2Control of endwall secondary flow in a compressor cascade with dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuation显示文摘Three dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuators were mounted at the positions of 20%,40%and 60%of chord length on the endwall in a compressor cascade.The downstream flow field of the cascade has been measured with a mini five-hole pressure probe with and without the plasma actuation.The measured results show that the plasma actuation most effectively reduces total pressure loss and flow blockage when the actuators are operated simultaneously.As each of the actuators is operated independently,the actuator at the position of 20%of chord length most effectively reduces flow blockage, and the actuator at the position of 60%of chord length fairly reduces total pressure loss.However, negative pressure loss reduction occurs with the plasma actuator at the position of 40%of chord length.In brief,the plasma actuation placed on the endwall in the cascade apparently influences the endwall secondary flow,and the optimal locations and strength of actuation are critical for the control of endwall secondary flow in a compressor cascade with the plasma actuators.LI Gang XU YanJi LIN Bin ZHU JunQiang NIE ChaoQun MA HongWei WANG ZhaoFeng 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,12:5
3Evaluation of Powdered Activated Carbon Treatment Process in Petrochemical Wastewater Purification显示文摘The powdered activated carbon treatment(PACT) process has been widely used in many industrial fields, however,very few PACT processes are built for petrochemical wastewater treatment in China. An industrial PACT unit launched in a petrochemical plant was introduced and evaluated from both the practice and mechanism study. Practically, the PACT process showed excellent capability in pollutants removal, shock resistance, toxicity tolerance, and the COD and ammoniumN in effluent of PACT unit assisted by PAC was equal to 15.5 mg/L and 0.7 mg/L lower than that without PAC addition,respectively. The wet oxidation regeneration unit was quite efficient in supplying regenerated PAC, and, however, the hard calcium sulphate scale and the high pollutant concentration solution needed to be carefully controlled. 5Experimental and computational investigation of transonic speed显示文摘The influence of the wing-tip vortex of leading aircraft on energy savings,quantified by formation aerodynamic force fraction of the following aircraft,is studied at transonic speed for a matrix of leading aircraft’s vortex locations.The research model adopts the hybrid formation of medium and large aircraft.The leading aircraft is scaled by 2.1%,and the following aircraft is scaled by 1.4%.An aerodynamic benefit 'map'is developed to determine the optimum location of the following aircraft relative to the leading aircraft wake and to compare with experimental results,thus validating the use of CFD for the formation flight at cruising speed.The response surface model of aerodynamic gain effect relative to formation parameters is established via numerical calculation and wind tunnel test.The optimal formation parameters and the setting criteria of the study model are optimized.Results show that the wing-tip vortex of large aircraft significantly increases lift and reduces drag on the medium-sized aircraft following it.Reduced drag slightly increases with the flow direction position.With the increase of flow direction distance,the peak area moves from 15%of wing-tip overlap to 20%of overlap.In addition,the maximum drag decreases about 16%,and the maximum lift increases about 12%.The lift drag ratio of the optimal position is increased by 27%,which is twice as large as that of the same scale ratio aircraft formation.Results show that the increase of lift is mainly caused by the increase of suction peak and suction range.Yang TAO Neng XIONG Xiaobing WANG Jun LIN Zhiyong LIU Shang MA Junqiang WU 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,1:1

9Investigation of lateral-directional aerodynamic parameters identification method for fly-by-wire passenger airliners显示文摘A new identification method is proposed to solve the problem of the influence on the loaded excitation signals brought by high feedback gain augmentation in lateral-directional aerodynamic parameters identification of fly-by-wire(FBW) passenger airliners. Taking for example an FBW passenger airliner model with directional relaxed-static-stability, through analysis of its signal energy distribution and airframe frequency response, a new method is proposed for signal type selection, signal parameters design, and the appropriate frequency relationship between the aileron and rudder excitation signals. A simulation validation is presented of the FBW passenger airliner's lateral-directional aerodynamic parameters identification. The validation result demonstrates that the designed signal can excite the lateral-directional motion mode of the FBW passenger airliner adequately and persistently. 13Design Strategy for Vulcanization Accelerator of Diphenylguanidine/Cyclodextrin Inclusion Complex for Natural Rubber Latex Foam with Enhancing Performance显示文摘Vulcanization is an essential process to obtain high-performance rubber products.Diphenylguanidine(DPG)is often used as the secondary accelerator in the vulcanization process of natural rubber(NR)latex.However,DPG would make NR latex emulsion exhibit gelation,resulting in the negative vulcanization efficiency.In addition,exposure to DPG might lead to some physiological diseases during the production process of DPG doped NR latex.Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD)with the hydrophobic interior and hydrophilic exterior has the advantages of good water solubility,high bioavailability,reliable stability,and low toxicity.In this study,the inclusion complex of diphenylguanidine-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(DPG-HP-β-CD)is prepared by bali milling with a host-guest molar ratio of 1:1,which has also been applied to the foaming process of NR latex.The mechanical properties of DPG-HP-β-CD inclusion complex/natural rubber latex foam(DPG-HP-β-CD/NRLF)have been significantly improved,including the tensile strength,elongation at break,hardness,compression set,resilience,and antiaging performance.Further,the usage of DPG has been reduced,leading to the reduction of toxicity and environmental hazards.Wang Zhang Liwei Lin Junqiang Guo Ming Wu Sumin Park Hang Yao Sun Ha Paek Guowang Diao Yuanzhe Piao 2023Research2023,,1:0
