1Precise nanomedicine for intelligent therapy of cancer显示文摘Precise nanomedicine has been extensively explored for efficient cancer imaging and targeted cancer therapy, as evidenced by a few breakthroughs in their preclinical and clinical explorations. Here, we demonstrate the recent advances of intelligent cancer nanomedicine, and discuss the comprehensive understanding of their structure-function relationship for smart and efficient cancer nanomedicine including various imaging and therapeutic applications, as well as nanotoxicity. In particular, a few emerging strategies that have advanced cancer nanomedicine are also highlighted as the emerging focus such as tumor imprisonment, supramolecular chemotherapy, and DNA nanorobot. The challenge and outlook of some scientific and engineering issues are also discussed in future development. 2Petrogenesis of Kejie Granite in the Northern Changning-Menglian Zone, Western Yunnan: Constraints from Zircon U-Pb Geochronology, Geochemistry and Hf Isotope显示文摘The Kejie pluton is located in the north of the Changning-Menglian suture zone. The rock types are mainly biotite-granite. Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating indicates that the Kejie pluton emplaced at about 80–77 Ma, Late Cretaceous. The Kejie pluton samples are characterized by high SiO2(71.68%–72.47%), K2O(4.73%–5.54%), total alkali(K2O + Na2O = 8.21%–8.53%), K2O/Na2O ratios(1.36–1.94) and low P2O5(0.13%–0.17%), with A/CNK of 1.025–1.055; enriched in U, Th, and K, depleted in Ba, Nb, Sr, Ti, P and Eu. They are highly fractionated, slightly peraluminous I-type granite. The two samples of the Kejie pluton give a large variation of εHf(t) values(-5.04 to 1.96) and Hf isotope crustal model ages of 1.16–1.5 Ga. Zircon Hf isotopes and zircon saturation temperatures of whole-rock(801°C–823°C) show that the mantle-derived materials maybe have played a vital role in the generation of the Kejie pluton. 3Bulk growth and separation of single-walled carbon nanotubes from rhenium catalyst显示文摘Bulk synthesis of single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs)using solid catalyst has been challenging,despite of recent breakthrough in the chirality-specific growth on the flat substrate surface.In this work,we propose a porous magnesia support rhenium catalyst for bulk synthesis of SWNTs.It is found that the well-dispersed catalyst with a high melting point and the optimal chemical vapor deposition reaction conditions account for the growth of SWNTs.Detailed characterizations reveal the produced SWNTs are dominant in(n,n−1)and(n,n−2)species.Furthermore,by using a multicolumn chromatography post-growth separation method,SWNTs with three defined diameter ranges were obtained.This work guides the design of porous oxide supported catalyst for bulk synthesis and diameter-dependent sorting of SWNTs,which will ultimately help harness the extraordinary properties of SWNTs.Chen Ma Yumin Liu Lili Zhang Liu Qian Yiming Zhao Ying Tian Qianru Wu Dong Li Nan Zhao Xueting Zhang Liantao Xin Huaping Liu Pengxiang Hou Chang Liu Maoshuai He Jin Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:2

12Accurate modulation of photoprinting under stiffness imaging feedback for engineering ECMs with high-fidelity mechanical properties显示文摘Engineered extracellular matrices(ECMs)that replicate complex in-vivo features have shown great potential in tissue engineering.Biocompatible hydrogel microstructures have been widely used to replace these native ECMs for physiologically relevant research.However,accurate reproduction of the 3D hierarchical and nonuniform mechanical stffness inside one integrated microstructure to mimic the complex mechanical properties of native ECMs presents a major challenge.Here,by using digital holographic microscopy(DHM)-based stffness imaging feedback,we propose a novel closed-loop control algorithm to achieve high-accuracy control of mechanical properties for hydrogel microstructures that recapitulate the physiological properties of native ECMs with high fidelity.During photoprinting,the photocuring area of the hydrogel is divided into microscale grid areas to locally control the photocuring process.With the assistance of a motorized microfluidic channel,the curing thickness is controlled with layer-by-layer stacking.The DHM-based stiffness imaging feedback allows accurate adjustment of the photocuring degree in every grid area to change the crosslinking network density of the hydrogel,thus enabling large-span and high-resolution modulation of mechanical properties.Finally,the gelatin methacrylate was used as a typical biomaterial to construct the highfidelity biomimetic ECMs.The Young's modulus could be flexibly modulated in the 10 kPa to 50 kPa range.Additionally,the modulus gradient was accurately controlled to within 2.9 kPa.By engineering ECM with locally different mechanical properties,cell spreading along the stff areas was observed successfully.We believe that this method can regenerate complex biomimetic ECMs that closely recapitulate in-vivo mechanical properties for further applications in tissue engineering and biomedical research.Xin Li Huaping Wang Xinyi Dong Qing Shi Tao Sun Shingo Shimoda Qiang Huang Toshio Fukuda 2022Microsystems & Nanoengineering2022,8,3:0
13Highly selective growth of(6,5)single-walled carbon nanotubes from sigma phase alloy catalyst显示文摘The chirality structure of a single-walled carbon nanotube(SWNT)strongly depends on the composition of catalyst used in the chemical vapor deposition process.In this study,we develop a porous magnesia supported manganese-rhenium(MnRe/MgO)catalyst for chirality-selective synthesis of SWNTs.Detailed characterizations reveal that(6,5)tubes with a selectivity higher than 70%are grown from the Re-rich MnRe/MgO catalyst.By comparing the SWNT growth results with those of monometallic Mn or Re,the formation of sigma phase,an intermetallic compound occurring in transition-metal alloy systems,is revealed to be crucial for the dominant synthesis of(6,5)SWNTs.This work not only extends the application of sigma phase alloy for catalytic synthesis of SWNTs,but also sheds lights on the growth of SWNTs with a high chirality selectivity.Liantao Xin Chen Ma Qianru Wu Shaokang Liu Linhai Li Xiuyun Zhang Liu Qian Maoshuai He Dong Li Fangqian Han Shulan Hao Lihu Feng Yahan Li Huaping Liu Lili Zhang Chang Liu Jin Zhang 2024Nano Research2024,17,3:0
