1Radial propagation of magnetospheric substorm-injected energetic electrons observed using a BD-IES instrument and Van Allen Probes显示文摘In cases where substorm injections can be observed simultaneously by multiple spacecraft,they can help elucidate the potential mechanisms of particle transport and energization,of great importance to understanding and modeling the magnetosphere.In this paper,using data returned from the BeiDa-IES(BD-IES) instrument onboard a satellite in an inclined(55°) geosynchronous orbit(IGSO),in combination with two geo-transfer orbiting(GTO) satellite Van Allen Probes(A and B),we analyze a substorm injection event that occurred on the 16 th of October 2015.During this substorm injection,the IGSO onboard BD-IES was outbound,while both Van Allen Probe satellites(A and B) were inbound,a configuration of multiple trajectories that provides a unique opportunity to simultaneously investigate both the inward and outward radial propagation of substorm injection.Indicated by AE/AL indices,this substorm was closely related to an IMF/solar wind discontinuity that showed a sharp change in IMF Bz direction to the north.The innermost signature of this substorm injection was detected by Van Allen Probes A and B at L-3.7,while the outermost signature was observed by the onboard BD-IES instrument at L~\0.These data indicate that the substorm had a global,rather than just local,effect.Finally,we suggest that electric fields carried by fast-mode compressional waves around the substorm injection are the most likely candidate mechanism for the electron injection signatures observed in the inner- and outermost inner magnetosphere.ZONG QiuGang HAO YiXin ZOU Hong FU SuiYan ZHOU XuZhi REN Jie WANG LingHua YUAN ChongJing LIU ZhiYang JIA XiangHong QUAN Lin LIU Ying WANG YongFu 2016Science China Earth Sciences2016,59,7:8
2Spontaneous low-temperature crystallization of α-FAPbI3 for highly efficient perovskite solar cells显示文摘Formamidinium lead triiodide(HC(NH2)2PbI3 or FAPbI3)is a promising light absorber for high-efficiency perovskite solar cells because of its superior light absorption range and thermal stability to CH3NH3PbI3(MAPbI3).Unfortunately,it is difficult to fabricate high-quality FAPbI3 thin films to surpass the MAPbI3-based cells due to easily forming unwanted but more stable yellow d-phase and thus requiring high annealing-temperature for wanted photovoltaic-active black a-phase.Herein,we reported a novel low-temperature fabrication of highly crystallized a-FAPbI3 film exhibiting uniaxial-oriented nature with large grain sizes up to 2 lm.First-principles energetic calculations predicted that this novel deposition should be ascribed to the formation of a high-energy metastable two-dimensional(2D)intermediate of MAFAPbI3 Cl followed by a spontaneous conversion to a-FAPbI3.The ions exchange reaction during this MAFAPbI3 Cl-FAPbI3 conversion account for the perovskite film uniaxial-oriented grown along the(111)direction.This large-grain and uniaxial-oriented grown a-FAPbI3 based solar cells exhibited an efficiency up to 20.4%accompanying with low density-voltage(J-V)hysteresis and high stability.Taiyang Zhang Qiaoling Xu Feng Xu Yuhao Fu Yong Wang Yanfa Yan Lijun Zhang Yixin Zhao 2019Science Bulletin2019,64,21:2

5Mineral deformation and subglacial processes on ice-bedrock interface of Hailuogou Glacier显示文摘Hailuogou Glacier is located in a warm and humid maritime environment. It is large and moves very fast. The bottom of the glacier slides intensively and the temperature at the bottom approaches the pressure melting point. Therefore, there are abundant melting water and debris which act as effective 'grinding tools' for glacial abrasion. Polarizing microscope is used to observe the mineral deformation characteristics on the ice-bedrock interface. It is found that feldspar, quartz, hornblende and biotite are exposed to deformation, fracture and chemical alteration to various extents. Bending deformation is common for biotite, due to their lattice characteristics, and the bending orientations are mostly the same as the glacier flow. Bending deformation also occurs in a few hornblendes. High-angle tension fracture and low-angle shear fracture are common for quartz and feldspar, some of them are totally crushed (mylonizations) due to their rigidity. Thus, all the abrasion, quarrying, subglacial water action and subglacial dissolution processes at the bottom of the glacier are verified at the micro-scale level. Mineral deformation and fracture are the basic subglacial erosion mechanisms. The abrasion thickness is 30―90 μm for each time and the average is 50 μm. Most of the debris are silt produced by glacial abrasion. The extent of mineral deformation and fracture decreases drastically downwards beneath the bedrock surface. The estimated erosion rate is about 2.2―11.4 mm/a, which is similar to that of other maritime alpine glaciers, smaller than that of large-scale piedmont glaciers in Alaska (10―30 mm/a), and larger than that of continental glaciers (0.1―1.0 mm/a). 6Hierarchical macro-microporous WPU-ECM scaffolds combined with Microfracture Promote in Situ Articular Cartilage Regeneration in Rabbits显示文摘Tissue engineering provides a promising avenue for treating cartilage defects.However,great challenges remain in the development of structurally and functionally optimized scaffolds for cartilage repair and regeneration.In this study,decellularized cartilage extracellular matrix(ECM)and waterborne polyurethane(WPU)were employed to construct WPU and WPU-ECM scaffolds by water-based 3D printing using low-temperature deposition manufacturing(LDM)system,which combines rapid deposition manufacturing with phase separation techniques.The scaffolds successfully achieved hierarchical macro-microporous structures.After adding ECM,WPU scaffolds were markedly optimized in terms of porosity,hydrophilia and bioactive components.Moreover,the optimized WPU-ECM scaffolds were found to be more suitable for cell distribution,adhesion,and proliferation than the WPU scaffolds.Most importantly,the WPU-ECM scaffold could facilitate the production of glycosaminoglycan(GAG)and collagen and the upregulation of cartilage-specific genes.These results indicated that the WPU-ECM scaffold with hierarchical macro-microporous structures could recreate a favorable microenvironment for cell adhesion,proliferation,differentiation,and ECM production.In vivo studies further revealed that the hierarchical macro-microporous WPU-ECM scaffold combined with the microfracture procedure successfully regenerated hyaline cartilage in a rabbit model.Six months after implantation,the repaired cartilage showed a similar histological structure and mechanical performance to that of normal cartilage.In conclusion,the hierarchical macro-microporous WPU-ECM scaffold may be a promising candidate for cartilage tissue engineering applications in the future.Mingxue Chen YangYang Li Shuyun Liu Zhaoxuan Feng Hao Wang Dejin Yang Weimin Guo Zhiguo Yuan Shuang Gao Yu Zhang Kangkang Zha Bo Huang Fu Wei Xinyu Sang Qinyu Tian Xuan Yang Xiang sui Yixin Zhou Yufeng Zheng Quanyi Guo 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,7:1

8Middle lobe torsion after right upper and lower lobectomy:repositioning of lobar torsion using a3-cm uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery显示文摘We aimed to describe a method for repositioning of right middle lobar torsion by using a 3-cm uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) approach. Middle lobe torsion occurred after right upper and lower lobectomy in a 74-year-old man. Immediate re-exploratory thoracotomy using the 3-cm uniportal VATS approach was performed. The torsion was corrected, and the lobe was anchored to the anterior chest wall with Prolene stitches. The patient recovered well postoperatively with daily improvements in chest radiographic findings. Follow-up examination was performed using fiberbronchoscopy, which revealed an unobstructed right middle lobe bronchus and sticky yellow sputum. Follow-up chest computed tomography was performed 3 months after the primary surgery and revealed increased expansion of the right middle lobe. We repositioned the right middle lobe successfully by using the 3-cm uniportal VATS approach, but more cases are needed to confirm the feasibility of the approach. 9In-situ constructed Cu/CuNC interfaces for low-overpotential reduction of CO_(2)to ethanol显示文摘Electrochemical CO_(2)reduction(ECR)to high-value multi-carbon(C_(2+))products is critical to sustainable energy conversion,yet the high energy barrier of C-C coupling causes catalysts to suffer high overpotential and low selectivity toward specific liquid C_(2+)products.Here,the electronically asymmetric Cu-Cu/Cu-N-C(Cu/Cu NC)interface site is found,by theoretical calculations,to enhance the adsorption of*CO intermediates and decrease the reaction barrier of C-C coupling in ECR,enabling efficient C-C coupling at low overpotential.The catalyst consisting of high-density Cu/Cu NC interface sites(noted as ER-Cu/CuNC)is then accordingly designed and constructed in situ on the high-loading Cu-N-C single atomic catalysts.Systematical experiments corroborate the theoretical prediction that the ER-Cu/Cu NC boosts electrocatalytic CO_(2)-to-ethanol conversion with a Faradaic efficiency toward C_(2+)of 60.3%(FEethanol of 55%)at a low overpotential of-0.35 V.These findings provide new insights and an atractive approach to creating electronically asymmetric dual sites for efficient conversion of CO_(2) to C_(2+)products.Yan Yang Jiaju Fu Yixin Ouyang Tang Tang Yun Zhang Li-Rong Zheng Qing-Hua Zhang Xiao-Zhi Liu Jinlan Wang Jin-Song Hu 2023National Science Review2023,10,4:1

12用于全麻食管重建术患者新的胃管置入法(英文)显示文摘Objective: We are describing a novel technique to insert nasogastric tube(NGT) in the anesthetized patients during cervical esophageal reconstruction. Methods: Forty patients with mid and upper esophageal tumor enrolled into this study were randomly allocated into two groups(the control group, group C and the novel method group, group N). All the patients were applied mechanical anastomosis to finish the cervical esophageal reconstruction. The procedure of NGT insertion for group C use the conventional method; well, the group N use the novel technique. Results: All the patients in group N had been finished the NGT insertion in the first attempt, and the total time for insertion was(5.05 ± 1.15) mins; on the contrary, for the group C, duration of insertion(min) was(24.45 ± 5.23) mins, and the successful rate of NGT insertion in the first attempt was 40%(P < 0.05); no one in group N had coiling/kinking, and 6/20(30%) in group C had it(P = 0.020). The complication rate of bleeding between the two group had no significant difference. 13Dopamine-triggered one-step functionalization of hollow silica nanospheres for simultaneous lubrication and drug release显示文摘Osteoarthritis(OA)has been regarded as a lubrication deficiency related joint disease.Combination of both joint lubrication and drug intervention may provide a promising nonsurgical strategy for treatment of OA.Developing novel and simple approaches to fabricate superlubricating nanoparticles with drug release property is highly required.Herein,dopamine triggered one-step polymerization method was employed to fabricate polydopamine/poly(3-sulfopropyl methacrylate potassium salt)(PDA-PSPMA)conjugate coating on hollow silica(h-SiO_(2))nanosphere surfaces to engineer functional nanoparticles(h-SiO_(2)/PDA-PSPMA).The as-prepared h-SiO_(2)/PDA-PSPMA exhibits excellent aqueous lubrication performance on biomaterial substrates as well as natural bovine articular cartilage based on hydration effect of negatively charged PDA-PSPMA coating and'rolling'effect of h-SiO_(2)nanospheres.In vitro drug loading-release experiments demonstrate that PDA-PSPMA coating functionalized h-SiO_(2)nanospheres show high drug-loading and sustained-release capability of an anti-inflammatory drug,diclofenac sodium(DS).Such h-SiO_(2)/PDA-PSPMA nanospheres can be potentially used as a synergistic therapy agent for OA treatment combining by simultaneous joint lubrication anddrugrelease.Qiangbing WEI Tian FU Lele LEI Huan LIU Yixin ZHANG Shuanhong MA Feng ZHOU 2023Friction2023,11,3:0

16An Improved JSO and Its Application in Spreader Optimization of Large Span Corridor Bridge显示文摘In this paper,given the shortcomings of jellyfish search algorithmwith low search ability in the early stage and easy to fall into local optimal solution,this paper introduces adaptive weight function and elite strategy,improving the global search scope in the early stage and the ability to refine the local development in the later stage.In the numerical study,the benchmark problem of dimensional optimization with a 10-bar truss structure and simultaneous dimensional shape optimization with a 15-bar truss structure is adopted,and the corresponding penalty method is used for constraint treatment.The test results show that the improved jellyfish search algorithm can provide better truss sections as well as weights.Because when the steel main truss of the large-span covered bridge is lifted,the site is limited and the large lifting equipment cannot enter the site,and the original structure does not meet the problem of stress concentration and large deformation of the bolt group,so the spreader is used to lift,and the improved jellyfish search algorithm is introduced into the design optimization of the spreader.The results show that the improved jellyfish algorithm can efficiently and accurately find out the optimal shape and weight of the spreader,and throughMidas Civil simulation,the spreader used canmeet the requirements of weight and safety.Shude Fu Xinye Wu Wenjie Wang Yixin Hu Zhengke Li Feng Jiang 2024Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2024,138,3:0
17WC/Co_(7)Fe_(3)heterojunction embedded in N,P co-doped hierarchical carbon enables rechargeable/flexible Zn-air battery显示文摘Rational design and synthesis of bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts with high activity and stability are key challenges in the development of rechargeable Zn-air batteries(ZABs).In this paper,tungsten carbide(WC)and Co_(7)Fe_(3)embedded in N,P co-doped hierarchical carbon(WC/Co_(7)Fe_(3)-NPHC)was prepared by using zeolite imidazolate frameworks as precursor.Density functional theory demonstrates that the mutual adjustment among the WC,Co_(7)Fe_(3),and N,P co-doped carbon at the three-phase heterojunction interface makes the catalyst possess moderate adsorption strength,and greatly improves the conductivity and electron transfer rate of the catalyst.As a result,the WC/Co_(7)Fe_(3)-NPHC exhibits a low overall oxygen redox potential difference of 0.72 V,while the ZAB assembled by WC/Co_(7)Fe_(3)-NPHC as an air cathode exhibits ultra-long cycle stability of over 550 h.Futhermore,WC/Co_(7)Fe_(3)-NPHC can keep good charge and discharge stability at different bending angles when applied to flexible solid ZAB.Huimin Mao Xiaobin Liu Siqi Wu Yixin Fu Guishan Liu Guizhong Zhou Lei Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:0
18Overexpression of c-Myc-dependent heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A1 promotes proliferation and inhibits apoptosis in NOTCH1-mutated chronic lymphocytic leukemia cells显示文摘Background: NOTCH1 mutation is an essential molecular biologic aberration in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). CLL patients withNOTCH1 mutation have shown an unfavorable survival and a poor response to chemoimmunotherapy. This study aims to present the mechanisms of adverse prognosis caused byNOTCH1 mutation from the perspective of the splicing factor heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A1 (hnRNPA1).Methods: The microarray data in Gene Expression Omnibus datasets were analyzed by bioinformatics and the function of hnRNPA1 was checked by testing the proliferation and apoptosis of CLL-like cell lines. Afterward, quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting were applied to explore the relationship among NOTCH1, c-Myc, and hnRNPA1.Results: RNA splicing was found to play a vital part inNOTCH1-mutated CLL cells;hence, hnRNPA1 was selected as the focus of this study. Higher expression of hnRNPA1 validated in primaryNOTCH1-mutated CLL samples could promote proliferation and inhibit apoptosis in CLL. The expression of hnRNPA1 increased when NOTCH1 signaling was activated by transfection with NOTCH1 intracellular domain (NICD)-overexpressed adenovirus vector and declined after NOTCH1 signaling was inhibited by NOTCH1-shRNA. Higher expression of c-Myc was observed in NICD-overexpressed cells and hnRNPA1 expression was downregulated after applying c-Myc inhibitor 10058-F4.
