| 3 | Cell Membrane-camouflaged Multi-functional Dendritic Large Pore Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticles for Combined Photothermal Therapy and Radiotherapy of Cancer显示文摘Combining photothermal therapy and radiotherapy(PTT-RT) with reducing tumor hypoxia acts as an important antitumor modality. However, it is a great challenge to realize photothermal therapy, radiotherapy and exogenous oxygen supply in one nanosystem. To realize a combination of the three functions, we fabricated a red blood cell membrane(RBCm)-camouflaged, red blood cell content(RBCc) and the copper sulfide(CuS) co-loaded dendritic large pore mesoporous silica nanoparticle(DLMSN/CuS/RBCc/ RBCm). The cell membrane coating endowed the nanoparticles with good stability in the physiological environment, and CuS allowed the nanoparticle exhibiting good photothermal and radiosensitization properties. RBCc loaded nanoparticle DLMSN/CuS/RBCc enhanced superior anti-tumor effect than DLMSN/CuS during combined PTT-RT therapy because the introduction of RBCc increased the exogenous oxygen supply. The in vitro study further demonstrated that the combination of photothermal therapy and radiotherapy induced superior antitumor efficacy than single therapy. | 6 | Microstructures, mechanical properties and in vitro corrosion behavior of biodegradable Zn alloys microalloyed with Al, Mn, Cu, Ag and Li elements显示文摘In this work,Zn microalloyed with Al,Mn,Cu,Ag and Li was cast,annealed and extruded.The results showed that addition of multiple trace elements causes significant change in the microstructures,mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of Zn-0.1Al-0.1Mn-0.1Cu-0.1Ag(^(1)ZM),Zn-0.1Al-0.1Mn-0.1Cu0.1Ag-0.1Li(^(2)ZM-0.1Li)and Zn-0.1Al-0.1Mn-0.1Cu-0.1Ag-0.35Li(^(3)ZM-0.35Li)alloys.Two ternary phases with the approximate compositions of Al_(13)Mn_(3)Zn_(34) and Al_(10)MnZn_(89) phases are formed in the casting and annealing processes of these alloys,respectively.Wavyβ-LiZn_(4) lamellae that have not been extensively reported are precipitated from the primary Zn dendrites in the casting process of ZM-0.35Li alloy.Also,Zn laths are precipitated from the eutecticβ-LiZn_(4) phase in the annealing process of ZM-0.35Li alloy.The above-mentioned phases are crushed or elongated in the as-extruded alloys,which play an important role in improving the strength of the alloys.All the as-extruded alloys have typical(0001)basal texture,accompanied with relatively low{0001}<1120>slip and high{1012}<1011>twinning Schmid factors,which are advantageous and disadvantageous to the strength enhancement of the alloys,respectively.All the as-cast alloys exhibit poor mechanical properties,especially low ductility.The as-extruded ZM alloy exhibits ultrahigh ductility,with an elongation of up to 82.2%±2.94%.The as-extruded ZM0.35Li alloy shows the best comprehensive mechanical properties,with yield strength,ultimate tensile strength,elongation and hardness of 380±1.6 MPa,449±7.4 MPa,62.3%±4.63%and 98±1.4 HV,respectively.Electrochemical corrosion rates of the ZM,ZM-0.1Li and ZM-0.35Li alloys are 0.241±0.004,0.206±0.006 and 0.189±0.008 mm/year,respectively.In vitro immersion corrosion rates(after 26 d in SBF solution)of them are 0.134±0.005,0.125±0.004 and 0.121±0.003 mm/year,respectively.The as-extruded ZM-0.35Li alloy exhibits the best corrosion resistance. | Lei Li Huanzheng Jiao Congfu Liu Lin Yang Yusong Suo Ruixue Zhang Tie Liu Jianzhong Cui | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,8: | 1 |

| 11 | Tensile Behavior of Strain Hardening Cementitious Composites (SHCC) Containing Reactive Recycled Powder from Various C&D Waste显示文摘This work investigates the feasibility of utilizing reactive recycled powder(RP)from construction and demolition(C&D)waste as supplementary cementitious material(SCM)to achieve a ductile strain hardening cementitious composites(SHCC).The recycled mortar powder(RMP)from mortar waste,recycled concrete powder(RCP)from concrete waste and recycled brick powder(RBP)from clay brick waste were first prepared,and the micro-properties and tensile behavior of SHCC containing various types and replacement ratios of RPs were determined.The incorporated RP promotes pozzolanic and filler effects,while the hydration products in cementitious materials decrease with RP incorporation;therefore,the incorporated RP decreases the compressive strength of SHCC.Attributed to the reduction in the matrix strength,the incorporated RP increases the crack-bridging extent and ductility of SHCC;the irregular micro-structure and high reactivity of RP also help the strain-hardening performance of the prepared SHCC.In addition,the strainhardening performance of SHCC containing RMP and RBP is surperior to that of SHCC with RCP and is slightly lower than that of SHCC with fly ash(FA);for instance,the ultimate strain of SHCC containing 54%FA,RMP,RCP and RBP is 3.67%,3.61%,2.52%and 3.53%,respectively.In addition,the strain-hardening behavior of an SHCC doubled mix with FA and RMP or RBP has a similar ultimate strain and a higher ultimate stress than SHCC containing only FA. | Ruixue Wu Tiejun Zhao Peng Zhang Dingyi Yang Miao Liu Zhiming Ma | 2021 | Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,4: | 1 |
| 12 | Formamidinium-incorporated Dion-Jacobson phase 2D perovskites for highly efficient and stable photovoltaics显示文摘Dion-Jacobson phase two-dimensional(DJ 2D)perovskites,recently attracting considerable interests,exhibit excellent environmental stability and structural tunability,but their solar cells still offer unsatisfactory power conversion efficiencies(PCEs).Herein,we develop DJ 2D perovskites employing formamidinium(FA+)as a ternary cation in the perovskite cages((PDA)(FA)x(MA)3-xPb4 I13,χ=0,0.15,0.3 and 0.6,PDA=1,3-propanediammonium)for highly efficient and stable perovskite solar cells(PSCs).We found that the DJ 2D perovskite with a 10%FA+fraction presents improved crystallinity,preferred vertical orientation,and longer charge carrier lifetime compared to that without FA+doping.As a result,the FAdoped DJ 2D PSCs exhibit a champion PCE of 14.74%with superior device stability.The unencapsulated devices sustain over 92%of its initial PCE after storage at a constant relative humidity(RH)of 65%for 6000 h,90%by heat at 85℃in air for 800 h,and 94%under 1-sun illumination for 5000 h.These findings demonstrate that the incorporation of FA cation into the DJ 2D perovskite is a promising strategy to develop highly efficient and stable DJ 2D PSCs. | Sajjad Ahmad Wei Yu Ruixue Lu Yang Liu Tonggang Jiu Shuping Pang Xin Guo Can Li | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,6: | 1 |

| 14 | Atomically dispersed Fe sites on hierarchically porous carbon nanoplates for oxygen reduction reaction显示文摘Developing cost-effective,robust and stable non-precious metal catalysts for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) is of paramount importance for electrochemical energy conversion devices such as fuel cells and metal-air batteries.Although Fe-N-C single atom catalysts(SACs) have been hailed as the most promising candidate due to the optimal binding strength of ORR intermediates on the Fe-N_(4) sites,they suffer from serious mass transport limitations as microporous templates/substrates,i.e.,zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIFs),are usually employed to host the active sites.Motivated by this challenge,we herein develop a hydrogen-bonded organic framework(HOF)-assisted pyrolysis strategy to construct hierarchical micro/mesoporous carbon nanoplates for the deposition of atomically dispersed Fe-N_(4) sites.Such a design is accomplished by employing HOF nanoplates assembled from 2-aminoterephthalic acid(NH_(2)-BDC) and p-phenylenediamine(PDA) as both soft templates and C,N precursors.Benefitting from the structural merits inherited from HOF templates,the optimized catalyst(denoted as Fe-N-C SAC-950) displays outstanding ORR activity with a high half-wave potential of 0.895 V(vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)) and a small overpotential of 356 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2) for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).More excitingly,its application potential is further verified by delivering superb rechargeability and cycling stability with a nearly unfading charge-discharge gap of 0.72 V after 160 h.Molecular dynamics(MD) simulations reveal that micro/mesoporous structure is conducive to the rapid mass transfer of O_(2),thus enhancing the ORR performance.In situ Raman results further indicate that the conversion of O_(2) to~*O_(2)-the rate-determining step(RDS) for Fe-N-C SAC-950.This work will provide a versatile strategy to construct single atom catalysts with desirable catalytic properties. | Ruixue Zheng Qinglei Meng Hao Zhang Teng Li Di Yang Li Zhang Xiaolong Jia Changpeng Liu Jianbing Zhu Xiaozheng Duan Meiling Xiao Wei Xing | 2024 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,90,3: | 0 |

| 18 | Effects of transport stress on immune response, physiological state, and WSSV concentration in the red swamp crayfish Procambarus clarkii显示文摘Transport is an essential part of the aquaculture and research of the main freshwater aquaculture crayfish Procambarus clarkii in China.However,transport is often accompanied by a low survival rate.Assessing the physiological state of P.clarkii before and after transport may discover the cause of this high mortality rate.In this study,ice-cold and exposed-to-air transport methods were compared using an array of parameters,including relative expression level of heat shock protein 70(HSP70),content of serum glucose and cortisol,immune parameters(enzyme and immune-related genes),and white spot syndrome virus(WSSV)concentration were investigated to understand the physiological state of P.clarkii before and after transport,as well as the cause of dying crayfish on days 5 and 7 after transport stress.Histological sections of hepatopancreas,gills,and intestines reflected pathological changes.The survival rate of crayfish with ice-cold transport was significantly higher than that with exposed-to-air transport,and mortality peaked at 3-9 days after transport stress.A prolonged response to oxidative stress and short-term immunosuppression was present after transport,and the trend of the WSSV concentration in the hepatopancreas was similar to the mortality rate of P.clarkii.The contents of serum glucose and cortisol,antioxidant enzymes and immune-related indexes,and the concentration of WSSV in hepatopancreas of dying crayfish were significantly higher than those of vibrant crayfish on the 5th and 7th days after transport.The hepatopancreas,intestines,and gills of dying crayfish had varying degrees of damage,and the hepatopancreas and intestines were severely damaged.The results suggested that the death of P.clarkii after transport stress is caused by oxidative stress,the imbalance of reactive oxygen species regulation,and decreased WSSV resistance,which eventually led to irreversible tissue damage.The increase of WSSV in the body of crayfish might be the direct cause of crayfish death. | Ruixue Shi Siqi Yang Qishuai Wang Long Zhang Yanhe Li | 2023 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2023,8,5: | 0 |

| 20 | Metabolic profiles and morphological characteristics of leaf tips among different sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas Lam.)varieties显示文摘Sweet potato leaf tips have high nutritional value,and exploring the differences in the metabolic profiles of leaf tips among different sweet potato varieties can provide information to improve their qualities.In this study,a UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap/MS-based untargeted metabolomics method was used to evaluate the metabolites in leaf tips of 32 sweet potato varieties.Three varieties with distinct overall metabolic profiles(A01,A02,and A03),two varieties with distinct profiles of phenolic acids(A20 and A18),and three varieties with distinct profiles of flavonoids(A05,A12,and A16)were identified.In addition,a total of 163 and 29 differentially expressed metabolites correlated with the color and leaf shape of sweet potato leaf tips,respectively,were identified through morphological characterization.Group comparison analysis of the phenotypic traits and a metabolite-phenotypic trait correlation analysis indicated that the color differences of sweet potato leaf tips were markedly associated with flavonoids.Also,the level of polyphenols was correlated with the leaf shape of sweet potato leaf tips,with lobed leaf types having higher levels of polyphenols than the entire leaf types.The findings on the metabolic profiles and differentially expressed metabolites associated with the morphology of sweet potato leaf tips can provide useful information for breeding sweet potato varieties with higher nutritional value. | Wenqing Tan Xinbo Guo Zhangying Wang Rong Zhang Chaochen Tang Bingzhi Jiang Ruixue Jia Yuanyuan Deng Shaohai Yang Jingyi Chen | 2024 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2024,23,2: | 0 |
