| 1 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). | 6 | Tensile and fracture properties of Ti-62A alloy plate with different microstructures显示文摘Ti-62A alloy plates with three different types of microstructure, fully equiaxed, bimodal, and Widmanst tten, were obtained by various heat treatments to investigate the effects of microstructure on the tensile and fracture properties at room temperature. The results reveal that Widmanst tten microstructure exhibits good damage tolerance behavior considering strength, fracture toughness, and fatigue crack growth behavior, while the bimodal microstructure shows good comprehensive properties considering the plasticity synthetically. | 10 | Metasurface-based subtractive color filter fabricated on a 12-inch glass wafer using a CMOS platform显示文摘Optical color filters are widely applied in many areas including display,imaging,sensing,holography,energy harvest,and measurement.Traditional dye-based color filters have drawbacks such as environmental hazards and instability under high temperature and ultraviolet radiation.With advances in nanotechnology,structural color filters,which are based on the interaction of light with designed nanostructures,are able to overcome the drawbacks.Also,it is possible to fabricate structural color filters using standard complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)fabrication facilities with low cost and high volume.In this work,metasurface-based subtractive color filters(SCFs)are demonstrated on 12-inch(300-mm)glass wafers using a CMOS-compatible fabrication process.In order to make the transmissive-type SCF on a transparent glass wafer,an in-house developed layer transfer process is used to solve the glass wafer handling issue in fabrication tools.Three different heights of embedded silicon nanopillars(110,170,and 230 nm)are found to support magnetic dipole resonances.With pillar height and pitch variation,SCFs with different displayed colors are achieved.Based on the resonance wavelength,the displayed color of the metasurface is verified within the red-yellow-blue color wheel.The simulation and measurement results are compared and discussed.The work provides an alternative design for high efficiency color filters on a CMOS-compatible platform,and paves the way towards mass-producible large-area metasurfaces. | ZHENGJI XU NANXI LI YUAN DONG YUAN HSING FU TING HU QIZE ZHONG YANYAN ZHOU DONGDONG Li SHIYANG ZHU NAVAB SINGH | 2021 | Photonics Research2021,9,1: | 3 |
| 11 | N-P fertilization did not reduce AMF abundance or diversity but alter AMF composition in an alpine grassland infested by a root hemiparasitic plant显示文摘Fertilization has been shown to have suppressive effects on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF) and root hemiparasites separately in numerous investigations, but its effects on AMF in the presence of root hemiparasites remain untested. In view of the contrasting nutritional effects of AMF and root hemiparasites on host plants, we tested the hypothesis that fertilization may not show strong suppressive effects on AMF when a plant community was infested by abundant hemiparasitic plants. Plants and soil samples were collected from experimental field plots in Bayanbulak Grassland, where N and P fertilizers had been applied for three continuous years for control against a spreading root hemiparasite, Pedicularis kansuensis. Shoot and root biomass of each plant functional group were determined. Root AMF colonization levels, soil spore abundance, and extraradical hyphae length density were measured for three soil depths(0 e10 cm, 10 e20 cm, 20 e30 cm). Partial 18 S r RNA gene sequencing was used to detect AMF diversity and community composition. In addition, we analyzed the relationship between relative abundance of different AMF genera and environmental factors using Spearman's correlation method. In contrast to suppressive effects reported by many previous studies, fertilization showed no significant effects on AMF root colonization or AMF species diversity in the soil. Instead, a marked increase in soil spore abundance and extraradical hyphae length density were observed. However, fertilization altered relative abundance and AMF composition in the soil. | 12 | Transcriptomics and metabolomics analyses provide insights into postharvest ripening and senescence of tomato fruit under low temperature显示文摘Tomato is one of the most important vegetable crops in the world and is a model plant used to study the ripening of climacteric fleshy fruit.During the ripening process of tomato fruit,flavor and aroma metabolites,color,texture and plant hormones undergo significant changes.However,low temperatures delayed the ripening process of tomato fruit,inhibiting flavor compounds and ethylene production.Metabolomics and transcriptomics analyses of tomato fruit stored under low temperature(LT,5°C)and room temperature(RT,25°C)were carried out to investigate the effects of storage temperature on the physiological changes in tomato fruit after harvest.The results of transcriptomics changes revealed that the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)involved in tomato fruit ripening,including several kinds of transcription factors(TFs)(TCP,WRKY,MYB and bZIP),enzymes involved in cell wall metabolism[beta-galactosidase(β-GAL),pectinesterase(PE)and pectate lyase(PL),cellulose and cellulose synthase(CESA)],enzymes associated with fruit flavor and aroma[acetyltransferase(AT),malic enzyme(ME),lipoxygenase(LOX),aldehyde dehydrogenase(ALDH),alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH)and hexokinase(HK)],genes associated with heat stress protein 70 and genes involved in the production of plant hormones such as Ethylene responsive factor 1(ERF1),Auxin/indoleacetic acids protein(AUX/IAA),gibberellin regulated protein.Based on the above results,we constructed a regulatory network model of the effects of different temperatures during the fruit ripening process.According to the analysis of the metabolomics results,it was found that the contents of many metabolites in tomato fruit were greatly affected by storage temperature,including,organic acids(L-tartaric acid,a-hydroxyisobutyric acid and 4-acetamidobutyric acid),sugars(melezitose,beta-Dlactose,D-sedoheptulose 7-phosphate,2-deoxyribose 1-phosphate and raffinose)and phenols(coniferin,curcumin and feruloylputrescine).This study revealed the effects of storage temperature on postharvest tomato fruit and provided a basis for further understanding of the molecular biology and biochemistry of fruit ripening. | Chunmei Bai Caie Wu Lili Ma Anzhen Fu Yanyan Zheng Jiawei Han Changbao Li Shuzhi Yuan Shufang Zheng Lipu Gao Xinhua Zhang Qing Wang Demei Meng Jinhua Zuo | 2023 | Horticultural Plant Journal2023,9,1: | 3 |

In the comparison, transport of mineral dust and its distri-bution were simulated from March to April, 2001. Simulation results were also compared with TOMS aerosol index, showing that obvious differences exist in dust emission quantity and its column burden simulated by the dust emission schemes of friction velocity and wind speed criteria. The results obtained by the wind speed criterion are higher than that by friction velocity, bringing forth the problem whether or not the dust emission scheme matches the model. | 16 | Desulfurization of liquid hydrocarbon fuels via Cu_2O catalyzed photooxidation coupled with liquid–liquid extraction显示文摘By combining the photochemical reaction and liquid–liquid extraction(PODS), we studied desulfurization of model fuel and FCC gasoline. The effects of air flow, illumination time, extractants, volume ratios of extractant/fuel, and catalyst amounts on the desulfurization process of PODS were analyzed in detail. Under the conditions with the air as oxidant(150 ml·min^(-1)), the mixture of DMF–water as extractant(the volume ratio of extractant/oil of 0.5) and photo-irradiation time of 2 h, the sulfur removal rate reached only 42.63% and 39.54% for the model and FCC gasoline, respectively. Under the same conditions, the sulfur removal rate increased significantly up to79% for gasoline in the presence of Cu_2O catalyst(2 g·L^(-1)).
