| 2 | Co3O4 modified Ag/g-C3N4 composite as a bifunctional cathode for lithium-oxygen battery显示文摘Rechargeable lithium-oxygen(Li-O2)batteries have appeal to enormous attention because they demonstrate higher energy density than the state-of-the-art Li-ion batteries.Whereas,their practical application is impeded by several challenging problems,such as the low energy round trip efficiencies and the insufficient cycle life,due to the cathode passivation caused by the accumulation of discharge products.Developing efficient catalyst for oxygen reduction and evolution reactions is effective to reduce the overpotentials in Li-O2cells.In our work,we report a Co3O4modified Ag/g-C3N4nanocomposite as a bifunctional cathode catalyst for Li-O2cells.The g-C3N4substrate prevents the accumulation of Ag and Co3O4nanoparticles and the presence of Ag NPs improves the surface area of g-C3N4and electronic conductivity,significantly improving the oxygen reduction/evolution capabilities of Co3O4.Due to a synergetic effect,the Ag/g-C3N4/Co3O4nanocomposite demonstrates a higher catalytic activity than each individual constituent of Co3O4or Ag/g-C3N4for the ORR/OER on as catalysts in Li-O2cells.As a result,the Ag/gC3N4/Co3O4composite shows impressive electrochemical performance in a Li-O2battery,including high discharge capacity,small gap between charge and discharge potential,and high cycling stability. | Qi Guo Chenwei Zhang Chaofeng Zhang Sen Xin Pengchao Zhang Qiufan Shi Dawei Zhang Ya You | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,2: | 4 |
| 3 | A cabazitaxel liposome for increased solubility, enhanced antitumor effect and reduced systemic toxicity显示文摘The potential side effects of cabazitaxel(CBZ)in the field of cancer treatment have become a great limitation to its further clinical application.Liposomal delivery is a well-established approach to increase the therapeutic index of hydrophobic drugs.In this study,a PEGmodified liposome was developed for efficiently encapsulating CBZ,thus enhancing its specific tumor inhibition effect and reducing the systemic toxicity.It was found that the loading efficiency of CBZ into the liposome could be improved with the increase of lipophilic materials,as it could be over 80%under the weight ratio of 20:1(total lipid:CBZ).The diameter of CBZ loaded liposome(CBZ@Lipo)was^100 nm.And the liposome suspending in aqueous medium was stable at 4°C for at least one month,according to the change of its size distribution.The killing ability of CBZ@Lipo to cancer cells was significantly lower comparing to that of CBZ solution,which could be attributed to the slow release of CBZ from the liposomes.However,CBZ@Lipo could induce an obvious apoptosis of the cancer cells at low concentration.Furthermore,CBZ@Lipo exhibited an expressively enhanced tumor growth inhibition effect comparing to CBZ solution.More importantly,CBZ@Lipo showed an obviously higher biosafety proved by lower hemolysis probability,stable body weight of mice during the whole experiment and no obvious lesion in histology analysis.Our work provided a useful reference of the formulation of CBZ,which had potential for greater clinical application. | Xiaoyi Yin Lihua Luo Wei Li Jie Yang Chunqi Zhu Mengshi Jiang Bing qin Xiaoling Yuan Hang Yin Yichao Lu Yongzhong Du Dawei Chen Jian You | 2019 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2019,14,6: | 3 |

| 6 | Experimental Research on Dynamic Shear Modular Ratio and Damping Ratio of Sandy Gravel Soil显示文摘The dynamic shear modulus ratio and damping ratio of sandy gravel are important parameters for the seismic response analysis of valley geomorphic sites,which have an important impact on the determination of design ground motion parameters. In this paper,the dynamic triaxial test of sandy gravels has been performed based on the project of the Shangluo Seismic Microzonation. Combined with the other results of sandy gravel,the recommended results of slightly dense,medium dense and dense sandy gravel were obtained. By building the typical site model,the influence of the dynamic shear modulus ratio and the damping ratio uncertainty on the seismic response of the site is studied. The results show that the uncertainty of the average of the dynamic shear modulus ratio and the damping ratio ± 1 times the standard deviation has little effect on the peak acceleration of the sandy gravel site,and the rationality of the grouping and statistical results is explained. Under different probability levels,the change in the shear modulus ratio and damping ratio leads to a significant difference in the high frequency response spectrum.The response spectrum of 0. 04-0. 1s ranges from about 20%,but it has little effect on the long period spectrum of more than 1. 0s. | 10 | Evaluation of reanalysis surface wind products with quality-assured buoy wind measurements along the north coast of the South China Sea显示文摘Three archived reanalysis wind vectors at 10 m height in the wind speed range of 2-15 m/s,namely,the second version of the National Centres for Environmental Prediction(NCEP)Climate Forecast System Reanalysis(CFSv2),European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasting Interim Reanalysis(ERA-I)and NCEPDepartment of Energy(DOE)Reanalysis 2(NCEP-2)products,are evaluated by a comparison with the winds measured by moored buoys in coastal regions of the South China Sea(SCS).The buoy data are first quality controlled by extensive techniques that help eliminate degraded measurements.The evaluation results reveal that the CFSv2 wind vectors are most consistent with the buoy winds(with average biases of 0.01 m/s and 1.76°).The ERA-I winds significantly underestimate the buoy wind speed(with an average bias of-1.57 m/s),while the statistical errors in the NCEP-2 wind direction have the largest magnitude.The diagnosis of the reanalysis wind errors shows the residuals of all three reanalysis wind speeds(reanalysis-buoy)decrease with increasing buoy wind speed,suggesting a narrower wind speed range than that of the observations.Moreover,wind direction errors are examined to depend on the magnitude of the wind speed and the wind speed biases.In general,the evaluation of three reanalysis wind products demonstrates that CFSv2 wind vectors are the closest to the winds along the north coast of the SCS and are sufficiently accurate to be used in numerical models. | Jing Cha Xinyu Lin Xiaogang Guo Xiaofang Wan Dawei You | 2021 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2021,40,3: | 0 |
| 11 | Clinical Epidemiology,Illness Profiles,and the Implication of COVID-19 Before and After the Nationwide Omicron Outbreak During the Winter of 2022显示文摘China.In this study,we aimed to investigate the clinical characteristics and outcomes of patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in the Beijing region.Methods:In this retrospective study,we enrolled inpatients admitted for COVID-19 in the Fifth Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital in Beijing between November 10,2022,and January 30,2023.Demographic and clinical features and treatment outcomeswere comprehensively analyzed.We used logistic regression and linear regression analyses to explore the risk factors associated with disease severity and time of nucleic acid conversion,respectively.Results:A total of 1010 hospitalized patients with COVID-19 were enrolled.The median age was 43.0 years(interquartile range,28.0–63.0),and patients aged<60 years and≥60 years comprised 71.2%and 28.8%of total included patients,respectively.The clinical classification of mild(74.6%,753/1010),moderate(21.0%,212/1010),severe(2.7%,27/1010),and unidentified(1.8%,18/1010)was separately recorded;1005 patients were discharged,and 5 patients died in the hospital.The outbreak of the emerging epidemic witnessed an evident increase in the proportion of moderate(42.9%vs.16.4%)and severe(10.3%vs.1.1%)cases after December 7,2022.Patients with a moderate/severe classification had higher levels of procalcitonin,IL-6,serum ferritin,C-reactive protein,lactic dehydrogenase,serum urea nitrogen,and D-dimer and lower counts of CD4+T,CD8+T,and B cells(all P<0.001).Multivariable regression analysis revealed that increased odds of disease severity were associated with the following factors:age≥60 years,IL-6>7 pg/mL,lactic dehydrogenase level>245 U/L,cough,and fever at admission.Age≥80 years and chronic lung diseasewere independent risk factors in the nonmild group in elderly patients.In addition,the duration for nucleic acid to turn negativewas approximately 5.0 d(interquartile range,3.0–7.0).Prolonged time of nucleic acid conversion was associated with age≥60 years,serum urea nitrogen level>8.2 mmol/L,neutrophil count>7×10^(9)/L,and the presence of a chronic lung disease or carcinoma.Finally,unvaccinated patients accounted for 37.3%of enrolled patients;children and the elder people accounted for approximately half of that.The univariable analysis found that booster doses reduced disease severity and shortened the time of nucleic acid conversion in elderly patients.Conclusions:The outbreak ofOmicron rapidly increased the number of patientswith COVID-19 in Beijing.In elderly patients,booster doses may reduce disease severity and shorten the time of nucleic acid conversion.Healthcare systems should be optimized before an emerging epidemic outbreak. | Yuming Guo Zhe Xu Wen-Xin Wang Cheng Zhen Jinhua Hu Jinsong Mu Chengcheng Ji Xin Yuan Ruonan Xu Lei Huang Lei Shi Fanping Meng Junliang Fu Shuangnan Zhou Siyu Wang Fengyi Li Bo Tu Dawei Zhang Huihuang Huang Yufeng Mao Wen Xu Chao Zhang Xiuying Mu Jun Zhao Bo Jin Haibin Su Yinying Lu Yongqian Cheng Dong Ji Shaoli You Jinghui Dong Changchun Liu Mengmeng Zhang Yuanyuan Li Tianjun Jiang Yonggang Li Fu-Sheng Wang | 2023 | Infectious Diseases & Immunity2023,3,4: | 0 |
