1Crustal accretion and reworking processes of micro-continental massifs within orogenic belt:A case study of the Erguna Massif,NE China显示文摘This paper summarizes the geochronological, geochemical and zircon Hf isotopic data for Mesozoic granitoids within the Erguna Massif, NE China, and discusses the spatial-temporal variation of zircon Hf isotopic compositions, with the aim of constraining the accretion and reworking processes of continental crust within the Erguna Massif, and shedding light on the crustal evolution of the eastern segment of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt. Based on the zircon U-Pb dating results, the Mesozoic granitic magmatisms within the Erguna Massif can be subdivided into five stages: Early-Middle Triassic(249–237 Ma), Late Triassic(229–201 Ma), Early-Middle Jurassic(199–171 Ma), Late Jurassic(155–149 Ma), and Early Cretaceous(145–125 Ma).The Triassic to Early-Middle Jurassic granitoids are mainly I-type granites and minor adakitic rocks, whereas the Late Jurassic to Early Cretaceous granitoids are mainly A-type granites. This change in magmatism is consistent with the southward subduction of the Mongol-Okhotsk oceanic plate and subsequent collision and crustal thickening, followed by post-collision extension. Zircon Hf isotopic data indicate that crustal accretion of the Erguna Massif occurred in the Mesoproterozoic and Neoproterozoic. ZirconεHf(t) values increase gradually over time, whereas two-stage model(TDM2) ages decrease throughout the Mesozoic. The latter result indicates a change in the source of granitic magmas from the melting of ancient crust to more juvenile crust. Zircon εHf(t)values also exhibit spatial variations, with values decreasing northwards, whereas TDM2 ages increase. This pattern suggests that,moving from south to north, there is an increasing component of ancient crustal material within the lower continental crust of the Erguna Massif. Even if at the same latitude, the zircon Hf isotopic compositions are also inconsistent. 2Crustal Accretion and Reworking within the Khanka Massif: Evidence from Hf Isotopes of Zircons in Phanerozoic Granitoids显示文摘This paper presents a synthesis and analysis of geochronological, geochemical, and zircon Hf isotopic data of Phanerozoic granitoids within the Khanka massif, with the aim of revealing the accretion and reworking processes of continental crust within the massif. Zircon U-Pb dating indicates that Phanerozoic granitic magmatism within the Khanka massif can be subdivided into eight stages: Late Cambrian, Middle–Late Ordovician, Middle Silurian, Late Carboniferous, Early Permian, Middle–Late Permian to Early Triassic, Late Triassic–Early Jurassic, and Early Cretaceous. The zircon Hf isotopic compositions reveal that crustal accretionary events took place mainly in the Mesoproterozoic and Neoproterozoic. Through time, the zircon ε_(Hf)(t) values gradually increase, indicating that the Phanerozoic granitic magmas were derived from the melting of progressively less ancient and more juvenile crust. The zircon ε_(Hf)(t) values exhibit a gradual decrease with the increases in latitude, which implies that the amounts of ancient crustal components within the lower continental crust of the Khanka massif increased from south to north. At the same latitude range, the zircon Hf isotopic compositions also display some variations. 3Improved design of online fault diagnoser for partially observed Petri nets with generalized mutual exclusion constraints显示文摘This paper investigates the fault detection problem for discrete event systems(DESs) which can be modeled by partially observed Petri nets(POPNs). To overcome the problem of low diagnosability in the POPN online fault diagnoser in current use,an improved online fault diagnosis algorithm that integrates generalized mutual exclusion constraints(GMECs) and integer linear programming(ILP) is proposed. Assume that the POPN structure and its initial markings are known, and the faults are modeled as unobservable transitions. First, the event sequence is observed and recorded. GMEC is used for elementary diagnosis of the system behavior, then the ILP problem of POPN is solved for further diagnosis. Finally, an example of a real DES to test the new fault diagnoser is analyzed. 4CO_(2)emission and source partitioning from carbonate and non-carbonate soils during incubation显示文摘The accurate quantification and source partitioning of CO_(2)emitted from carbonate(i.e.,Haplustalf)and non-carbonate(i.e.,Hapludult)soils are critically important for understanding terrestrial carbon(C)cycling.The two main methods to capture CO_(2)released from soils are the alkali trap method and the direct gas sampling method.A 25-d laboratory incubation experiment was conducted to compare the efficacies of these two methods to analyze CO_(2)emissions from the non-carbonate and carbonate-rich soils.An isotopic fraction was introduced into the calculations to determine the impacts on partitioning of the sources of CO_(2)into soil organic carbon(SOC)and soil inorganic carbon(SIC)and into C3 and/or C4 plant-derived SOC.The results indicated that CO_(2)emissions from the non-carbonate soil measured using the alkali trap and gas sampling methods were not significantly different.For the carbonate-rich soil,the CO_(2)emission measured using the alkali trap method was significantly higher than that measured using the gas sampling method from the 14 th day of incubation onwards.Although SOC and SIC each accounted for about 50%of total soil C in the carbonate-rich soil,SOC decomposition contributed 57%–72%of the total CO_(2)emitted.For both non-carbonate and carbonate-rich soils,the SOC derived from C4 plants decomposed faster than that originated from C3 plants.We propose that for carbonate soil,CO_(2)emission may be overestimated using the alkali trap method because of decreasing CO_(2)pressure within the incubation jar,but underestimated using the direct gas sampling method.The gas sampling interval and ambient air may be important sources of error,and steps should be taken to mitigate errors related to these factors in soil incubation and CO_(2)quantification studies.Yi ZHAO Roland BOL Zhaoan SUN Yuping ZHUGE Xiaoxia SHI Wenliang WU Fanqiao MENG 2022Pedosphere2022,32,3:1

10Conversion of CO_(2) and H_(2) into propane over InZrO_(x) and SSZ-13 composite catalyst显示文摘Direct converting carbon dioxide into hydrocarbon fuels and value-added chemicals would offer a very attractive approach for efficient utilization of CO_(2) as a carbon resource.Although,olefins,aromatics and gasoline have been successfully synthesized by CO_(2) hydrogenation,highly selective conversion of CO_(2) and H_(2) into C_(2+)hydrocarbon is still challenging due to a high C-C coupling barrier and inhibiting the production of other long-chain hydrocarbons.Here,we report a composite catalyst made of InZrO_(x) and SSZ-13 molecular sieve(InZrO_(x)+SSZ-13),which exhibits 74.5% propane selectivity at 623 K.The 8-MR micropores and the higher strength of the acid for SSZ-13 benefit the formation of propane.Compared with pure InO_(x) and m-ZrO_(2) the composite oxide InZrO_(x) containing more oxygen vacancies,exhibits to be more readily reduced by H_(2) and easier to adsorb and desorb CO_(2) within the reaction temperature.All those could be beneficial to the activation and conversion of H_(2) and CO_(2).The catalytic performance of InZrO_(x)+SSZ-13 in CO_(2) hydrogenation provides a potential for production of propane.Zhaopeng Liu Youming Ni Tantan Sun Wenliang Zhu Zhongmin Liu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3:1
11TNFα inhibitor C87 sensitizes EGFRvⅢ transfected glioblastoma cells to gefitinib by a concurrent blockade of TNFα signaling显示文摘Objective: More than half of human glioblastomas show EGFR gene amplification and mutation, but EGFR inhibitors have not been effective in treating EGFR-positive glioblastoma patients.The mechanism behind this type of primary resistance is not well understood.The aim of this study was to investigate gefitinib resistance in glioblastoma, and explore ways to circumvent this significant clinical problem.Methods: MTT method was used to test the cell viability after EGFR-positive glioblastoma cells were treated with indicated drugs;real-time quantitative PCR method was included to detect the TNFα mRNA levels in glioma tissues and cell lines.ELISA was introduced to measure the TNFα protein levels in cell culture supernatant of glioblastoma cells treated with gefitinib.Western blot was used to detect the activity change of intracellular kinases in drug-treated glioblastoma cells.Two mouse xenograft tumor models were carried out to evaluate the in vivo effects of a combination of EGFR and TNFα inhibitors.Results: We found that glioblastoma resistance to gefitinib may be mediated by an adaptive pro-survival TNFα-JNK-Axl signaling axis, and that high TNFα levels in the glioblastoma microenvironment may further intensify primary resistance.A combination of the TNFα-specific small-molecule inhibitor C87 and gefitinib significantly enhanced the sensitivity of glioblastoma cells to gefitinib in vitro and in vivo.Conclusions: Our findings provide a possible explanation for the primary resistance of glioblastoma to EGFR inhibitors and suggest that dual blockade of TNFα and EGFR may be a viable therapeutic strategy for the treatment of patients with chemotherapy-refractory advanced glioblastoma.Li Ma Chunhua She Qian Shi Qiang Yin Xinxin Ji Yongrong Wang Yulong Fan Xinyao Kong Peng Li Zengfeng Sun Xiaohui Zhang Zhen Zhang Jian Wang Tong Wang Yuanfu Xu Wenliang Li 2019Cancer Biology & Medicine2019,16,3:1
12Large transverse thermoelectric figure of merit in a topological Dirac semimetal显示文摘The Seebeck effect encounters a few fundamental constraints hindering its thermoelectric(TE)conversion efficiency.Most notably,there are the charge compensation of electrons and holes that diminishes this effect,and the Wiedemann-Franz(WF)law that makes independent optimization of the corresponding electrical and thermal conductivities impossible.Here,we demonstrate that in the topological Dirac semimetal Cd3As2 the Nernst effect,i.e.,the transverse counterpart of the Seebeck effect,can generate a large TE figure of merit zNT.At room temperature,zNT≈0.5 in a small field of 2 T and it significantly surmounts its longitudinal counterpart for any field.A large Nernst effect is generically expected in topological semimetals,benefiting from both the bipolar transport of compensated electrons and holes and their high mobilities.In this case,heat and charge transport are orthogonal,i.e.,not intertwined by the WF law anymore.More importantly,further optimization of zNT by tuning the Fermi level to the Dirac node can be anticipated due to not only the enhanced bipolar transport,but also the anomalous Nernst effect arising from a pronounced Berry curvature.A combination of the topologically trivial and nontrivial advantages promises to open a new avenue towards high-efficient transverse thermoelectricity.JunSen Xiang SiLe Hu Meng Lyu WenLiang Zhu ChaoYang Ma ZiYu Chen Frank Steglich GenFu Chen PeiJie Sun 2020Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,3:0

16Flavor changes in Lentinus Edodes enzymatic hydrolysate maillard reaction products with different sugars by gas chromatography‐ion mobility spectrometry显示文摘The characteristic flavor of the enzymatic hydrolysate of Lentinus edodes,which was involved in the Maillard reaction by xylose,fructose,glucose,sucrose,mannose,maltose,vitamin C(VC)and L-arabinose,was determined and analyzed by gas chromatography-ion mobility spectroscopy(GC-IMS).The characteristic flavor fingerprints of Maillard reaction products(MRPs)of L.edodes enzymatic hydrolysate were constructed.The differences in the characteristic flavors of Maillard reaction with different reducing sugars and VC were compared.The main characteristic flavor,characteristic peak,characteristic marker substance and content were determined,a principal component analysis(PCA)of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)was carried out.The results showed that there were 42 kinds of monomers and some dimers of volatile compounds in the samples including 17 aldehydes,5 alcohols,7 ketones,2 esters,2 acids,7 other compounds and 2 ethers.The volatile VOCs of the sample with added sucrose,VC and L-arabinose were significantly higher than those of the enzymatic hydrolysate of L.edodes.After the Maillard reaction,the flavor of the hydrolysate was significantly improved,and the main components changed significantly.Wenjia Cui Peiji Liu Houli Liu Yifei Sun Wenliang Wang 2023Journal of Future Foods2023,3,1:0
17Chassis tra fficability simulation and experiment of a LY1352JP forest tracked vehicle显示文摘Based on the analysis of complex terrains and current forest transportation equipment,a forest tracked vehicle prototype LY1352 JP was developed.The road model and the virtual prototype of the chassis were constructed using dynamic simulation software RecurDyn.The optimal tension of the vehicle as well as its capabilities for crossing trenches,climbing vertical walls,uphill and downhill slopes were simulated.The simulation results showed that the optimum tension force of the chassis of the vehicle was 63 kN(kilonewton),accounting for 45%of the total vehicle weight.The maximum trench crossing width and vertical obstacle climbing height were 1.35 m and 0.45 m,respectively.The maximum uphill and downhill angles were 50°and 45°,respectively.Tests on the prototype capacity for crossing trenches,and uphill and downhill driving were carried out.The test results were in agreement with the simulation results.A cross-country performance of a fire truck based on the tracked vehicle chassis was conducted in an old-growth forest.Tests verified that the vehicle has a strong forest trafficability performance and can meet the needs for forest transportation.Shufa Sun Jinfeng Wu Chunlong Ren Hualin Tang Jianwei Chen Wenliang Ma Jiangwei Chu 2021Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,3:0
18Multi-dimensional size effects and representative elements for nonpersistent fractured rock masses: A perspective of geometric parameter distribution显示文摘This study takes a fractured rock mass in the Datengxia Hydropower Station,China as an example to analyze the size effects and determine the representative elementary sizes.A novel method considering geometric parameter distributions is proposed in this work.The proposed method can quickly and simply determine the size effects and representative elementary sizes.Specifically,geometric parameter distributions,including fracture frequency,size and orientation,are generated on the basis of the Bernoulli trial and Monte Carlo simulation.The distributions are assessed using the coefficient of variation(CV),and the acceptable variations for CV(5%,10%and 20%)are used to determine representative elementary sizes.Generally,the representative element of rock masses is the representative elementary volume(REV).The present study extends the representative element to other dimensions,i.e.representative elementary length(REL)and representative elementary area(REA)for one and two dimensions,respectively.REL and REA are useful in studying the size effects of one-(1D)and twodimensional(2D)characteristics of rock masses.The relationships among multi-dimensional representative elementary sizes are established.The representative elementary sizes reduce with the increase in the dimensions,and REA and REV can be deduced by REL.Therefore,the proposed method can quickly and simply determine REL and further estimate REA and REV,which considerably improves the efficiency of rock mass analysis.Jia Wang Wen Zhang Chun Tan Zhenbang Nie Wenliang Ma Donghui Chen Qi Sun 2023Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2023,15,9:0
