| 1 | Optimal Energy-Efficient Transmission for Hybrid Spectrum Sharing in Cooperative Cognitive Radio Networks显示文摘In order to improve the energy efficiency(EE)in cognitive radio(CR),this paper investigates the joint design of cooperative spectrum sensing time and the power control optimization problem for the secondary user systems to achieve the maximum energy efficiency in a cognitive network based on hybrid spectrum sharing,meanwhile considering the maximum transmit power,user quality of service(QoS)requirements,interference limitations,and primary user protection.The optimization of energy efficient sensing time and power allocation is formulated as a non-convex optimization problem.The Dinkelbach’s method is adopted to solve this problem and to transform the non-convex optimization problem in fractional form into an equivalent optimization problem in the form of subtraction.Then,an iterative power allocation algorithm is proposed to solve the optimization problem.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms for energy-efficient resource allocation in the cognitive network. | Linna Hu Rui Shi Minghe Mao Zhiyu Chen Hongxi Zhou Weiliang Li | 2019 | China Communications2019,16,6: | 9 |

| 8 | A novel inhibitor of ARfl and ARv7 induces protein degradation to overcome enzalutamide resistance in advanced prostate cancer显示文摘Enzalutamide(ENZ) is a second-generation androgen receptor(AR) antagonist used for the treatment of castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC) and reportedly prolongs survival time within a year of starting therapy. However, CRPC patients can develop ENZ resistance(ENZR), mainly driven by abnormal reactivation of AR signaling, involving increased expression of the full-length AR(ARfl)or dominantly active androgen receptor splice variant 7(ARv7) and ARfl/ARv7 heterodimers. There is currently no efficient treatment for ENZR in CRPC. Herein, a small molecule LLU-206 was rationally designed based on the ENZ structure and exhibited potent inhibition of both ARfl and constitutively active ARv7 to inhibit PCa proliferation and suppress ENZR in CRPC. Mechanically, LLU-206 promoted ARfl/ARv7 protein degradation and decreased ARfl/ARv7 heterodimers through mouse double minute 2-mediated ubiquitination. Finally, LLU-206 exhibited favorable pharmacokinetic properties with poor permeability across the blood-brain barrier, leading to a lower prevalence of adverse effects, including seizure and neurotoxicity, than ENZ-based therapies. The phenomenological calculations indicated that the difference in Young's modulus could be 15% in single dia-mond crystals and 5% in diamond films with homogeneously distributed strong fiber texture. The experimentally measured residual strains of free-standing CVD diamond films were in good agreement with the correspondingly calculated Young's modulus in con-nection with the multi-fiber textures in the films, though the difference in Young's modulus induced by texture was only around 1%. | 16 | Effect of TiO_2 on Synthesis of Al_4SiC_4/Al_4O_4C Composite显示文摘Al4SiC4/Al4O4C composites were synthesized based on m(sintered clay)∶m(active carbon)∶m(aluminum powder)=39∶27.6∶33.4, adding TiO2 powder (anatase type, 0, 3%, 6%, 9%, respectively), adding <10% phenolic resin as binder, mixing well, pressing, drying, firing in a corundum tubular furnace in flowing argon at 1 300, 1 400, 1 500, 1 600 and 1 700 ℃ for 2 h,respectively. Effect of TiO2 addition on phase composition and microstructure of Al4SiC4/Al4O4C composites was investigated by TGA, chemical analysis, XRD and SEM. The results show that: (1) Ti in the specimens loses a little in the process of firing, all residual TiO2 transforms into TiC when the firing temperature is below 1 300 ℃, and the formed TiC exists stably at 1 300-1 700 ℃; (2) the TiO2 addition has little effect on phase composition of composites; however, when more than 3% of TiO2 is added, the formation temperature of Al4SiC4 and Al4O4C increases from 1 500 ℃ to 1 600 ℃; (3) with the concentration of Ti4+ increasing, Ti4+ may react easily with Al4SiC4 and Al4O4C forming the finite substitution solid solution resulting in lattice defect, which leads to the decomposition of Al4SiC4 at 1 700 ℃, the formation of more Al4O4C short fiber, and the formation of flake Al2O3 layer on surface of the specimen. | DENG Chengji KUANG Jianlei ZHU Hongxi BAI Chen | 2010 | China's Refractories2010,19,2: | 0 |
