Deep Learning for Wireless Physical Layer: Opportunities and Challenges显示文摘Machine learning(ML) has been widely applied to the upper layers of wireless communication systems for various purposes, such as deployment of cognitive radio and communication network. However, its application to the physical layer is hampered by sophisticated channel environments and limited learning ability of conventional ML algorithms. Deep learning(DL) has been recently applied for many fields, such as computer vision and natural language processing, given its expressive capacity and convenient optimization capability. The potential application of DL to the physical layer has also been increasingly recognized because of the new features for future communications, such as complex scenarios with unknown channel models, high speed and accurate processing requirements; these features challenge conventional communication theories. This paper presents a comprehensive overview of the emerging studies on DL-based physical layer processing, including leveraging DL to redesign a module of the conventional communication system(for modulation recognition, channel decoding, and detection) and replace the communication system with a radically new architecture based on an autoencoder. These DL-based methods show promising performance improvements but have certain limitations, such as lack of solid analytical tools and use of architectures that are specifically designed for communication and implementation research, thereby motivating future research in this field. | Tianqi Wang Chao-Kai Wen Hanqing Wang Feifei Gao Tao Jiang Shi Jin | 2017 | China Communications2017,14,11: | 51
Age-related rhesus macaque models of COVID-19显示文摘Background:Since December 2019,an outbreak of the Corona Virus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)in Wuhan,China, has become a public health emergency of international concern. The high fatality of aged cases caused by SARS-CoV-2 was a need to explore the possible age-related phenomena with non-human primate models. Methods:Three 3-5 years old and two 15 years old rhesus macaques were intratracheally infected with SARS-CoV-2,and then analyzed by clinical signs, viral replication, chest X-ray,histopathological changes and immune response. Results:Viral replication of nasopharyngeal swabs, anal swabs and lung in old monkeys was more active than that in young monkeys for 14 days after SARS-CoV-2 challenge.Monkeys developed typical interstitial pneumonia characterized by thickened alveolar septum accompanied with inflammation and edema, notably, old monkeys exhibited diffuse severe interstitial pneumonia.Viral antigens were detected mainly in alveolar epithelial cells and macrophages.Conclusion:SARS-CoV-2 caused more severe interstitial pneumonia in old monkeys than that in young monkeys.Rhesus macaque models infected with SARS-CoV-2 provided insight into the pathogenic mechanism and facilitated the development of vaccines and therapeutics against SARS-CoV-2 infection. | Pin Yu Feifei Qi Yanfeng Xu Fengdi Li Peipei Liu Jiayi Liu Linlin Bao Wei Deng Hong Gao Zhiguang Xiang Chong Xiao Qi Lv Shuran Gong Jiangning Liu Zhiqi Song Yajin Qu Jing Xue Qiang Wei Mingya Liu Guanpeng Wang Shunyi Wang Haisheng Yu Xing Liu Baoying Huang Wenling Wang Li Zhao Huijuan Wang Fei Ye Weimin Zhou Wei Zhen Jun Han Guizhen Wu Qi Jin Jianwei Wang Wenjie Tan Chuan Qin | 2020 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2020,3,1: | 22
Matched Filter Based Spectrum Sensing When Primary User Has Multiple Power Levels显示文摘In this paper,we investigate the matched filter based spectrum sensing in a more reasonable cognitive radio(CR) scenario when the primary user(PU) has more than one transmit power levels,as regulated in most standards,i.e.,IEEE 802.11 Series,GSM,LTE,LTE-A,etc.This new multiple primary transmit power(MPTP) scenario is specialized by two different targets:detecting the presence of PU and identifying the power level.Compared to the traditional binary sensing where only the presence of PU is checked,SU may attain more information about the primary network(making CR more 'intelligent') and design the subsequent optimization strategy. The key technology is the multiple hypothesis testing as opposed to the traditional binary hypothesis testing. We discuss two situations under whether the channel phase is known or not,and we derive the closed form solutions for decision regions and several performance metrics, from which some interesting phenomenons are observed and the related discussions are presented.Numerical examples are provided to corroborate the proposed studies. | ZHANG Xinzhi GAO Feifei CHAI Rong JIANG Tao | 2015 | China Communications2015,12,2: | 11

Application of an analytic hierarchy process to hydrocarbon accumulation coefficient estimation显示文摘The hydrocarbon accumulation coefficient is a key parameter in resources evaluation by genetic techniques. Methods of obtaining its value scientifically have always been an important factor influencing evaluation credibility. In this paper, the hydrocarbon accumulation system is evaluated quantitatively by establishing a hierarchy structure model based on an analytical hierarchy process. The hydrocarbon accumulation system of a higher exploration degree is selected as a calibration area and its hydrocarbon accumulation coefficient can be calculated using methods of hydrocarbon generation potential and reservoir-scale sequence. The hydrocarbon accumulation coefficient of a petroleum accumulation system can be gained by analogy of reservoir forming comprehensive evaluation results with the calibration area. The hydrocarbon accumulation coefficient of each petroleum accumulation system in the upper reservoir-forming combination of the Liaohe Western Sag can be obtained with this method. Practice shows that using the analytical hierarchy process to quantitatively evaluate the hydrocarbon accumulation system and then quantitatively predict the hydrocarbon accumulation coefficient decreases the influence of human factors in resources evaluation, and makes the resources assessment more objective and closer to the actual geological condition. | Gao Yongjin Liu Lifeng Liu Huimin Zheng Feifei Wu Li Zhou Jingjing Qu Dongfang | 2010 | Petroleum Science2010,7,3: | 5
AIRIS:Artificial Intelligence Enhanced Signal Processing in Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface Communications显示文摘Reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)is an emerging meta-surface that can provide additional communications links through reflecting the signals, and has been recognized as a strong candidate of 6G mobile communications systems.Meanwhile,it has been recently admitted that implementing artificial intelligence(AI)into RIS communications will extensively benefit the reconfiguration capacity and enhance the robustness to complicated transmission environments.Besides the conventional model-driven approaches,AI can also deal with the existing signal processing problems in a data-driven manner via digging the inherent characteristic from the real data.Hence,AI is particularly suitable for the signal processing problems over RIS networks under unideal scenarios like modeling mismatching, insufficient resource, hardware impairment,as well as dynamical transmissions. As one of the earliest survey papers,we will introduce the merging of AI and RIS,called AIRIS,over various signal processing topics, including environmental sensing, channel acquisition, beamforming design, and resource scheduling, etc. We will also discuss the challenges of AIRIS and present some interesting future directions. | Shun Zhang Muye Li Mengnan Jian Yajun Zhao Feifei Gao | 2021 | China Communications2021,18,7: | 4
Severe human infection with a novel avian-origin influenza A(H7N4) virus显示文摘Human infections with influenza H7 subtypes, such as H7N9, have raised concerns worldwide. Here, we report a human infection with a novel influenza A(H7N4) virus. A 68 years-old woman with cardiovascular and cholecystic comorbidities developed rapidly progressed pneumonia with influenza-like-illness as initial symptom, recovered after 23 days-hospitalization including 8 days in ICU. Laboratory indicators for liver and blood coagulation dysfunction were observed. Oseltamivir phosphate, glucocorticoids and antibiotics were jointly implemented, with nasal catheterization of oxygen inhalation for this patient. We obtained the medical records and collected serial respiratory and blood specimens from her. We collected throat, cloacal and/or feces samples of poultry and wild birds from the patient's backyard, neighborhood, local live poultry markets(LPMs) and the nearest lake. All close contacts of the patient were followed up and sampled with throat swabs and sera. Influenza viruses and other respiratory pathogens were tested by real-time RT-PCR, viral culturing and/or sequencing for human respiratory and bird samples. Micro-neutralizing assay was performed for sera. A novel reassortant wild bird-origin H7N4 virus is identified from the patient and her backyard poultry(chickens and ducks) by sequencing, which is distinct from previously-reported avian H7N4 and H7N9 viruses. At least four folds increase of neutralizing antibodies to H7N4 was detected in her convalescent sera. No samples from close contacts, wild birds or other poultry were tested positive for H7N4 by real-time RT-PCR. | Xiang Huo Lun-biao Cui Cong Chen Dayan Wang Xian Qi Ming-hao Zhou Xiling Guo Fengming Wang William J. | 8 | Sequential infection with H1N1 and SARS-CoV-2 aggravated COVID-19 pathogenesis in a mammalian model, and covaccination as an effective method of prevention of COVID-19 and influenza显示文摘Influenza A virus may circulate simultaneously with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, leading to more serious respiratory diseases during this winter. However, the influence of these viruses on disease outcome when both influenza A and SARS-CoV-2 are present in the host remains unclear.Using a mammalian model, sequential infection was performed in ferrets and in K18-MCE2 mice, with SARS-CoV-2 infection following H1N1.We found that co-infection with H1N1 and SARS-CoV-2 extended the duration of clinical manifestation of COVID-19,and enhanced pulmonary damage, but reduced viral shedding of throat swabs and viral loads in the lungs of ferrets. Moreover, mortality was increased in sequentially infected mice compared with single-infection mice.Compared with singlevaccine inoculation,co-inoculation of PiCoVacc(a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine)and the flu vaccine showed no significant differences in neutralizing antibody titers or virus-specific immune responses.Combined immunization effectively protected K18-MCE2 mice against both H1N1 and SARS-CoV-2 infection. Our findings indicated the development of systematic models of co-infection of H1N1 and SARS-CoV-2,which together notably enhanced pneumonia in ferrets and mice,as well as demonstrated that simultaneous vaccination against HINT and SARS-CoV-2 may be an effective prevention strategy for the coming winter. | Linlin Bao Wei Deng Feifei Qi Qi Lv Zhiqi Song Jiangning Liu Hong Gao Qiang Wei Pin Yu Yanfeng Xu Yajin Qu Fengdi Li Jing Xue Shuran Gong Mingya Liu Guanpeng Wang Shunyi Wang Binbin Zhao Bin Cong Chuan Qin | 2021 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,6: | 4
Backscatter t echnologies and the future of Internet of Things:Challenges and opportunities显示文摘Energy source and circuit cost are two critical challenges for the future development of the Internet of Things(IoT).Backscatter communications offer a potential solution to conveniently obtain power and reduce cost for sensors in IoT,and researchers are paying close attention to the technology.Backscatter technology originated from the Second World War and has been widely applied in the logistics domain.Recently, both the academic and industrial worlds are proposing a series of new types of backscatter technologies for communications and IoT.In this paper,we review the history of both IoT and backscatter, describe the new types of backscatter, demonstrate their applications, and discuss the open challenges. | Chaochao Yao Yang Liu Xusheng Wei Gongpu Wang Feifei Gao | 2020 | Intelligent and Converged Networks2020,1,2: | 4
SARS-CoV-2 infection aggravates chronic comorbidities of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes in mice显示文摘Background:Cardiovascular diseases(CVDs)and diabetes mellitus(DM)are top two chronic comorbidities that increase the severity and mortality of COVID-19.However,how SARS-CoV-2 alters the progression of chronic diseases remain unclear. Methods:We used adenovirus to deliver h-ACE2 to lung to enable SARS-CoV-2 infection in mice.SARS-CoV-2’s impacts on pathogenesis of chronic diseases were studied through histopathological, virologic and molecular biology analysis.Results:Pre-existing CVDs resulted in viral invasion,ROS elevation and activation of apoptosis pathways contribute myocardial injury during SARS-CoV-2 infection.Viral infection increased fasting blood glucose and reduced insulin response in DM model.Bone mineral density decreased shortly after infection, which associated with impaired PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling. Conclusion:We established mouse models mimicked the complex pathological symptoms of COVID-19 patients with chronic diseases.Pre-existing diseases could impair the inflammatory responses to SARS-CoV-2 infection, which further aggravated the pre-existing diseases. This work provided valuable information to better understand the interplay between the primary diseases and SARS-CoV-2 infection. | Yuanwu Ma Dan Lu Linlin Bao Yajin Qu Jiangning Liu Xiaolong Qi Lei Yu Xu Zhang Feifei Qi Qi Lv Yunpeng Liu Xudong Shi Caixian Sun Jing Li Jie Wang Yunlin Han Kai Gao Wei Dong Ning Liu Shan Gao Jing Xue Qiang Wei Sidan Pan Hong Gao Lianfeng Zhang Chuan Qin | 2021 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2021,4,1: | 3
Air–Sea Coupling Enhances the East Asian Winter Climate Response to the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation显示文摘A simple air–sea coupled model, the atmospheric general circulation model(AGCM) of the National Centers for Environmental Prediction coupled to a mixed-layer slab ocean model,is employed to investigate the impact of air–sea coupling on the signals of the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation(AMO). A regional coupling strategy is applied,in which coupling is switched off in the extratropical North Atlantic Ocean but switched on in the open oceans elsewhere. The coupled model is forced with warm-phase AMO SST anomalies, and the modeled responses are compared with those from parallel uncoupled AGCM experiments with the same SST forcing. The results suggest that the regionally coupled responses not only resemble the AGCM simulation, but also have a stronger intensity. In comparison, the coupled responses bear greater similarity to the observational composite anomaly. Thus, air–sea coupling enhances the responses of the East Asian winter climate to the AMO. To determine the mechanism responsible for the coupling amplification,an additional set of AGCM experiments, forced with the AMO-induced tropical SST anomalies,is conducted. The SST anomalies are extracted from the simulated AMO-induced SST response in the regionally coupled model. The results suggest that the SST anomalies contribute to the coupling amplification. Thus, tropical air–sea coupling feedback tends to enhance the responses of the East Asian winter climate to the AMO. | ZHOU Xiaomin LI Shuanglin LUO Feifei GAO Yongqi Tore FUREVIK | 2015 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2015,32,12: | 3
Knock in of a hexanucleotide repeat expansion in the C9orf72 gene induces ALS in rats显示文摘Background:The GGGGCC(G4C2)repeat expansion in the human open reading frame 72 on chromosome 9,C9orf72,is the most common cause of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS).Studies in transgenic mouse models have linked the pathogenic mechanism of G4C2 repeat expansion to RNA foci or the accumulation of unnatural dipeptide repeats in neurons. However, only one of the existing transgenic mouse lines developed typical ALS.Methods:C9orf72 knockin rats were generated by knockin of 80 G4C2 repeats with human flanking fragments within exon1a and exon1b at the rat C9orf72 locus.Protein expression was detected by western blot.Motor coordination and grip force were measured using a Rotarod test and a grip strength test.Neurodegeneration was assessed by Nissl staining with cresyl violet.Results:C9orf72 haploinsufficiency reduced C9orf72 protein expression 40%in the cerebrum, cerebellum and spinal cords from knockin rats(P<.05).The knockin(KI)rats developed motor deficits from 4 months of age.Their falling latencies and grip force were decreased by 67%(P<.01)and 44%(P<.01),respectively,at 12 months of age compared to wild-type(WT)mice.The knockin of the hexanucleotide repeat expansion(HRE)caused a 47%loss of motor neurons in the spinal cord(P<.001)and 25%(5/20)of female KI rats developed hind limb paralysis at 13 to 24 months. Conclusion:Motor defects in KI rats may result from neurotoxicity caused by HRE and the resulting reduction in C9orf72 protein due to haploinsufficiency. These KI rats could be a useful model for investigating the contributions of loss-of-function to neurotoxicity in C9orf72-related ALS. | Wei Dong Li Zhang Caixian Sun Xiang Gao Feifei Guan Jing Li Wei Chen Yuanwu Ma Lianfeng Zhang | 2020 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2020,3,3: | 2
Simulation by CMIP5 Models of the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation and Its Climate Impacts显示文摘This study focuses on the climatic impacts of the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation(AMO) as a mode of internal variability. Given the difficulties involved in excluding the effects of external forcing from internal variation, i.e., owing to the short record length of instrumental observations and historical simulations, we assess and compare the AMO and its related climatic impacts both in observations and in the 'Pre-industrial' experiments of models participating in CMIP5. First, we evaluate the skill of the 25 CMIP5 models' 'Historical' simulations in simulating the observational AMO, and find there is generally a considerable range of skill among them in this regard. Six of the models with higher skill relative to the other models are selected to investigate the AMO-related climate impacts, and it is found that their 'Pre-industrial' simulations capture the essential features of the AMO. A positive AMO favors warmer surface temperature around the North Atlantic, and the Atlantic ITCZ shifts northward leading to more rainfall in the Sahel and less rainfall in Brazil. Furthermore, the results confirm the existence of a teleconnection between the AMO and East Asian surface temperature, as well as the late withdrawal of the Indian summer monsoon, during positive AMO phases. These connections could be mainly caused by internal climate variability. Opposite patterns are true for the negative phase of the AMO. | Zhe HAN Feifei LUO Shuanglin LI Yongqi GAO Tore FUREVIK Lea SVENDSEN | 2016 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2016,33,12: | 2
Novel rat model of multiple mitochondrial dysfunction syndromes(MMDS)complicated with cardiomyopathy显示文摘Background:Multiple mitochondrial dysfunction syndromes(MMDS)presents as complex mitochondrial damage, thus impairing a variety of metabolic pathways.Heart dysplasia has been reported in MMDS patients;however, the specific clinical symptoms and pathogenesis remain unclear.More urgently, there is a lack of an animal model to aid research. Therefore,we selected a reported MMDS causal gene,Isca1,and established an animal model of MMDS complicated with cardiac dysplasia. Methods:The myocardium-specific Isca1 knockout heterozygote(Isca1 HET)rat was obtained by crossing the Isca1 conditional knockout(Isca1 cKO)rat with theαmyosin heavy chain Cre(α-MHC-Cre)rat.Cardiac development characteristics were determined by ECG,blood pressure measurement, echocardiography and histopatho-logical analysis. The responsiveness to pathological stimuli were observed through adriamycin treatment.Mitochondria and metabolism disorder were determined by activity analysis of mitochondrial respiratory chain complex and ATP production in myocardium.Results:ISCA1 expression in myocardium exhibited a semizygous effect.Isca1 HET rats exhibited dilated cardiomyopathy characteristics, including thin-walled ventri-cles,larger chambers, cardiac dysfunction and myocardium fibrosis.Downregulated ISCA1 led to deteriorating cardiac pathological processes at the global and organiza-tional levels.Meanwhile,HET rats exhibited typical MMDS characteristics, including damaged mitochondrial morphology and enzyme activity for mitochondrial respira-tory chain complexesⅠ,ⅡandⅣ,and impaired ATP production. Conclusion:We have established a rat model of MMDS complicated with cardiomyopathy,it can also be used as model of myocardial energy metabolism dysfunction and mitochondrial cardiomyopathy. This model can be applied to the study of the mechanism of energy metabolism in cardiovascular diseases,as well as research and development of drugs. | Yahao Ling Jiaxin Ma Xiaolong Qi Xu Zhang Qi Kong Feifei Guan Wei Dong Wei Chen Shan Gao Xiang Gao Shuo Pan Yuanwu Ma Dan Lu Lianfeng Zhang | 2021 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2021,4,4: | 2
Integrated histopathological, lipidomic, and metabolomic profiles reveal mink is a useful animal model to mimic the pathogenicity of severe COVID-19 patients显示文摘Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)is transmitted on mink farms between minks and humans in many countries. However, the systemic pathological features of SARS-CoV-2-infected minks are mostly unknown. Here,we demonstrated that minks were largely permissive to SARS-CoV-2,characterized by severe and diffuse alveolar damage, and lasted at least 14 days post inoculation(dpi). We first reported that infected minks displayed multiple organ-system lesions accompanied by an increased inflammatory response and widespread viral distribution in the cardiovascular, hepatobiliary, urinary, endocrine, digestive, and immune systems. The viral protein partially co-localized with activated Mac-2+macrophages throughout the body. Moreover,we first found that the alterations in lipids and metabolites were correlated with the histological lesions in infected minks, especially at 6 dpi,and were similar to that of patients with severe and fatal COVID-19.Particularly,altered metabolic pathways, abnormal digestion, and absorption of vitamins, lipids, cholesterol, steroids, amino acids, and proteins, consistent with hepatic dysfunction, highlight metabolic and immune dysregulation.Enriched kynurenine in infected minks contributed to significant activation of the kynurenine pathway and was related to macrophage activation.Melatonin, which has significant anti-inflammatory and immunomodulating effects, was significantly downregulated at 6 dpi and displayed potential as a targeted medicine. Our data first illustrate systematic analyses of infected minks to recapitulate those observations in severe and fetal COVID-19 patients, delineating a useful animal model to mimic SARS-CoV-2-induced systematic and severe pathophysiological features and provide a reliable tool for the development of effective and targeted treatment strategies, vaccine research, and potential biomarkers. | Zhiqi Song Linlin Bao Wei Deng Jiangning Liu Erjun Ren Qi Lv Mingya Liu Feifei Qi Ting Chen Ran Deng Fengdi Li Yunpeng Liu Qiang Wei Hong Gao Pin Yu Yunlin Han Wenjie Zhao Junjun Zheng Xujian Liang Fuhe Yang Chuan Qin | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,2: | 2

A Decode-and-Forward Scheme for LDPC Coded Three-Way Relay Fading Channels显示文摘In this paper a low-density pairwise check(LDPC) coded three-way relay system is considered, where three user nodes desire to exchange messages with the help of one relay node. Since physical-layer network coding is applied, two time slots are sufficient for one round information exchange. In this paper, we present a decode-and-forward(DF) scheme based on joint LDPC decoding for three-way relay channels, where relay decoder partially decodes the network code rather than fully decodes all the user messages. Simulation results show that the new DF scheme considerably outperforms other common schemes in three-way relay fading channels. | YE Xia GAO Feifei | 2015 | China Communications2015,12,8: | 2
A novel synthetic small molecule YF-452 inhibits tumor growth through antiangiogenesis by suppressing VEGF receptor 2 signaling显示文摘Tumor angiogenesis is characterized by abnormal vessel morphology, endowing tumor with highly hypoxia and unresponsive toward treatment. To date, mounting angiogenic factors have been discovered as therapeutic targets in antiangiogenic drug development. Among them, vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2) inhibitors exerts potent antiangiogenic activity in tumor therapy. Therefore, it may provide a valid strategy for cancer treatment through targeting the tumor angiogenesis via VEGFR2 pathway. In this study, we established a high-profile compounds library and certificated a novel compound named N-(N-pyrrolidylacetyl)-9-(4-bromobenzyl)-1,3,4,9-tetrahydro-β-carboline (YF-452), which remarkably inhibited the migration, invasion and tube-like structure formation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) with little toxicity invitro. Rat thoracic aorta ring assay indicated that YF-452 significantly blocked the formation of microvascular exvivo. In addition, YF-452 inhibited angiogenesis in chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) and mouse corneal micropocket assays. Moreover, YF-452 remarkably suppressed tumor growth in xenografts mice model. Furthermore, investigation of molecular mechanism revealed that YF-452 inhibited VEGF-induced phosphorylation of VEGFR2 kinase and the downstream protein kinases including extracellular signal regulated kinase (ERK), focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and Src. These results indicate that YF-452 inhibits angiogenesis and may be a potential antiangiogenic drug candidate for cancer therapy. | Yongrui Liu Yuan He Feifei Yang Xiaonan Cong Jinhua Wang Shihong Peng Dan Gao Weifang Wang Liping Lan Xuexiang Ying Mingyao Liu Yihua Chen Zhengfang Yi | 2017 | Science China(Life Sciences)2017,60,2: | 2
Robust Beamforming for Secured Wireless Power Transfer in MIMO Magnetic Resonant Coupling System:A Probabilistic Approach显示文摘Wireless power transfer(WPT) to support mobile and portable devices is an emerging wireless technique.Among all kinds of approaches, magnetic resonance coupling(MRC) is an excellent one for mid-range WPT,which provides better mobility, flexibility, and convenience due to its simplicity in hardware implementation and longer transmission distances. In this paper,we consider an MRCWPT system with multiple power transmitters, one intended power receiver and multiple unintended power receivers. We investigate the probabilistic robust beamforming designs and provide efficient algorithms to achieve the local optimums under two different criteria,i.e.,total source power minimization problem and min-max unintended receiving power restriction problem. As the problems are quite typical in robust design situations, our proposed robust beamformers can be conveniently applied to other probabilistic robust design problems, thus reduce the complexity as well as improve the beamforming performance.Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed algorithms can significantly improve the performance as well as the robustness of the WPT system. | Ling Xing Kaikai Deng Feifei Gao | 2019 | China Communications2019,16,1: | 2
