1Quantitative Prediction of Reduction in Large Pipe Setting Round Process显示文摘The control manner during the process to ensure the quality of pipe products mainly relies on the operator's experience, so it is very necessary to study the setting round process and obtain its spring-back law. The setting round process is shaping an oval section pipe into circular section, so it is difficult to provide a quantificational analysis for its spring-back process because of the curvature inequality of pipe section neutral layer. However, the spring-back law of the circle-oval process can be easily predicted. The experimental method is firstly used to establish the equivalent effect between the setting round process and the circle-oval process. The setting round process can be converted into the circle-oval process. There are two difficulties in the theoretical analysis for the circle-oval process: elastic-plastic bending problem of curved beam; statically indeterminate problem. A quantitative analytic method for the circle-oval process is presented on the basis of combination of the spring-back law of plane curved beam with the element dividing idea in finite element method. The ovality after unloading versus the relative reduction is plotted with analytical and experimental results respectively, which shows a fair agreement. Finally, the method of quantitative prediction of reduction for large pipe setting round is given based on the equivalent effect and the analytical results. Five pipes, which are needed to be set round, are used to carry out experiment so as to verify this method. The results of verification experiment indicates that, in the experimental range, the residual ovality are all under 0.35% after the once only setting round with the theoretical prediction reductions. It is much less than the 1% requirement of pipe standard. 2An Iterative Compensation Algorithm for Springback Control in Plane Deformation and Its Application显示文摘In order to solve the springback problem in sheet metal forming, the trial and error method is a widely used method in the factory, which is time-consuming and costly for its non-direction and non-quantitative. Finite element simulation is an e ective method to predict the springback of complex shape parts, but its precision is sensitive to the simulation model, particularly material model and boundary conditions. In this paper, the simple iterative method is introduced to establish the iterative compensation algorithm, and the convergence criterion of iterative parameters is put forward. In addition, the new algorithm is applied to the V-free bending and stretch-bending processes, and the convergence of curvature and bending angle is proved theoretically and verified experimentally. 3Significant enhancement in the electrical conductance properties of ethylene propylene diene monomer using the nano‐SiO_(2) particles显示文摘To study the effect of nano‐silica particles on the conductivity characteristics of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)insulation,EPDM nanocomposites with different mass fractions of nano silica were prepared via the melt‐blending method.Scanning electron microscopy was used to analyze the dispersion of nanoparticles in EPDM.Based on the Fourier‐transform infrared spectrum,the bonding properties between the nanoparticles and EPDM were analyzed.The steady‐state current at 30-100°C and 1-20 kV/mm was measured.Moreover,the conductivity characteristic was analyzed.The experimental results show that as the content of nano‐silica increases,the electrical conductivity of EPDM nanocomposite as well as the threshold field strength gradually decreases.Samples with a small number of nanoparticles will increase the activation energy of the carrier conductivity,and the interface region effect introduced by nanoparticles will reduce the carrier mobility and concentration,resulting in a lower conductivity.Comparing the calculated value of the dielectric constant with the measured value can conclude that the high‐field conductance process is a combination of the electrode effect and the body effect,which in this case,Schottky effect dominates.Chunyu Xu Ruixue Zhao Chuanyang Li Yuanyuan Li Guodong Zhang Tohid Shahsavarian Mengqiang Yuan Zhipeng Lei 2021High Voltage2021,6,3:2
4RDFAdaptor:Efficient ETL Plugins for RDF Data Process显示文摘Purpose:The interdisciplinary nature and rapid development of the Semantic Web led to the mass publication of RDF data in a large number of widely accepted serialization formats,thus developing out the necessity for RDF data processing with specific purposes.The paper reports on an assessment of chief RDF data endpoint challenges and introduces the RDF Adaptor,a set of plugins for RDF data processing which covers the whole life-cycle with high efficiency.Design/methodology/approach:The RDFAdaptor is designed based on the prominent ETL tool—Pentaho Data Integration—which provides a user-friendly and intuitive interface and allows connect to various data sources and formats,and reuses the Java framework RDF4J as middleware that realizes access to data repositories,SPARQL endpoints and all leading RDF database solutions with SPARQL 1.1 support.It can support effortless services with various configuration templates in multi-scenario applications,and help extend data process tasks in other services or tools to complement missing functions.Findings:The proposed comprehensive RDF ETL solution—RDFAdaptor—provides an easy-to-use and intuitive interface,supports data integration and federation over multi-source heterogeneous repositories or endpoints,as well as manage linked data in hybrid storage mode.Research limitations:The plugin set can support several application scenarios of RDF data process,but error detection/check and interaction with other graph repositories remain to be improved.Practical implications:The plugin set can provide user interface and configuration templates which enable its usability in various applications of RDF data generation,multi-format data conversion,remote RDF data migration,and RDF graph update in semantic query process.Originality/value:This is the first attempt to develop components instead of systems that can include extract,consolidate,and store RDF data on the basis of an ecologically mature data warehousing environment.Jiao Li Guojian Xian Ruixue Zhao Yongwen Huang Yuantao Kou Tingting Luo Tan Sun 2021Journal of Data and Information Science2021,6,3:2
5Performance simulation and optimization of new radiant floor heating based on micro heat pipe array显示文摘This paper proposes two new radiant floor heating structures based on micro heat pipe array(MHPA),namely cement-tile floor and keel-wood floor.The numerical models for these different floor structures are established and verified by experiments.The temperature distribution and heat transfer process of each part are comprehensively obtained,and the structure is optimized.The results show that the cement-tile floor has the better heat transfer performance of the two.When under the same inlet water temperature and flow rate,the keel-wood floor's surface temperature distribution is about 2℃ lower than that of the cement-tile floor.The inlet water temperature of cement-tile floor is about 10℃ lower than that of keel-wood structure when the floor surface temperature is the same.During a longitudinal heat transfer above MHPA,the floor surface temperature decreases by 0.5℃ for every 10 mm filling layer increase.In order to reduce the non-uniformity of the floor's surface temperature and improve the thermal comfort of the heated room,the optimal structure for a floor is given,with the maximum surface temperature difference reduced by 3.35℃.We used research focusing on new radiant floor heating,with advantages including high efficiency heat transfer,low water supply temperature,simple waterway structure,low resistance and leakage risk,to provide theory and data to support the application of an effective radiant floor heating based on MHPA.Heran Jing Zhenhua Quan Ruixue Dong Limin Hao Yunhan Liu Yaohua Zhao 2022Building Simulation2022,15,7:1

7Recent advances in engineering iron oxide nanoparticles for effective magnetic resonance imaging显示文摘Iron oxide nanoparticle(IONP)with unique magnetic property and high biocompatibility have been widely used as magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)contrast agent(CA)for long time.However,a review which comprehensively summarizes the recent development of IONP as traditional T_(2) CA and its new application for different modality of MRI,such as T_(1) imaging,simultaneous T_(2)/T_(1) or MRI/other imaging modality,and as environment responsive CA is rare.This review starts with an investigation of direction on the development of high-performance MRI CA in both T_(2) and T_(1) modal based on quantum mechanical outer sphere and Solomon-Bloembergen-Morgan(SBM)theory.Recent rational attempts to increase the MRI contrast of IONP by adjusting the key parameters,including magnetization,size,effective radius,inhomogeneity of surrounding generated magnetic field,crystal phase,coordination number of water,electronic relaxation time,and surface modification are summarized.Besides the strategies to improve r2 or r1 values,strategies to increase the in vivo contrast efficiency of IONP have been reviewed from three different aspects,those are introducing second imaging modality to increase the imaging accuracy,endowing IONP with environment response capacity to elevate the signal difference between lesion and normal tissue,and optimizing the interface structure to improve the accumulation amount of IONP in lesion.This detailed review provides a deep understanding of recent researches on the development of high-performance IONP based MRI CAs.It is hoped to trigger deep thinking for design of next generation MRI CAs for early and accurate diagnosis.Zhenghuan Zhao Muyao Li Jie Zeng Linlin Huo Kun Liu Ruixue Wei Kaiyuan Ni Jinhao Gao 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,6:1

9Hydroxyl radical production by abiotic oxidation of pyrite under estuarine conditions:The effects of aging,seawater anions and illumination显示文摘Pyrite is widely distributed in estuarine sediments as an inexpensive natural Fenton-like reagent,however,the mechanism on the hydroxyl radical(HO^(·))production by pyrite under estuarine environmental conditions is still poorly understood.The batch experiments were performed to investigate the effects of estuarine conditions including aging(in air,in water),seawater anions(Cl^(-),Br^(-)and HCO_(3)^(-))and light on the HO^(·)production by pyrite oxidation.The one-electron transfer dominated the process from O_(2) to HO^(·)induced by oxidation of pyrite.The Fe(oxyhydr)oxide coatings on the surface of pyrite aged in air and water consumed hydrogen peroxide while mediating the electron transfer,and the combined effect of the two resulted in a suppression of HO^(·)production in the early stage of aging and a promotion of HO^(·)production in the later stage of aging.Corrosion of the surface oxide layers by aggressive anions was the main reason for the inhibition of HO^(·)production by Cl^(-)and Br^(-),and the generation of Cl^(·)and Br^(·)may also play a role in the scavenging of HO^(·).HCO_(3)^(-)increased the average rate of HO^(·)production through surface-CO_(2) complexes formed by adsorption on the surface of pyrite.The significant enhancement of HO^(·)production under light was attributed to the formation of photoelectrons induced by photochemical reactions on pyrite and its surface oxide layers.These findings provide new insights into the environmental chemical behavior of pyrite in the estuary and enrich the understanding of natural remediation of estuarine environments.Ruixue Liu Yinshun Dai Yucheng Feng Shiwen Sun Xiaodong Zhang Chunjiang An Shan Zhao 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,1:1
10Tensile Behavior of Strain Hardening Cementitious Composites (SHCC) Containing Reactive Recycled Powder from Various C&D Waste显示文摘This work investigates the feasibility of utilizing reactive recycled powder(RP)from construction and demolition(C&D)waste as supplementary cementitious material(SCM)to achieve a ductile strain hardening cementitious composites(SHCC).The recycled mortar powder(RMP)from mortar waste,recycled concrete powder(RCP)from concrete waste and recycled brick powder(RBP)from clay brick waste were first prepared,and the micro-properties and tensile behavior of SHCC containing various types and replacement ratios of RPs were determined.The incorporated RP promotes pozzolanic and filler effects,while the hydration products in cementitious materials decrease with RP incorporation;therefore,the incorporated RP decreases the compressive strength of SHCC.Attributed to the reduction in the matrix strength,the incorporated RP increases the crack-bridging extent and ductility of SHCC;the irregular micro-structure and high reactivity of RP also help the strain-hardening performance of the prepared SHCC.In addition,the strainhardening performance of SHCC containing RMP and RBP is surperior to that of SHCC with RCP and is slightly lower than that of SHCC with fly ash(FA);for instance,the ultimate strain of SHCC containing 54%FA,RMP,RCP and RBP is 3.67%,3.61%,2.52%and 3.53%,respectively.In addition,the strain-hardening behavior of an SHCC doubled mix with FA and RMP or RBP has a similar ultimate strain and a higher ultimate stress than SHCC containing only FA.Ruixue Wu Tiejun Zhao Peng Zhang Dingyi Yang Miao Liu Zhiming Ma 2021Journal of Renewable Materials2021,9,4:1

13Phototriggered Formation of a Supramolecular Polymer Network Based on Orthogonal H-Bonding and Host-Guest Recognition显示文摘Supramolecular polymer networks(SPNs)have gained increasing research attention due to their reversible and tunable nature in the preparation of adaptive materials.The use of hierarchical self-assembly techniques is an emerging strategy for the fabrication of smart supramolecular polymer networks,but corresponding study is still rare.Herein,we have reported a novel supramolecular polymer network through complementary host-guest interactions and phototriggered quadruple H-bonding cross-linking.Specifically,we design and synthesize an H1G1-type monomer consisting of a benzo-21-crown-7(B21C7)host(H1),a dialkylammonium salt guest(G1)and a photolabile o-nitrobenzyl ether protected ureidopyrimidinone(Upy)moiety.B21C7 and ammonium moieties can first form a linear supramolecular polymer through complementary host-guest interactions.Under photoirradiation,the Upy groups on the SP side chains were released,and the obtained linear supramolecular polymer could be further transformed into SPN through a quadruple H-bonding cross-linking.Meanwhile,the in situ transformation in the solid state is also accompanied by pronounced enhancement in mechanical properties,which provides foundation for further application of materials in different scenarios.BAI Ruixue YANG Xue ZHAO Jun ZHANG Zhaoming YAN Xuzhou 2023Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2023,39,5:0
14Identification of oleic acid as an endogenous ligand of GPR3显示文摘Although GPR3 plays pivotal roles in both the nervous system and metabolic processes,such as cold-induced thermogenesis,its endogenous ligand remains elusive.Here,by combining structural approach(including cryo-electron microscopy),mass spectrometry analysis,and functional studies,we identify oleic acid(OA)as an endogenous ligand of GPR3.Our study reveals a hydrophobic tunnel within GPR3 that connects the extracellular side of the receptor to the middle of plasma membrane,enabling fatty acids to readily engage the receptor.Functional studies demonstrate that OA triggers downstream Gs signaling,whereas lysophospholipids fail to activate the receptor.Moreover,our research reveals that cold stimulation induces the secretion of OA in mice,subsequently activating Gs/cAMP/PKA signaling in brown adipose tissue.Notably,brown adipose tissues from Gpr3 knockout mice do not respond to OA during cold stimulation,reinforcing the significance of GPR3 in this process.Finally,we propose a“born to be activated and cold to enhance”model for GPR3 activation.Our study provides a starting framework for the understanding of GPR3 signaling in cold-stimulated thermogenesis.Yangjie Xiong Zhenmei Xu Xinzhi Li Yuqin Wang Jing Zhao Na Wang Yaning Duan Ruixue Xia Zhengbin Han Yu Qian Jiale Liang Anqi Zhang Changyou Guo Asuka Inoue Yu Xia Zheng Chen Yuanzheng He 2024Cell Research2024,34,3:0
15Construction of personalized knowledg environment for professional libraries:From the practice of Chinese National Agricultural Library显示文摘Purpose:Centralized on the construction of a personalized knowledge environment that can better meet the need of Chinese agricultural researchers,this paper presents the practice conducted by the National Agricultural Library(NAL)of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences(CAAS)in the digital research environment.Based on the analysis of information needs of Chinese agricultural researchers,CAAS constructed digital research environments for its researchers at different levels,by means of providing more professional knowledge services for targeted researcher users.Design/methodology/approach:On the basis of the construction of public service platform—National Agriculture Information System of the Library of CAAS(i.e.NAL),local resources were integrated with public open resources by using key technologies,such as Web 2.0,knowledge navigation,linked data and intelligent retrieval,to construct an institutional personalized digital repository for CAAS researchers.Findings:By using the construction tool CAASPKE,knowledge environment platforms have been constructed for 10 CAAS institutes,taking roughly 33%of CAAS institutes.In addition,16 discipline information environment platforms have been set up for CAAS research teams,and 5 professional digital libraries for provincial agricultural academies,which spread in Beijing,Shanxi,Sichuan,and the Xinjiang and Tibet Autonomous Regions.Research limitations:User’s local collections ought to be integrated with IR resources of the CAAS platform constantly.Due to the lack of overall knowledge resources,functions of the platform have not been fully explored,so the effect need be evaluated with the time being.Practical implications:The construction of research knowledge environment in CAAS has not only contributed to the development of its personalized knowledge service system,but also made the functions of libraries transformed into the information service system.In this case,CAAS libraries are now playing more and more important roles in the innovation process of Chinese agricultural researchers.Originality/value:The innovative practice is the first endeavor that ever implemented in the agricultural information service area across China's Mainland.The construction tool developed for the knowledge environment of personalization could customize resources flexibly according to the need of different CAAS users,and it can organize the knowledge resources of CAAS institutes effectively.Ruixue ZHAO Xianxue MENG Yuantao KOU 2013Chinese Journal of Library and Information Science2013,,4:0
16Response of MaHMA2 gene expression and stress tolerance to zinc stress in mulberry(Morus alba L.)显示文摘HMA2(heavy metal ATPase 2)plays a crucial role in extracellular and intracellular Zn^(2+)transport across biomembranes,maintaining ion homeostasis,and playing an important role in the normal physiological metabolism,growth,and development of plants.In our study,a novel HMA2 gene,named MaHMA2,was isolated and cloned from white mulberry(Morus alba L.).The gene sequence obtained was 1,342 bp long,with an open reading frame of 1,194 bp,encoding a protein of 397 amino acids,with a predicted molecular mass of 42.852 kD and an isoelectric point of 7.53.This protein belonged to the PIB-type ATPase transport protein family.We analyzed the expression of the MaHMA2 gene by quantitative real-time PCR.The results showed that the level of MaHMA2 gene expression decreased to a Zn concentration of 800 mg/kg.Malondialdehyde and proline levels increased and responded to increasing Zn when the MaHMA2 gene was silenced,whereas the activities of peroxidase and superoxide dismutase tended to increase in response to increasing Zn^(2+)ion stress concentrations but were lower in the gene-silenced plants.These findings suggested that the MaHMA2 gene played an active role in the tolerance response of mulberry to Zn stress.LEI WANG QIUXIA DU YISU SHI MICHAEL ACKAH PENG GUO DANYAN ZHENG MENGMENG WU XIN JIN PEILAN LI QIAONAN ZHANG RUIXUE LI ZHI YIN MENGDI ZHAO WEIGUO ZHAO 2022BIOCELL2022,46,10:0
17EST-Based Identification of Genes Expressed in Skeletal Muscle of the Mandarin Fish (Siniperca chuatsi)显示文摘To enrich the genomic information of the commercially important fish species, we obtained 5,063 high-quality expressed sequence tags (ESTs) from the muscle cDNA database of the mandarin fish (Siniperca chuatsi). Clustering analysis yielded 1,625 unique sequences including 443 contigs (from 3,881 EST sequences) and 1,182 sin- gletons. BLASTX searches showed that 959 unique sequences shared homology to proteins in the NCBI non-redundant database. A total of 740 unique sequences were functionally annotated using Gene Ontology. The 1,625 unique sequences were assigned to Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes reference pathways, and the results indicated that transcripts participating in nucleotide metabolism and amino acid metabolism are relatively abundant in S. chuatsi. Meanwhile, we identified 15 genes to be abundantly expressed in muscle of the mandarin fish. These genes are involved in muscle structural formation and regulation of muscle differentiation and development. The most remarkable gene in S. chuatsi is nuclease diphosphate kinase B, which is represented by 449 EST sequences accounting for 8.86% of the total EST sequences. 20Weldable and closed-loop recyclable monolithic dynamic covalent polymer aerogels显示文摘Owing to their low density,high porosity and unique micro-nanostructures,aerogels are attractive for application in various fields;however,they suffer from shrinkage and/or cracking during preparation,mechanical brittleness,low production efficiency and non-degradation.Herein,we introduce the concept of dynamic covalent polymer chemistry to produce a new class of aerogels—referred to as DCPAs.The resulting lightweight DCPAs have the potential to be prepared on a large scale and feature high porosity(90.7%–91.3%),large degrees of compression(80%strain)and bending(diametral deflection of 30 mm)without any cracks,as well as considerable tensile properties(an elongation with a break at 32.7%).In addition,the DCPAs showcase the emergent characteristics of weldability,repairability,degradability and closed-loop recyclability that are highly desirable for providing versatile material platforms,though hardly achieved by traditional aerogels.Taking advantage of their robust porous structures,we demonstrate the potential of DCPAs for applications in thermal insulation and emulsion separation.These findings reveal that the dynamic covalent bond strategy would be generalized for the production of a new generation of aerogels with customized features for functioning in the field of intelligent and sustainable materials.Xinhai Zhang Jun Zhao Kai Liu Guangfeng Li Dong Zhao Zhaoming Zhang Junjun Wan Xue Yang Ruixue Bai Yongming Wang Wei Zhang Xuzhou Yan 2022National Science Review2022,9,9:0
