2Monolayer organic field-effect transistors显示文摘Monolayer organic field-effect transistors(OFETs) are attracting worldwide interest in device physics and novel applications due to their ultrathin active layer for two-dimensional charge transport. The monolayer films are generally prepared by thermal evaporation, the Langmuir technique or self-assembly process, etc., but their electrical performance is relatively lower than corresponding thick films. From 2011, the performance of monolayer OFETs has been boosted by using the monolayer molecular crystals(MMCs) as active channels, which opened up a new era for monolayer OFETs. 3Thermodynamic modelling of the phengite geobarometry显示文摘Using the updated models of activity-composition relations for solid solutions,P-T pseudosections and Si isopleths of phengite in the system KFMASH (K2O-FeO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-H2O) are calculated with the software THERMOCALC 323 for three bulk compositions of the average,Al-rich and K-rich metapelites. The Si isopleths of phengite in the calculated pseudosections are highly dependent on mineral as-semblages. In the chlorite-and biotite-bearing di-and trivariant fields,and in the garnet + kyanite-bearing trivariant fields,the phengite can be used as a good geobarometer. But in the carpho-lite-present and chlorite-absent fields,the Si contents of phengite mainly indicate variance of tem-perature. For a given Si value,the phengite in kyanite-bearing assemblages shows higher pressures than in the K-feldspar-bearing assemblages. Addition of Na2O into the KFMASH leads to reduction of stability of the AFM phases. The Si isopleths of phengite in the mineral assemblages containing only one Na-phase are similar to those in the corresponding KFMASH assemblages. 4Tandem catalysis in electrochemical CO_(2) reduction reaction显示文摘Electrochemical CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)is an attractive pathway for closing the anthropogenic carbon cycle and storing intermittent renewable energy by converting CO_(2) to valuable chemicals and fuels.The production of highly reduced carbon compounds beyond CO and formate,such as hydrocarbon and oxygenate products with higher energy density,is particularly desirable for practical applications.However,the productivity towards highly reduced chemicals is typically limited by high overpotential and poor selectivity due to the multiple electron-proton transfer steps.Tandem catalysis,which is extensively utilized by nature for producing biological macromolecules with multiple enzymes via coupled reaction steps,represents a promising strategy for enhancing the CO_(2)RR performance.Improving the efficiency of CO_(2)RR via tandem catalysis has recently emerged as an exciting research frontier and achieved significant advances.Here we describe the general principles and also considerations for designing tandem catalysis for CO_(2)RR.Recent advances in constructing tandem catalysts,mainly including bimetallic alloy nanostructures,bimetallic heterostructures,bimetallic core-shell nanostructures,bimetallic mixture catalysts,metal-metal organic framework(MOF)and metal-metallic complexes,metal-nonmetal hybrid nanomaterials and copper-free hybrid nanomaterials for boosting the CO_(2)RR performance are systematically summarized.The study of tandem catalysis for CO_(2)RR is still at the early stage,and future research challenges and opportunities are also discussed.Yating Zhu Xiaoya Cui Huiling Liu Zhenguo Guo Yanfeng Dang Zhanxi Fan Zhicheng Zhang Wenping Hu 2021Nano Research2021,14,12:5
5Structural control of silica aerogel fibers for methylene blue removal显示文摘The development of efficient adsorbents is significant for the miniaturization and cost reduction of water purifying facility. In our previous study, a new kind of silica aerogel fibers(SAFs) with hierarchical structure and hollow structure were developed, which shows outstanding mass transport property and adsorption performance. Herein, we further control and study the hierarchical structure and hollow structure of silica aerogel fibers by changing the sulfuric acid concentration of ageing bath and spinning speed. For removing methylene blue, A0 W120 SAFs sample, with DI water as ageing bath and a winding speed of 120 mm/s,presents the best mass transport property and adsorption performance, as they possess larger pore sizes in the outer layer, thinner fiber wall and higher degree of hollowness. 7Vibration signal-based chatter identification for milling of thin-walled structure显示文摘In high speed milling aeronautical part,tool condition monitoring(TCM)is very important,because it is prone to get a chatter owing to the low stiffness of thin-walled structures.And the TCM is key technology for automated machining.In this paper,aiming to chatter monitoring in thin-walled structure milling,a variational mode decomposition–energy distribution(VMD-ED)method is proposed to improve the identification accuracy.And a moving average root mean square–mean value(MARMS-MV)identification method and a variational mode decomposition–energy entropy(VMD-EE)identification method are also tested.Identification accuracy and computing time of the three methods are compared.The vibration signals collected from the spindle and worktable are also contrasted.The conducted experimental study shows that,the proposed VMD-ED method offers an identification method for chatter monitoring with greater sensitivity,better stability and less computing time,and mounting the vibration sensor on worktable is better than spindle for a chatter monitoring system.Wenping MOU Shaowei ZHU Zhenxi JIANG Ge SONG 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,1:3
8A branched dihydrophenazine-based polymer as a cathode material to achieve dual-ion batteries with high energy and power density显示文摘Organic electrode materials have exhibited good electrochemical performance in batteries,but their voltages and rate capabilities still require improvement to meet the increasing demand for batteries with high energy and power density.Herein,we design and synthesize a branched dihydrophenazine-based polymer(p-TPPZ)as a cathode material for dual-ion batteries(DIBs)through delicate molecular design.Compared with the linear dihydrophenazine-based polymer(p-DPPZ,with a theoretical capacity of 209 mAh g^(−1)),p-TPPZ possessed a higher theoretical capacity of 233 mAh g^(−1)and lower highest occupied molecular orbital energy levels,which resulted in a high actual capacity(169.3 mAh g^(−1)at 0.5 C),an average discharge voltage of 3.65 V(vs.Li+/Li)and a high energy density(618.2 Wh kg^(−1),based on the cathode materials).The branched structure of p-TPPZ led to a larger specific surface area than that of p-DPPZ,which was beneficial for the electrolyte infiltration and fast ionic transport,contributing to the high power density.Due to the fast reaction kinetics,even at a power density of 23,725 W kg^(−1)(40 C),the energy density still reached 474.5 Wh kg^(−1).We also made a detailed investigation of the p-TPPZ cathode’s charge storage mechanism.This work will stimulate the further molecular design to develop organic batteries with both high energy and power density.Shuaifei Xu Huichao Dai Shaolong Zhu Yanchao Wu Mingxuan Sun Yuan Chen Kun Fan Chenyang Zhang Chengliang Wang Wenping Hu 2021eScience2021,1,1:2

12Detrimental phase evolution triggered by Ni in perovskite-type cathodes for CO2 electroreduction显示文摘Perovskite oxides are popular as cathode materials of solid oxide electrolysis cells, because of their good redox stability and high resistance to coke formation.Unexpectedly, a negative effect of Ni doping is found on Sr2Fe(1.5-x)NixMo(0.5)O(x = 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2) cathode for pure CO2 electroreduction at 800 ℃, although Ni is highly active for CO2 electroreduction.The CO2 electroreduction performance degrades with the increase of Ni doping amount.Various characterization techniques are used to disclose the negative effect.Ni doping decreases the perovskite stability under electroreduction conditions, Fe and Ni cations in the B-site are reduced to metal nanoparticles and SrCO3 forms on the surface of the perovskite.The phase instability results from the weaker Ni–O bond.Although the Fe-Ni nanoparticles are in favor of the CO2 electroreduction, too much SrCO3 and carbon deposition block the charge transfer and diffusion of oxygenous species on the cathode surface.Shiqing Hu Lixiao Zhang Huanying Liu Wenping Li Zhongwei Cao Lili Cai Yue Zhu Xuefeng Zhu Weishen Yang 2019Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,9:1

17Correlation and Path Coefficient and Chi-square Distance Cluster Analysis for Several Characteristics in Tobacco Germplasm Resource显示文摘Correlation and path coefficient analyses were conducted for 10 characteristics of 24 pure lines of flue-cured tobacco such as plant height, knot distance, leaf number, the central leaf length and width, ratio of the length to width, stem girth, dates of budding, leaf yield and ratio of the prime-medium tobacco. The leaf number and the central leaf length showed a positive or a strong positive correlation with the yield per plant. And the leaf number and leaf yield per plant showed a strong positive correlation with the ratio of prime-medium tobacco. The results showed that the leaf yield per plant among these characteristics played a major role in determining the ratio of prime-medium tobacco while the others were less related with the ratio. Square sum of deviation method cluster analyses showed that 24 pure lines of flue-cured tobacco were clustered into two groups. Of the pure lines, Line TI706 and Line TI245 had a far relationship with all other lines, and also had a heterosis when crossed with the other lines. 19A non-ACE2 competing human single-domain antibody confers broad neutralization against SARS-CoV-2 and circulating variants显示文摘The current COVID-19 pandemic has heavily burdened the global public health system and may keep simmering for years.The frequent emergence of immune escape variants have spurred the search for prophylactic vaccines and therapeutic antibodies that confer broad protection against SARS-CoV-2 variants.Here we show that the bivalency of an affinity maturated fully human singledomain antibody(n3113.1-Fc)exhibits exquisite neutralizing potency against SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus,and confers effective prophylactic and therapeutic protection against authentic SARS-CoV-2 in the host cell receptor angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2)humanized mice.The crystal structure of n3113 in complex with the receptor-binding domain(RBD)of SARS-CoV-2,combined with the cryo-EM structures of n3113 and spike ecto-domain,reveals that n3113 binds to the side surface of up-state RBD with no competition with ACE2.The binding of n3113 to this novel epitope stabilizes spike in up-state conformations but inhibits SARS-CoV-2 S mediated membrane fusion,expanding our recognition of neutralization by antibodies against SARS-CoV-2.Binding assay and pseudovirus neutralization assay show no evasion of recently prevalent SARS-CoV-2 lineages,including Alpha(B.1.1.7),Beta(B.1.351),Gamma(P.1),and Delta(B.1.617.2)for n3113.1-Fc with Y58L mutation,demonstrating the potential of n3113.1-Fc(Y58L)as a promising candidate for clinical development to treat COVID-19.Zhenlin Yang Yulu Wang Yujia Jin Yuanfei Zhu Yanling Wu Cheng Li Yu Kong Wenping Song Xiaolong Tian Wuqiang Zhan Ailing Huang Shanshan Zhou Shuai Xia Xiaoxu Tian Chao Peng Cuicui Chen Yibing Shi Gaowei Hu Shujuan Du Yuyan Wang Youhua Xie Shibo Jiang Lu Lu Lei Sun Yuanlin Song Tianlei Ying 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,12:1
