3Light-triggered nitric oxide release and structure transformation of peptide for enhanced intratumoral retention and sensitized photodynamic therapy显示文摘Tumor-targeted delivery of nanomedicine is of great importance to improve therapeutic efficacy of cancer and minimize systemic side effects.Unfortunately,nowadays the targeting efficiency of nanomedicine toward tumor is still quite limited and far from clinical requirements.In this work,we develop an innovative peptide-based nanoparticle to realize light-triggered nitric oxide(NO)release and structural transformation for enhanced intratumoral retention and simultaneously sensitizing photodynamic therapy(PDT).The designed nanoparticle is self-assembled from a chimeric peptide monomer,TPP-RRRKLVFFK-Ce6,which contains a photosensitive moiety(chlorin e6,Ce6),aβ-sheet-forming peptide domain(Lys-Leu-Val-Phe-Phe,KLVFF),an oligoarginine domain(RRR)as NO donor and a triphenylphosphonium(TPP)moiety for targeting mitochondria.When irradiated by light,the constructed nanoparticles undergo rapid structural transformation from nanosphere to nanorod,enabling to achieve a significantly higher intratumoral accumulation by 3.26 times compared to that without light irradiation.More importantly,the conversion of generated NO and reactive oxygen species(ROS)in a light-responsive way to peroxynitrite anions(ONOO)with higher cytotoxicity enables NO to sensitize PDT in cancer treatment.Both in vitro and in vivo studies demonstrate that NO sensitized PDT based on the well-designed transformable nanoparticles enables to eradicate tumors efficiently.The light-triggered transformable nanoplatform developed in this work provides a new strategy for enhanced intratumoral retention and improved therapeutic outcome.Lingdong Jiang Danyang Chen Zhaokui Jin Chao Xia Qingqing Xu Mingjian Fan Yunlu Dai Jia Liu Yuanpei Li Qianjun He 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,6:3
4Adenosine triphosphate-sensitive potassium channel opener protects PC12 cells against hypoxia-induced apoptosis through PI3K/Akt and Bcl-2 signaling pathways显示文摘Although previous studies have shown the neuroprotective effects of the adenosine triphosphate(ATP)-sensitive potassium(KATP) channel opener against ischemic neuronal damage,little is known about the mechanisms involved.Phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase(PI3K)/v-akt murine thy-moma viral oncogene homolog(Akt) and Bcl-2 are thought to be important factors that mediate neuroprotection.The present study investigated the effects of KATP openers on hypoxia-induced PC12 cell apoptosis,as well as mRNA and protein expression of Akt and Bcl-2.Results demon-strated that pretreatment of PC12 cells with pinacidil,a KATP opener,resulted in decreased PC12 cell apoptosis following hypoxia,as detected by Annexin-V fluorescein isothiocyanate/propidium iodide double staining flow cytometry.In addition,mRNA and protein expression of phosphory-lated Akt(p-Akt) and Bcl-2 increased,as detected by immunofluorescence,Western blot analysis,and reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction.The protective effect of this preconditioning was attenuated by glipizide,a selective KATP blocker.These results demonstrate for the first time that the protective mechanisms of KATP openers on PC12 cell apoptosis following hypoxia could result from activation of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,which further activates expression of the downstream Bcl-2 gene.Hong Zhang Chunhong Jia Danyang Zhao Yang Lu Runling Wang Jia Li 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,22:1
5Research on Low Energy Consumption Distributed Fault Detection Mechanism in Wireless Sensor Network显示文摘Wireless sensor network is an important technical support for ubiquitous communication. For the serious impacts of network failure caused by the unbalanced energy consumption of sensor nodes, hardware failure and attacker intrusion on data transmission, a low energy consumption distributed fault detection mechanism in wireless sensor network(LEFD) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the time correlation information of nodes is used to detect fault nodes in LEFD, and then the spatial correlation information is adopted to detect the remaining fault nodes, so as to check the states of nodes comprehensively and improve the efficiency of data transmission. In addition, the nodes do not need to exchange information with their neighbor nodes in the initial detection process since LEFD adopts the data sensed by node itself to detect some types of faults, thus reducing the energy consumption of nodes effectively. Finally, LEFD also considers the nodes that may have transient faults. 6Nanocomposite: Keggin-type Co_(4)-polyoxometalate@cobaltporphyrin linked graphdiyne for hydrogen evolution in seawater显示文摘Polyoxometalate-based nanocomposites with electrocatalytic activity have been applied in hydrogen evolution reactions(HER).Seawater as the main water resource on the earth should be developed as the water electrolysis to prepare high-purity hydrogen.In this paper,we used two synthesis strategies to prepare the nanocomposite Co_(4)-POM@Co-PGDY(Co_(4)-POM:the Kegging-type microcrystals of K_(10)[Co_(4)(PW_(9)O_(3)4)2]and Co-PGDY:cobalt-porphyrin linked graphdiyne)with excellent activity for HER.Co-PGDY as the porous material is applied not only as the protection of microcrystals towards the metal ion in seawater but also as the co-electrocatalyst of Co_(4)-POM.Co_(4)-POM@Co-PGDY exhibits excellent HER performance in seawater electrolytes with low overpotential and high stability at high density.Moreover,we have observed a key H_(3)O+intermediate emergence on the surface of nanocomposite during hydrogen evolution process in seawater by Raman synchrotron radiation-based Fourier transform infrared(SR-FTIR).The results in this paper provide an effective strategy for preparing polyoxometalate-based electrocatalysts with high-performance toward hydrogen evolution reaction.Jiejie Ping Danyang He Fei Wang Nan Wang Yi-cheng Fu Zihao Xing Zhiyu Jia Guo-Yu Yang 2024Nano Research2024,17,3:0
7Climate change in the Hongliujing area of Lop Nur over the past 200 years revealed by the stable oxygen isotopes of Tamarix cones显示文摘The layers of Tamarix cones within sedimentary deposits in arid regions have significant chronological and paleoenvironmental implications.Here,we compare the δ^(18)O values of Tamarix cones in the Hongliujing area of Lop Nur with meteorological data for the Ruoqiang meteorological station for 1960-2019 AD.Linear regression analysis was used to reconstruct the average temperature for April and the precipitation for November in the Hongliujing area over the past 200 years.The results showed that the δ^(18)O values were significantly negatively correlated with the temperature for February,April,May,August,December,and with the annual mean temperature;significantly negatively correlated with the precipitation for February and April;significantly negatively correlated with the sunshine hours for March and May;significantly positively correlated with the sunshine hours for February,July,August,October,and December,and with the annual mean values;and significantly correlated with the relative humidity for April,July,August,September,October,and November,and with the annual mean values.Based on the δ^(18)O record of the past 200 years,the Hongliujing area experienced two warm-wet periods(1874-1932 and 2004-2019 AD)and two cold-dry periods(1832–1873 and 1933-2003 AD).Thus,the climate was characterized by alternating warm-wet and cold-dry conditions.Wavelet analysis revealed three main cycles:45 years,29 years,and 14 years.Zhiguang LI Yaqing DONG Haoyu ZHANG Hongxiao SUN Danyang JIA Shikai SONG Yuanjie ZHAO 2023Frontiers of Earth Science2023,17,4:0
8Enhanced monopole transition strength from the cluster decay of ^(13)C显示文摘The inelastic excitations and cluster decay of ^(13)C have been measured using the reaction,9Be(^(13)C, ^(13)C* →~9Be + α)~9Be. We observe strong excitation to the 14.3-MeV(1/2-) resonant state from the cluster-decay channel, leading to an enhanced monopole matrix element of(6.3 ± 0.6) fm^2. This large cluster-related monopole strength is a clear indication of the cluster-structure domination of this state and is consistent with the recent prediction of the orthogonality condition model(OCM). 10Activation of G-protein-coupled receptor 39 reduces neuropathic pain in a rat model显示文摘Activated G-protein-coupled receptor 39(GPR39)has been shown to attenuate inflammation by interacting with sirtuin 1(SIRT1)and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γcoactivator 1α(PGC-1α).However,whether GPR39 attenuates neuropathic pain remains unclear.In this study,we established a Sprague-Dawley rat model of spared nerve injury-induced neuropathic pain and found that GPR39 expression was significantly decreased in neurons and microglia in the spinal dorsal horn compared with sham-operated rats.Intrathecal injection of TC-G 1008,a specific agonist of GPR39,significantly alleviated mechanical allodynia in the rats with spared nerve injury,improved spinal cord mitochondrial biogenesis,and alleviated neuroinflammation.These changes were abolished by GPR39 small interfering RNA(siRNA),Ex-527(SIRT1 inhibitor),and PGC-1αsiRNA.Taken together,these findings show that GPR39 activation ameliorates mechanical allodynia by activating the SIRT1/PGC-1αpathway in rats with spared nerve injury.Longqing Zhang Xi Tan Fanhe Song Danyang Li Jiayi Wu Shaojie Gao Jia Sun Daiqiang Liu Yaqun Zhou Wei Mei 2024Neural Regeneration Research2024,19,3:0
11Research on Link Duration for Mobile Multihop Communication Networks显示文摘Mobile multihop communication network is an important branch of modern mobile communication system, and is an important technical support for ubiquitous communication. The random movement of the nodes makes the networking be more flexible, but the frequently changing topology will decrease the link duration between nodes significantly, which will increase the packets loss probability and affect the network communication performance. Aiming at the problem of declining link duration caused by nomadic characteristics in mobile multihop communication network, four link duration models for possible moving states are established based on different features in real networking process in this paper, which will provide reliable criterion for the optimal routing selection. 12Papillary fibroblast-recruiting injectable self-healing multifunctional hydrogels for wound regeneration显示文摘The recruitment of key cells to regeneration sites is a promising strategy to promote functional wound healing.Dermal fibroblasts exhibit a heterogeneous population of cells during homeostasis and in response to injury.Papillary fibroblasts play central regulatory roles in the regeneration of skin appendages during wound healing.Inspired by the phenomenon where bait for grass carp can attract grouped grass carps to a fishing spot soon,“Grass Carp Fishing”multifunctional hydrogels,that is,codelivery of an antibody of leucine-rich repeats and immunoglobulin-like domains 1(Lrig1)on the surface of papillary fibroblasts and insulinlike growth factor 1(IGF1)with recruitment function,can recruit papillary fibroblasts.In the experiments,carboxymethyl chitosan showed positive effects in promoting cell proliferation and neovascularization,while dopamine-grafted gelatin was effective in stabilizing the structure and prolonging the degradation time.The sustained release of Lrig1 antibodies and IGF1 from injectable self-healing multifunctional hydrogels persistently accelerated the migration and proliferation of Lrig1+fibroblasts.The in vivo results from a full-thickness cutaneous wound model showed that injectable self-healing multifunctional hydrogel accelerated wound healing and skin regeneration through the recruitment of Lrig1+papillary fibroblasts in wound tissue.Our findings reveal an injectable self-healing multifunctional hydrogel for regeneration,a promising approach to promoting skin wound healing.Yueyue Li Weifeng Zhong Junjie Wu Yuan Jia Zhonghua Chen Kaiwen Zhang Danyang Guo Yifei Fu Mengnan Chen Weiwei Chen Fan Tian Xia Li Hongji Zhang Xiaojin Zhou Feng-Lai Yuan 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
