| 2 | A novel fault section locating method based on distance matching degree in distribution network显示文摘Fault section location of a single-phase grounding fault is affected by the neutral grounding mode of the system, transition resistance, and the blind zone. A fault section locating method based on an amplitude feature and an intelligent distance algorithm is proposed to eliminate the influence of the above factors. By analyzing and comparing the amplitude characteristics of the zero-sequence current transient components at both ends of the healthy section and the faulty section, a distance algorithm with strong abnormal data immune capability is introduced in this paper. The matching degree of the amplitude characteristics at both ends of the feeder section are used as the criterion and by comparing with the set threshold, the faulty section is effectively determined. | 3 | Calibration procedures for the CHASE/HIS science data显示文摘The Hα line is an important optical line in solar observations containing the information from the photosphere to the chromosphere. To study the mechanisms of solar eruptions and the plasma dynamics in the lower atmosphere, the Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE) was launched into a Sun-synchronous orbit on October 14, 2021. The scientific payload of the CHASE satellite is the Hα Imaging Spectrograph(HIS). The CHASE/HIS acquires, for the first time, seeing-free Hα spectroscopic observations with high spectral and temporal resolutions. It consists of two observational modes. The raster scanning mode provides full-Sun or region-of-interest spectra at Hα(6559.7-6565.9 ?) and Fe I(6567.8-6570.6 ?) wavebands. The continuum imaging mode obtains full-Sun photospheric images at around 6689 ?. In this paper, we present detailed calibration procedures for the CHASE/HIS science data, including the dark-field and flat-field correction, slit image curvature correction, wavelength and intensity calibration, and coordinate transformation. | 5 | Catch bond-inspired hydrogels with repeatable and loading rate-sensitive specific adhesion显示文摘Biological receptor-ligand adhesion governed by mammalian cells involves a series of mechanochemical pro-cesses that can realize reversible,loading rate-dependent specific interfacial bonding,and even exhibit a counterintuitive behavior called catch bonds that tend to have much longer lifetimes when larger pulling forces are applied.Inspired by these catch bonds,we designed a hydrogen bonding-meditated hydrogel made from acrylic acid-N-acryloyl glycinamide(AA-NAGA)copolymers and tannic acids(TA),which formed repeatable specific adhesion to polar surfaces in an ultra-fast and robust way,but hardly adhered to nonpolar materials.It demonstrated up to five-fold increase in shear adhesive strength and interfacial adhesive toughness with external loading rates varying from 5 to 500 mm min^(-1).With a mechanochemical coupling model based on Monte Carlo simulations,we quantitatively revealed the nonlinear dependence of rate-sensitive interfacial adhesion on external loading,which was in good agreement with the experimental data.Likewise,the developed hydrogels were biocompatible,possessed antioxidant and antibacterial properties and promoted wound healing.This work not only reports a stimuli-responsive hydrogel adhesive suitable for multiple biomedical applications,but also offers an innovative strategy for bionic designs of smart hydrogels with loading rate-sensitive specific adhesion for various emerging areas including flexible electronics and soft robotics. | Zuoying Yuan Xiaocen Duan Xing Su Zhuoling Tian Anqi Jiang Zhuo Wan Hao Wang Pengfei Wei Bo Zhao Xiaozhi Liu Jianyong Huang | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,3: | 1 |

| 9 | Freestanding and Ultra‑flexible PAN/ZIF‑67 Hybrid Membrane with Controlled Porosity for High‑Performance and High‑Safety Lithium Batteries Separator显示文摘Herein,a flexible ZIF-67/PAN hybrid membrane was successfully prepared by the incorporation of ZIF-67 nanoparticles and PAN nanofibers through electrospinning method.The hybrid membrane presented tomatoes on sticks structures with one single PAN fiber stringing series of ZIF-67 nanoparticles.The morphology,electrolyte wettability,heat resistance,flexibility,and electrochemical properties of the electrospun ZIF-67/PAN membranes were discussed.Among the membranes prepared with different percentage of ZIF-67,the 30% ZIF-67/PAN membrane exhibited outstanding heat shrinkage resistance(remained intact at 200℃ for 1 h),excellent electrolyte uptake(556.39%),wide electrochemical window(~5.25 V)and high ionic conductivity(2.98 mS cm^(−1)).When used as lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)separators,the cells assembled by 30% ZIF-67/PAN membrane presented excellent rate capacity and high capacity retention of 86.9% after 300 cycles at 1C.More importantly,the cells assembled with ZIF-67/PAN membranes repeated bent for 1000 times also exhibited high rate performance and maintained capacity retention of 92% after 100 cycles at 1 C.The characterization and the electrochemical testing suggest the electrospinning prepared ZIF-67/PAN flexible membranes can be expected to be used as potential separator for advanced batteries with high safety and high performance. | Mao Guo Hangyi Zhu Pengfei Wan Feng Xu Caihong Wang Shengjun Lu Yufei Zhang Haosen Fan Jian Xu | 2022 | Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,6: | 1 |

| 15 | Mining favorable alleles for five agronomic traits from the elite rapeseed cultivar Zhongshuang 11 by QTL mapping and integration显示文摘Zhongshuang 11(ZS11) is an elite inbred rapeseed(Brassica napus L.) cultivar widely planted in the Yangtze River basin for its favorable characteristics including high seed oil content(SOC), low seed glucosinolate content(SGC), long siliques, and stable yield. To transfer the ideal traits from ZS11 into 195-14 A, a Polima(pol)-type cytoplasmic male sterile line with high general combining ability, a doubled haploid population derived from the cross of ZS11 and 195-14 A was developed. Based on this population,a high-density genetic linkage map covering 2553 c M with an average marker interval of 0.81 c M, was constructed using the Brassica 60 K SNP array and simple sequence repeats. In seven environments, 64,29, 35, 37, and 33 QTL were identified for silique length, seeds per silique, seed density per silique,SOC, and SGC, respectively. Most favorable alleles were from ZS11. Seventy-one consensus QTL were identified by a QTL meta-analysis, eight of which(cqSL–A9–2, cqSL–C7, cqSGC–C2, cqSOC–A5–2, cqSOC–A5–3, cqSPS–A6–2, cqSPS–A7–2, and cqSDPS–A9–2) were assigned as major QTL. Comparative genomics and expression analysis predicted 72 candidate genes underlying the 21 consensus QTL for the five traits.These findings suggest the genetic basis of the superior performance of ZS11 and suggest favorable alleles for development of cultivars with improved yield and quality. | 16 | Zipper head mechanism of telomere synthesis by human telomerase显示文摘Telomerase,a multi-subunit ribonucleoprotein complex,is a unique reverse transcriptase that catalyzes the processive addition of a repeat sequence to extend the telomere end using a short fragment of its own RNA component as the template.Despite recent structural characterizations of human and Tetrahymena telomerase,it is still a mystery how telomerase repeatedly uses its RNA template to synthesize telomeric DNA.Here,we report the cryo-EM structure of human telomerase holoenzyme bound with telomeric DNA at resolutions of 3.5 Åand 3.9 Åfor the catalytic core and biogenesis module,respectively.The structure reveals that a leucine residue Leu980 in telomerase reverse transcriptase(TERT)catalytic subunit functions as a zipper head to limit the length of the short primer–template duplex in the active center.Moreover,our structural and computational analyses suggest that TERT and telomerase RNA(hTR)are organized to harbor a preformed active site that can accommodate short primer–template duplex substrates for catalysis.Furthermore,our findings unveil a double-fingers architecture in TERT that ensures nucleotide addition processivity of human telomerase.We propose that the zipper head Leu980 is a structural determinant for the sequence-based pausing signal of DNA synthesis that coincides with the RNA element-based physical template boundary.Functional analyses unveil that the non-glycine zipper head plays an essential role in both telomerase repeat addition processivity and telomere length homeostasis.In addition,we also demonstrate that this zipper head mechanism is conserved in all eukaryotic telomerases.Together,our study provides an integrated model for telomerase-mediated telomere synthesis. | Futang Wan Yongbo Ding Yuebin Zhang Zhenfang Wu Shaobai Li Lin Yang Xiangyu Yan Pengfei Lan Guohui Li Jian Wu Ming Lei | 2021 | Cell Research2021,31,12: | 0 |
