| 2 | 小鼠骨骼肌挫伤后基因表达的时间进程(英文)显示文摘Background:Though the mechanisms of skeletal muscle regeneration are deeply understood,those involved in muscle contusion,one of the most common muscle injuries in sports medicine clinics,are not.The objective of this study is to explore the mechanisms involved in muscle regeneration after contusion injury.Methods:In this study,a total of 72 mice were used.Eight of them were randomly chosen for the control group,while the rest were subjected to muscle contusion.Subsequently,their gastrocnemius muscles were harvested at different time points.The changes in muscle morphology were assessed by hematoxylin and eosin(HE) stain.In addition,the gene expression was analyzed by real-time polymerase chain reaction.Results:The data showed that the expression of many genes,i.e.,specific markers of immune cells and satellite cells,regulatory factors for muscle regeneration,cytokines,and chemokines,increased in the early stages of recovery,especially in the first 3 days.Furthermore,there were strict rules in the expression of these genes.However,almost all the genes returned to normal at 14 days post-injury.Conclusion:The sequence of immune cells invaded after muscle contusion was neutrophils,M1 macrophages and M2 macrophages.Some CC(CCL2,CCL3,and CCL4) and CXC(CXCL10) chemokines may be involved in the chemotaxis of these immune cells.HGF may be the primary factor to activate the satellite cells after muscle contusion.Moreover,2 weeks are needed to recover when acute contusion happens as used in this study. | Weihua Xiao Yu Liu Beibei Luo Linlin Zhao Xiaoguang Liu Zhigang Zeng Peijie Chen | 2016 | Journal of Sport and Health Science2016,5,1: | 8 |

| 4 | Development and prospect of direct‐current circuit breaker in China显示文摘The direct‐current circuit breaker(DCCB)is the most ideal choice for DC fault isolation in DC grids.Despite a late start,China's research and development on the DCCB have made outstanding achievements.This article provides a brief glance of current China's DCCB development status.It begins by sorting out the technical route according to the topology of DCCB.Then it systematically summarises both mechanical and hybrid DCCBs with focussing on the aspects of topology structure and principle,key technology and characteristics,prototype development and application.It is apparent that Chinese scientists and engineers confronted the worldwide problem of large capacity DC breaking,and put forward a comprehensive solution which consists of an innovative topology structure based on coupled negative voltage circuit,breaking throughs on the key technologies such as highly controllable and reliable fault current commutation,millisecond‐level ultra‐fast and efficient electromagnetic repulsion mechanism,high tolerance and high stability power electronic switch,low residual voltage and fast response energy consumption device,etc.The article states that the world's first set of hybrid high‐voltage(HV)DCCB,and the first set of mechanical HV DCCB have been developed.These DCCBs will soon be deployed to the DC grids which have the highest voltage levels therefore require the strongest breaking capacity.These achievements are leading the world in the development and application of DCCB.The article also discusses the overall development trends of DCCB in the areas of new topologies,key techno-logical breakthroughs and application scenarios,etc.These discussions serve as references for DCCB's future technological advancement and its ever‐expanding applications. | Weijiang Chen Rong Zeng Junjia He Yi Wu Xiaoguang Wei Taixun Fang Zhanqing Yu Zhao Yuan Yifei Wu Wandi Zhou Bing Yang Lu Qu | 2021 | High Voltage2021,6,1: | 6 |
| 5 | Crystal orientation and morphology of a lamellae in wrought titanium alloys: On the role of microstructure evolution in b processing显示文摘To obtain high-quality aviation forgings of titanium alloys, b forging is an essential processing step which must be considered throughout a production process. In this work, the effect of b forging on the crystal orientation and morphology of lamellar a was experimentally investigated in a two-phase titanium alloy. Strong dynamic recovery during b working resulted in the formation of low-angle grain boundary(LAGBb) inside b grains. The lamellar a can penetrate through the LAGBb, leading to similar intra a LAGBs on subgrain boundaries. Deformation banding occurs at high strain rates, and both diffusive and sharp boundaries of deformation bands can be observed.A continuous change of the b orientation in diffusive boundaries results in the formation of fine and disordered a lamellae without intra-lamellar boundary to hold the Burgers orientation relationship(OR). On sharp boundaries, it is prone to producing continuous grain boundary a(aGB) with a highly similar orientation along the boundaries. | 7 | JaponiconeA induces apoptosis of bortezomib-sensitive and -resistant myeloma cells in vitro and in vivo by targeting IKKβ显示文摘Objective:Multiple myeloma(MM)remains incurable with high rates of relapse.New therapeutic drugs are therefore urgently needed to improve the prognosis.JaponiconeA(JA),a natural product isolated from Inula japonica Thunb,has shown good anti-MM potential.A comprehensive study should therefore be conducted to identify both the in vitro and in vivo mechanisms of the anti-MM effects of JA.Methods:CCK8 assays and flow cytometry were used to detect the proliferation,apoptosis,and cell cycle of MM cell lines when treated with JA.In vivo experiments were conducted using subcutaneous xenograft mouse models.We also identified possible targets and the mechanism of JA using RNA-seq and c-Map databases,and identified the specific targets of JA in bortezomib-sensitive and-resistant MM cell lines using CETSA,DARTS,and rescue experiments.Furthermore,JA and bortezomib were used separately or together to characterize their possible synergistic effects.Results:In vitro,JA inhibited proliferation,and induced apoptosis and G2/M phase arrest in MM cell lines,and selectively killed primary CD138+MM cells.In vivo,JA also demonstrated a strong anti-tumor effect with no observable toxicity.In addition,JA showed synergetic effects in combination with bortezomib,and enhanced the anti-tumor effect of bortezomib in bortezomibresistant cells.CETSA and DARTS confirmed direct binding of JA to NF-κB inhibitor kinase beta(IKKβ),and overexpression of IKKβor knockdown of IκBαpartially rescued the apoptosis induced by JA.Conclusions:JA exhibited strong anti-tumor effects in MM.It sensitized myeloma cells to bortezomib and overcame NF-κB-induced drug resistance by inhibiting IKKβ,providing a new treatment strategy for MM patients. | Zilu Zhang Chenjing Ye Jia Liu Wenbin Xu Chao Wu Qing Yu Xiaoguang Xu Xinyi Zeng Huizi Jin Yingli Wu Hua Yan | 2022 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,5: | 1 |

| 11 | A short note on the horizontal and vertical movements of a whale shark, Rhincodon typus, tracked by satellite telemetry in the South China Sea显示文摘Whale sharks,a global migratory species,are often reported entangled in fishing nets in coastal areas of Chi-na.The effectiveness of conservation measures has been constrained by very limited knowledge on their move-ments and preferred habitats in the coastal areas of China.For the first time,we tracked the movements of 2 whale sharks by satellite telemetry in China' Mainland.The tracking results of 1 whale shark revealed that it travelled in the South China Sea in a south-eastern direction,parallel to the eastern coast of Vietnam.Total dis-tance travelled was 1018 km,in approximately 74 days,with a mean speed of 14 km per day.It appeared to head towards the cool upwelling zones in southern Vietnam at the time of the tag’s detachment.In our study,it was observed that this whale shark was a surface dweller and spent approximately 45%of its time above 10 m water depth and 90%of its time above 50 m depth.It also tended to stay in water temperatures between 27 and 30°C,and was rarely recorded in water below 20°C.This preliminary study indicates the importance of shal-low waters as the foraging habitat for whale sharks,and has implications for their management and conserva-tion. | Yamin WANG Wei LI Xiaoguang ZENG Yunchen CUI | 2012 | Integrative Zoology2012,7,1: | 1 |
| 12 | Industrial-scale investigations on effects of tertiary-air declination angle on combustion and steam temperature characteristics in a 350-MW supercritical down-fired boiler显示文摘Industrial-scale experiments were conducted to study the effects of tertiary air declination angle(TDA)on the coal combustion and steam temperature characteristics in the first 350-MW supercritical down-fired boiler in China with the multiple-injection and multiple-staging combustion(MIMSC)technology at medium and high loads.The experimental results indicated that as the TDA increased from 0°to 15°,the overall gas temperature in the lower furnace rose and the symmetry of temperature field was enhanced.The ignition distance of the fuel-rich coal/air flow decreased.In near-burner region,the concentration of O2 decreased while the concentrations of CO and NO increased.The concentration of NO decreased in near-tertiary-air region.The carbon in fly ash decreased significantly from 8.40%to 6.45%at a load of 260 MW.At a TDA of 15°,the ignition distances were the shortest(2.07 m and 1.73 m)at a load of 210 MW and 260 MW,respectively.The main and reheat steam temperatures were the highest(557.2℃ and 559.4℃ at a load of 210 MW,558.4℃ and 560.3℃ at a load of 260 MW).The carbon in fly ash was the lowest(4.83%)at a load of 210 MW.On changing the TDA from 15°to 25°,the flame kernel was found to move downward and the main and reheat steam temperatures dropped obviously.The change of TDA has little effect on NO_(x) emissions(660–681 mg/m^(3) at 6%O_(2)).In comprehensive consideration of the pulverized coal combustion characteristics and the unit economic performance,an optimal TDA of 15°is recommended. | Xiaoguang LI Lingyan ZENG Hongye LIU Yao LI Yifu LI Yunlong ZHAO Bo JIAO Minhang SONG Shaofeng ZHANG Zhichao CHEN Zhengqi LI | 2021 | Frontiers in Energy2021,15,1: | 0 |
