report that mitochondrial D-lactate catabolism is a necessary initiating oncogenic event during tumorigenesis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).We discover that cyclin-dependent kinase 7(CDK7)phosphorylates nuclear Yes-associated protein 1(YAP)at S127 and S397 sites and enhances its transcription function,which promotes D-lactate dehydrogenase(LDHD)protein expression.Moreover,LDHD is enriched significantly in ESCC-CSCs rather than differentiated tumor cells and high LDHD status is connected with poor prognosis in ESCC patients.Mechanistically,the CDK7-YAP-LDHD axis helps ESCC-CSCs escape from ferroptosis induced by D-lactate and generates pyruvate to satisfy energetic demands for their elevated self-renewal potential.Hence,we conclude that esophageal CSCs adopt a D-lactate elimination and pyruvate accumulation mode dependent on CDK7-YAP-LDHD axis,which drives stemness-associated hallmarks of ESCC-CSCs.Reasonably,targeting metabolic checkpoints may serve as an effective strategy for ESCC therapy.Mengzhu Lv Ying Gong Xuesong Liu Yan Wang Qingnan Wu Jie Chen Qingjie Min Dongyu Zhao Xianfeng Li Dongshao Chen Di Yang Danna Yeerken Rui Liu Jinting Li Weimin Zhang Qimin Zhan 2023Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,9:1
8MAGE-C3 promotes cancer metastasis by inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition and immunosuppression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘Background:Evading immune surveillance is necessary for tumor metastasis.Thus,there is an urgent need to better understand the interaction between metastasis and mechanisms of tumor immune evasion.In this study,we aimed to clarify a novel mechanism that link tumor metastasis and immunosuppression in the development of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods:The expression of melanoma-associated antigen C3(MAGE-C3)was detected using immunohistochemistry.Transwell assays were used to evaluate the migration and invasion ability of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)cells.Metastasis assays in mice were used to evaluate metastatic ability in vivo.Lymphocyte-mediated cytotoxicity assays were performed to visualize the immune suppression function on tumor cells.RNA sequencing was performed to identify differentially expressed genes between MAGE-C3 overexpressing ESCC cells and control cells.Gene ontology(GO)enrichment analyses was performed to identify the most altered pathways influenced by MAGE-C3.The activation of the interferon-γ(IFN-γ)pathway was analyzed using Western blotting,GAS luciferase reporter assays,immunofluorescence,and flow cytometry.The role of MAGE-C3 in the IFN-γpathway was determined by Western blotting and immunoprecipitation.Furthermore,immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry analysis monitored the changes of infiltrated T cell populations in murine lung metastases.Results:MAGE-C3 was overexpressed in ESCC tissues.High expression of MAGE-C3 had a significant association with the risk of lymphatic metastasis and poor survival in patients with ESCC.Functional experiments revealed that MAGE-C3 promoted tumor metastasis by activating the epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT).MAGE-C3 repressed antitumor immunity and regulated cytokine secretion of T cells,implying an immunosuppressive function.Mechanistically,MAGE-C3 facilitated IFN-γsignaling and upregulated programmed cell death ligand 1(PDŋL1)by binding with IFN-γreceptor 1(IFNGR1)and strengthening the interaction between IFNGR1 and signal transducer and activator of transcription 1(STAT1).Interestingly,MAGE-C3 displayed higher tumorigenesis in immune-competent mice than in immune-deficient nude mice,confirming the immunosuppressive role of MAGE-C3.Furthermore,mice bearing MAGE-C3-overexpressing tumors showed worse survival and more lung metastases with decreased CD8+infiltrated T cells and increased programmed cell death 1(PD-1)^(+)CD8^(+) infiltrated T cells.Conclusion:MAGE-C3 enhances tumor metastasis through promoting EMT and protecting tumors from immune surveillance,and could be a potential prognostic marker and therapeutic target.Qingnan Wu Weimin Zhang Yan Wang Qingjie Min Hongyue Zhang Dezuo Dong Qimin Zhan 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,12:1

11Effect of Loading Rate on Lateral Pile-Soil Interaction in Sand Considering Partially Drained Condition显示文摘Reliable assessment of the lateral pile–soil interaction is of pronounced importance for the design of mono-pile foundations of offshore wind turbines. As the offshore engineering moves to deeper waters, the diameter of monopiles is getting larger, usually about 5 m and could be up to 8 m, which may lead to partially drained behaviors of sand in the vicinity of the pile and thus imply limitations of conventional design methods in which fully drained conditions were assumed. To shed light on this issue, a fully-coupled finite element model was established using an in-house developed finite element code DBLEAVES, incorporating a cyclic mobility constitutive model that is capable of describing the instantaneous contractive and dilative response of sands simultaneously. Triaxial and centrifuge model tests were conducted to calibrate the constitutive model and validate the pile–soil interaction model respectively. This is followed by a parametric study primarily focusing on the effects of loading rates. The initial stiffness of the p–y curve was found to increase with the loading rate whilst the bearing capacity showed the inverse,and the mechanism behind this phenomenon is examined in detail. 14Dense dislocations induced ductile SnTe thermoelectric semiconductor over a wide range of temperatures显示文摘Most inorganic thermoelectric semiconductors are intrinsically brittle,restricting the application of ther-moelectric materials.Therefore,developing ductile thermoelectric materials is crucial to thermoelectric technology applications.In this work,single-phase SnTe bulks with dense dislocations were prepared by melting quenching combined with spark plasma sintering.The resulting SnTe thermoelectric materials exhibited a large compressive strain of∼7.5%at room temperature,originating from high-density pre-existing mobile dislocations.The initiation of localized slip bands and preferred slip system were also identified by first-principles simulation.Detail microstructural characterizations reveal that the thermal activated dislocation emission and migration lead to higher compressive strains at intermediate tem-peratures.At 673 K,the deformation mechanism changed from dislocation mediated to grain boundary mediated plasticity,resulting in an ultra-high compressive strain of∼42%.In sum,new insights into the mechanical behavior of SnTe thermoelectric material over a wide range of temperatures were provided.This work offers the dislocation engineering strategy to design ductile thermoelectric materials for flexi-ble electronics and energy systems.Houjiang Yang Xiege Huang Bo Duan Luoqi Wu Hongtao Wang Xiaobin Feng Maoyuan Jiang Guodong Li Ling Zhou Pengcheng Zhai Qingjie Zhang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,13:1
15Interactions between lead(Ⅱ) ions and dissolved organic matter derived from organic fertilizers incubated in the field显示文摘This work was to study composition characteristics and the subsequent effect on the lead(Pb) binding properties of dissolved organic matter(DOM) derived from seaweed-based(SWOF) and chicken manure organic fertilizers(CMOF) during a one-year field incubation experiment using the excitation-emission matrix-parallel factor(EEM-PARAFAC) and twodimensional correlation spectroscopy(2DCOS) analysis. Results showed that high aromatic and hydrophobic fluorescent substances were enriched in CMOF-derived DOM and SWOFderived DOM and enhanced over time. And phenolic groups in the fulvic-like substances for SWOF-derived DOM and carboxyl groups in the humic-like substances for CMOF-derived DOM had the fastest responses over time, respectively. Moreover, both non-fluorescent polysaccharides and fluorescent humic-like substances or fulvic-like substances with aromatic(C=C) groups first participated in the binding process of Pb to SWOF-derived DOM on day 0 and 180 during the lead binding process. In contrast, humic-like substances associated with aromatic(C=C) and phenolic groups gave a faster response to Pb binding on day 360. Regarding CMOF-derived DOM, the fulvic-like substances associated with aromatic(C=C) and carboxylic groups displayed a faster response to Pb ions on day 0. Nonetheless,polysaccharides and humic-like associated with phenolic groups had a faster response on days 180 and 360. It is noteworthy that the polysaccharides, which participated in Pb binding to CMOF-derived DOM, posed a higher risk of Pb in the environment after 360 days. 19The effect of the Ce content on the oxidative dehydrogenation of propane over CrOy-CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalysts显示文摘A series of CrOy(17.5 wt%)-CeO2(X wt%)/γ-Al2O3 catalysts(X=0,0.5,2,5,8)with various Ce contentswere prepared by a wetness impregnation method and were applied to the dehydrogenation of propane to propylene at 550℃ and 0.1 MPa.The prepared catalysts were characterized by BET,H2-TPR,O2-TPD,XPS,XRD,SEM-EDS and Raman spectroscopy.Among the prepared catalysts,the 17.5Cr-2Ce/Al catalyst with the largest amount of lattice oxygen exhibited the best catalytic performance for the dehydrogenation of propane to propylene with lattice oxygen.The decreased presence of oxygen defects and reducibility were the factors responsible for the improved dehydrogenation activity of the catalysts.The CeO2 layer could inhibit the evolution of lattice oxygen(O2^−)to electrophilic oxygen species(O2^−),and the oxygen defects on the catalyst surfacewere reduced.The inhibited lattice oxygen evolution prevented the deep oxidation of propane or propylene,the average COx selectivity decreased from 24.41%(17.5Cr/Al)to 5.71%(17.5Cr-2Ce/Al),and the average propylene selectivity increased from 60.15%(17.5Cr/Al)to 85.05%(17.5Cr-2Ce/Al).Cheng Zuo Man Wu Qingjie Guo 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,12:0
20As Sources in Jiaozhou Bay Waters显示文摘Based on data from the investigation in Jiaozhou Bay waters in 1982,the distribution,transfer and seasonal variation of As in Jiaozhou Bay were analyzed. Research results showed that in Jiaozhou Bay,As content was 0. 22-2. 80 μg /L at surface layer in one year and 0. 84-4. 48 μg /L at bottom layer. In one year,there was no As pollution in the whole waters of Jiaozhou Bay,and only low-content As was input into Jiaozhou Bay. By the horizontal distribution in the waters,it was able to determine if the mater was transported from the land into the waters and what the way of the transportation was. In April and October,there was no As source in the bay; the As content came from the river transportation in June and from the surface runoff transportation in July. In the land transfer process,the As content change in waters of Jiaozhou Bay was determined by the rainy season.
