| 1 | Sequential auto-reclosing strategy for hybrid HVDC breakers in VSC-based DC grids显示文摘The use of overhead lines for power transmission in the future high-voltage and large-capacity voltagesource converter(VSC)-based direct current(DC) grid will significantly increase the probability of temporary faults.To eliminate potential adverse impacts such as erroneous protection, line-insulation failure, and even damage to power electronic devices resulting from a DC breaker reclosing operation with the traditional sequential autoreclosing strategy, a new sequential auto-reclosing strat-egy for hybrid HVDC breakers(HHBs) in VSC-based DC grids is proposed. This strategy is based on the step-by-step operation of the transfer branch in the HHB. As a result,du/dt resulting from the HHB reclosing operation is greatly reduced, and therefore those potential negative impacts can be eliminated. | 5 | Association between duration of return of spontaneous circulation and outcomes after out-of-hospital cardiac arrest显示文摘Background:Return of spontaneous circulation(ROSC)is a core outcome element of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR);however,the definition or criterion of ROSC is disputed and varies in resuscitation for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest(OHCA).Methods:This was a retrospective study of 126 patients with OHCA who achieved ROSC between January and December 2020.The probability of survival after OHCA related to CPR and ROSC duration was analyzed using the probability density function and empirical cumulative density functions.Results:There were no significant differences between ROSC sustained until emergency department arrival and that sustained for at least 20 minutes in terms of the 24-hour survival rate(31.3%[31/99]vs.35.7%[10/30];P=0.84),30-day survival rate(23.2%[23/99]vs.25.0%[7/30];P=0.99),or survival at 30 days with cerebral performance category(CPC)1 and 2(18.2%[18/99]vs.10.7%[3/30];P=0.44).The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test values from the empirical cumulative density functions with ROSC sustained until hospital arrival and that sustained for at least 20 minutes were 0.44,0.20,and 0.24 for CPC 1 or 2,CPC 3 or 4,and CPC 5,respectively.Conclusion:Return of spontaneous circulation is a core outcome element of CPR.It should be defined as sustained for at least 20 minutes or until arrival at the emergency department and as a basic standard for evaluating resuscitation success after OHCA. | Huixin Lian Andong Xia Xinyan Qin Sijia Tian Xuqin Kang Luxi Zhang Shengmei Niu Fei Qin Jinjun Zhang | 2022 | Emergency and Critical Care Medicine2022,2,4: | 1 |

| 8 | Antibacterial properties of extracts of Solidago canadensis and their potential use as dietary supplements in red swamp crayfish(Procambarus clarkii)显示文摘Canadian goldenrod(Solidago canadensis)is one of the most destructive invasive weeds in Southeastern China.To evaluate its potential application as dietary supplement in red swamp crayfish(Procambarus clarkii),the antibacterial properties of aqueous and ethanol extracts of this plant against three major pathogenic bacteria in crayfish aquaculture were examined.Inhibition zone tests and determination of minimum inhibitory concentration revealed that the extracts had lower antibacterial activity than extracts from two traditional medicinal plants that possess antibacterial properties,garlic(Allium sativum)and cortex phellodendri(Phellodendron chinense).However,they did exhibit greater antibacterial effects than extracts from another widely used medicinal plant,Sophora flavescens,and an aquatic weed,Alternanthera philoxeroides.Aqueous extracts of Canadian goldenrod gave greater inhibition than the ethanol extracts.Crayfish fed a diet with 2%these aqueous extracts exhibited significantly higher enzyme activity of alkaline phosphatase,catalase and phenoloxidase(P<0.05).Based on the results of this study,we conclude that aqueous extracts of Canadian goldenrod are highly promising for the development of new dietary supplement for use in crayfish aquaculture. | Manhong YE Lei ZHANG Jiaqi GE Haifeng SUN Jingjing NI Shengmei YANG Wanhong WEI | 2015 | Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2015,2,4: | 0 |
| 9 | Effects of a closed-loop system against SARS-CoV-2 at the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games:a descriptive and modeling study显示文摘BACKGROUND:To assess the efficacy of the epidemic prevention measures of the“closed-loop”system adopted by the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games(BOWG).METHODS:We retrospectively collected and analyzed information,including age,sex,nationality,vaccination status,date of diagnosis,and date of entry,from 280 SARS-CoV-2-positive individuals identified during the BOWG.A susceptibility-exposed-infectious-remove model was employed to evaluate the effectiveness of epidemic prevention strategies on controlling the spread of SARS-CoV-2 under different scenarios during the BOWG.RESULTS:Regarding SARS-CoV-2-positive cases,97.9%were imported,and 96.4%were asymptomatic.The median age was 37 years(range:29–47 years),and 73.9%were male,with the majority of cases being broadcasters and European attendees.Regarding vaccination status,93.5%were fully vaccinated,and six cases were considered to have been infected in the closed-loop system during the BOWG.Assuming that the BOWG adopted a semi-closed-loop management system,the cumulative number of confirmed cases would be 1,137 for quick quarantine measures(3 d later)implemented and 5,530 for delayed quarantine measures(9 d later)implemented.This modeling revealed that stringent pandemic prevention measures and closed-loop management effectively controlled the spread of SARS-CoV-2 during the BOWG.CONCLUSION:Imported cases are considered the main risk factor for SARS-CoV-2 transmission during mass gatherings,but a comprehensive closed-loop system could minimize transmission among attendees and general personnel. | Rong Xiong Jieping Zhou Wenning Li Jie Liu Jing Lou Sijia Tian Huixin Lian Shengmei Niu Luxi Zhang Wenhang Li Jinjun Zhang | 2023 | World Journal of Emergency Medicine2023,14,6: | 0 |
| 10 | Random Forest Based Very Fast Decision Tree Algorithm for Data Stream显示文摘The Very Fast Decision Tree(VFDT)algorithm is a classification algorithm for data streams.When processing large amounts of data,VFDT requires less time than traditional decision tree algorithms.However,when training samples become fewer,the label values of VFDT leaf nodes will have more errors,and the classification ability of single VFDT decision tree is limited.The Random Forest algorithm is a combinational classifier with high prediction accuracy and noise-tol-erant ability.It is constituted by multiple decision trees and can make up for the shortage of single decision tree.In this paper,in order to improve the classification accuracy on data streams,the Random Forest algorithm is integrated into the process of tree building of the VFDT algorithm,and a new Random Forest Based Very Fast Decision Tree algorithm named RFVFDT is designed.The RFVFDT algorithm adopts the decision tree building criterion of a Random Forest classifier,and improves Random Forest algorithm with sliding window to meet the unboundedness of data streams and avoid process delay and data loss.Experimental results of the classification of KDD CUP data sets show that the classification accuracy of RFVFDT algorithm is higher than that of VFDT.The less the samples are,the more obvious the advantage is.RFVFDT is fast when running in the multithread mode. | DONG Zhenjiang LUO Shengmei WEN Tao ZHANG Fayang LI Lingjuan | 2017 | ZTE Communications2017,15,B12: | 0 |

| 12 | High efficiency Polar coding key reconciliation scheme in wireless channel显示文摘Recently, physical layer security in wireless communication system attracts much attention, and the reconciliation protocol plays an important role in the final secure key distillation, since the secret keys extracted from the realistic characteristics of the wireless channel may not be the same between the transmitter and legitimate receiver. A high efficiency Polar coding key reconciliation scheme is proposed in the paper to correct these errors. In the scheme, the transmitter generates a random stream with the known frozen bits and positions. After that, the transmitter encodes the random bit stream to a code stream by Polar encoding and sends the corrupted version of the code stream and the secret keys to the legitimate receiver. The receiver decodes the received stream with Polar successive cancellation decoding algorithm. With Polar encoding, the receiver obtains a random bit stream, and achieves the final secure key by XOR operator. The results show that the proposed scheme has a higher efficiency and a lower computational complexity, along with a high success rate.
