| 1 | Chinese consensus guidelines for diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal stromal tumor显示文摘In order to further promote the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST) in China, the members of Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) Expert Committee on GIST thoroughly discussed the key contents of the consensus guidelines, and voted on the controversial issue. In final, the Chinese consensus guidelines for the diagnosis and management of GIST(2017 edition) was formed on the basis of 2013 edition consensus guidelines, which is hereby announced. | 2 | A GIS-based Spatial Analysis of Housing Price and Road Density in Proximity to Urban Lakes in Wuhan City, China显示文摘As one of the essential urban open spaces, lakes usually contribute immensely to the quality of residents′ daily lives. Different from hedonic approach employed in existing researches on urban open spaces in China, this paper integrates housing price surface with road density to analyze the spatial characteristics in proximity to urban lakes in Wuhan City, China. With the expansion of Wuhan City, urban lakes became polluted, they shrunk or even disappeared, leading to unfavorable conditions for sustainable development of the city. To better understand the spatial relationship between the city and lakes, we classify the urban lakes in Wuhan central area into ′lakes in the urban center′ and ′lakes in urban fringe′. Based on housing price surface we explore the spatial characteristics in proximity to different lakes and differences between the lakes. We also use Geographic Information System(GIS) tool to calculate road density as a supplementary indicator to reflect the accessibility in proximity to urban lakes. The results indicate that relative independence exists between different towns, and the spatial characteristics are different depending on scales and locations. In most of cases, the road density is lower where closer to the lakeshore while the housing price exhibits an opposite pattern. | 4 | First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. | 5 | First results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from CDEX-1 experiment显示文摘We report the first results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from stage one of the China dark-matter experiment(CDEX).A p-type point-contact high-purity germanium detector with a mass of 994 g has been installed to detect neutrinoless double beta decay events, as well as to directly detect dark matter particles. An exposure of 304 kg d has been analyzed over a wide spectral band from 500 keV to 3 MeV. The average event rate obtained was about 0.012 counts per keV per kg per day over the 2.039 MeV energy range. The half-life of ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay derived based on this result is T^(0ν)1/2>6.4×10^(22) yr(90% C.L.). | 11 | Baseline radiologic features as predictors of efficacy in patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors with liver metastases receiving surufatinib显示文摘Objective:Currently,pre-treatment prediction of patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors with liver metastases(PNELM)receiving surufatinib treatment was unsatisfying.Our objective was to examine the association between radiological characteristics and efficacy/prognosis.Methods:We enrolled patients with liver metastases in the phase III,SANET-p trial(NCT02589821)and obtained contrast-enhanced computed tomography(CECT)images.Qualitative and quantitative parameters including hepatic tumor margins,lesion volumes,enhancement pattern,localization types,and enhancement ratios were evaluated.The progression-free survival(PFS)and hazard ratio(HR)were calculated using Cox’s proportional hazard model.Efficacy was analyzed by logistic-regression models.Results:Among 152 patients who had baseline CECT assessments and were included in this analysis,the surufatinib group showed statistically superior efficacy in terms of median PFS compared to placebo across various qualitative and quantitative parameters.In the multivariable analysis of patients receiving surufatinib(N=100),those with higher arterial phase standardized enhancement ratio-peri-lesion(ASER-peri)exhibited longer PFS[HR=0.039;95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.003−0.483;P=0.012].Furthermore,patients with a high enhancement pattern experienced an improvement in the objective response ratio[31.3%vs.14.7%,odds ratio(OR)=3.488;95%CI:1.024−11.875;P=0.046],and well-defined tumor margins were associated with a higher disease control rate(DCR)(89.3%vs.68.2%,OR=4.535;95%CI:1.285−16.011;P=0.019)compared to poorlydefined margins.Conclusions:These pre-treatment radiological features,namely high ASER-peri,high enhancement pattern,and well-defined tumor margins,have the potential to serve as predictive markers of efficacy in patients with PNELM receiving surufatinib. | Jianwei Zhang Haibin Zhu Lin Shen Jie Li Xiaoyan Zhang Chunmei Bai Zhiwei Zhou Xianrui Yu Zhiping Li Enxiao Li Xianglin Yuan Wenhui Lou Yihebali Chi Nong Xu Yongmei Yin Yuxian Bai Tao Zhang Dianrong Xiu Jia Chen Shukui Qin Xiuwen Wang Yujie Yang Haoyun Shi Xian Luo Songhua Fan Weiguo Su Ming Lu Jianming Xu | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2023，35，5： | 0 |

| 13 | CMAB009 plus irinotecan versus irinotecan-only as second-line treatment after fluoropyrimidine and oxaliplatin failure in KRAS wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer patients:promising findings from a prospective,open-label,randomized,phase III trial显示文摘Background:The 5-fluorouracil/leucovorin plus oxaliplatin(FOLFOX)regimen is the standard first-line treatment for metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC),however,the optimal second-line regimen for KRAS wild-type mCRC patients is still investigational.In this study,we aimed to determine the clinical efficacy and safety of CMAB009 plus irinotecan compared to irinotecan-only as a second-line regimen for treating KRAS wild-type mCRC patients.Methods:Patients with KRAS wild-type mCRC who had previously failed to respond to FOLFOX treatment were ran-domly assigned in a 2:1 ratio,to receive CMAB009 plus irinotecan or irinotecan-only.Patients receiving irinotecan-only were permitted to switch to CMAB009 therapy on disease progression and were grouped as the sequential-CMAB009 arm.The primary endpoints were overall response rate(ORR)and median progression-free survival(PFS).The second-ary endpoints were median overall survival(OS),disease control rate(DCR),clinical benefit rate(CBR),and duration of response(DOR).Results:The CMAB009 plus irinotecan arm demonstrated significantly improved ORR(33.2%vs.12.8%;P<0.001)and longer median PFS(169 days vs.95 days;P<0.001)as compared to the irinotecan-only arm.Patients receiv-ing CMAB009 plus irinotecan also demonstrated improved DCR(80.1%vs.65.2%,P<0.001),CBR(30.0%vs.14.6%,P<0.001),and DOR(210 days vs.109 days;P<0.001)as compared to irinotecan-only.However,patients treated with CMAB009 had an increased risk of skin rash(66.9%vs.5.5%,P<0.001)and paronychia(9.8%vs.0.0%,P<0.001).Anti-drug antibodies(ADA)were detected in 3.6%of patients,and only 0.9%of patients who received CMAB009 experienced hypersensitivity reactions.In patients receiving sequential-CMAB009 therapy after failure with irinotecan,their median PFS was 84 days (95% CI 65 to 113 days). The median OS was 425 days for patients receiving CMAB009 plus irinotecan and 401 days for those with sequential-CMAB009 (P = 0.940). Conclusions: Treatment with CMAB009 plus irinotecan was found to be a superior second-line regimen in com-parison to irinotecan-only in KRAS wild-type mCRC patients. Further, switching to CMAB009 can be considered as an efficient third-line of treatment after treatment failure with second-line irinotecan-only. | 14 | Performances of a prototype point-contact germanium detector immersed in liquid nitrogen for light dark matter search显示文摘The CDEX-10 experiment searches for light weakly interacting massive particles, a form of dark matter, at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory, where approximately 10 kg of germanium detectors are arranged in an array and immersed in liquid nitrogen. Herein, we report on the experimental apparatus, detector characterization, and spectrum analysis of one prototype detector. Owing to the higher rise-time resolution of the CDEX-10 prototype detector as compared with CDEX-1 B, we identified the origin of an observed category of extremely fast events. For data analysis of the CDEX-10 prototype detector, we introduced and applied an improved bulk/surface event discrimination method. The results of the new method were compared to those of the CDEX-1 B spectrum.
