1Ultrafast epitaxial growth of metre-sized single-crystal graphene on industrial Cu foil显示文摘A foundation of the modern technology that uses single-crystal silicon has been the growth of highquality single-crystal Si ingots with diameters up to 12 inches or larger. For many applications of graphene, large-area high-quality(ideally of single-crystal) material will be enabling. Since the first growth on copper foil a decade ago, inch-sized single-crystal graphene has been achieved. We present here the growth, in 20 min, of a graphene film of(5 ×50) cm^2 dimension with >99% ultra-highly oriented grains.This growth was achieved by:(1) synthesis of metre-sized single-crystal Cu(1 1 1) foil as substrate;(2)epitaxial growth of graphene islands on the Cu(1 1 1) surface;(3) seamless merging of such graphene islands into a graphene film with high single crystallinity and(4) the ultrafast growth of graphene film.These achievements were realized by a temperature-gradient-driven annealing technique to produce single-crystal Cu(1 1 1) from industrial polycrystalline Cu foil and the marvellous effects of a continuous oxygen supply from an adjacent oxide. The as-synthesized graphene film, with very few misoriented grains(if any), has a mobility up to ~23,000 cm^2 V^(-1)s^(-1)at 4 K and room temperature sheet resistance of ~230 Ω/□. 3Combined effect of pre-aging and Ag/Cu addition on the natural aging and bake hardening in Al-Mg-Si alloys显示文摘The combined effect of pre-aging and Ag/Cu addition on natural aging and bake hardening in Al-Mg-Si alloys were studied by Vickers microhardness measurement, tensile test, atom probe tomography and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that Ag and/or Cu addition could further enhance the positive effect of pre-aging on bake hardening for Al-Mg-Si alloys. Although the pre-aged alloys with individual Ag/Cu addition had higher paint bake hardness, the hardness in T4 P temper was relatively high due to effectively forming of Cluster(2) during pre-aging. While the pre-aged Ag-Cu-added alloy had low T4 P temper hardness and higher bake hardening response. The strong interaction energies between Ag/Cu atoms and Mg atoms were responsible for the facilitated clustering and precipitation processes. 4APPLICATION OF PARAMETRIC DERIVATION METHOD TO THE CALCULATION OF PEIERLS ENERGY AND PEIERLS STRESS IN LATTICE THEORY显示文摘Applying the parametric derivation method,Peierls energy and Peierls stress are calculated with a non-sinusoidal force law in the lattice theory,while the results obtained by the power-series expansion according to sinusoidal law can be deduced as a limiting case of non- sinusoidal law.The simplified expressions of Peierls energy and Peierls stress are obtained for the limit of wide and narrow.Peierls energy and Peierls stress decrease monotonically with the factor of modification of force law.Present results can be used expediently for prediction of the correct order of magnitude of Peierls stress for materials.Xiaozhi Wu Shaofeng Wang 2007Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2007,20,4:4
5New advances in the assessment of tight oil resource in China显示文摘The research on tight oil becomes another hotspot in the field of unconventional oil and gas after the boom of shale gas.The global recoverable resources of tight oil are estimated to be around 47.3×10^(9)t.In recent years,significant progress has been made in the technologies of tight oil exploration and development in North America,thus stimulating the dramatic increase of tight oil production.Meanwhile,China has also acquired remarkable achievements in tight oil exploration.Mature assessment methods have been established for tight oil resources by the US,generally dominated by analogy and statistical methods with their own advantages and disadvantages as well as applicable conditions.In China,improvement of resource evaluation techniques becomes an urgent issue in increasing tight oil reserve and production.This study mainly discusses the resource evaluation methods and resource enrichment characteristics of tight oil.Seven kinds of assessment methods in three categories(i.e.,analogy,statistical and genetic method)and evaluation parameters have been preliminary established,and are specifically applied in the Sichuan,Ordos,Songliao,Junggar,Bohai Bay and other tight oil basins through the newly hierarchical resource abundance analogy method,the estimated ultimate recovery(EUR)analogy method and the small-cell volumetric method.The preliminary evaluation results reveal that China has great potential in tight oil resource,and the geological resources amount to 20×10^(9)t,providing a resource base for large-scale development.Shejiao Wang Yuanjiang Yu Qiulin Guo Shaoyong Wang Xiaozhi Wu 2017Petroleum Research2017,2,1:4

7EXTENDED CORE STRUCTURE OF DISSOCIATED EDGE DISLOCATIONS IN FCC CRYSTALS WITH CONSIDERATION OF DISCRETENESS显示文摘The extended core structure of the dissociated edge dislocation in Al, Au, Ag, Cu and Ni is determined within lattice theory of dislocation. The 2D dislocation equation governing the displacements is coupled by the restoring forces that are determined by the parameterization of the generalized stacking fault energies. The Ritz variational method is presented to solve the dislocation equation and the trial solution is constituted by two arctan-type functions with two undetermined parameters. 10Characteristics of Volcanic Reservoirs and Hydrocarbon Accumulation of Carboniferous System in Junggar Basin, China显示文摘The Carboniferous volcanic reservoirs in Junggar Basin contain rich hydrocarbon resources,implying a great exploration potential,so that they have become a key replacement target for“three-dimensional exploration”.The study on the Carboniferous volcanic reservoirs and their hydrocarbon accumulation elements is significant for clarifying the orientation for exploration.In this paper,based on 37 reserves reports and 3200 reservoir test data,the Carboniferous volcanic reservoirs in Junggar Basin were discussed from the prospective of lithology and lithofacies,physical properties,reservoir types,main controls on hydrocarbon accumulation,and hydrocarbon accumulation patterns.It is found that the Carboniferous in the basin is mostly in the multi-island ocean-volcanic island arc structural-sedimentary environment,so it is geologically eligible for forming in-situ volcanic reservoirs.The volcanic rocks are:(1)mostly distributed along deep and large faults,with the lithology and lithofacies controlled by volcanic architectures;(2)dominantly lava,followed by volcaniclastic lava and volcaniclastic rock;(3)distributed in the periphery of hydrocarbon-generating sag and within the source rocks horizontally,and concentrated in the weathering crust at the top longitudinally,possibly leading to reworked weathering crust reservoir;and(4)liable to form inner reservoirs.The volcanic reservoirs can be concluded into four hydrocarbon accumulation patterns,i.e.,self-generating&self-storing in paleo-uplift and vertical migration,self-generating&self-storing in paleo-uplift and lateral migration,young-generating&old-storing in fault zone and vertical migration,and young-generating&old-storing in paleo-uplift and lateral migration.Future exploration will focus on the effective source rock development and hydrocarbon supply zones and the selfgenerating&self-storing and young-generating&old-storing patterns.The exploration prospects are determined to be the Ludong-Wucaiwan-Baijiahai slope belt and the southern slope belt of the Shaqi uplift(self-generating&self-storing pattern)in eastern Junggar,and the fault and nasal arch zone at the northwestern margin and the nasal arch zone(deep and large structure)in the Luxi area(younggenerating&old-storing pattern)in western Junggar.Xiaozhi Wu Qiulin Guo Wei Zhang Dengfa He Xuefeng Qi Di Li 2021Journal of Earth Science2021,32,4:1

13Biodegradable films of chitosan and tea polyphenols catalyzed by laccase and their physical and antioxidant activities显示文摘The effects of laccase crosslinking chitosan(CS)and tea polyphenols(TP)on the structure,physical and antioxidant properties of CS-based biodegradable films were investigated in this study.Laccase crosslinking significantly increased the particle size and zeta-potential of CS+TP particles.A simple blending of CS and TP decreased the elongation at break significantly,while the elongation at break of biodegradable films significantly increased after laccase crosslinking.Furthermore,TP addition increased the tensile strength(TS)of CS based films,while laccase crosslinking promoted the increase,making it more suitable for application.The addition of TP significantly changed the CS-based films from white and transparent to light brown.NMR spectra showed that no C=N bond was observed in CS+TP particles,which could result from the inhibition of Schiff base reaction due to the big steric hindrance of TP.Right shift of amide I peak to lower wavelength in laccase catalyzed films indicated the conversion of some primary amines into secondary amines caused by Michael addition reaction.It was proposed that laccase oxidized polyphenol to o-quinones,which reacted with nucleophilic groups of chitosan,leading to the increase of secondary amines.Furthermore,the antioxidant capacity of CS+TP films crosslinked by laccase increased significantly compared with CS and CS+TP blended films.In summary,laccase catalysis could be applied to manufacture biodegradable films with improved mechanical property and antioxidant activity.Tong Chen Yufei Shen Di Wu Rong Wu Jie Sheng Xiao Feng Xiaozhi Tang 2022Food Bioscience2022,46,2:1

17Localized-domains staging structure and evolution in lithiated graphite显示文摘Intercalation provides to the host materials a means for controlled variation of many physical/chemical properties and dominates the reactions in metal‐ion batteries.Of particular interest is the graphite intercalation compounds with intriguing staging structures,which however are still unclear,especially in their nanostructure and dynamic transition mechanism.Herein,the nature of the staging structure and evolution of the lithium(Li)‐intercalated graphite was revealed by cryogenic‐transmission electron microscopy and other methods at the nanoscale.The intercalated Li‐ions distribute unevenly,generating local stress and dislocations in the graphitic structure.Each staging compound is found macroscopically ordered but microscopically inhomogeneous,exhibiting a localized‐domains structural model.Our findings uncover the correlation between the long‐range ordered structure and short‐range domains,refresh the insights on the staging structure and transition of Li‐intercalated/deintercalated graphite,and provide effective ways to enhance the reaction kinetic in rechargeable batteries by defect engineering.Suting Weng Siyuan Wu Zepeng Liu Gaojing Yang Xiaozhi Liu Xiao Zhang Chu Zhang Qiuyan Liu Yao Huang Yejing Li Mehmet NAteş Dong Su Lin Gu Hong Li Liquan Chen Ruijuan Xiao Zhaoxiang Wang Xuefeng Wang 2023Carbon Energy2023,5,1:1

19Mesh model building and migration and accumulation simulation of 3D hydrocarbon carrier system显示文摘Migration and accumulation simulation of oil and gas in carrier systems has always been a difficult subject in the quantitative study of petroleum geology. In view of the fact that the traditional geological modeling technology can not establish the interrelation of carriers in three dimensional space, we have proposed a hybrid-dimensional mesh modeling technology consisting of body(stratum), surfaces(faults and unconformities), lines and points, which provides an important research method for the description of geometry of sand bodies, faults and unconformities, the 3 D geological modeling of complex tectonic areas, and the simulation of hydrocarbon migration and accumulation. Furthermore, we have advanced a 3 D hydrocarbon migration pathway tracking method based on the hybrid-dimensional mesh of the carrier system. The application of this technology in western Luliang Uplift of Junggar Basin shows that the technology can effectively characterize the transport effect of fault planes, unconformities and sand bodies, indicate the hydrocarbon migration pathways, simulate the process of oil accumulation, reservoir adjustment and secondary reservoir formation, predict the hydrocarbon distribution. 20Enhanced photocatalytic performance of Bi_(2)O_(2)CO_(3)/Bi_(4)O_(5)Br_(2)/reduced graphene oxide Z-schemehe terojunction via a one-pot room-temperature synthesis显示文摘Bi_(2)O_(2)CO_(3)(BOC)/Bi_(4)O_5Br_(2)(BOB)/reduced graphene oxide(rGO)Z-scheme heterojunction with promising photocatalytic properties was synthesized via a facile one-pot room-temperature method.Ultra-thin nanosheets of BOC and BOB were grown in situ on r GO.The formed 2D/2D direct Z-scheme heterojunction of BOC/BOB with oxygen vacancies(OVs)effectively leads to lower negative electron reduction potential of BOB as well as higher positive hole oxidation potential of BOC,showing improved reduction/oxidation ability.Particularly,rGO is an acceptor of the electrons from the conduction band of BOC.Its dual roles significantly improve the transfer performance of photo-induced charge carriers and accelerate their separation.With layered nanosheet structure,rich OVs,high specific surface area,and increased utilization efficiency of visible light,the multiple synergistic effects of BOC/BOB/rGO can achieve effective generation and separation of the electron-holes,thereby generating more·O_(2)^(-)and h^(+).The photocatalytic reduction efficiency of CO_(2)to CO(12.91μmol/(g·hr))is three times higher than that of BOC(4.18μmol/(g·hr)).Moreover,it also achieved almost 100%removal of Rhodamine B and cyanobacterial cells within 2 hours.Xiaoge Wu Lei Yan Rongrong Qin Qikai Zhang Wei Yang Xiaozhi Wang Yongcai Zhang Min Luo Jianhua Hou 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,4:0
