2Luminescent properties of Dy^3+/Eu^3+ doped fluorescent glass for white LED based on oxyfluoride matrix显示文摘Rare earth ion-doped fluorescent glass has become a hotspot due to its characteristics.This work shows that the prepared Dy^3+and Dy^3+/Eu^3+doped glasses have white light emission under ultraviolet excitation.There is a higher yellow light/blue light(Y/B)value,indicating an increase in the covalentity of Dy-O,and decrease in the symmetry with the increasing concentration of dopants(Dy^3+).The correlated color temperature(CCT)can be effectively reduced by the red light emission of Eu^3+,and the order of influence of excitation wavelength on CCT is 395 nm>382 nm>365 nm.The delay curve demonstrates the energy transfer from Dy^3+to Eu^3+.The glass has the characteristics of anti-blue light damage and wide tunable color temperature,which illustrates that it has potential application in the field of white LED.Jingxi An Shuang Zhang Ruiwang Liu Guangxu Hu Zhiwei Zhang Yiyu Qiu Yanyan Zhou Fanming Zeng Zhongmin Su 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,1:5
3Optically sizing single atmospheric particulates with a 10-nm resolution using a strong evanescent field显示文摘Although an accurate evaluation of the distribution of ultrafine particulate matter in air is of utmost significance to public health,the usually used PM2.5 index fails to provide size distribution information.Here we demonstrate a low-profile and cavity-free size spectrometer for probing fine and ultrafine particulate matter by using the enhanced particle-perturbed scattering in strong optical evanescent fields of a nanofiber array.The unprecedented size resolution reaches 10 nm for detecting single 100-nm-diameter nanoparticles by employing uniform nanofibers and controlling the polarizations of the probe light.This size spectrometry was tested and used to retrieve the size distribution of particulate matter in the air of Beijing,yielding mass concentrations of nanoparticles,as a secondary exercise,consistent with the officially released data.This nanofiber-array probe shows potential for the full monitoring of air pollution and for studying early-stage haze evolution and can be further extended to explore nanoparticle interactions.Xiao-Chong Yu Yanyan Zhi Shui-Jing Tang Bei-Bei Li Qihuang Gong Cheng-Wei Qiu Yun-Feng Xiao 2018Light(Science & Applications)2018,7,1:4
4Sunlight responsive photocatalysts:AgBr/ZnO hybridna nomaterial显示文摘A novel high-effective sunlight-induced AgBr/ZnO hybrid nanophotocatalyst has been synthesized and it was characterized by different techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry (UV-vis). The AgBr/ZnO hybrid nanophotocatalyst has excellent photocatalytic activity for photodegradation of methyl orange (MO) under sunlight irradiation. The MO degradation efficiency for AgBr/ZnO is about 98% after 1 hour under sunlight irradiation. These results suggested that AgBr/ZnO is a promising candidate for the development of highly efficient sunlight photocatalysts. 5Antioxidative and immunological effects of Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides on the spleen injury of diabetic rats显示文摘OBJEVTIVE:To investigate the effects of Cyclocarya paliurus(C.paliurus)polysaccharides on the spleen injury of diabetic rats.METHODS:Animals were divided into 6 groups,including normal group,model group,control group,low-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment,middle-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment and high-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment.Histological analysis of spleen was analyzed using hematoxilin and eosin.Levels of biological parameters and anti-oxidative enzymes were determined by spectrophotometry.Interleukin-7(IL-7)and IL-10 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS:Compared with that of model group,superoxide dismutase,catalase,glutathione peroxidase,glutathione reductase level increased 78.63%(P<0.05),51.76%(P<0.05),2.95 times(P<0.01)and 41.11%(P<0.05)in the high-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment,respectively.IL-7 and IL-10 increase 1.66(P<0.01)and 1.21 times(P<0.01)in the high-dose group of C.paliurus polysaccharides treatment,respectively.CONCLUSION:It is suggested that C.paliurus polysaccharides may play a protecting role for spleen injury of diabetic rats by enhancing the antioxidative ability and evaluating the immunity.XIA Xichao LI Bin QIU Ju TIAN Gang CHEN Changdong LA Ming ZHANG Ke QI Jinxu LI Yanyan GAO Huashan SHAO Xiangyang SU Congying WANG Mengqi OUYANG Jingfeng 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,5:2

16Allosteric probe-modified liposome loading bufalin-fluorouracil complex for targeted colorectal cancer therapy显示文摘Objective Bufalin,the main active anti-tumor monomer of toad venom,is crucial in cancer treatment.However,intrinsic issues,such as poor solubility and systematic toxicity,have considerably mitigated its anticancer functions and caused unwanted side effects.It is essential to develop innovative targeting systems to precisely and efficiently deliver anticancer drugs to achieve satisfying therapeutic efficiency.Methods This work established a novel and more efficient system for simultaneously detecting and killing colorectal cancer cells.The proposed method designed two allosteric probes,a report probe and a recognize probe.The method exhibited high sensitivity towards cell detection via the recognizing probe identifying target cancer cells and the report probe’s signal report.Combining bufalin and fluorouracil endowed better tumor cell inhibition.Results We observed significantly enhanced fluorescence dots surrounding the HCT-116 cell membranes.No fluorescence increments in the other three cells were identified,indicating that the established liposome complex could specifically bind with target cells.In addition,the best ratio of bufalin to fluorouracil was 0.15 and 0.5,respectively.This improved the anti-tumor effects and achieved more than 60%tumor cell inhibition.Conclusion This method will provide new opportunities for intracellular biomolecule detection and targeted cancer cell therapy.Fajiang Mao Xingli Wu Chenyue Yuan Haiyan Huang Yanyan Qiu Jianlin Ren Peihao Yin 2022Oncology and Translational Medicine2022,8,5:0
17LIMK2 is required for membrane cytoskeleton reorganization of contracting airway smooth muscle显示文摘Airway smooth muscle(ASM)has developed a mechanical adaption mechanism by which it transduces force and responds to environmental forces,which is essential for periodic breathing.Cytoskeletal reorganization has been implicated in this process,but the regulatory mechanism remains to be determined.We here observe that ASM abundantly expresses cytoskeleton regulators Limk1 and Limk2,and their expression levels are further upregulated in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)animals.By establishing mouse lines with deletions of Limk1 or Limk2,we analyse the length-sensitive contraction,F/Gactin dynamics,and F-actin pool of mutant ASM cells.As LIMK1 phosphorylation does not respond to the contractile stimulation,LIMK1-deficient ASM develops normal maximal force,while LIMK2 or LIMK1/LIMK2 deficient ASMs show approximately 30%inhibition.LIMK2 deletion causes a significant decrease in cofilin phosphorylation along with a reduced F/G-actin ratio.As LIMK2 functions independently of cross-bridge movement,this observation indicates that LIMK2 is necessary for F-actin dynamics and hence force transduction.Moreover,LIMK2-deficient ASMs display abolishes stretching-induced suppression of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)but not acetylcholine-evoks force,which is due to the differential contraction mechanisms adopted by the agonists.We propose that LIMK2-mediated cofilin phosphorylation is required for membrane cytoskeleton reorganization that is necessary for ASM mechanical adaption including the 5-HT-evoked length-sensitive effect.Yeqiong Li Yuwei Zhou Pei Wang Tao Tao Lisha Wei Ye Wang Wei Wang Yanyan Zheng Zhihui Jiang Tiantian Qiu Wei Zhao Jie Sun Xin Chen Xue-Na Zhang Min-Sheng Zhu 2021Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021,48,6:0
18Cellularmetabolism: A key player in cancer ferroptosis显示文摘Cellular metabolism is the fundamental process by which cells maintain growth and self-renewal.It produces energy,furnishes raw materials,and intermedi-ates for biomolecule synthesis,and modulates enzyme activity to sustain normal cellular functions.Cellular metabolism is the foundation of cellular life processes and plays a regulatory role in various biological functions,including pro-grammed cell death.Ferroptosis is a recently discovered form of iron-dependent programmed cell death.The inhibition of ferroptosis plays a crucial role in tumorigenesis and tumor progression.However,the role of cellular metabolism,particularly glucose and amino acid metabolism,in cancer ferroptosis is not well understood.Here,we reviewed glucose,lipid,amino acid,iron and sele-nium metabolism involvement in cancer cell ferroptosis to elucidate the impact of different metabolic pathways on this process.Additionally,we provided a detailed overview of agents used to induce cancer ferroptosis.We explained that the metabolism of tumor cells plays a crucial role in maintaining intracellu-lar redox homeostasis and that disrupting the normal metabolic processes in these cells renders them more susceptible to iron-induced cell death,resulting in enhanced tumor cell killing.The combination of ferroptosis inducers and cel-lular metabolism inhibitors may be a novel approach to future cancer therapy and an important strategy to advance the development of treatments.Xianjie Jiang Qiu Peng Mingjing Peng Linda Oyang Honghan Wang Qiang Liu Xuemeng Xu Nayiyuan Wu Shiming Tan Wenjuan Yang Yaqian Han Jinguan Lin Longzheng Xia Yanyan Tang Xia Luo Jie Dai Yujuan Zhou Qianjin Liao 2024Cancer Communications2024,44,2:0
19The effects of amino groups and open metal sites of MOFs on polymer-based electrolytes for all-solid-state lithium metal batteries显示文摘Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) are becoming more and more popular as the fillers in polymer electrolytes in recent years. In this study, a series of MOFs(NH_(2)-MIL-101(Fe), MIL-101(Fe), activated NH_(2)-MIL-101(Fe) and activated MIL-101(Fe)) were synthesized and added to PEO-based solid composite electrolytes(SCEs). Furthermore, the role of the —NH_(2) groups and open metal sites(OMSs) were both examined. Different ratios of MOFs vs polymers were also studied by the electrochemical characterizations. At last, we successfully designed a novel solid composite electrolyte containing activated NH_(2)-MIL-101(Fe),PEO, Li TFSI and PVDF for the high-performance all-solid-state lithium-metal batteries. 20Corrosion Behavior of GH3535 Alloy Induced by Selenium显示文摘Corrosion behavior of a Ni-16Mo-7Cr base superalloy was systematically investigated under a selenium(Se)atmosphere at 700°C.It shows that Se can react with the alloy elements such as Ni,Mo,Cr et al.to form a reaction layer at the surface of alloy,which is mainly composed of Ni_(2)Se_(3),MoSe_(2),and Cr_(3)Se_(4).The tensile properties of the alloy are not greatly affected by changes of Se content.The slight decrease in the tensile strength is attributed to the formation of the reaction layer,which leads to the decrease in the effective undertaking area of the alloy.No intergranular diffusion characteristic of Se elements was observed,and the Se effect of embrittlement on grain boundaries is weaker than that of tellurium(Te).Zhenyuan Zhu Fenfen Han Yanyan Jia Changying Wang Cuilan Ren Hanxun Qiu Xingtai Zhou 2023Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2023,36,6:0
