1Efficacy and safety of a novel anti-HER2 therapeutic antibody RC48 in patients with HER2-overexpressing,locally advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer:a single-arm phase II study显示文摘Background:Current treatment options for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-overexpressing gastric cancer at third-line have shown limited clinical benefit.Further,there is no specific treatment for HER2 immunohistochemistry(IHC)2+and fluorescence in-situ hybridization-negative patients.Here,we report the efficacy and safety of a novel anti-HER2 antibody RC48 for patients with HER2-overexpressing,advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer.Methods:Patients with HER2-overexpressing(IHC 2+or 3+),locally advanced or metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who were under at least second-line therapy were eligible and received RC482.5 mg/kg alone every 2 weeks.The primary endpoint was the objective response rate(ORR)assessed by an independent review committee.Secondary endpoints included progressionfree survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),duration of response,time to progression,disease control rate,and safety.Results:Of 179 patients screened,125 were eligible and received RC48 treatment.The ORR was 24.8%(95%confidence interval[CI]:17.5%-33.3%).The median PFS and OS were 4.1 months(95%CI:3.7-4.9 months)and 7.9 months(95%CI:6.7-9.9 months),respectively.The most frequently reported adverse events were decreased white blood cell count(53.6%),asthenia(53.6%),hair loss(53.6%),decreased neutrophil count(52.0%),anemia(49.6%),and increased aspartate aminotransferase level(43.2%).Serious adverse events(SAEs)occurred in 45(36.0%)patients,and RC48-related SAEs were mainly decreased neutrophil count(3.2%).Seven patients had adverse events that led to death were not RC48-related.Conclusions:RC48 showed promising activity with manageable safety,suggesting potential application in patients with HER2-overexpressing,advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer who have previously received at least two lines of chemotherapy.Zhi Peng Tianshu Liu Jia Wei Airong Wang Yifu He Liuzhong Yang Xizhi Zhang Nanfeng Fan Suxia Luo Zhen Li Kangsheng Gu Jianwei Lu Jianming Xu Qingxia Fan Ruihua Xu Liangming Zhang Enxiao Li Yuping Sun Guohua Yu Chunmei Bai Yong Liu Jiangzheng Zeng Jieer Ying Xinjun Liang Nong Xu Chao Gao Yongqian Shu Dong Ma Guanghai Dai Shengmian Li Ting Deng Yuehong Cui Jianmin Fang Yi Ba Lin Shen 2021Cancer Communications2021,41,11:29

3Application of next-generation sequencing technology to precision medicine in cancer: joint consensus of the Tumor Biomarker Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology显示文摘Next-generation sequencing(NGS) technology is capable of sequencing millions or billions of DNA molecules simultaneously.Therefore, it represents a promising tool for the analysis of molecular targets for the initial diagnosis of disease, monitoring of disease progression, and identifying the mechanism of drug resistance. On behalf of the Tumor Biomarker Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO) and the China Actionable Genome Consortium(CAGC), the present expert group hereby proposes advisory guidelines on clinical applications of NGS technology for the analysis of cancer driver genes for precision cancer therapy. This group comprises an assembly of laboratory cancer geneticists, clinical oncologists, bioinformaticians,pathologists, and other professionals. After multiple rounds of discussions and revisions, the expert group has reached a preliminary consensus on the need of NGS in clinical diagnosis, its regulation, and compliance standards in clinical sample collection. 4Bad Data Detection Algorithm for PMU Based on Spectral Clustering显示文摘Phasor measurement units(PMUs) can provide real-time measurement data to construct the ubiquitous electric of the Internet of Things. However, due to complex factors on site, PMU data can be easily compromised by interference or synchronization jitter. It will lead to various levels of PMU data quality issues, which can directly affect the PMU-based application and even threaten the safety of power systems. In order to improve the PMU data quality, a data-driven PMU bad data detection algorithm based on spectral clustering using single PMU data is proposed in this paper. The proposed algorithm does not require the system topology and parameters. Firstly, a data identification method based on a decision tree is proposed to distinguish event data and bad data by using the slope feature of each data. Then, a bad data detection method based on spectral clustering is developed. By analyzing the weighted relationships among all the data, this method can detect the bad data with a small deviation. Simulations and results of field recording data test illustrate that this data-driven method can achieve bad data identification and detection effectively. 5Strong ozone production at a rural site in the North China Plain: Mixed effects of urban plumes and biogenic emissions显示文摘Regional ozone(O_3) pollution has drawn increasing attention in China over the recent decade, but the contributions from urban pollution and biogenic emissions have not been clearly elucidated. To better understand the formation of the regional O_3 problem in the North China Plain(NCP), intensive field measurements of O_3 and related parameters were conducted at a rural site downwind of Ji'nan, the capital city of Shandong province, in the summer of 2013. Markedly severe O_3 pollution was recorded, with the O_3 mixing ratios exceeding the Chinese national ambient air quality standard on 28 days(a frequency of 78%) and with a maximum hourly value of 198 ppbv. Extensive regional transport of wellprocessed urban plumes to the site was identified. An observation-constrained chemical box model was deployed to evaluate in situ photochemical O_3 production on two episodes.The results show that the in situ formation accounted for approximately 46% of the observed O_3 accumulation, while the remainder(~54%) was contributed by regional transport of the O_3-laden urban plumes. The in situ ozone production was in a mixed controlled regime that reducing either NOx or VOCs would lead to a reduction of ozone formation. Biogenic VOCs played an important role in the local ozone formation. 6Pertuzumab in combination with trastuzumab and chemotherapy for Chinese patients with HER2-positive metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer:a subpopulation analysis of the JACOB trial显示文摘Background:The JACOB trial(NCT01774786)was a double-blinded,placebo-controlled,randomized,multicenter,international,phase III trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of adding pertuzumab to trastuzumab and chemo-therapy in first-line treatment of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-positive metastatic gastric cancer/gastroesophageal junction cancer(GEJC).The aim of this analysis was to investigate efficacy and safety outcomes in the Chinese subpopulation from the JACOB trial.Methods:This post hoc subpopulation analysis included all patients recruited in China's Mainland(n=163;20.9%)between June 2013 and January 2016.The patients were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive pertuzumab plus trastuzumab and chemotherapy(pertuzumab group;n=82)or placebo plus trastuzumab and chemotherapy(con-trol group;n=81).Intravenous pertuzumab(840 mg)and trastuzumab(8 mg/kg loading and 6 mg/kg maintenance doses)were given every 3 weeks until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.Chemotherapy was given as per standard regimens/doses of capecitabine or 5-fluorouracil plus cisplatin.The primary endpoint was overall survival(OS);secondary efficacy endpoints included progression-free survival(PFS),and overall objective response rate(ORR).Results:The median OS was 18.7 months in the pertuzumab group and 16.1 months in the control group(hazard ratio[HR]0.75;95%confidence interval[CI]0.49 to 1.14).The median PFS was 10.5 and 8.6 months in the pertuzumab and control groups,respectively(HR 0.85;95%CI 0.60 to 1.21),and the median ORRs were 68.9%and 55.7%,respectively.The treatment effect in this Chinese subpopulation showed consistency with that in the global ITT population with numerically lower HR for OS and PFS compared with the control group.The safety profiles of the pertuzumab and control groups in this Chinese subpopulation analysis were generally comparable.The most common grade 3-5adverse events were neutropenia,anemia,and leukopenia.However,due to the nature of being a post hoc subgroup analysis,the results presented here are descriptive only and need to be interpreted with caution.Conclusions:OS and PFS were numerically improved by adding pertuzumab to trastuzumab and chemotherapy as first-line treatment in Chinese HER2-positive gastric cancer/GEJC patients,and this regimen demonstrated an acceptable safety profile.Tianshu Liu Yanru Qin Jin Li Ruihua Xu Jianming Xu Shujun Yang Shukui Qin Yuxian Bai Changping Wu Yixiang Mao Haiyan Wu Yilin Ge Lin Shen 2019Cancer Communications2019,39,1:6
7Vertical Distribution Characteristics of PM2.5 Observed by a Mobile Vehicle Lidar in Tianjin, China in 2016显示文摘We present mobile vehicle lidar observations in Tianjin, China during the spring, summer, and winter of 2016. Mobile observations were carried out along the city border road of Tianjin to obtain the vertical distribution characteristics of PM_(2.5). Hygroscopic growth was not considered since relative humidity was less than 60% during the observation experiments. PM_(2.5) profile was obtained with the linear regression equation between the particle extinction coefficient and PM_(2.5) mass concentration. In spring, the vertical distribution of PM_(2.5) exhibited a hierarchical structure. In addition to a layer of particles that gathered near the ground, a portion of particles floated at 0.6–2.5-km height. In summer and winter, the fine particles basically gathered below 1 km near the ground. In spring and summer, the concentration of fine particles in the south was higher than that in the north because of the influence of south wind. In winter, the distribution of fine particles was opposite to that measured during spring and summer. High concentrations of PM_(2.5) were observed in the rural areas of North Tianjin with a maximum of 350 μg m–3 on 13 December2016. It is shown that industrial and ship emissions in spring and summer and coal combustion in winter were the major sources of fine particles that polluted Tianjin. 8Mode transition induced by back-breakdown of the gliding arc and its influence factors显示文摘Gliding arc is a mostly used non-equilibrium plasma generation method whose characteristic is affected by the backbreakdown phenomenon.Mode transition induced by back-breakdown of the gliding arc is studied in this work and effects of gas flow rate,applied voltage,electrode parameters on mode transition were studied.Experimental results show that there are two typical modes during the development of the gliding arc.Mode A comprises periodicitical development of the arc from the minimum gap breakdown to the longest extinguishment,while the arc in mode B continues to produce a back-breakdown at the ends of the electrodes.As the flow rate descends,the gliding arc gradually changes from mode A to B.It is the decrease of the arc velocity caused by lower flow rate leads to the occurrence of back-breakdown,which generates mode B.Smaller electrode opening angle,shorter length and wider minimum gap reduce the gliding speed,so that arc is more likely to enter mode B.As the applied voltage is increased,enhancing of the electric field strength on the breakdown path of the back-breakdown and thickening of the arc's diameter allow the gliding arc to enter mode B at a higher arc speed.Ruobing Zhang Haochen Huang Tianshu Yang 2020High Voltage2020,5,3:3
9Enrichment factors and sweep spot evaluation of Jurassic tight oil in central Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘The secondary migration mechanism,enrichment factors of Jurassic tight oil in central Sichuan Basin were well investigated through physical simulation experiment of reservoir formation,casting and fluorescent thin sections,field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM)and environment scanning electron microscope(ESEM).The results show that migration of Jurassic tight oil in central Sichuan Basin is a low-velocity non-Darcy flow through low-efficient migration path under the huge migration driving force,and has three migration and seepage stages,i.e.viscous flow stage,nonlinear seepage stage,and quasi-liner seepage stage.Microscopically,the migration pathway of tight oil is the porefracture composite conduction;macroscopically,the migration mode of tight oil is the large-scale shortedistance migration.Distribution of favorable zones of tight oil is controlled by distribution of high-quality source rocks.The hydrocarbon-generation strength of 0.4106 t/km2 can be as a threshold to determine favorable zone of tight oil in the study area.The reservoirs with high permeability and high porosity can form tight oil sweet spots,and the development degree of fractures is closely related to well with high yield of tight oil well.Zhenglian Pang Shizhen Tao Qin Zhang Tianshu Zhang Jiajing Yang Jianwei Fan Miao Yuan 2019Petroleum Research2019,4,4:3
10Optimal Operation of Integrated Heat and Electricity Systems:A Tightening McCormick Approach显示文摘Combined heat and electricity operation with variable mass flow rates promotes flexibility,economy,and sustainability through synergies between electric power systems(EPSs)and district heating systems(DHSs).Such combined operation presents a highly nonlinear and nonconvex optimization problem,mainly due to the bilinear terms in the heat flow model—that is,the product of the mass flow rate and the nodal temperature.Existing methods,such as nonlinear optimization,generalized Benders decomposition,and convex relaxation,still present challenges in achieving a satisfactory performance in terms of solution quality and computational efficiency.To resolve this problem,we herein first reformulate the district heating network model through an equivalent transformation and variable substitution.The reformulated model has only one set of nonconvex constraints with reduced bilinear terms,and the remaining constraints are linear.Such a reformulation not only ensures optimality,but also accelerates the solving process.To relax the remaining bilinear constraints,we then apply McCormick envelopes and obtain an objective lower bound of the reformulated model.To improve the quality of the McCormick relaxation,we employ a piecewise McCormick technique that partitions the domain of one of the variables of the bilinear terms into several disjoint regions in order to derive strengthened lower and upper bounds of the partitioned variables.We propose a heuristic tightening method to further constrict the strengthened bounds derived from the piecewise McCormick technique and recover a nearby feasible solution.Case studies show that,compared with the interior point method and the method implemented in a global bilinear solver,the proposed tightening McCormick method quickly solves the heat–electricity operation problem with an acceptable feasibility check and optimality.Lirong Deng Hongbin Sun Baoju Li Yong Sun Tianshu Yang Xuan Zhang 2021Engineering2021,7,8:3
11Ginger-indirect moxibustion plus acupuncture versus acupuncture alone for chronic fatigue syndrome:a randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To assess the efficacy and safety of gingerindirect moxibustion for chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).METHODS:In this central randomized,controlled trial,290 CFS participants were recruited and randomly allocated to group A(ginger-indirect moxibustion plus acupuncture)or group B(acupuncture alone).The study consisted of a treatment period of 8 weeks with a total of 24 treatments(3 sessions per week,every other day),and a follow-up period of 12 weeks.The outcome was measured by Fatigue Severity Scale(FSS),Psychological Health Report(SPHERE),the Self-rating depression scale(SDS)and the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)at baseline,2,4,6,8,12 and 20 weeks.RESULTS:With the treatment undergoing,the changes of FSS,SPHERE,SDS and HAMA scores in both groups increased gradually,and the effect maintained at the 12th week.Between groups,significantly higher score changes were seen in group A in FSS after 4 weeks treatment(11.94 vs 9.12,95%CI:0.94,4.7)and in SPHERE after 2 weeks treatment(3.7 vs 2.27,95%CI:0.56,2.31).But for SDS and HAMA,the improvement did not differ significantly between groups.No severe adverse events were reported.CONCLUSION:Ginger-indirect moxibustion is a safe and effective intervention to relieve fatigue and accompanying physical symptoms of CFS.MA Tingting WU Jie YANG Lijie FENG Fen YANG Huilin ZHANG Jinhua ZHONG Yanjin NING Qing HUANG Lirong LIN Youbing YAN Jue CHEN Guiquan HOU Tianshu WANG Li REN Yuanfang TAN Jing 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022,42,2:2

13Evaluation Methods of Profitable Tight Oil Reservoir of Lacustrine Coquina: A Case Study of Da'anzhai Member of Jurassic in the Sichuan Basin显示文摘Based on core observation,cast and fluorescent thin sections,FESEM and ESEM,coquina in Da'anzhai Member of Jurassic in Sichuan Basin were examined systematically.Together with production data and logging evaluation,a method for lacustrine coquina evaluation based on geological theory was established up.In the article,two aspects of the study were elaborated,characteristics of favorable reservoirs,and a'five-step'evaluation method for favorable coquina reservoir.According to the correlation between porosity and production data,porosity is not effective in finding high quality coquina reservoir of this area.Whereas micro research of reservoir samples from a high productivity well revealed that sparry coquina is the best lithofacies,with the most developed micro storage space of various kinds.After the favorable reservoir was sorted out,a five-step method evaluating the coquina reservoir was worked out.Correlation ofGR value and rock types suggests that GR<30 API is an effective evaluation parameter in identifying profitable reservoir lithofacies.Meanwhile,the combination of profitable reservoir rock thickness and production data revealed that the reservoirs with the highest potentiality are those with thickness of 3-18 m.Fractures are more developed in faults,folds and structural noses in the study area.Organic acid is discharged massively before the peak of hydrocarbon generation,leading to the formation of dissolution pores in the reservoir.The evaluation of organic acid was made by using the source rock indexes.After evaluating the four factors,and compiling their distribution maps,the maps were overlapped to predict favorable reservoir zones,and 7 first class and 9 second class favorable zones of coquina were picked out.PANG Zhenglian TAO Shizhen ZHANG Qin ZHANG Bin ZHANG Tianshu YANG Xiaoping WU Yinye FAN Jianwei YUAN Miao 2020Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2020,94,2:2

16GCN-LSTM spatiotemporal-network-based method for post-disturbance frequency prediction of power systems显示文摘Owing to the expansion of the grid interconnection scale,the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of the frequency response of power systems after the occurrence of disturbances have become increasingly important.These characteristics can provide effective support in coordinated security control.However,traditional model-based frequencyprediction methods cannot satisfactorily meet the requirements of online applications owing to the long calculation time and accurate power-system models.Therefore,this study presents a rolling frequency-prediction model based on a graph convolutional network(GCN)and a long short-term memory(LSTM)spatiotemporal network and named as STGCN-LSTM.In the proposed method,the measurement data from phasor measurement units after the occurrence of disturbances are used to construct the spatiotemporal input.An improved GCN embedded with topology information is used to extract the spatial features,while the LSTM network is used to extract the temporal features.The spatiotemporal-network-regression model is further trained,and asynchronous-frequency-sequence prediction is realized by utilizing the rolling update of measurement information.The proposed spatiotemporal-network-based prediction model can achieve accurate frequency prediction by considering the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of the frequency response.The noise immunity and robustness of the proposed method are verified on the IEEE 39-bus and IEEE 118-bus systems.Dengyi Huang Hao Liu Tianshu Bi Qixun Yang 2022Global Energy Interconnection2022,5,1:1

18Fine-grained gravity flow sedimentation and its influence on development of shale oil sweet sections in lacustrine basins in China显示文摘The geological conditions and processes of fine-grained gravity flow sedimentation in continental lacustrine basins in China are analyzed to construct the model of fine-grained gravity flow sedimentation in lacustrine basin,reveal the development laws of fine-grained deposits and source-reservoir,and identify the sweet sections of shale oil.The results show that fine-grained gravity flow is one of the important sedimentary processes in deep lake environment,and it can transport fine-grained clasts and organic matter in shallow water to deep lake,forming sweet sections and high-quality source rocks of shale oil.Fine-grained gravity flow deposits in deep waters of lacustrine basins in China are mainly fine-grained high-density flow,fine-grained turbidity flow(including surge-like turbidity flow and fine-grained hyperpycnal flow),fine-grained viscous flow(including fine-grained debris flow and mud flow),and fine-grained transitional flow deposits.The distribution of fine-grained gravity flow deposits in the warm and humid unbalanced lacustrine basins are controlled by lake-level fluctuation,flooding events,and lakebed paleogeomorphology.During the lake-level rise,fine-grained hyperpycnal flow caused by flooding formed fine-grained channel–levee–lobe system in the flat area of the deep lake.During the lake-level fall,the sublacustrine fan system represented by unconfined channel was developed in the flexural slope breaks and sedimentary slopes of depressed lacustrine basins,and in the steep slopes of faulted lacustrine basins;the sublacustrine fan system with confined or unconfined channel was developed on the gentle slopes and in axial direction of faulted lacustrine basins,with fine-grained gravity flow deposits possibly existing in the lower fan.Within the fourth-order sequences,transgression might lead to organic-rich shale and fine-grained hyperpycnal flow deposits,while regression might cause fine-grained high-density flow,surge-like turbidity flow,fine-grained debris flow,mud flow,and fine-grained transitional flow deposits.Since the Permian,in the shale strata of lacustrine basins in China,multiple transgression-regression cycles of fourth-order sequences have formed multiple source-reservoir assemblages.Diverse fine-grained gravity flow sedimentation processes have created sweet sections of thin siltstone consisting of fine-grained high-density flow,fine-grained hyperpycnal flow and surge-like turbidity flow deposits,sweet sections with interbeds of mudstone and siltstone formed by fine-grained transitional flows,and sweet sections of shale containing silty and muddy clasts and with horizontal bedding formed by fine-grained debris flow and mud flow.The model of fine-grained gravity flow sedimentation in lacustrine basin is significant for the scientific evaluation of sweet shale oil reservoir and organic-rich source rock.ZOU Caineng FENG Youliang YANG Zhi JIANG Wenqi ZHANG Tianshu ZHANG Hong WANG Xiaoni ZHU Jichang WEI Qizhao 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,5:1
19Migration and accumulation mechanisms and main controlling factors of tight oil enrichment in a continental lake basin显示文摘Based on the typical dissection of various onshore tight oil fields in China,the tight oil migration and accumulation mechanism and enrichment-controlling factors in continental lake basins are analyzed through nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)displacement physical simulation and Lattice Boltzmann numerical simulation by using the samples of source rock,reservoir rock and crude oil.In continental lake basins,the dynamic forces driving hydrocarbon generation and expulsion of high-quality source rocks are the foundational power that determines the charging efficiency and accumulation effect of tight oil,the oil migration resistance is a key element that influences the charging efficiency and accumulation effect of tight oil,and the coupling of charging force with pore-throat resistance in tight reservoir controls the tight oil accumulation and sweet spot enrichment.The degree of tight oil enrichment in continental lake basins is controlled by four factors:source rock,reservoir pore-throat size,anisotropy of reservoir structure,and fractures.The high-quality source rocks control the near-source distribution of tight oil,reservoir physical properties and pore-throat size are positively correlated with the degree of tight oil enrichment,the anisotropy of reservoir structure reveals that the parallel migration rate is the highest,and intralayer fractures can improve the migration and accumulation efficiency and the oil saturation.HU Suyun TAO Shizhen WANG Min PANG Zhenglian BAI Bin CHEN Yanyan LU Shuangfang CHEN Yue YANG Yiqing JIN Xu JIA Jinhua WANG Jian ZHANG Tianshu LIN Senhu WU Yinye 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,3:1
20Robust,fluorine-free and superhydrophobic composite melamine sponge modified with dual silanized SiO_(2) microspheres for oil-water separation显示文摘Massive oily wastewater discharged from industrial production and human daily life have been an urgent environmental and ecological challenge.Superhydrophobic materials have attracted tremendous attention due to their unique properties and potential applications in the treatment of wastewater.In this study,a novel superhydrophobic/superoleophilic composite melamine sponge modified with dual silanized SiO_(2) microspheres was fabricated simply by a two-step sol-gel method using vinyltriethoxysilane and hexadecyltrimethoxysilane as functional agent,which exhibited a water contact angle of 153.2°and a water sliding contact angle of 4.8°.Furthermore,the composite sponge showed the excellent oil adsorption performance and the compressive elasticity reaching up to 130 g·g^(-1) of dichloromethane and 33.1 kPa of compressive stress.It was worth noting that the composite sponge presented the excellent separation efficiency(up to 99.5%)in the processes of continuous oil/water separation.The robust superhydrophobic composite melamine sponge provided the possibility with the practical application for oil-water separation.Ruilong Zhang Zhiping Zhou Wenna Ge Yi Lu Tianshu Liu Wenming Yang Jiangdong Dai 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,5:1
