1Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). 5First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. 6Deep-red emitting Mg2Ti04:Mn^(4+)phosphor ceramics for plant lighting显示文摘In this study,deep-red emitting Mg2T i04:Mn4 phosphor ceramics were synthesized by the high temperature solid-state reaction method.The ceramics can be excited by the 465 nm blue light and had a narrow emission with a full width at half maximum(FWMH)value of 31 nm.The peak wavelength was located at 658 nm,which matched the demanded wavelength for photosynthesis.The crystal field strength(Dq)and the Racah parameters(B and C)were estimated by the Tanabe-Sugano diagram.The thermal conductivity of the Mg2Ti(0.999)O4:0.001Mn^(4+)ceramic was 7.535 W/(m·K)at room temperature,which was one order of magnitude higher than that of the traditional packaging method using the silicone gel.A set of phosphor converted LEDs were fabricated by mounting the phosphor ceramics onto the 460 nm blue LED chips and the CIE coordinates can move from the blue region to the purple light region with the thickness of the ceramic increasing.These results indicated that the Mg2Ti04:Mn^(4+)phosphor ceramic was suitable for plant lighting when combined with a blue LED chip.Zixin WANG Hui LIN Dawei ZHANG Yiming SHEN Yang LI Ruijin HONG Chunxian TAO Zhaoxia HAN Lei CHEN Shengming ZHOU 2021Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,1:2
7Grain size regulation for balancing cycle performance and rate capability of LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.055)Mn_(0.045)O_(2) single crystal nickel-rich cathode materials显示文摘It is challenging to balance the cyclability and rate capability of single crystal nickel-rich cathode materials(Ni>0.8).Multicomponent oxides by spray pyrolysis shows potential as highly-reactive precursors to synthesize single crystal nickel-rich cathode at lower temperature,yet Ni^(2+)will severely inhibit particle growth when Ni content exceeds 0.9.Herein,lithium nitrate(LiNO_(3))with low melting point and strong oxidation is introduced as collaborate lithium salts for fabrication of well-dispersed submicron and micron single crystal LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.055)Mn_(0.045)O_(2)(NCM90)cathode without extra unit operation.By changing amount of LiNO_(3),particle size regulation is realized and cation disorder can be diminished.The as-prepared material with optimal content of 4 wt%LiNO_(3)(NCM90-4 LN)displays the most appropriate particle size(1μm)with approximately stoichiometric structure,and presents better kinetics characterization of lithium-ion diffusion(15%higher than NCM90)and good electrochemical performance with specific discharge capacity of 220.6 and 173.8 mAh g^(-1) at 0.1 C and 10 C at room temperature,respectively.This work broadens the conventional research methodology of size regulation for single crystal Ni-rich cathode materials and is indispensable for the development of designing principal of nickel-rich cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries.Jiapei Wang Xibin Lu Yingchao Zhang Jiahui Zhou Jiexi Wang Shengming Xu 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,2:2

13The growth of γ-LiAlO_2 layer with a highly-preferred orientation on (0001) sapphire显示文摘Using vapor transport equilibration (VTE) technique we succeeded in the fabrication of single-phase γ-LiAlO2 layer on (0001) sapphire substrate. X-ray diffraction indicated that the as-fabricated layer was highly textured with [100] orientation at proper VTE treatment temperature range from 1050℃ to 1100℃. The main factors affecting the quality of the γ-LiAlO2 layer were investigated by SEM and transmission spectra.
