2A unified model for the formation and distribution of both conventional and unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs显示文摘The discovery and large-scale exploration of unconventional oil/gas resources since 1980s have been considered as the most important advancement in the history of petroleum geology;that has not only changed the balance of supply and demand in the global energy market,but also improved our understanding of the formation mechanisms and distribution characteristics of oil/gas reservoirs.However,what is the difference of conventional and unconventional resources and why they always related to each other in petroliferous basins is not clear.As the differences and correlations between unconventional and conventional resources are complex challenging issues and very critical for resources assessment and hydrocarbon exploration,this paper focused on studying the relationship of formations and distributions among different oil/gas reservoirs.Drilling results of 12,237 exploratory wells in 6 representative petroliferous basins of China and distribution characteristics for 52,926 oil/gas accumulations over the world were applied to clarify the formation conditions and genetic relations of different oil/gas reservoirs in a petroliferous basin,and then to establish a unified model to address the differences and correlations of conventional and unconventional reservoirs.In this model,conventional reservoirs formed in free hydrocarbon dynamic field with high porosity and permeability located above the boundary of hydrocarbon buoyancy-driven accumulation depth limit.Unconventional tight reservoirs formed in confined hydrocarbon dynamic field with low porosity and permeability located between hydrocarbon buoyancy-driven accumulation depth limit and hydrocarbon accumulation depth limit.Shale oil/gas reservoirs formed in the bound hydrocarbon dynamic field with low porosity and ultra-low permeability within the source rock layers.More than 75%of proved reserves around the world are discovered in the free hydrocarbon dynamic field,which is estimated to contain only 10%of originally generated hydrocarbons.Most of undiscovered resources distributed in the confined hydrocarbon dynamic field and the bound hydrocarbon dynamic field,which contains 90%of original generated hydrocarbons,implying a reasonable and promising area for future hydrocarbon explorations.The buried depths of hydrocarbon dynamic fields become shallow with the increase of heat flow,and the remaining oil/gas resources mainly exist in the deep area of“cold basin”with low geothermal gradient.Lithology changing in the hydrocarbon dynamic field causes local anomalies in the oil/gas dynamic mechanism,leading to the local formation of unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs in the free hydrocarbon dynamic field or the occurrence of oil/gas enrichment sweet points with high porosity and permeability in the confined hydrocarbon dynamic field.The tectonic movements destroy the medium conditions and oil/gas components,which leads to the transformation of conventional oil/gas reservoirs formed in free hydrocarbon dynamic field to unconventional ones or unconventional ones formed in confined and bound hydrocarbon dynamic fields to conventional ones.Xiongqi Pang Chengzao Jia Junqing Chen Maowen Li Wenyang Wang Qinhong Hu Yingchun Guo Zhangxin Chen Junwen Peng Keyu Liu Keliu Wu 2021Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,2:8
3Down-staging depth score to predict outcomes in locally advanced rectal cancer achieving ypl stage after neoadjuvant chemo-radiotherapy versus de novo stage pl cohort:A propensity score-matched analysis显示文摘Objective:Prognosis of patients with locally advanced rectal cancer(LARC)but achieving yp T1–2N0 stage after neoadjuvant concurrent chemo-radiotherapy(CRT)has been shown to be favorable.This study aims to determine whether the long-term outcome of yp T1–2N0 cases can be comparable to that of p T1–2N0 cohort that received definitive surgery for early disease.Method:From January 2008 to December 2013,449 consecutive patients with rectal cancer were treated and their outcome maintained in a database.Patients with LARC underwent total mesorectal excision(TME)surgery at4–8 weeks after completion of CRT,and those achieving stage yp I were identified as a group.As a comparison,stage p I group pertains to patients whose initially limited disease was not upstaged after TME surgery alone.After propensity score matching(PSM),comparisons of local regional control(LC),distant metastasis-free survival(DMFS),disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)were performed using Kaplan-Meier analysis and log-rank test between yp I and p I groups.Down-staging depth score(DDS),a novel method of evaluating CRT response,was used for subset analysis.Results:Of the 449 patients,168 matched cases were generated for analysis.Five-year LC,DMFS,DFS and OS for stage p I vs.yp I groups were 96.7%vs.96.4%(P=0.796),92.7%vs.73.6%(P=0.025),91.2%vs.73.6%(P=0.080)and 93.1%vs.72.3%(P=0.040),respectively.In the DDS-favorable subset of the yp I group,LC,DMFS,DFS and OS resulted in no significant differences in comparison with the p I group(P=0.384,0.368,0.277 and0.458,respectively).Conclusions:LC was comparable in both groups;however,distant metastasis developed more frequently in down-staged LARC than de novo early stage cases,reflecting the need to improve the efficacy of systemic treatment despite excellent pathologic response.DDS can be an indicator to identify a subset of the yp I group whose longterm oncologic outcomes are as good as those of stage p I cohort.Ning Li Jing Jin Jing Yu Shuai Li Yuan Tang Hua Ren Wenyang Liu Shulian Wang Yueping Liu Yongwen Song Hui Fang Zihao Yu Yexiong Li 2018Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,3:4
4Introduce Dissipation for Cylindrical Structures with Moon-Pool of Restricted Entrances显示文摘In order to consider the viscous effect,the introduction of a parametric dissipation and new results are realized by applying the new formulation combining and dynamic conditions over the free-surface with viscous terms. The dispersion equation is then modified by assuming an additional term in the boundary condition at the free-surface and wave-number becomes complex number with a small imaginary part which ensures the decay of wave amplitudes. The comparisons of numerical results and model test measurement on wave elevation at the moon-pool center is obtained both for the peak period and for the amplitude at resonance by choosing an appropriated dissipation coefficient. 5Optimal Day-ahead Scheduling of Islanded Microgrid Considering Risk-based Reserve Decision显示文摘Due to the lack of support from the main grid,the intermittency of renewable energy sources(RESs)and the fluctuation of load will derive uncertainties to the operation of islanded microgrids(IMGs).It is crucial to allocate appropriate reserve capacity for the economic and reliable operation of IMGs.With the high penetration of RESs,it faces both economic and environmental challenges if we only use spinning reserve for reserve support.To solve these problems,a multi-type reserve scheme for IMGs is proposed according to different operation characteristics of generation,load,and storage.The operation risk due to reserve shortage is modeled by the conditional value-at-risk(CVaR)method.The correlation of input variables is considered for the forecasting error modeling of RES and load,and Latin hypercube sampling(LHS)is adopted to generate the random scenarios of the forecasting error,so as to avoid the dimension disaster caused by conventional large-scale scenario sampling approaches.Furthermore,an optimal day-ahead scheduling model of joint energy and reserve considering riskbased reserve decision is established to coordinate the security and economy of the operation of IMGs.Finally,the comparison of numerical results of different schemes demonstrate the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed scheme and model.Zehuai Liu Siliang Liu Qinhao Li Yongjun Zhang Wenyang Deng Lai Zhou 2021Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,5:2
6Down-staging depth score could be a survival predictor for locally advanced gastric cancer patients after preoperative chemoradiotherapy显示文摘Objective:The predictive effect of preoperative chemoradiotherapy(CRT)is low and difficult in guiding individualized treatment.We examined a surrogate endpoint for long-term outcomes in locally advanced gastric cancer patients after preoperative CRT.Methods:From April 2012 to April 2019,95 patients with locally advanced gastric cancer who received preoperative concurrent CRT and who were enrolled in three prospective studies were included.All patients were stage T_(3/4) N_(+).Local control,distant metastasis-free survival(DMFS),disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)were evaluated.Clinicopathological factors related to long-term prognosis were analyzed using univariate and multivariate analyses.The down-staging depth score(DDS),which is a novel method of evaluating CRT response,was used to predict long-term outcomes.Results:The median follow-up period for survivors was 30 months.The area under the curve(AUC)of the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve predicted by the DDS was 0.728,which was better than the pathological complete response(pCR),histological response and ypN0.Decision curve analysis further affirmed that DDS had the largest net benefit.The DDS cut-off value was 4.pCR and ypN0 were associated with OS(P=0.026 and 0.049).Surgery and DDS are correlated with DMFS,DFS and OS(surgery:P=0.001,<0.001 and<0.001,respectively;and DDS:P=0.009,0.013 and 0.032,respectively).Multivariate analysis showed that DDS was an independent prognostic factor of DFS(P=0.021).Conclusions:DDS is a simple,short-term indicator that was a better surrogate endpoint than pCR,histological response and ypN0 for DFS.Ning Li Xin Wang Yuan Tang Dongbin Zhao Yihebali Chi Lin Yang Liming Jiang Jun Jiang Jinming Shi Wenyang Liu Hua Ren Hui Fang Yu Tang Bo Chen Ningning Lu Hao Jing Shunan Qi Shulian Wang Yueping Liu Yongwen Song Yexiong Li Jing Jin 2021Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,4:1

8Coordinating Zirconium Nodes in Metal-Organic Framework with Trifluoroacetic Acid for Enhanced Lewis Acid Catalysis显示文摘Regulating Lewis acid sites with well-defined electronic state and steric environment is still challenging for achieving high catalytic efficiency.Here we show coordinating zirconium nodes in the typical metal-organic framework known as MOF-545 with the monocarboxylate modulators including trifluoroacetic acid(TFA)or benzoic acid(BA)over meso-tetra(4-carboxyphenyl)-porphine(H_(2)TCPP),denoted as MOF-545-TFA or MOF-545-BA.Impressively,MOF-545-TFA shows the significantly enhanced performance for the catalytic ring-opening reaction of various epoxides with alcohols and good recyclability at 40°C in respect with MOF-545-BA and ZrO_(2).This mainly originates from the stronger Lewis acidity and more active zirconium sites induced by the electron-withdrawing TFA,resulting in the increased ability for activation of epoxides.This modulation approach is promising for enlarging the toolbox to extend the MOFs-based Lewis acid catalysis.WANG Wenyang LIU Hanlin YANG Caoyu FAN Ting CUI Chengqian LU Xiaoquan TANG Zhiyong LI Guodong 2022Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,5:0
9Overdischarge-induced evolution of Cu dendrites and degradation of mechanical properties in lithium-ion batteries显示文摘The degradation of mechanical properties of overdischarge battery materials manifests as a significant effect on the energy density,safety,and cycle life of the batteries.However,establishing the correlation between depth of overdischarge and mechanical properties is still a significant challenge.Studying the correlation between depth of overdischarge and mechanical properties is of great significance to improving the energy density and the ability to resist abuse of the batteries.In this paper,the mechanical properties of the battery materials during the whole process of overdischarge from discharge to complete failure were studied.The effects of depth of overdischarge on the elastic modulus and hardness of the cathode of the battery,the tensile strength and the thermal shrinkage rate of the separator,and the performance of binder were investigated.The precipitation of Cu dendrites on the separator and cathode after dissolution of anode copper foil is a key factor affecting the performance of battery materials.The Cu dendrites attached to the cathode penetrate the separator,causing irreversible damage to the coating and base film of the separator,which leads to a sharp decline in the tensile strength,thermal shrinkage rate and other properties of the separator.In addition,the Cu dendrites wrapping the cathode active particles reduce the adhesion of the active particles binder.Meanwhile,the active particles are damaged,resulting in a significant decrease in the elastic modulus and hardness of the cathode.Zixin Guo Siguo Yang Wenyang Zhao Shenghui Wang Jiong Liu Zhichao Ma Hongwei Zhao Luquan Ren 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,3:0
10Phase Identification of Low-voltage Distribution Network Based on Stepwise Regression Method显示文摘Accurate information for consumer phase connectivity in a low-voltage distribution network(LVDN)is critical for the management of line losses and the quality of customer service.The wide application of smart meters provides the data basis for the phase identification of LVDN.However,the measurement errors,poor communication,and data distortion have significant impacts on the accuracy of phase identification.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a phase identification method of LVDN based on stepwise regression(SR)method.First,a multiple linear regression model based on the principle of energy conservation is established for phase identification of LVDN.Second,the SR algorithm is used to identify the consumer phase connectivity.Third,by defining a significance correction factor,the results from the SR algorithm are updated to improve the accuracy of phase identification.Finally,an LVDN test system with 63 consumers is constructed based on the real load.The simulation results prove that the identification accuracy achieved by the proposed method is higher than other phase identification methods under the influence of various errors.Yingqi Yi Siliang Liu Yongjun Zhang Ying Xue Wenyang Deng Qinhao Li 2023Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2023,11,4:0
11Nomogram for predicting the overall survival of patients after D2/R0 resection and chemoradiotherapy for stage Ⅲ gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction cancer显示文摘Objective:To explore the independent factors associated with the overall survival(OS)after D2/R0 resection and adjuvant chemoradiotherapy(CRT)for stage Ⅲ gastric cancer(GC)and gastroesophageal junction(GEJ)cancer,and establish and validate a nomogram model to predict the OS in this patient population.Methods:A total of 569 stage Ⅲ GC or GEJ cancer patients who underwent D2/R0 resection and adjuvant CRT at our center from January 2013 to May 2018 were retrospectively enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into training and validation cohorts in a 3:1 ratio.In the training cohort,univariate and multivariate analysis were conducted to identify clinical factors associated with OS,and a nomogram model was established on the basis of the independent factors.The concordance index(C-index)and the calibration curve were used to validate the prediction power of the nomogram.Results:Overall,427 and 142 patients were enrolled in the training and validation cohorts,respectively.In the univariate and multivariate analyses,age,Lauren's classification,TNM stage,and administration of adjuvant CRT were independent factors for OS to construct the nomogram.The C-index values were 0.654 and 0.613 in the training and validation cohorts,respectively.The calibration curves were identical to the actual OS.Risk stratification based on the nomogram model showed good risk stratification for OS in both groups.Conclusion:Our study included adjuvant CRT as a predictive factor and established a nomogram model for predicting the OS in patients with stage III GC or GEJ after D2/R0 resection and adjuvant therapy.This nomogram could facilitate more individualized prediction of OS in clinical practice.Jinming Shi Wenzhe Kang Songlin Gao Wenyang Liu Yuan Tang Ning Li Qiang Zeng Huiying Ma Haoyue Li Yantao Tian Jing Jin 2023Radiation Medicine and Protection2023,4,3:0

13Elimination of the yellow pigment gene PSY-E2 tightly linked to the Fusarium head blight resistance gene Fhb7 from Thinopyrum ponticum显示文摘Fhb7 is a major gene that was transferred from Thinopyrum ponticum to chromosome 7D of wheat(Triticum aestivum)and confers resistance to both Fusarium head blight(FHB)and Fusarium crown rot(FCR).However,Fhb7 is tightly linked to the PSY-E2 gene,which causes yellow flour,limiting its application in breeding.To break this linkage,marker K-PSY was developed for tagging PSY-E2 and used with Fhb7 markers to identify recombination between the two genes.Screening 21,000 BC1F2 backcross progeny(Chinese Spring ph1bph1b*2/SDAU 2028)revealed two Fhb7^(+)wheat-Tp7el_(2)L lines,Shannong 2–16and Shannong 16–1,that carry a desired truncated Fhb7^(+)translocation segment without PSY-E2.The two lines show levels of resistance to FHB and FCR similar to those of the original translocation line SDAU 2028,but have white flour.To facilitate Fhb7 use in wheat breeding,STS markers were developed and used to isolate Fhb7 on a truncated Tp7el_(2) translocation segment.Near-isogenic lines carrying the Fhb7^(+)segment were generated in the backgrounds of three commercial cultivars,and Fhb7^(+)lines showed increased FHB and FCR resistance without yield penalty.The breakage of the tight linkage between Fhb7 and PSY-E2 via homoeologous recombination provides genetic resources for improvement of wheat resistance to FHB and FCR and permit the large-scale deployment of Fhb7 in breeding using marker-assisted selection.Xuefeng Li Dong Li Yu Xuan Ziming He Lanfei Zhao Yongchao Hao Wenyang Ge Shoushen Xu Bingqian Hou Biao Wang Jun Guo Wenwen Liu Mingzhu Li Yi Han Cunyao Bo Yinguang Bao Zengjun Qi Steven S.Xu Guihua Bai Hongwei Wang Lingrang Kong 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,3:0

15Deep Contextual Representation Learning for Identifying Essential Proteins via Integrating Multisource Protein Features显示文摘Essential proteins with biological functions are necessary for the survival of organisms.Computational recognition methods of essential proteins can reduce the workload and provide candidate proteins for biologists.However,existing methods fail to efficiently identify essential proteins,and generally do not fully use amino acid sequence information to improve the performance of essential protein recognition.In this work,we propose an end-to-end deep contextual representation learning framework called DeepIEP to automatically learn biological discriminative features without prior knowledge based on protein network heterogeneous information.Specifically,the model attaches amino acid sequences as the attributes of each protein node in the protein interaction network,and then automatically learns topological features from protein interaction networks by graph embedding algorithms.Next,multi-scale convolutions and gated recurrent unit networks are used to extract contextual features from gene expression profiles.The extensive experiments confirm that our DeepIEP is an effective and efficient feature learning framework for identifying essential proteins and contextual features of protein sequences can improve the recognition performance of essential proteins.LI Weihua LIU Wenyang GUO Yanbu WANG Bingyi QING Hua 2023Chinese Journal of Electronics2023,32,4:0

17Characterization on Modification and Biocompatibility of PCL Scaffold Prepared with Near-field Direct-writing Melt Electrospinning显示文摘In this study,orthogonal experiments were designed to explore the optimal process parameters for preparing polycaprolactone(PCL)scaffolds by the near-field direct-writing melt electrospinning(NFDWMES)technology.Based on the optimal process parameters,the PCL scaffolds with different thicknesses,gaps and structures were manufactured and the corresponding hydrophilicities were characterized.The PCL scaffolds were modified by chitosan(CS)and hyaluronic acid(HA)to improve biocompatibility and hydrophilicity.Both Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)analysis and antibacterial experimental results show that the chitosan and hyaluronic acid adhere to the surface of PCL scaffolds,suggesting that the modification plays a positive role in biocompatibility and antibacterial effect.The PCL scaffolds were then employed as a carrier to culture cells.The morphology and distribution of the cells observed by a fluorescence microscope demonstrate that the modified PCL scaffolds have good biocompatibility,and the porous structure of the scaffolds is conducive to adhesion and deep growth of cells.CHEN Zhijun HAO Ming QIAN Xiaoming CHEN Wenyang ZENG Ming HUANG Juan LI Ruixin FAN Jintu LIU Yanbo 2021Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2021,37,3:0
18Rodent Fauna in Southeast Forest Region of Heilongjiang Province of China and Its Damage on Agriculture and Forestry显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to understand the rodent fauna in southeast forest region of Heilongjiang Province and its harm to agriculture and forests.[Methods]The southeast forest region of Heilongjiang Province was surveyed from March2008 to December2013 using night trap method combined with integrated collation of literature. [Result]There were totally 21 species of rodents in southeast forest region of Heilongjiang Province,belonging to 16 genera,8 families,3orders,and the fauna was mainly consisted of palaearctic realm; in terms of captured number,Clethrionomys rufocanus was the dominant species in forest region,while Apodemus agrarius was the dominant species in fields. The number of rodents was closely related to stand age,and the density of rodents was lower in the forest land with longer stand age and greater density. Rodents caused greater harm to timber forest and middle-aged forest than economic forest and young forest,and their damage on newly planted seedlings was particularly greater. The number of rodent population was the highest in summer,but the smallest in spring,while its interannual changes were stable. 19Gated Fusion Based Transformer Model for Crack Detection on Wind Turbine Blade显示文摘Harsh working environments and wear between blades and other unit components can easily lead to cracks and damage on wind turbine blades.The cracks on the blades can endanger the shafting of the generator set,the tower and other components,and even cause the tower to collapse.To achieve high-precision wind blade crack detection,this paper proposes a crack fault-detection strategy that integratesGated ResidualNetwork(GRN),a fusionmodule and Transformer.Firstly,GRNcan reduce unnecessary noisy inputs that could negatively impact performancewhile preserving the integrity of feature information.In addition,to gain in-depth information about the characteristics of wind turbine blades,a fusionmodule is suggested to implement the information fusion of wind turbine features.Specifically,each fan feature ismapped to a one-dimensional vector with the same length,and all one-dimensional vectors are concatenated to obtain a two-dimensional vector.And then,in the fusion module,the information fusion of the same characteristic variables in the different channels is realized through the Channel-mixing MLP,and the information fusion of different characteristic variables in the same channel is realized through the ColumnmixingMLP.Finally,the fused feature vector is input into the Transformer for feature learning,which enhances the influence of important feature information and improves the model’s anti-noise ability and classification accuracy.Extensive experimentswere conducted on the wind turbine supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)data froma domesticwind field.The results show that compared with other state-of-the-artmodels,including XGBoost,LightGBM,TabNet,etc.,the F1-score of proposed gated fusion based Transformer model can reach 0.9907,which is 0.4%-2.09% higher than the comparedmodels.Thismethod provides amore reliable approach for the condition detection and maintenance of fan blades in wind farms.Wenyang Tang Cong Liu Bo Zhang 2023Energy Engineering2023,120,11:0
20Benefit of rituximab maintenance is associated with Follicular Lymphoma International Prognostic Index in patients with follicular lymphoma显示文摘Rituximab maintenance(RM)prolongs the progression-free survival(PFS)of responding patients with follicular lymphoma(FL),but the maintenance efficacy in different Follicular Lymphoma International Prognostic Index(FLIPI)risk group is still confusing.We performed a retrospective analysis of the effect of RM treatments in patients with FL responding to induction therapy based on their FLIPI risk assessment carried out prior to treatment.We identified 93 patients between 2013 and 2019 who received RM every 3 months for≥4 doses(RM group),and 60 patients who did not accept RM or received rituximab less than 4 doses(control group).After a median follow-up of 39 months,neither median overall survival(OS)nor PFS was reached for the entire population.The PFS was significantly prolonged in the RM group compared to the control group(median PFS NA vs 83.1 months,P=.00027).When the population was divided into the 3 FLIPI risk groups,the PFS differed significantly(4-year PFS rates,97.5%vs 88.8%vs 72.3%,P=.01)according to group.There was no significant difference in PFS for FLIPI low-risk patients with RM compared to the control group(4-year PFS rates,100%vs 93.8%,P=.23).However,the PFS of the RM group was significantly prolonged for FLIPI intermediate-risk(4-year PFS rates,100%vs 70.3%,P=.00077)and high-risk patients(4-year PFS rates,86.7%vs 57.1%,P=.023).These data suggest that standard RM significantly prolongs the PFS of patients assigned to intermediate-and high-risk FLIPI groups but not to low-risk FLIPI group,and pending larger-scale studies to validate.Ru Li Tingyu Wang Rui Lyv Yi Wang Ying Yu Yuting Yan Qi Sun Wenjie Xiong Wei Liu Weiwei Sui Wenyang Huang Huijun Wang Chengwen Li Jun Wang Dehui Zou Gang An Jianxiang Wang Lugui Qiu Shuhua Yi 2023Blood Science2023,5,2:0
