| 3 | Spinal Cord Stimulation Frequency Influences the Hemodynamic Response in Patients with Disorders of Consciousness显示文摘Spinal cord stimulation(SCS) is a promising technique for treating disorders of consciousness(DOCs).However, differences in the spatio-temporal responsiveness of the brain under varied SCS parameters remain unclear. In this pilot study, functional near-infrared spectroscopy was used to measure the hemodynamic responses of 10 DOC patients to different SCS frequencies(5 Hz, 10 Hz, 50 Hz, 70 Hz, and 100 Hz). In the prefrontal cortex, a key area in consciousness circuits, we found significantly increased hemodynamic responses at 70 Hz and 100 Hz, and significantly different hemodynamic responses between 50 Hz and 70 Hz/100 Hz. In addition, the functional connectivity between prefrontal and occipital areas was significantly improved with SCS at 70 Hz. | 5 | Anti-Seizure and Neuronal Protective Effects of Irisin in Kainic Acid-Induced Chronic Epilepsy Model with Spontaneous Seizures显示文摘An increased level of reactive oxygen species is a key factor in neuronal apoptosis and epileptic seizures.Irisin reportedly attenuates the apoptosis and injury induced by oxidative stress.Therefore,we evaluated the effects of exogenous irisin in a kainic acid(KA)-induced chronic spontaneous epilepsy rat model.The results indicated that exogenous irisin significantly attenuated the KA-induced neuronal injury,learning and memory defects,and seizures.Irisin treatment also increased the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and uncoupling protein 2(UCP2),which were initially reduced following KA administration.Furthermore,the specific inhibitor of UCP2(genipin)was administered to evaluate the possible protective mechanism of irisin.The reduced apoptosis,neurodegeneration,and spontaneous seizures in rats treated with irisin were significantly reversed by genipin administration.Our findings indicated that neuronal injury in KA-induced chronic epilepsy might be related to reduced levels of BDNF and UCP2.Moreover,our results confirmed the inhibition of neuronal injury and epileptic seizures by exogenous irisin.The protective effects of irisin may be mediated through the BDNF-mediated UCP2 level.Our results thus highlight irisin as a valuable therapeutic strategy against neuronal injury and epileptic seizures. | Jie Yu Yao Cheng Yaru Cui Yujie Zhai Wenshen Zhang Mengdi Zhang Wenyu Xin Jia Liang Xiaohong Pan Qiaoyun Wang Hongliu Sun | 2022 | Neuroscience Bulletin2022,38,11: | 1 |

| 7 | Enhanced thermoelectric performance and atomic-resolution interfacial structures in BiSbTe thermo-electro-magnetic nanocomposites incorporating magnetocaloric LaFeSi nanoparticles显示文摘Incorporating magnetic nanoparticles in thermoelectric(TE)materials introduce magnetic interfaces with additional electron and phonon scattering mechanism for high TE performance.However,the influence of heterogeneous interfaces between magnetic nanoparticles and TE matrix on electronic and thermal transport remains elusive in the thermo-electric-magnetic nanocomposites.Here,using p-type TE material Bi_(0.3)Sb_(1.7)Te_(3)(BST)as matrix and magnetocaloric(MC)material La(Fe_(0.92)Co_(0.08))_(11.9)Si_(1.1)(LFS)nanoparticles as a second phase,TE/MC nanocomposites xLFS/BST(x=0.1%,0.2%,0.3% and 0.4%)were synthesized using spark plasma sintering method.The atomic-resolution interfacial structures demonstrate that Te vacancies originating from LFS-BST interfacial reaction decreases the hole concentration of the LFS/BST nanocomposites and enhances the Seebeck coefficient.The LFS/BST nanocomposites exhibit lower thermal conductivity due to enhanced phonon scattering by interfaces and defects.All the nanocomposites have higher ZT than BST matrix,with 0.2% LFS/BST nanocomposite achieving highest ZT=1.11 at 380 K.At working current 1.4 A,the device fabricated using 0.2% LFS/BST nanocomposite achieves maximal cooling temperature 4.9 K,which is 58% higher than the matrix.Moreover,the MC properties are retained in all the nanocomposites,which make them a promising candidate to achieve high TE performance and dual TE/MC properties for future applications. | Lin Xing Wenjun Cui Xiahan Sang Fengxia Hu Ping Wei Wanting Zhu Xiaolei Nie Qingjie Zhang Wenyu Zhao | 2021 | Journal of Materiomics2021,7,5: | 1 |
| 8 | An effective inducer of dopaminergic neuron-like differentiation显示文摘Rat bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells were cultured and passaged in vitro. After induction with basic fibroblast growth factor for 24 hours, passage 3 bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells were additionally induced into dopaminergic neurons using three different combinations with basic fibroblast growth factor as follows: 20% Xiangdan injection; all-trans retinoic acid + glial-derived neurotrophic factor; or sonic hedgehog + fibroblast growth factor 8. Results suggest that the bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells showed typical neuronal morphological characteristics after induction. In particular, after treatment with sonic hedgehog + fibroblast growth factor 8, the expressions of nestin, neuron-specific enolase, microtubule- associated protein 2, tyrosine hydroxylase and vesicular monoamine transporter-2 in cells were significantly increased. Moreover, the levels of catecholamines in the culture supernatant were significantly increased. These findings indicate that Xiangdan injection, all-trans retinoic acid + glial-derived neurotrophic factor, and sonic hedgehog + fibroblast growth factor 8 can all induce dopaminergic neuronal differentiation from bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells. | 11 | Effects of childhood trauma on aggressive behaviors andhippocampal function:the modulation of COMT haplotypes显示文摘Background:Aggression is a commonly hostile behavior linked to the hippocampal activity.Childhood trauma(CT)exposure has been associated with altered sensitization of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis and hippocampal volumewhich could increase violent aggressive behaviors.Additionally,Catechol-O-methyltransferase(COMT),the major dopamine metabolism enzyme,is impli-cated in stress responsivity,including aggression.Hence,CT exposure may affect aggression through the effect on the hippocampal function,which might also be modulated by the COMT variations.Objectives:This study examined whether both CT and haplotypes of COMT moderate hippocampal function and thus affect human aggressive behavior.Methods:We obtained bilateral hippocampal functional connectivity maps using resting state functional magnetic resonance imag-ing(MRI)data.COMT haplotype estimation was performed using Haploview 4.2 and PHASE 2.1.Then we constructed a moderated mediation model to study the effect of the CTQ×COMT on aggressive behavior.Results:Three major haplotypes were generated from thirteen single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)within the COMT gene and formed three haplotypes corresponding to high,medium,and low enzymatic activity of COMT.The results showed interactive re-lationships between the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ)and COMT with respect to the functional connectivity(FC)of the bilateral hippocampus(HIP)-orbital frontal cortex(OFC).Specifically,CT experience predicted lower negative HIP-OFC coupling in the APS and HPS haplotypes corresponding to the medium and high enzymatic activity of COMT,but greater FC in the LPS haplotypes corresponding to the low enzymatic activity.We also observed a conditional mediation effect of the right HIP-OFC coupling in the link between COMT and aggressive behavior that was moderated by CT experience.Conclusions:These results suggest that CT and COMT have a combined effect on aggressive behavior through hippocampal function.This mediation analysis sheds light on the influence of childhood experience on aggressive behavior in different genetic backgrounds. | Chao Wang Linfei Zhu Wenyu Zheng Hanyuzhu Peng Jiaojian Wang Yue Cui Bing Liu Tianzi Jiang | 2023 | Psychoradiology2023,3,1: | 0 |

| 17 | MEIC-global-CO_(2):A new global CO_(2)emission inventory with highly-resolved source category and sub-country information显示文摘CO_(2)emission inventory provides fundamental data for climate research and emission mitigation.Currently,most global CO_(2)emission inventories were developed with energy statistics from International Energy Agency(IEA)and were available at country level with limited source categories.Here,as the first step toward a high-resolution and dynamic updated global CO_(2)emission database,we developed a data-driven approach to construct seamless and highly-resolved energy consumption data cubes for 208 countries/territories,797 sub-country administrative divisions in 29 countries,42 fuel types,and 52 sectors,with the fusion of activity data from 24 international statistics and 65 regional/local statistics.Global CO_(2)emissions from fossil fuel combustion and cement production in 1970–2021 were then estimated with highly-resolved source category(1,484 of total)and sub-country information(797 of total).Specifically,73%of global CO_(2)emissions in 2021 were estimated with sub-country information,providing considerably improved spatial resolution for global CO_(2)emission accounting.With the support of detailed information,the dynamics of global CO_(2)emissions across sectors and fuel types were presented,representing the evolution of global economy and progress of climate mitigation.Remarkable differences of sectoral contribution were found across sub-country administrative divisions within a given country,revealing the uneven distribution of energy and economic structure among different regions.Our estimates were generally consistent with existing databases at aggregated level for global total or large emitters,while large discrepancies were observed for middle and small emitters.Our database,named the Multiresolution Emission Inventory model for Climate and air pollution research(MEIC)is publicly available through http://gffzz6c575fb1d0a54d36h069cwpvuw9kp6uu0.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn with highly-resolved information and timely update,which provides an independent carbon emission accounting data source for climate research. | Ruochong XU Dan TONG Qingyang XIAO Xinying QIN Cuihong CHEN Liu YAN Jing CHENG Can CUI Hanwen HU Wenyu LIU Xizhe YAN Huaxuan WANG Xiaodong LIU Guannan GENG Yu LEI Dabo GUAN Kebin HE Qiang ZHANG | 2024 | Science China Earth Sciences2024,67,2: | 0 |

| 19 | 商法典解构主义背景下我国商法体系的构建(英文)显示文摘19世纪以来的近代商法将各种不同性质的经济行为纳入商法的规制范围,但合同自由原则和代表人制度等传统上被视为商法特有的原则和制度也被上升为民法的基本原则和制度。其结果导致商法在外延上扩大其适用范围的同时,商法独有的特性也逐步丧失,民法和商法之间的边界愈易模糊。为了理清民法和商法之间的关系,传统的大陆商法学者主要以商法的调整对象、商法主体的特殊性和商事行为的特殊性为理论基础,近年来也有学者以价值取向的差异性作为民商法界分的基础。但质疑商法独立性存在价值的民商合一论、商法解体论等观点也甚嚣尘上,并由此主导了许多国家的民商事立法。根据我国《民法总则》的规定,有限责任公司、股份有限公司和其他企业法人等都被纳入营利法人的范畴,成为民事主体的重要组成部分,表现出明显的民法商法化倾向。但由于营利性行为既无法作为普遍性规定有效融入民法所固有的以人为本的理念之中,也无法外化为具体的行为规则并作为民法基本法的补充,且法人并不能涵盖企业的全部,而企业主体无论在行为目的和行为要求上都明显有别于其他民事主体。因此在《民法总则》既已颁布的大背景下,强调企业的特殊性并构建以企业法为核心的商法制度,既有必要也有可能。 | Cui Wenyu Robert D. | 20 | Facile and scalable preparation of ultra-large boron nitride nanosheets and their use for highly thermally conductive polymer composites显示文摘Due to their excellent physical and chemical properties,boron nitride nanosheets(BNNSs)have shown great application potential in many fields.However,the difficulty in scalable preparation of large-size BNNSs is still the current factor that limits this.Herein,a simple yet efficient microwave-assisted chemical exfoliation strategy is proposed to realize scalable preparation of BNNSs by using perchloric acid as the edge modifier and intercalation agent of h-BN.The as-obtained BNNSs behave a thin-layered structure(average thickness of 3.9 nm)with a high yield of~16%.Noteworthy,the size of BNNSs is maintained to the greatest extent so as to realize the preparation of BNNSs with ultra-large size(up to 7.1μm),which is the largest so far obtained for the top-down exfoliated BNNSs.Benefiting from the large size,it can significantly improve the thermal diffusion coefficient and the thermal conductivity of polyvinyl alcohol by 51 and 62 times respectively,both showing a higher value than the one previously reported.This demonstrates that the prepared BNNSs have great promise in enhancing the thermal conductivity of polymer materials. | Wenyu WU Bin GUO Xiaojing LIU Huaxin MA Zhao ZHANG Zhi ZHANG Minghao CUI Yu GU Ruijun ZHANG | 2022 | Frontiers of Materials Science2022,16,1: | 0 |
