3Age,Genesis,and Tectonic Setting of the Mo-W Mineralized Dongshanwan Granite Porphyry from the Xilamulun Metallogenic Belt,NE China显示文摘The Xilamulun molybdenum polymetallic metallogenic belt in eastern Inner Mongolia forms one of the most important Mo metallogenic belts in northeastern China. The Dongshanwan porphyry Mo-W polymetallic deposit, in the northeastern part of the Xilamulun metallogenic belt, occurs along the periphery of a granite porphyry and consists of Mo-W-Ag sulfide and oxide disseminations and veinlets in hydrothermal assemblages. LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb dating of the Dongshanwan granite porphyry yields a crystallization age of 142.15± 0.91 Ma, whereas molybdenite Re-Os isotopic dating model ages are of 139.9–141.5 Ma and an isochron age is of 140.5± 3.2 Ma(MSWD=1.2). The age consistency indicates that the Dongshanwan deposit was a product of Early Cretaceous magmatism. The Dongshanwan granite porphyry is a high-alkali high-potassium intrusion and has high SiO_2(75.39 wt.%–76.15 wt.%), low Al_2O_3(12 wt.%–13 wt.%), Ba, Ti, P, and Sr contents, with negative Eu anomalies. The Y/Nb ratios are comparable to those of average continental crust and island arc basalts, corresponding to type-A2 granites. 4FourierCam:a camera for video spectrum acquisition in a single shot显示文摘The novel camera architecture facilitates the development of machine vision. Instead of capturing frame sequences in the temporal domain as traditional video cameras, Fourier Cam directly measures the pixel-wise temporal spectrum of the video in a single shot through optical coding. 5Single-shot 3D tracking based on polarization multiplexed Fourier-phase camera显示文摘For moving objects,3D mapping and tracking has found important applications in the 3D reconstruction for vision odometry or simultaneous localization and mapping.This paper presents a novel camera architecture to locate the fast-moving objects in four-dimensional(4D)space(x,y,z,t)through a single-shot image.Our 3D tracking system records two orthogonal fields-of-view(FoVs)with different polarization states on one polarization sensor.An optical spatial modulator is applied to build up temporal Fourier-phase coding channels,and the integration is performed in the corresponding CMOS pixels during the exposure time.With the 8 bit grayscale modulation,each coding channel can achieve 256 times temporal resolution improvement.A fast single-shot 3D tracking system with 0.78 ms temporal resolution in 200 ms exposure is experimentally demonstrated.Furthermore,it provides a new image format,Fourier-phase map,which has a compact data volume.The latent spatio-temporal information in one 2D image can be efficiently reconstructed at relatively low computation cost through the straightforward phase matching algorithm.Cooperated with scene-driven exposure as well as reasonable Fourier-phase prediction,one could acquire 4D data(x,y,z,t)of the moving objects,segment 3D motion based on temporal cues,and track targets in a complicated environment.JIAJIE TENG CHENGYANG HU HONGHAO HUANG MINGHUA CHEN SIGANG YANG HONGWEI CHEN 2021Photonics Research2021,9,10:2

11Halide Anchors for Single-Cluster Electronics显示文摘Due to their unique electronic structure,well-defined metal clusters at the atomic level are promising materials for single-cluster electronics.However,coupling between the electrode and the cluster remains challenging mainly due to the coverage of bulky ligands on the noble clusters.Using the scanning tunneling microscopy break junction(STM-BJ)technique,we have developed a“direct contact”approach to fabrication and investigation of the charge transport through single-cluster junctions of AgCu bimetallic metal clusterswith different halide anchors.Wefound that the electrodes could make contact directly with the surface halides of the single-cluster junctions and experience different contact resistance from different halogen atoms.Experiments and calculations reveal that the halide anchors provided efficient coupling between the cluster and the electrode,and the enhanced coupling with various halide anchors promoted electron transport and improved transmission probability.Our work offers a“direct contact”strategy for interface design between clusters of noble metals and electrodes,an essential step in progress toward single-cluster electronics.Caiyun Wei Jingyao Ye Yuming Su Jueting Zheng Siqiang Xiao Jiawei Chen Saisai Yuan Chengyang Zhang Jie Bai Han Xu Jia Shi Jiale Huang Wenjing Hong 2023CCS Chemistry2023,5,7:0

13LOEN:Lensless opto-electronic neural network empowered machine vision显示文摘Machine vision faces bottlenecks in computing power consumption and large amounts of data.Although opto-electronic hybrid neural networks can provide assistance,they usually have complex structures and are highly dependent on a coherent light source;therefore,they are not suitable for natural lighting environment applications.In this paper,we propose a novel lensless opto-electronic neural network architecture for machine vision applications.The architecture optimizes a passive optical mask by means of a task-oriented neural network design,performs the optical convolution calculation operation using the lensless architecture,and reduces the device size and amount of calculation required.We demonstrate the performance of handwritten digit classification tasks with a multiple-kernel mask in which accuracies of as much as 97.21%were achieved.Furthermore,we optimize a large-kernel mask to perform optical encryption for privacy-protecting face recognition,thereby obtaining the same recognition accuracy performance as no-encryption methods.Compared with the random MLS pattern,the recognition accuracy is improved by more than 6%.Wanxin Shi Zheng Huang Honghao Huang Chengyang Hu Minghua Chen Sigang Yang Hongwei Chen 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,6:0
