| 1 | 贵州省2003~2004年麻疹疫苗强化免疫效果评价显示文摘目的总结贵州省实施麻疹疫苗(MV)强化免疫的效果。方法综合分析强化免疫期间的现场调查、项目年度评估报告和强化免疫后1年的麻疹监测系统和法定传染病报告系统的疫情资料。结果本次强化免疫共计接种目标儿童8611528人,报告接种率和调查接种率均〉95%;共报告预防接种异常反应354例,发生率4.11/10万;接种后经过1个最长潜伏期,麻疹发病数明显减少,每周报告疑似麻疹2~34例,且近1/3为风疹;目前78.3%的麻疹病例发生在8月龄~14岁,病例71.1%无免疫史或免疫史不详。结论高质量MV强化免疫能够迅速降低麻疹发病,实施该项工作的关键环节包括广泛的社会动员、细致的培训和清晰的物流是前提保障;目标人群的确定必须结合当地流行病学监测的资料;尽可能在较大范围内开展,以形成有效的人群免疫屏障阻断麻疹病毒传播;接种时间选择在麻疹低发季节,且尽可能在15d内完成;保证〉95%接种率是活动的前提目标;必须针对可能发生的预防接种后异常反应做好充分准备;如果该地区常规免疫服务质量在1~2年内不能明显加强,需要同时考虑4~5年后的后续免疫。 | 左树岩 梁晓峰 殷大鹏 尤雪丹 郭飚 童亦兵 朱青 张大勇 杜雯 Lisa lee Yoshihiro Takashima 于竞进 | 2006 | 中国计划免疫2006，12，1： | 67 |
| 2 | 安徽省2002年小学新生预防接种状况调查显示文摘为了解安徽省 2 0 0 2年小学新生预防接种状况 ,采用横断面调查方法对城乡部分小学一年级新生的预防接种记录进行了调查。在合肥市和天长市共调查了 5所小学的 812名 2 0 0 2年入学新生。结果显示 ,只有合肥市城区小学建立了查验预防接种证制度 ,5所小学只有 4 8 2 8%的新生持有预防接种证 ,17 11%的新生既无预防接种证又无预防接种卡 ,城区学生预防接种证持有率 >90 %。而在农村只有 13 6 5 %新生家长保存预防接种证 ,72 98%的农村新生能从乡级卫生院查找到预防接种记录。城郊小学流动儿童占 36 2 1% ,流动儿童预防接种证持有率较低 ,所有乡级卫生院均无流动儿童的预防接种记录。新生的平均卡痕率为 84 85 %。城区常住儿童 92 86 %接种过卡介苗 (BCG) ,除白喉百日咳破伤风联合疫苗 (DPT)外 ,口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗 (OPV)、麻疹疫苗 (MV)和乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )疫苗全程接种率均 >80 % ;农村常住儿童虽有近 90 %接种过BCG、OPV、DPT、MV ,但OPV、DPT、MV的全程接种率只有 30 %多 ,有 6 3 37%的新生未接种乙肝疫苗。流动儿童各种疫苗接种率均较低 ,BCG的接种率为16 2 8% ,接种过OPV、MV、DPT和乙肝疫苗的儿童 <5 0 % ,而上述疫苗的全程接种率更低 ,城郊和农村的流动儿童基本上无接种疫苗记录。 | 余文周 左树岩 唐继海 盛利 Lisa A. | 5 | Epidemiology of inflammatory bowel disease in South America: A systematic review显示文摘BACKGROUND The worldwide epidemiology of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is rapidly changing.Increasing Crohn’s disease(CD)and ulcerative colitis(UC)incidence and prevalence have been recorded in developing regions such as Asia,Africa and Eastern Europe where it was previously thought to be uncommon.Whether this is also the case in South America is not well known.Demonstration that developing regions worldwide have increasing IBD incidence would indicate that environmental change plays a significant role in the development of IBD.AIM To report the incidence,prevalence and disease characteristics of CD and UC within the South American continent.METHODS A systematic review was conducted by searching published studies in major international and regional databases(MEDLINE,EMBASE and Scopus)between January 1990 and December 2018.Outcomes considered were incidence,prevalence,phenotype,environmental and genetic factors,ethnicity and gender.A pair of independent reviewers screened and reviewed all identified articles.RESULTS One hundred and sixty two citations were initially retrieved with 18 studies included in this systematic review.The majority of included studies were from Brazil(n=13,72%).The incidence of UC ranged from 4.3-5.3/100000 personyears whilst the incidence of CD ranged from 0.74-3.5/100000 person-years.Prevalence ranged from 15.0-24.1/100000 inhabitants for UC and from 2.4-14.1/100000 inhabitants for CD.The incidence and prevalence of both UC and CD has increased significantly in Brazil over the past 21 years.Pancolitis was the most common disease distribution in patients with UC whilst colonic involvement was the most common distribution in CD.People residing in urban areas were at higher risk of developing both CD and UC.CONCLUSION The IBD burden in South America is increasing at a rate possibly even greater than other developing regions around the world.There is a paucity of highquality epidemiological studies and further robust and representative data are required to further explore modifiable risk factors and disease phenotypes. | Sriharan Selvaratnam Santiago Gullino Lisa Shim Eric Lee Alice Lee Sudarshan Paramsothy Rupert W Leong | 2019 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2019，25，47： | 5 |
| 6 | Ezetimibe improves hepatic steatosis in relation to autophagy in obese and diabetic rats显示文摘AIM: To investigate whether ezetimibe ameliorates hepatic steatosis and induces autophagy in a rat model of obesity and type 2 diabetes. METHODS: Male age-matched lean control LETO and obese and diabetic OLETF rats were administered either PBS or ezetimibe(10 mg/kg per day) via stomach gavage for 20 wk. Changes in weight gain and energy intake were regularly monitored. Blood and liver tissue were harvested after overnight fasting at the end of study. Histological assessment was performed in liver tissue. The concentrations of glucose, insulin, triglycerides(TG), free fatty acids(FFA), and total cholesterol(TC) in blood and TG, FFA, and TG in livertissue were measured. m RNA and protein abundance involved in autophagy was analyzed in the liver. To investigate the effect of ezetimibe on autophagy and reduction in hepatic fat accumulation, human Huh7 hepatocytes were incubated with ezetimibe(10 μmol/L) together with or without palmitic acid(PA, 0.5 mmol/L, 24 h). Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) was employed to demonstrate effect of ezetimibe on autophagy formation. Autophagic flux was measured with bafilomycin A1, an inhibitor of autophagy and following immunoblotting for autophagy-related protein expression.RESULTS: In the OLETF rats that received ezetimibe(10 mg/kg per day), liver weight were significantly decreased by 20% compared to OLETF control rats without changes in food intake and body weight(P < 0.05). Lipid parameters including TG, FFA, and TC in liver tissue of ezetimibe-administrated OLETF rats were dramatically decreased at least by 30% compared to OLETF controls(P < 0.01). The serum glucose, insulin, HOMA-IR, and lipid profiles were also improved by ezetimibe(P < 0.05). In addition, autophagy-related m RNA expression including ATG5, ATG6, and ATG7 and the protein level of microtubule-associated protein light chain 3(LC3) were significantly increased in the liver in rats that received ezetimibe(P < 0.05). Likewise, for hepatocytes cultured in vitro, ezetimibe treatment significantly decreased PA-induced fat accumulation and increased PA-reduced m RNA and protein expression involved in autophagy(P < 0.05). Ezetimibe-increased autophagosomes was observed in TEM analysis. Immunoblotting analysis of autophagy formation with an inhibitor of autophagy demonstrated that ezetimibe-increased autophagy resulted from increased autophagic flux. | 8 | Friction transitions and connections to third bodies for a Cd coating on steel substrate显示文摘Cd coating is used in aerospace industries from last five decades due to its sacrificial protection and lubrication properties. Although Cd coating is primarily used due to its sacrificial corrosion protection when applied on steel substrate, the added benefit of modifying the tribological behavior by acting as a lubricious layer gives it a leading-edge than other coatings. Often the measurement of friction coefficient (CoF) is reported as a value generated after full sliding cycle. This measurement of average CoF generally limits the study of local variation in CoF occurring within one sliding cycle, which can be significantly different with change in spatial position due to change in third body morphology. In this study, a linearly reciprocating sliding test is used to measure the CoF at a sampling rate of 800 Hz along the track length to generate triboscopic image with steel countersphere. The instantaneous CoF obtained with triboscopy is correlated with the wear track morphology using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and optical profilometer for variation in contact conditions. Tribological test performed in dry atmosphere shows an average CoF of 0.4 till the end of the test whereas with increase in relative humidity to 60%, the average CoF changes from 0.4 to 0.8 at the end of the test due to change in contact conditions.
