1Dopamine D4 Receptor Gene Associated with the Frontal-Striatal-Cerebellar Loop in Children with ADHD: A Resting-State fMRI Study显示文摘Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is a common childhood neuropsychiatric disorder that has been linked to the dopaminergic system. This study aimed to investigate the effects of regulation of the dopamine D4 receptor(DRD4) on functional brain activity during the resting state in ADHD children using the methods of regional homogeneity(Re Ho) and functional connectivity(FC). Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging data were analyzed in 49 children with ADHD. All participants were classified as either carriers of the DRD44-repeat/4-repeat(4 R/4 R) allele(n = 30) or the DRD42-repeat(2 R) allele(n = 19). The results showed that participants with the DRD4 2 R allele had decreased Re Ho bilaterally in the posterior lobes of the cerebellum, while Re Ho was increased in the left angular gyrus. Compared with participants carrying the DRD4 4 R/4 R allele, those with the DRD4 2 R allele showed decreased FC to the left angular gyrus in the left striatum, right inferior frontal gyrus, and bilateral lobes of the cerebellum. The increased FC regions included the left superior frontal gyrus, medial frontal gyrus, and rectus gyrus. These data suggest that the DRD4 polymorphisms are associated with localized brain activity and specific functional connections, including abnormality in the frontal-striatal-cerebellar loop. 2Genetic improvement of heat tolerance in wheat:Recent progress in understanding the underlying molecular mechanisms显示文摘As a cool season crop, wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) has an optimal daytime growing temperature of 15 ℃ during the reproductive stage. With global climate change, heat stress is becoming an increasingly severe constraint on wheat production. In this review, we summarize recent progress in understanding the molecular mechanisms of heat tolerance in wheat. We firstly describe the impact of heat tolerance on morphology and physiology and its potential effect on agronomic traits. We then review recent discoveries in determining the genetic and molecular factors affecting heat tolerance, including the effects of phytohormone signaling and epigenetic regulation. 3Surfactant-Encapsulated Polyoxometalate Complex as a Cathode Interlayer for Nonfullerene Polymer Solar Cells显示文摘An alcohol-soluble,environmentally friendly,and low-cost surfactant-encapsulated polyoxometalate complex[(C8H17)4N]4[SiW_(12)O40](TOASiW_(12))as a cathode interlayer(CIL)has exhibited excellent universality for various active layers and cathodes in nonfullerene polymer solar cells(NF-PSCs).In particular,incorporating TOASiW_(12) as the CIL enhanced power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)of the PM6:Y6-based NF-PSCs with Al or Ag cathode to 16.14%and 15.89%,respectively,and the PCEs of PM6:BTP-BO4Cl-based NF-PSCs with Al or Ag cathode to 17.04%and 17.00%,respectively.More importantly,the performances of the devices with TOASiW_(12) were insensitive to the TOASiW_(12) thickness from 3 to 33 nm.Furthermore,the NF-PSCs with TOASiW_(12) exhibited better device stability.Combined characterization of the photocurrent density versus effective voltage,capacitance versus voltage and electron mobility demonstrated that TOASiW_(12) as the CIL effectively promoted exciton dissociation,charge-carrier extraction,built-in potential,charge-carrier density,and electron mobility in the NF-PSCs.These findings suggest that TOASiW_(12) is a promising,competitive CIL for NF-PSCs fabricated by roll-to-roll processing.Jing Qiu Yue Zhang Yan Liu Huiru Liu Dongdong Xia Fan Yang Chaowei Zhao Weiwei Li Lixin Wu Fenghong Li 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,3:3

8Experimental study on the vitrification and xenotransplantation of human ovarian tissue显示文摘Background:Cryopreservation of ovarian tissue is a promising method for preserving fertility.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)is an evaluation system for cryo-injury during the cooling and warming process which is very laborious and needs to be optimized.Objective:In this study,we evaluated that serum 17β-oestradiol(E2)may be used as an indicator of vitrified ovarian tissue.Methods:Immunodeficient nude mice were used as hosts for xenografting of vitrified-warmed human ovarian tissues.A total of 54 mice were divided into two group:vitrified ovarian xenotransplant(VOX)group(n?45)and non-transplant control group(n?9).The transplanted mice were grouped into vitrified/warmed grafted-4 weeks(VOX-4w,n?15),vitrified/warmed grafted-6weeks(VOX-6w n?15)and vitrified/warmed grafted-12 weeks(VOX-12w n?15)according to the time after transplantation.The viable and functional recovery of grafted ovarian tissue was assessed by light microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and hormone(E2)assays.Results:Serum E2 concentration was significantly higher in VOX-6w(group(21.07 pg/ml)than that of VOX-12w group(15.59 pg/ml).VOX-12w group showed a lower value(12.61 pg/ml)for E2 concentration.The trend for E2 concentration was consistent with the morphological identification of the grafts.Conclusion:In vivo serum hormone E2 released by cortical biopsies can be used as a functional marker for xenotransplanted vitrified-warmed human ovarian tissue reserve.Jinghui Zhao Yuping Ge Jingyi Li Yucui Zeng Guoyi Dong Liping Zeng Juanjuan Dai Hui Du Mumin Shao Xuewen Yu Huan Li Fang He Zhouchun Shang Chun Wang Gabor Vajt Huiru Tang Ruifang Wu Yutao Du 2022Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinical Medicine2022,2,1:1

14Changing Gly311 to an acidic amino acid in the MATE family protein DTX6 enhances Arabidopsis resistance to the dihydropyridine herbicides显示文摘In modern agriculture,frequent application of herbicides may induce the evolution of resistance in plants,but the mechanisms underlying herbicide resistance remain largely unexplored.Here,we report the char-acterization of rtp 1(resistant to paraquat 1),an Arabidopsis mutant showing strong resistance to the widely used herbicides paraquat and diquat.The rtp1 mutant is semi-dominant and carries a point mutation in the gene encoding the multidrug and toxic compound extrusion family protein DTX6,leading to the change of glycine to glutamic acid at residue 311(G311E).The wild-type DTX6 with glycine 311 conferred weak para-quat and diquat resistance when overexpressed,while mutation of glycine 311 to a negatively charged amino acid(G311E or G311D)markedly increased the paraquat and diquat resistance of plants,whereas mutation to a positively charged amino acid(G311R or G311K)compromised the resistance,suggesting that the charge property of residue 311 of DTX6 is critical for the paraquat and diquat resistance of Arabi-dopsis plants.DTX6 is localized in the endomembrane trafficking system and may undergo the endosomal sorting to localize to the vacuole and plasma membrane.Treatment with the V-ATPase inhibitor ConA reduced the paraquat resistance of the rtp1 mutant.Paraquat release and uptake assays demonstrated that DTX6 is involved in both exocytosis and vacuolar sequestration of paraquat.DTX6 and DTX5 show functional redundancy as the dtx5 dtx6 double mutant but not the dtx6 single mutant plants were more sen-sitive to paraquat and diquat than the wild-type plants.Collectively,our work reveals a potential mecha-nism for the evolution of herbicide resistance in weeds and provides a promising gene for the manipulation of plant herbicide resistance.Zeyu Lv Mingming Zhao Wenjing Wang Qi Wang Mengqi Huang Chaoqun Li Qichao Lian Jinqiu Xia Ji Qi Chengbin Xiang Huiru Tang Xiaochun Ge 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,12:0
15Swarming magnetic photonic-crystal microrobots withon-the-fly visual pH detection and self-regulated drug delivery显示文摘Swarming magnetic micro/nanorobots hold great promise for biomedical applications,but at present suffer from inferior capabilities to perceive and respond to chemical signals in local microenvironments.Here we demonstrate swarming magnetic photonic crystal microrobots(PC-bots)capable of sponta-neously performing on-the-fly visual pH detection and self regulated drug delivery by perceiving local pH changes.The magnetic PC-bots consist of pH-responsive hydrogel microspheres with encapsulated one-dimensional periodic assemblies of Fe3O4 nanoparticles.By programming extemnal rotating magnetic fields,they can self-organize into large swarms with much-enhanced collective velocity to actively find targets while shining bright“blinking”structural colors.When approaching the target with abnormal pH conditions(e.g.an ulcerated superficial tumor lesion),the PC-bots can visualize local pH changes on the fly via pH-responsive structural colors,and realize self-regulated release of the loaded drugs by recognizing local pH.This work facilita tes the develop-ment of intelligent micro/nanorobots for active“motile-targeting”tumor diag-nosis and treatment.Zheng Yu Luolin Li Fangzhi Mou Shimin Yu Di Zhang Manyi Yang Qing Zhao Huiru Ma Wei Luo Tianlong Li Jianguo Guan 2023InfoMat2023,5,10:0
16Study on Comprehensive Efficiency Evaluation of Rural Power Grid under Rural Revitalization Strategy Considering Regional Differences显示文摘As an essential infrastructure,the rural power grid is vital in promoting agricultural and rural carbon sequestration and improving rural energy electrification.It is necessary to carry out in-depth research on its comprehensive efficiency.Based on the requirements of“double carbon”and rural revitalization strategy for the rural Power Grid,this paper focuses on the modernization and low-carbon transformation of the rural Power Grid.It constructs an input-output index system for the investment efficiency of the rural Power Grid in China under the new situation.It uses the primary data of the rural Power Grid of 30 prefecture-level cities in China from 2019 to 2021 to evaluate the investment efficiency of the rural Power Grid in China through a three-stage DEA model.The empirical results show that:considering the regional differences,the comprehensive efficiency of the rural Power Grid in backward areas is significantly improved;that is,the three-stage DEA method can more objectively evaluate the comprehensive efficiency of the rural Power Grid.In the context of the continued promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,to improve the comprehensive efficiency of the rural Power Grid,it is necessary to improve the technical level of the rural Power Grid further and appropriately expand the scale of investment in the rural Power Grid.Huiru Zhao Manyu Yao Zhenqi Bai Yue Zhang Zhihua Ding Zhenda Hu 2023Energy Engineering2023,120,10:0
17Characterization of a new hexaploid triticale 6D(6A) substitution line with increased grain weight and decreased spikelet number显示文摘Hexaploid triticale(×Triticosecale,AABBRR)is an important forage crop and a promising energy plant.Transferring D-genome chromosomes or segments from common wheat(Triticum aestivum)into hexaploid triticale is attractive in improving its economically important traits.Here,a hexaploid triticale 6D(6A)substitution line Lin 456 derived from the cross between the octoploid triticale line H400 and the hexaploid wheat Lin 56 was identified and analyzed by genomic in situ hybridization(GISH),fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH),and molecular markers.The GISH analysis showed that Lin 456 is a hexaploid triticalewith 14 rye(Secale cereale)chromosomes and 28 wheat chromosomes,whereas non-denaturing fluorescence in situ hybridization(ND-FISH)and molecular marker analysis revealed that it is a 6D(6A)substitution line.In contrast to previous studies,the signal of Oligo-pSc119.2 was observed at the distal end of 6DL in Lin 456.The wheat chromosome 6D was associatedwith increased grain weight and decreased spikelet number using the genotypic data combined with the phenotypes of the F2 population in the three environments.The thousand-grain weight and grain width in the substitution individuals were significantly higher than those in the non-substitution individuals in the F2 population across the three environments.We propose that the hexaploid triticale 6D(6A)substitution line Lin 456 can be a valuable and promising donor stock for genetic improvement during triticale breeding.Zhiyu Feng Zhongqi Qi Dejie Du Mingyi Zhang Aiju Zhao Zhaorong Hu Mingming Xin Yingyin Yao Huiru Peng Qixin Sun Zhongfu Ni 2019The Crop Journal2019,7,5:0
18The TaTCP4/10-B1 cascade regulates awn elongation in wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)显示文摘Awns are important morphological markers for wheat and exert a strong physiological effect on wheat yield.The awn elongation suppressor B1 has recently been cloned through association and linkage analysis in wheat.However,the mechanism of awn inhibition centered around B1 remains to be clarified.Here,we identified an allelic variant in the coding region of B1 through analysis of re-sequencing data;this variant causes an amino acid substitution and premature termination,resulting in a long-awn phenotype.Transcriptome analysis indicated that B1 inhibited awn elongation by impeding cytokinin-and auxinpromoted cell division.Moreover,B1 directly repressed the expression of TaRAE2 and TaLks2,whose orthologs have been reported to promote awn development in rice or barley.More importantly,we found that TaTCP4 and TaTCP10 synergistically inhibited the expression of B1,and a G-to-A mutation in the B1 promoter attenuated its inhibition by TaTCP4/10.Taken together,our results reveal novel mechanisms of awn development and provide genetic resources for trait improvement in wheat.Wensheng Ke Jiewen Xing Zhaoyan Chen Yidi Zhao Weiya Xu Lulu Tian Jinquan Guo Xiaoming Xie Dejie Du Zihao Wang Yufeng Li Jin Xu Mingming Xin Weilong Guo Zhaorong Hu Zhenqi Su Jie Liu Huiru Peng Yingyin Yao Qixin Sun Zhongfu Ni 2023Plant Communications2023,4,4:0

20A bi-level optimal scheduling model for new-type power systems integrating large-scale renewable energy显示文摘The construction of a new type of power system is a key way to achieve the goal of‘carbon peaking and carbon neutrality’.In the process of developing renewable energy,large-scale wind and photovoltaic power systems replace conventional units,which will have an impact on the stability of the power grid.To eliminate these concerns,this paper proposes a bi-level optimal scheduling model for new-type power systems.The upper level aims to minimize fluctuation of net load,with the consideration of demand response,to smooth the load curve.The lower level takes the minimum operating cost of the new-type power system as the objective function and the most economical scheduling strategy is established.To deal with the uncertainty of renewable energy integrated within the system,the lower model is transformed into a two-stage robust optimization model and solved by applying a column-and-constraint generation method.Finally,a regional power system is selected to conduct a case study comprising 760 MW thermal power,50 MW·h energy storage,200 MW wind turbine and 150 MW photovoltaic power.The results show that the constructed two-stage robust optimization model is conducive to establishing the most economical scheduling scheme of the system with an uncertain budget and the minimum operation cost is$45,9031.In addition,demand response and energy storage can reduce peak-to-valley differences in the power system.Huiru Zhao Chao Zhang Yihang Zhao 2022Clean Energy2022,6,6:0
