1Ultrafast epitaxial growth of metre-sized single-crystal graphene on industrial Cu foil显示文摘A foundation of the modern technology that uses single-crystal silicon has been the growth of highquality single-crystal Si ingots with diameters up to 12 inches or larger. For many applications of graphene, large-area high-quality(ideally of single-crystal) material will be enabling. Since the first growth on copper foil a decade ago, inch-sized single-crystal graphene has been achieved. We present here the growth, in 20 min, of a graphene film of(5 ×50) cm^2 dimension with >99% ultra-highly oriented grains.This growth was achieved by:(1) synthesis of metre-sized single-crystal Cu(1 1 1) foil as substrate;(2)epitaxial growth of graphene islands on the Cu(1 1 1) surface;(3) seamless merging of such graphene islands into a graphene film with high single crystallinity and(4) the ultrafast growth of graphene film.These achievements were realized by a temperature-gradient-driven annealing technique to produce single-crystal Cu(1 1 1) from industrial polycrystalline Cu foil and the marvellous effects of a continuous oxygen supply from an adjacent oxide. The as-synthesized graphene film, with very few misoriented grains(if any), has a mobility up to ~23,000 cm^2 V^(-1)s^(-1)at 4 K and room temperature sheet resistance of ~230 Ω/□. 2Distributions of typical contaminant species in urban short-term storm runoff and their fates during rain events:A case of Xiamen City显示文摘The pollutants in urban storm runoff,which lead to an non-point source contamination of water environment around cities,are of great concerns.The distributions of typical contaminants and the variations of their species in short term storm runoff from different land surfaces in Xiamen City were investigated.The concentrations of various contaminants,including organic matter,nutrients(i.e.,N and P) and heavy metals,were significantly higher in parking lot and road runoff than those in roof and lawn runoff.The early runoff samples from traffic road and parking lot contained much high total nitrogen(TN 6-19 mg/L) and total phosphorus(TP 1-3 mg/L).A large proportion(around 60%) of TN existed as total dissolved nitrogen(TDN) species in most runoff.The percentage of TDN and the percentage of total dissolved phosphorus remained relatively stable during the rain events and did not decrease as dramatically as TN and TP.In addition,only parking lot and road runoff were contaminated by heavy metals,and both Pb(25-120 μg/L) and Zn(0.1-1.2 mg/L) were major heavy metals contaminating both runoff.Soluble Pb and Zn were predominantly existed as labile complex species(50%-99%),which may be adsorbed onto the surfaces of suspended particles and could be easily released out when pH decreased.This would have the great impact to the environment.Qunshan Wei Gefu Zhu Peng Wu Li Cui Kaisong Zhang Jingjing Zhou Wenru Zhang 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,4:17
3Nutritional assessment with different tools in leukemia patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation显示文摘Objective:Correct nutritional assessment is essential for leukemia patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT).This study aimed to investigate the best nutritional assessment method for leukemia patients after HSCT,and find the possible nutritional risk of the patients during the transplantation process in order to intervene in the patients with nutritional risks and undernourished patients timely,so that the entire transplantation process could be successfully completed.Methods:A prospective study was performed in 108 leukemia patients after HSCT,and different nutritional assessment methods,including nutritional risk screening 2002(NRS2002),mini nutritional assessment(MNA),subjective globe assessment(SGA)and malnutritional universal screening tools(MUST),were used.The associations between nutritional status of these patients and nutritional assessment methods were analyzed.Results:A total of 108 patients completed SGA,and 99 patients completed NRS2002,MNA and MUST.During the treatment process,85.2%of the patients lost weight,wherein,50%lost weight greater than5%,and 42.6%had significantly reduced food intake.For nutritional risk assessment,the positive rates of NRS2002,MNA and MUST were 100%,74.7%and 63.6%,respectively.There was a significant difference(P<0.05)among the positive rates of NRS2002,MNA and MUST.In undernutrition assessment,the positive rate of SGA(83.3%)was significantly higher than that of MNA(17.2%)(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of nutritional risk among leukemia patients≤30 years old was greater than that of patients>30 years old(P<0.05).Conclusions:Patients with leukemia were in poor nutritional status during and after HSCT.The leukemia patients≤30 years old had a greater incidence rate of nutritional risk.As nutritional risk screening tool,the specificity of NRS2002 is not high,but it can be used for evaluating nutritional deficiencies.MNA is a good nutritional risk screening tool,but not an adequate tool for nutritional assessment.If assessment of undernutrition is necessary,the combination of all these screening tools and clinical laboratory indicators should be applied to improve accuracy.Boshi Wang Xia Yan Jingjing Cai Yu Wang Peng Liu 2013Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2013,25,6:14
4Downregulation of serum mi R-17 and mi R-106b levels in gastric cancer and benign gastric diseases显示文摘Altered micro RNA(mi RNA) associated with gastric cancer(GC) development and mi R-17 and mi R-106 b were differentially expressed in GC tissues. This study detected serum levels of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b expression in GC, benign gastric disease(BGD) and healthy controls to assess them as tumor markers for GC. Serum samples from 40 GC, 32 BGD(10 gastric ulcer, 14 gastric polyps, and 8 gastric ulcer with polyps) and 36 healthy individuals were subjected to quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR) analysis of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b expression. The data showed that the serum levels of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b were significantly reduced in healthy individuals and BGD patients compared to GC patients. There was a significant association of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b expression with age, but not with other clinicopathological features, such as gender, tumor differentiation, stage and lymphatic metastasis. Further analysis showed that, in discriminating GC patients from healthy controls, mi R-17 could yield a receiver-operating characteristic(ROC) area under the curve(AUC) of 0.879 with 80.6% sensitivity and 87.5% specificity and mi R-106 b could yield an AUC of 0.856 with 75.0% sensitivity and 92.5% specificity. The combined AUC of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b was 0.913 with 83.3% sensitivity and 87.5% specificity. 5Comprehensive evaluation of nutritional status before and after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in 170 patients with hematological diseases显示文摘Objective: To investigate the nutritional status of patients before and after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT), and explore optimal methods for assessing nutritional status in patients with hematological diseases.Methods: This cohort study enrolled 170 patients who were diagnosed with hematological diseases and underwent allogeneic HSCT in the Department of Hematology, Peking University People's Hospital between May2011 and April 2013. We used fixed-point continuous sampling and four nutritional screening tools, Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS-2002), Mini Nutritional Assessment(MNA), Subjective Global Assessment(SGA) and Malnutrition Universal Screening Tools(MUST), in combination with body measurements, to extensively screen and evaluate nutritional risks and status in patients receiving HSCT before entering and after leaving laminar air flow rooms.Results: After HSCT, patients had significant reduction in weight, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio, calf circumference, mid-upper arm circumference, and suprailiac skinfold thickness compared with pre-HSCT measurements. Before HSCT, NRS-2002 identified that 21.2% of patients were at nutritional risks, compared with100% after HSCT. MUST indicated that before HSCT, 11.77% of patients were at high nutritional risk,compared with 59.63% after HSCT. MNA assessed that 0.06% of patients were malnourished before HSCT,compared with 19.27% after HSCT. SGA identified that before HSCT, 1.76% of patients had mild to severe malnutrition, which increased to 83.3% after HSCT. There is a significant increase in the nutritional risk and malnutrition in patients who received HSCT.Conclusions: Before HSCT, some patients already had nutritional risk or nutritional deficiencies, and prompt and close nutritional screening or assessment should be performed. The nutritional status of patients after HSCT was generally deteriorated compared with that before transplantation. Body measurements should be taken more frequently during the subsequent treatment window in the laminar air flow rooms. 7Effect of Sb-site nonstoichiometry on the structure and microwave dielectric properties of Li_(3)Mg_(2)Sb_(1-x)O_(6) ceramics显示文摘The non-stoichiometric Li_(3)Mg_(2)Sb_(1-x)O_(6)(0.05≤x≤0.125)compounds have been prepared via the mixed oxide method.The influences of Sb nonstoichiometry on the sintering behavior,microstructure,phase composition along with microwave dielectric performances for Li_(3)Mg_(2)Sb_(1-x)O_(6) ceramics were studied.Combined with X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Raman spectra,it was confirmed that phase composition could not be affected by the Sb nonstoichiometry and almost pure phase Li_(3)Mg_(2)SbO_(6) was formed in all compositions.Appropriate Sb-deficiency in Li_(3)Mg_(2)SbO_(6) not only lowered its sintering temperature but also remarkably improved its Q×f value.In particular,non-stoichiometric Li_(3)Mg_(2)Sb_(0.9)O_(6) ceramics sintered at 1250℃/5 h owned seldom low dielectric constant ε_(r)=10.8,near-zero resonant frequency temperature coefficient τ_(f)=-8.0 ppm/℃,and high quality factor Q×f=86,300 GHz(at 10.4 GHz).This study provides an alternative approach to ameliorate its dielectric performances for Li_(3)Mg_(2)SbO_(6)-based compounds through defect-engineering.Cuijin PEI Jingjing TAN Yang LI Guoguang YAO Yanmin JIA Zhaoyu REN Peng LIU Huaiwu ZHANG 2020Journal of Advanced Ceramics2020,9,5:6
8Evaluation of paliperidone on social function in patients with chronic schizophrenia显示文摘Background The impairment of social function is widespread in the patients with chronic schizophrenia, which seriously affects family, life and work conditions.Aims The main purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of paliperidone in the treatment of social function in chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 81 patients who met the standard criteria for schizophrenia and long-term hospitalised inpatients were randomly divided into the treatment group and normal control group following a 1-year prospective follow-up study. The reatment group(41 cases) used paliperidone extended-release tablets for reducing dosage, as appropriate, based on the original treatment strategy; and the control group(40 cases) used the former drugs. All patients were assessed using the Positive and Negative Symptom Scales(PANSS), and the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) was used to assess adverse drug reactions. The Hospitalised Psychiatric Patients' Social Functions Rating Scale(SSPI) was used to assess social function of participants before and after 8 weeks, 6 months and 1 year of treatment.Results At baseline there were no significant differences between the two groups in age, duration of illness, educational background and dosage of antipsychotic drugs(converted into chlorpromazine equivalency). There was statistically significant difference in PANSS positive symptoms by interaction effect(Fgroup×time=18.24, df=3237, p<0.001) and time effect(Ftime=21.66, df=3, p<0.01) and the difference in PANSS positive symptoms by grouping effect(Fgroup=0.68, df=1, p=0.41) was not statistically significant. The difference of grouping effect of PANSS negative symptoms(Fgroup=9.93, df=1, p=0.002), time effect(Ftime=279.15, df=3, p<0.001) and interaction effect(Fgroup×time=279.15, df=3237, p<0.001) were statistically significant. There were statistically significant differences in the grouping effect(Fgroup=6.59, df=1, p=0.012), time effect(Ftime=152.97, df=3, p<0.001) and interaction effect(Fgroup×time=148.82, df=3237, p<0.001) of PANSS general pathological symptoms, the same as the total score of the PANSS, which showed large differences in grouping effect(Fgroup=7.04, df=1, p=0.001), time effect(Ftime=210.78, df=3, p<0.001) and interaction effect(Fgroup×time=205.20, df=3237, p<0.01). We found in the total SSPI score, grouping effect(Fgroup=31.70, df=1, p<0.001), time effect(Ftime=161.84, df=3, p<0.001) and interaction effect(Fgroup×time=132.74, df=3237, p<0.001) were demonstrated to be significantly different. 9IL-17 sustains the plasma cell response via p38-mediated Bcl-xL RNA stability in lupus pathogenesis显示文摘Recent studies have demonstrated a central role for plasma cells in the development of autoimmune diseases,such as systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Currently,both the phenotypic features and functional regulation of autoreactive plasma cells during SLE pathogenesis remain largely unclear.In this study,we first found that a major subset of IL-17 receptor-expressing plasma cells potently produced anti-dsDNA IgG upon IL-17A(IL-17)stimulation in SLE patients and lupus mice.Using a humanized lupus mouse model,we showed that the transfer of Th17 cell-depleted PBMCs from lupus patients resulted in a significantly reduced plasma cell response and attenuated renal damage in recipient mice compared to the transfer of total SLE PBMCs.Moreover,long-term BrdU incorporation in lupus mice detected highly enriched long-lived BrdU+subsets among IL-17 receptor-expressing plasma cells.Lupus mice deficient in IL-17 or IL-17 receptor C(IL-17RC)exhibited a diminished plasma cell response and reduced autoantibody production with attenuated renal damage,while the adoptive transfer of Th17 cells triggered the plasma cell response and renal damage in IL-17-deficient lupus mice.In reconstituted chimeric mice,IL-17RC deficiency resulted in severely impaired plasma cell generation but showed no obvious effect on germinal center B cells.Further mechanistic studies revealed that IL-17 significantly promoted plasma cell survival via p38-mediated Bcl-xL transcript stabilization.Together,our findings identified a novel function of IL-17 in enhancing plasma cell survival for autoantibody production in lupus pathogenesis,which may provide new therapeutic strategies for the treatment of SLE.Kongyang Ma Wenhan Du Fan Xiao Man Han Enyu Huang Na Peng Yuan Tang Chong Deng Lixiong Liu Yulan Chen Jingjing Li Shiwen Yuan Qin Huang Xiaoping Hong Dajun Hu Xiaoyan Cai Quan Jiang Dongzhou Liu Liwei Lu 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,7:6
10Community structures and population dynamics of “Candidatus Accumulibacter” in activated sludges of wastewater treatment plants using ppk1 as phylogenetic marker显示文摘Candidatus Accumulibacter has been identified as dominant polyphosphate-accumulating organisms(PAOs) in enhanced biological phosphorus(P) removal(EBPR) from wastewater.This study revealed the relevance of community structure, abundance and seasonal population dynamics of Candidatus Accumulibacter to process operation of wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs) in China using ppk1 gene as phylogenetic marker. All sludge samples had properties of denitrifying P removal using nitrate as an electron acceptor.Accumulibacter abundance in the anaerobic-anoxic-oxic(A^2O) process was the highest(26%of total bacteria), and higher in winter than in summer with a better EBPR performance.Type-II was the dominant Accumulibacter in all processes, and type-I accounted for a small proportion of total Accumulibacter. The abundance of Clade-IIC as the most dominant clade reached 2.59 × 10~9 cells/g MLSS and accounted for 87.3% of total Accumulibacter. Clade IIC mainly contributed to denitrifying P removal. Clades IIA, IIC and IID were found in all processes, while clade-IIF was only found in oxidation ditch process through phylogenetic analysis. High proportion of clade IID to total Accumulibacter led to poor performance of aerobic P-uptake in inverted A^2O process. 11Shexiang Tongxin dropping pill(麝香通心滴丸)protects against sodium laurate-induced coronary microcirculatory dysfunction in rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the protective effects of Shexiang Tongxin dropping pill(麝香通心滴丸,STDP)in a rat model of coronary microcirculatory dysfunction(CMD).METHODS:Sprague-Dawley rats were allocated randomly into four groups:sham,CMD model,STDP,and nicorandil.After 4 weeks of treatment,CMD was induced by injection of sodium laurate(0.2 m L,2 g/L)into the left ventricle while obstructing the ascending aorta.Rats in the sham group underwent an identical surgical procedure but were administered physiological(0.9%)saline(0.2 m L).Twenty-four hours after surgery,blood samples were collected for biochemical analyses and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays.Heart tissues were removed for histopathology staining;apoptosis and inflammatory cytokines were examined by Western blotting.RESULTS:The STDP group had a lower level of creatine kinase-myocardial band,lactate dehydrogenase,and cardiac troponin-I than that in the CMD model group.Infiltration of inflammatory cells,myocardial ischaemia,and microthrombosis were relieved in the STDP group compared with CMD model group.Levels of endothelin-1,nuclear factor-kappa B,tumour necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,interleukin-1β,malondialdehyde,B-cell lymphoma(Bcl)-2-associated X protein,and caspase-3 were lower,and levels of nitric oxide,Bcl-2,and superoxide dismutase were higher,in the STDP group in comparison with the CMD model group.CONCLUSION:STDP pretreatment improved the CMD induced by sodium laurate via anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptosis,and anti-oxidant mechanisms.LIU Huahua ZHAO Jingjing ZHU Yeke TANG Weiliang PENG Fang PAN Sunlei FU Guosheng 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,1:6
12esveratrol inhibits necroptosis by mediating the TNF-α/RIP1/RIP3/MLKL pathway in myocardial hypoxia/reoxygenation injury显示文摘Resveratrol(RES)protects myocardial cells from hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)-caused injury.However,the mechanism of this effect has not been clarified.Thus,in this study,we aimed to determine whether RES attenuates H/R-induced cell necroptosis by inhibiting the tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)/receptor-interacting protein kinase 1(RIP1)/RIP3/mixed-lineage kinase domain-like(MLKL)signaling pathway.Rat myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)models and H/R-injured cell models were constructed.Our study showed that myocardial H/R injury significantly increased the levels of TNF-α,RIP1,RIP3,and p-MLKL/MLKL by western blot analysis.Cell viability assay and 4,6-dianmidino-2-phenylindole(DAPI)-propidium iodide staining showed that the cell viability was decreased,and necroptosis was increased after myocardial H/R injury.The expressions of TNF-α,RIP1,RIP3,and p-MLKL/MLKL in H/R myocardial cells treated with different concentrations of RES were significantly downregulated.In addition,we also found that the cell viability was increased and necroptosis was decreased in dose-dependent manners when H/R-injured cells were treated with RES.In addition,the enhanced effect of TNF-αon necroptosis in myocardial H/R-injured cells was improved by RES,and the effect of RES was confirmed in vivo in I/R rats.This study also showed that RES suppresses necroptosis in H9c2 cells,which may occur through the inhibition of the TNF-α/RIP1/RIP3/MLKL signaling pathway.Our data suggest that necroptosis is a promising therapeutic target and may be a promising therapeutic target for the treatment of myocardial I/R injury.Yongjun Hu Hongwei Pan Jianqiang Peng Jin He Mingxiang Tang Sulan Yan Jingjing Rong Junshan Li Zhaofen Zheng Haijun Wang Yanfu Liu Xin Zhong 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,4:6

14Microstructure optimization of core@shell structured MSe_(2)/FeSe_(2)@MoSe_(2)(M=Co,Ni)flower-like multicomponent nanocomposites towards high-efficiency microwave absorption显示文摘In this work,we put forward a scheme to exquisitely design and selectively synthesize the core@shell structured MSe_(2)/FeSe_(2)@MoSe_(2)(M=Co,Ni)flower-like multicomponent nanocomposites(MCNCs)through a simple two-step hydrothermal reaction on the surfaces of MFe_(2)O_4 nanospheres with the certain amounts of Mo and Se sources.With increasing the amounts of Mo and Se sources,the obtained core@shell structured MSe_(2)/FeSe_(2)@MoSe_(2)(M=Co,Ni)MCNCs with the enhanced content of MoSe_(2)and improved flower-like geometry morphology could be produced on a large scale.The obtained results revealed that the as-prepared samples displayed improved comprehensive microwave absorption properties(CMAPs)with the increased amounts of Mo and Se sources.The as-prepared CoSe_(2)/FeSe_(2)@MoSe_(2)and NiSe_(2)/FeSe_(2)@MoSe_(2)MCNCs with the well-defined flower-like morphology could simultaneously present the outstanding CMAPs in terms of strong absorption capability,wide absorption bandwidth,and thin matching thicknesses,which mainly originated from the conduction loss and flower-like geometry morphology.Therefore,the findings not only develop the very desirable candidates for high-performance microwave absorption materials but also pave a new way for optimizing the CMAPs through tailoring morphology engineering.Jingjing Zhang Xiaosi Qi Xiu Gong Qiong Peng Yanli Chen Ren Xie Wei Zhong 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,33:5

16Fasudil hydrochloride differentiates bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells into neurons via notch signaling显示文摘BACKGROUND: Notch signaling regulates bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, Notch signaling and Rho kinase signaling exhibit a crosstalk phenomenon with JAK/STAT, and both participate in the neuronal dendritic spine development. Inhibition of RhoA/Rho kinase signaling may regulate MSC differentiation into neuronal-like cells. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Notch1 signaling on the differentiation of rat MSCs into neurons induced by fasudil hydrochloride (C14H17N3O2S·HCl), a Rho kinase inhibitor, through a siRNA approach. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: An in vitro cytological experiment was performed in the Cell Laboratory of Henan Academy of Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences between December 2007 and May 2009. MATERIALS: MSCs were obtained from Wistar rat femoral bone, fasudil hydrochloride was provided by Tianjin Chase Sun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Rn-notch1-siRNa, negative control siRNA (Cy3 label) and Rn-MAPK1 control siRNA were provided by QIAGEN, Coloqne, German. METHODS: The cultured MSCs were divided into non-transfected, transfected group (transfected with Rn-Notch1-siRNA), positive control (transfected with Rn-MAPK-1 control siRNA), and negative control (transfected with negative control siRNA) groups. Fasudil hydrochloride was applied to induce MSCs to differentiate into neurons. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The fluorescence expression by the transfected MSCs was observed under an inverted fluorescence microscope; the expression of Notch1 mRNA, Hes1 mRNA, and MAPK1 mRNA in MSCs was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction; the expression of Notch1 protein, nestin, neurofilament M, and glial fibrillary acidic protein was detected by immunocytochemistry. The viability of MSCs was detected by tetrazolium bromide assay. RESULTS: MSC fluorescence increased following a 72-hour siRNA transfection, with transfection efficiencies of up to (0.91 ± 0.04); the Notch1 mRNA and Hes1 mRNA expressed by transfected MSCs was significantly decreased (P < 0.05) compared with non-transfected cells. Fasudil hydrochloride induced MSCs to differentiate into neurons with greater efficiency in the transfected group (P < 0.05). 18Multi-scale validation strategy for satellite albedo products and its uncertainty analysis显示文摘Coarse-resolution satellite albedo products are important for climate change and energy balance research because of their capability to characterize the spatiotemporal patterns of land surface parameters at both the regional and global scales. The accuracy of coarse-resolution products is usually assessed via comparison with in situ measurements. The key issue in the comparison of remote sensing observations with in situ measurements is scaling and uncertainty. This paper presents a strategy for validating 1-km-resolution remote sensing albedo products using field measurements and high-resolution remote sensing observations. Field measurements were collected to calibrate the high-resolution(30 m) albedo products derived from HJ-1a/b images. Then, the calibrated high-resolution albedo maps were resampled(i.e., upscaled) to assess the accuracy of the coarse-resolution albedo products. The samples of field measurements and high-resolution pixels are based on an uncertainty analysis. Two types of coarse-resolution albedo datasets, from global land surface satellite(GLASS) and moderate-resolution imaging spectroradiometer(MODIS), are validated over the middle reaches of the Heihe River in China. The results indicate that the upscaled HJ(Huan Jing means environment in Chinese and this refers to a satellite constellation designed for environment and disaster monitoring by China) albedo, which was calibrated using field measurements, can provide accurate reference values for validating coarse-resolution satellite albedo products. 20Genetic and Molecular Characterization of H9N2 Avian Influenza Viruses Isolated from Live Poultry Markets in Hubei Province, Central China, 2013–2017显示文摘H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus(AIV)is an influenza A virus that is widely spread throughout Asia,where it jeopardizes the poultry industry and provides genetic material for emerging human pathogens.To better understand the epidemicity and genetics of H9 subtype AIVs,we conducted active surveillance in live poultry markets(LPMs)in Hubei Province from 2013 to 2017.A total of 4798 samples were collected from apparent healthy poultry and environment.Realtime RT-PCR revealed that the positivity rate of influenza A was 26.6%(1275/4798),of which the H9 subtype accounted for 50.3%(641/1275)of the positive samples.Of the 132 H9N2 viral strains isolated,48 representative strains were subjected to evolutionary analysis and genotyping.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that all H9N2 viral genes had 91.1%–100%nucleotide homology,clustered with genotype 57,and had high homology with human H9N2 viruses isolated from2013 to 2017 in China.Using a nucleotide divergence cutoff of 95%,we identified ten distinct H9N2 genotypes that continued to change over time.Molecular analysis demonstrated that six H9N2 isolates had additional potential glycosylation sites at position 218 in the hemagglutinin protein,and all isolates had I155 T and Q226 L mutations.Moreover,44 strains had A558 V mutations in the PB2 protein and four had E627 V mutations,along with H9N2 human infection strains A/Beijing/1/2016 and A/Beijing/1/2017.These results emphasize that the H9N2 influenza virus in Hubei continues to mutate and undergo mammalian adaptation changes,indicating the necessity of strengthening the surveillance of the AIV H9N2 subtype in LPMs.Zhibin Hu Fuhu Peng Zhenghui Xiong Wanpo Zhang Tingting Li Yuejun Shi Jun Xie Xin Jin Jingjing Huang Hongde Xiao Dingren Bi Nianhua Song Zili Li 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,2:4
