12D titanium carbide(MXene) electrodes with lower-F surface for high performance lithium-ion batteries显示文摘MXene has shown distinctive advantages as anode materials of lithium-ion batteries. However, local surface chemistry, which was confirmed that can block ion transfer and limit redox reaction, has a significant effect on electrochemical performance. Herein, annealing MXene under hydrogen was employed for removing-F and turning-OH to-O terminations. We demonstrate that it improves the kinetics of Li-ion transport between the electrolyte and electrode. As a result, a lower interfacial charge transfer impedance was obtained. 2Genomic insights into the fast growth of paulownias and the formation of Paulownia witches' broom显示文摘Paulownias are among the fastest growing trees in the world,but they often suffer tremendous loss of wood production due to infection by Paulownia witches'broom(PaWB)phytoplasmas.In this study,we have sequenced and assembled a high-quality nuclear genome of Paulownia fortunei,a commonly cultivated paulownia species.The assembled genome of P.fortunei is 511.6 Mb in size,with 93.2%of its sequences anchored to 20 pseudo-chromosomes,and it contains 31985 protein-coding genes.Phylogenomic analyses show that the family Paulowniaceae is sister to a clade composed of Phrymaceae and Orobanchaceae.Higher photosynthetic efficiency is achieved by integrating C3 photosynthesis and the crassulacean acid metabolism pathway,which may contribute to the extremely fast growth habit of paulownia trees.Comparative transcriptome analyses reveal modules related to cambial growth and development,photosynthesis,and defense responses.Additional genome sequencing of PaWB phytoplasma,combined with functional analyses,indicates that the effector PaWB-SAP54 interacts directly with Paulownia PfSPLa,which in turn causes the degradation of PfSPLa by the ubiquitin-mediated pathway and leads to the formation of witches'broom.Taken together,these results provide significant insights into the biology of paulownias and the regulatory mechanism for the formation of PaWB.Yabing Cao Guiling Sun Xiaoqiao Zhai Pingluo Xu Liming Ma Minjie Deng Zhenli Zhao Haibo Yang Yanpeng Dong Zhonghai Shang Yujie Lv Lijun Yan Haifang Liu Xibing Cao Bingbing Li Zhe Wang Xiaogai Zhao Haiyan Yu Fan Wang Wen Ma Jinling Huang Guoqiang Fan 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,10:7
3Effect of boron doping on waterproof and dielectric properties of polyborosiloxane coating on SiO2f/SiO2 composites显示文摘A hydrophobic coating of the silica fiber reinforced silica composites(SiO2f/SiO2) was synthesized by sol-gel method using methyltriethoxy-silane(MTES) and boric acid(B(OH)3) as raw materials. The relationship among boron doping, chemical structure of precursors and durability of hydrophobic coatings was discussed. The Si-O-B and methyl groups were successfully introduced in the gel precursors according to the FT-IR and XPS results. The resins were filled in the internal and surface holes of the SiO2f/SiO2 composites partially or completely, which is beneficial to reduce the physical adsorption of the moisture. In addition, hydroxyl groups of the SiO2f/SiO2 composites reacted with the resins and hydrophobic methyl groups were introduced, leading to the reduction of the chemical adsorption of water. Also, the boron doping was beneficial to enhancing the physical cross-linking between the coating and the SiO2f/SiO2 composites, and improved the adhesion of the coating to the substrate. The results show that the optimal hydrophobic coating with contact angle 130.33°, moisture absorption 0.33% and adhesion level 1 is obtained when the molar ratio of MTES to B(OH)3 is 10:4. The real permittivity of M10B4 is constant in the range of 2.32–2.51 and the dielectric tangent loss is constant in the range of 5.5 × 10-4–8.7 × 10-3. 4Accurate and efficient pulmonary CT imaging workflow for COVID-19 patients by the combination of intelligent guided robot and automatic positioning technology显示文摘Background:The ongoing coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has put radiologists at a higher risk of infection during the computer tomography(CT)examination for the patients.To help settling these problems,we adopted a remote-enabled and automated contactless imaging workflow for CT examination by the combination of intelligent guided robot and automatic positioning technology to reduce the potential exposure of radiologists to 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)infection and to increase the examination efficiency,patient scanning accuracy and better image quality in chest CT imaging.Methods:From February 10 to April 12,2020,adult COVID-19 patients underwent chest CT examinations on a CT scanner using the same scan protocol except with the conventional imaging workflow(CW group)or an automatic contactless imaging workflow(AW group)in Wuhan Leishenshan Hospital(China)were retrospectively and prospectively enrolled in this study.The total examination time in two groups was recorded and compared.The patient compliance of breath holding,positioning accuracy,image noise and signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)were assessed by three experienced radiologists and compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the CW group,the total positioning time of the AW group was reduced((118.0±20.0)s vs.(129.0±29.0)s,P=0.001),the proportion of scanning accuracy was higher(98%vs.93%),and the lung length had a significant difference((0.90±1.24)cm vs.(1.16±1.49)cm,P=0.009).For the lesions located in the pulmonary centrilobular and subpleural regions,the image noise in the AW group was significantly lower than that in the CW group(centrilobular region:(140.4±78.6)HU vs.(153.8±72.7)HU,P=0.028;subpleural region:(140.6±80.8)HU vs.(159.4±82.7)HU,P=0.010).For the lesions located in the peripheral,centrilobular and subpleural regions,SNR was significantly higher in the AW group than in the CW group(centrilobular region:6.6±4.3 vs.4.9±3.7,P=0.006;subpleural region:6.4±4.4 vs.4.8±4.0,P<0.001).Conclusions:The automatic contactless imaging workflow using intelligent guided robot and automatic posi-tioning technology allows for reducing the examination time and improving the patient’s compliance of breath holding,positioning accuracy and image quality in chest CT imaging.Yadong Gang Xiongfeng Chen Hanlun Wang Jianying Li Ying Guo Bin Wen Jinxiang Hu Haibo Xu Xinghuan Wang 2021Intelligent Medicine2021,1,1:2

6Molecular imaging of advanced atherosclerotic plaques with folate receptor-targeted 2D nanoprobes显示文摘Vulnerable atherosclerotic plaques are responsible for most cardiovascular diseases(CVDs).Folate receptor(FR)positive activated macrophages were thought to be a prominent component in the development of vulnerable plaque.The objective of this study is to develop folate conjugated two-dimensional(2D)Pd@Au nanomaterials(Pd@Au-PEG-FA)for targeted multimodal imaging of the FRs in advanced atherosclerotic plaques.Pharmacokinetic and imaging studies(single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT),computed tomography(CT)and photoacoustic(PA)imaging)were performed to confirm the prolonged blood half-life and enrichment of radioactivity in atherosclerotic plaques.Strong signals were detected in vivo with SPECT,CT and PA imaging in heavy atherosclerotic plaques,which were significantly higher than those of the normal aortas after injection of Pd@Au-PEG-FA.Blocking studies with preinjection of excess FA could effectively reduce the targeting ability of Pd@Au-PEG-FA in atherosclerotic plaques,further demonstrating the specific binding of Pd@Au-PEG-FA for plaque lesions.Histopathological characterization revealed that the signal of probe was in accordance with the high-risk plaques.In summary,the Pd@Au-PEG-FA has favorable pharmacokinetic properties and provides a valuable approach for detecting high-risk plaques in the presence of FRs in atherosclerotic plaques.Zhide Guo Liu Yang Mei Chen Xuejun Wen Huanhuan Liu Jingchao Li Duo Xu Yuanyuan An Changrong Shi Jindian Li Xinhui Su Zijing Li Ting Liu Rongqiang Zhuang Nanfeng Zheng Haibo Zhu Xianzhong Zhang 2020Nano Research2020,13,1:2

10Excess heat capacity in glass-forming liquid systems containing molecules显示文摘Excess heat capacities at glass transition temperature in two types of glass-forming systems of [xNaNO3(1x)KNO3]60·[Ca(NO3)2]40(0x1) and Ca(NO3)2yH2O(4y13) are studied.In the former system,with the replacement of K + cation with Na + cation,the excess heat capacity is around 65.1 J mol-1·K-1,while the excess increases by 38.9 J mol-1·K-1 upon one molar H2O content in latter system.A quantitative description to the excess heat capacity is built up with the thermal effects of atomic and molecular translational motion in liquids.The results might offer a further understanding to the glass transition.KE HaiBo WEN Ping WANG WeiHua 2013Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,6:1
