1Application of next-generation sequencing technology to precision medicine in cancer: joint consensus of the Tumor Biomarker Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology显示文摘Next-generation sequencing(NGS) technology is capable of sequencing millions or billions of DNA molecules simultaneously.Therefore, it represents a promising tool for the analysis of molecular targets for the initial diagnosis of disease, monitoring of disease progression, and identifying the mechanism of drug resistance. On behalf of the Tumor Biomarker Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) and the China Actionable Genome Consortium(CAGC), the present expert group hereby proposes advisory guidelines on clinical applications of NGS technology for the analysis of cancer driver genes for precision cancer therapy. This group comprises an assembly of laboratory cancer geneticists, clinical oncologists, bioinformaticians,pathologists, and other professionals. After multiple rounds of discussions and revisions, the expert group has reached a preliminary consensus on the need of NGS in clinical diagnosis, its regulation, and compliance standards in clinical sample collection. 2Cloning and characterization of squalene synthase and cycloartenol synthase from Siraitia grosvenorii显示文摘Mogrosides and steroid saponins are tetracyclic triterpenoids found in Siraitia grosvenorii.Squalene synthase(SQS) and cycloartenol synthase(CAS) are key enzymes in triterpenoid and steroid biosynthesis.In this study,full-length cDNAs of SgSQS and SgCAS were cloned by a rapid amplification of cDNA-ends with polymerase chain reaction(RACE-PCR) approach.The SgSQS cDNA has a 1254 bp open reading frame(ORF) encoding 417 amino acids,and the SgCAS cDNA contains a 2298 bp ORF encoding 765 amino acids.Bioinformatic analysis showed that the deduced SgSQS protein has two transmembrane regions in the C-terminal.Both SgSQS and SgCAS have significantly higher levels in fruits than in other tissues,suggesting that steroids and mogrosides are competitors for the same precursors in fruits.Combined in silico prediction and subcellular localization,experiments in tobacco indicated that SgSQS was probably in the cytoplasm or on the cytoskeleton,and SgCAS was likely located in the nucleus or cytosol.These results will provide a foundation for further study of SgSQS and SgCAS gene functions in S.grosvenorii,and may facilitate improvements in mogroside content in fruit by regulating gene expression.Huan Zhao Qi Tang Changming Mo Longhua Bai Dongping Tu Xiaojun Ma 2017Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2017,7,2:10
3In-situ structure reconstitution of NiCo2Px for enhanced electrochemical water oxidation显示文摘Gaining insight into the structure evolution of transition-metal phosphides during anodic oxidation is significant to understand their oxygen evolution reaction(OER) mechanism, and then design highefficiency transition metal-based catalysts. Herein, NiCo_2P_x nanowires(NWs) vertically grown on Ni foam were adopted as the target to explore the in-situ morphology and chemical component reconstitution during the anodic oxidation. The major factors causing the transformation from NiCo_2P_x into the hierarchical NiCo_2P_x@CoNi(OOH)_x NWs are two competing reactions: the dissolution of NiCo_2P_x NWs and the oxidative re-deposition of dissolved Co^(2+) and Ni^(2+) ions, which is based primarily on the anodic bias applied on NiCo2 Px NWs. The well balance of above competing reactions, and local pH on the surface of NiCo_2P_x NW modulated by the anodic oxidation can serve to control the anodic electrodeposition and rearrangement of metal ions on the surface of NiCo_2P_x NWs, and the immediate conversion into CoNi(OOH)_x. Consequently, the regular hexagonal CoNi(OOH)_x nanosheets grew around NiCo_2P_x NWs.Benefiting from the active catalytic sites on the surface and the sufficient conductivity, the resultant NiCo_2P_x@CoNi(OOH)_x arrays also display good OER activity, in terms of the fast kinetics process, the high energy conversion efficiency, especially the excellent durability. 6The research on method of interlayer modeling based on seismic inversion and petrophysical facies显示文摘Currently,the three-dimensional distribution of interlayer is realized by stochastic modeling.Traditionally,the three-dimensional geological modeling controlled by sedimentary facies models is built on the basis of logging interpretation parameters and geophysical information.Because of shallow gas-cap,the quality of three-dimensional seismic data vertical resolution in research area cannot meet the interlayer research that is below ten meters.Moreover,sedimentary facies cannot commendably reveal interlayer distribution and the well density is very sparse in research area.So,it is difficult for conventional technology to finely describe interlayers.In this document,it uses L1-L2 combined norm constrained inversion to enhance the recognition capability of interlayer in seismic profile and improve the signal to noise ratio,the wave group characteristics and the vertical resolution of three-dimensional data and classifies petrophysical facies of interlayer based on core,sedimentary facies and logging interpretation.The interlayer model which is based on seismic inversion model and petrophysical facies can precisely simulate the distribution of reservoir and interlayer.The results show that the simulation results of this new methodology are consistent with the dynamic production perfectly which provide a better basis for producing and mining remaining oil and a new interlayer modeling method for sparse well density.Chao Cheng Wengang Yu Xiaojun Bai 2016Petroleum2016,2,1:3

8Super-plasticity of Zr_(64.80)Cu_(14.85)Ni_(10.35)Al_(10) bulk metallic glass at room temperature显示文摘Generally,bulk metallic glasses(BMGs)exhibit a very limited plastic deformation under a compression load at room temperature,often less than 2% before fracturing.In this letter,through an appropriate choice of BMGs' composition,an amorphous rod of Zr64.80Cu14.85Ni10.35Al10 with a diameter of 2 mm was prepared by using copper mold suction casting.X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry were utilized to determine its structure and thermal stability,and the uniaxial compression test was adopted to study its plastic deformation behavior at room temperature simultaneously.The results showed that the glass transition temperature and onset temperature of the exothermic reaction of the amorphous rod were 646 and 750 K,respectively,and its micro-hardness was 594.7 Hv.During com-pression,when the engineering strain and engineering stress arrived at 9.05% and 1732 MPa,respec-tively,i.e.,the true strain and true stress reached 9.42% and 1560 MPa,respectively,the amorphous rod started to yield.After yielding,with the increase of load,the strain increased and the glass rod ulti-mately were compressed into flake-like form.Although the maximum engineering strain was larger than 70%,i.e.,the maximum true strain exceeded by 120%,the amorphous specimen was not fractured,indicating that it has super-plasticity at room temperature.Through the appropriate choice of compo-sition and optimization of the technological process,flexible BMG with super-plasticity at room tem-perature could be produced.TAO PingJun YANG YuanZheng BAI XiaoJun XIE ZhiWei CHEN XianCao DONG ZhenJiang Wen JianGuo 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,3:3
9Magnetic rotation imaging method to measure the geomagnetic field显示文摘A new imaging method for measuring the geomagnetic field based on the magnetic rotation effect is put forward. With the help of polarization property of the sunlight refiected from the ground and the magnetic rotation of the atmosphere, the geomagnetic field can be measured by an optical system installed on a satellite. According to its principle, the three-dimensional image of the geomagnetic field can be obtained. The measuring speed of this method is very high, and there is no blind spot and distortion. 12Effects of ferrites on magnetic transport properties in La_(2/3)Sr_(1/3)MnO_3/ferrites composites显示文摘Effects of soft-magnetic MnZn ferrite (Mn0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4, MZF) and hard-magnetic Ba ferrite (BaO·6Fe2O3, BaM) on the structure and magnetic transport properties of [La2/3Sr1/3MnO3] (LSMO)/(x) [ferrites] (ferrites=MZF, BaM) composites have been investigated. It was found that the inclusion of MZF phase reduces magnetization and ferromagnetic-paramagnetic transition temperature (Tc) of the composites. With increasing the content of the dopants, the high-temperature magnetoresistance (MR) decreases, whereas low-temperature MR increases and reaches 42% at 150 K and x=0.1. However, for the LSMO/BaM composites, magnetization and ferromagnetic- paramagnetic transition temperature (Tc) decrease firstly as x<5%, and then increase as x>5%. The resistivity of the composites increases by five orders of magnitude at x=1% and is out of measured range at x=5%. 13Phosphate-induced interfacial electronic engineering in VPO_(4)-Ni_(2)P heterostructure for improved electrochemical water oxidation显示文摘Anodic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is the key bottleneck for water electrolysis technique owing to its sluggish reaction kinetics.Interfacial engineering on the rationally designed heterostructure can regulate the electronic states efficiently for intrinsic activity improvement.Here,we report a co-phosphorization approach to construct a VPO_(4)-Ni_(2)P heterostructure on nickel foam with strongly chemical binding,wherein phosphate acts as electronic modifier for Ni_(2)P electrocatalyst.Profiting from the interfacial interaction,it is uncovered that electron shifts from Ni_(2)P to VPO_(4)to render valence increment in Ni species.Such an electronic manipulation rationalizes the chemical affinities of various oxygen intermediates in OER pathway,giving a substantially reduced energy barrier.As a result,the advanced VPO_(4)-Ni_(2)P heterostructure only requires an overpotential of 289 mV to deliver a high current density of 350 mA/cm^(2)for OER in alkaline electrolyte,together with a Tafel slope as low as 28 mV/dec.This work brings fresh insights into interfacial engineering for advanced electrocatalyst design.Kun Chen Keke Mao Yu Bai Delong Duan Shuangming Chen Chengming Wang Ning Zhang Ran Long Xiaojun Wu Li Song Yujie Xiong 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,1:1
14Morphological structure of shell and expression patterns of five matrix protein genes during the shell regeneration process in Hyriopsis cumingii显示文摘Shell biomineralization is a process in which inorganic minerals assemble under accuracy control of macromolecule,mainly the matrix proteins.A shell-notching assay was used in Hyriopsis cumingii and CaCO3 deposition during shell regeneration and the expression pattern of five shell matrix protein encoding genes,HcTyp-1,hic31,hic52,silkmapin and Hcperlucin were analyzed.Macro-and microscopic observation revealed that shell regeneration can be broadly separated into three stages.(1)The formative period of the periostracum(from 0th day to 6thday),the pellicle formed and covered the gap creating a sealed space for mineralized layer origin.(2)The period of prismatic layer mineralization(from 14 to 21 days),the periostracum continued to grow,and aragonite seeds originated from the organic membrane accumulated and grew laterally to cover the whole periostracum.(3)The growth period of the nacreous layer(from 29 to 39 days),the initial nacreous layer formed,and regular aragonite crystals deposited,nucleated and eventually grew to form a distinctive brick wall structure.Furthermore,the periodic high-expression of five shell matrix protein genes during periostracum formation and prismatic or nacreous layer mineralization suggested they had a dominant role in the programmed reparative process.These observations contribute to understanding the molecular mechanism of shell formation.Xiaojun Liu Can Jin Haoran Li Zhiyi Bai Jiale Li 2018Aquaculture and Fisheries2018,3,6:1

16High electron mobility fluorinated indacenodithiophene small molecule acceptors for organic solar cells显示文摘Indacenodithiophene(IDT)derivatives are kinds of the most representative and widely used cores of small molecule acceptors(SMAs)in organic solar cells(OSCs).Here we systematically investigate the influence of end-group fluo rination density and position on the photovoltaic properties of the IDT-based SMAs IDIC-nF(n=0,2,4).The absorption edge of IDIC-nF red-shifts with theπ-πstacking and crystallinity improvement,and their electronic energy levels downshift with increasing n.Due to the advantages of J_(sc)and FF as well as acceptable V_(oc),the difluorinated IDIC-2 F acceptor based OSCs achieve the highest power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 13%,better than the OSC devices based on IDIC and IDIC-4 F as acceptors.And the photovoltaic performance of the PTQ10:IDIC-2 F OSCs is insensitive to the active layer thickness:PCE still keep high values of 12.00%and 11.46%for the devices with active layer thickness of 80 and 354 nm,respectively.This work verifies that fine and delicate modulation of the SMAs molecular structure could optimize photovoltaic performance of the corresponding OSCs.Meanwhile,the thickness-insensitivity property of the OSCs has potential for large-scale and printable fabrication technology.Fei Pan Xiaojun Li Song Bai Tianhao Liu Xian Wei Yingfen Li Shanshan Chen Changduk Yang Xiwen Chen Menglan Lv Yongfang Li 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,3:1

18Influence of Additive Silica on the Laser Melting of the Ceramic Coatings显示文摘The influence of additive silica on the microstructure of plasma sprayed Al2O3 and Al2O3+13 wt pct TiO2 ceramiccoatings at laser melting has been investigated in this study. At the laser melting, additive silica in Al2O3 ceramiccoating can reduce the stress of cooling shrinkage generated during solidification. Moreover, silica can render finersize of grains of the melting layer and form continuous glassy matter around the grain boundaries so as to reducefurther the cooling stresses and to suppress the formation and spreading of cracks. On the other hand, at the lasermelting, TiO2 reacts with Al2O3 and transforms into TiAl2Os. The latter new phase has great and anisotropiccoefficients of thermal expansion leading to big and asymmetrical stresses and thus to form cracks in the meltinglayer of Al2O3+13 wt pct TiO2 coating. Due to the fact that the influence of additive silica on the suppression of theformation of cracks is rather limited and cannot counterbalance the negative effect of TiAl2O5, thus the melting layerof Al2O3+13 wt pct TiO2 coating doped with 3 wt pct SiO2 cracks also. 19Anti-tarnish property of sterling silver alloy with yttrium addition显示文摘It has been demonstrated that sterling silver alloy is a widely used material in the jewelry industry. The anti-tarnish property is one of the most important properties of this material. In this work, the effect of yttrium on the corrosion resistance, and tarnish resistance properties of sterling silver alloy were investigated with the use of CIE-LAB uniform color scale, which gained acceptance as an effective way to assess color. To better understand the mechanism of the effect, the distribution of yttrium in the alloy was analyzed by mainly segregating in gaps among dendrite crystals and grain boundary. An increase in yttrium content in sterling silver alloy resulted in a decrease in the amount of eutectic structure. The tarnish and corrosion resistance of sterling silver were improved with yttrium content increase. 20Haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation may improve long-term survival for children with high-risk T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia in first complete remission显示文摘Background: The role of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) in children with high-risk (HR) T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) in first complete remission (CR1) is still under evaluation. Moreover, relapse is the main factor affecting survival. This study aimed to explore the effect of allo-HSCT (especially haploidentical HSCT [haplo-HSCT]) on improving survival and reducing relapse for HR childhood T-ALL in CR1 and the prognostic factors of childhood T-ALL in order to identify who could benefit from HSCT.Methods: A total of 74 newly diagnosed pediatric T-ALL patients between January 1, 2012 and June 30, 2018 were enrolled in this retrospective study. Patients were stratified into the low-risk chemotherapy cohort (n = 16), HR chemotherapy cohort (n = 31), and HR transplant cohort (n = 27). Characteristics, survival outcomes, and prognostic factors of all patients were then analyzed.Results: Patient prognosis in the HR chemotherapy cohort was significantly worse than that in the low-risk chemotherapy cohort (5-year overall survival [OS]: 58.5%vs. 100%,P = 0.003;5-year event-free survival [EFS]: 54.1%vs. 83.4%,P = 0.010;5-year cumulative incidence of relapse [CIR]: 45.2%vs. 6.3%,P = 0.011). In HR patients, allo-HSCT improved the 5-year EFS and CIR compared to that of chemotherapy (5-year EFS: 80.1%vs. 54.1%,P = 0.041;5-year CIR: 11.6%vs. 45.2%,P = 0.006). The 5-year OS was higher in the HR transplant cohort than that in the HR chemotherapy cohort (81.0%vs. 58.5%,P = 0.084).
