12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 2Dust storms and loess accumulation on the Tibetan Plateau: A case study of dust event on 4 March 2003 in Lhasa显示文摘Whether the Tibetan Plateau is a significant dust source area is of great importance, because this is re-lated to the understanding of sources, accumulation and environmental effects of dusts on the Tibetan Plateau and in the Far East-Pacific Ocean regions as well as to the evolution of coupling of the Tibetan Plateau and atmosphere-ocean- continent exchange. Synoptic dynamics and remote sensing tracing of a dust storm on 3 to 5 March, 2003 in Lhasa on South Tibet demonstrate that the Tibetan Plateau possesses all factors and conditions of generating dust storms. Accom-panied with this dust storm is a strong ascending stream on the Plateau which has raised various sizes of dust particles into different levels. The lifted coarse particles were largely fallen down and accumulated as loess on the eastern Tibetan Plateau, and the fine particles were translated by the west-erly jet and subsided in the northern Pacific Ocean. The spa-tial-temporal distribution of dust-storms between years 1961 and 2000 on the Plateau shows that dust-storms mainly occur in winter and early spring with high frequency, and the path of dust storm moves gradually from south to north, which is closely coupled with the northward moving of the westerly jet from winter to spring over the Tibetan Plateau. 3A 2-year study on the effect of biochar on methane and nitrous oxide emissions in an intensive rice-wheat cropping system显示文摘The impacts of biochar addition with nitrogen fertilizer(Urea-N)on greenhouse gas(GHG)fluxes and grain yields are not comprehensively understood.Therefore,we designed a field experiment in an intensive rice-wheat cropping system located in the Taihu Lake region of China and measured CH4 and N_(2)O emissions for 2 consecutive years to examine the impacts of biochar combined with N-fertilizer on rice production and GHG flux.Three field experimental treatments were designed:(1)no N-fertilizer application(N0);(2)270 kg N ha^(−1) application(N270);and(3)270 kg N-fertilizer ha^(−1) plus 25 t ha^(−1) biochar application(N270+C).We found that,compared with urea application alone,biochar applied with Urea-N fertilizer increased N use efficiency(NUE)and resulted in more stable growth of rice yield.In addition,biochar addition increased CH4 emissions by 0.5-37.5%on average during the two consecutive rice-growing seasons,and decreased N_(2)O-N loss by~16.7%.During the first growing season,biochar addition did not significantly affect the global warming potential(GWPt)or the greenhouse gas intensity(GHGI)of rice production(p>0.05).By contrast,during the second rice-growing season,biochar application significantly increased GWPt and GHGI by 28.9%and 18.8%,respectively,mainly because of increased CH_(4) emissions.Our results suggest that biochar amendment could improve grain yields and NUE,and increased soil GWPt,resulting in a higher potential environmental cost,but that biochar additions enhance exogenous carbon sequestration by the soil,which could offset the increases in GHG emissions.Shuwei Wang Shutan Ma Jun Shan Yongqiu Xia Jinghui Lin Xiaoyuan Yan 2019Biochar2019,1,2:4
4Experimental Study of Effects of One Kind of Tangentially Non-uniform Tip Clearance on the Flow Field at an Exit of a Compressor Cascade Passage显示文摘This paper presents an experimental investigation of effects of one kind of tangentially non-uniform tip clearance on the flow field at an exit of a compressor cascade passage.The tests were performed in a low-speed large-scale cascade with the uniform tip clearance and the non-uniform clearance.The three-dimensional flow field was measured at the exit at three incidence angles of 0°,5°,and 8° using a mini five-hole pressure probe.The measurement results show that the non-uniform tip clearance can moderate the leakage flow and blow down more low-energy fluids at the tip corner and decrease the accumulation of low-energy fluids which cause the flow blockage in the blade passage.In the meantime,the non-uniform clearance can weaken the tangential migration of the low-energy fluids in the endwall boundary layer and reduce the secondary loss and the flow blockage in the tip region.Hongwei MA 2010Journal of Thermal Science2010,19,1:3
5Re-Os isotopic constraint to the age of in komatiites in the Neoarchean Guyang greenstone belt,North China Craton显示文摘The 2.5 Ga Guyang greenstone belt is a major lithological unit in the northwestern part of the North China Craton.Komatiites have recently been identified to occur within the lower part of the meta-volcanic sedimentary sequence of the greenstone belt.The biggest komatiite near Guyang has been mapped out,which is 500 m long and 50 m wide lenticular block.Re-Os isotopic compositions of 9 samples were analyzed to date the komatiites.The Os contents are from 0.88 to 2.63 ppb,identical with typical komatiites,and slightly lower than the normal mantle.The 187Os/188Os ratios are from 0.1115 to 0.1197,which are lower enough to exclude the origin of Phanerozoic magma as widely developed in adjacent areas.The calculated Re depletion model ages(TRD) are from 1346 to 2454 Ma,among them the oldest age of 2454 Ma gives the minimum evaluation for the formation age of the Guyang komatiite.Therefore,the komatiites are a part of the Guyang greenstone belt,indicating high degree melting of mantle during~2.5 Ga crustal growth event.MA XuDong GUO JingHui CHEN Liang CHU ZhuYin 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,27:3
6Evidence for a Dirac nodal-line semimetal in SrAs_3显示文摘Dirac nodal-line semimetals with the linear bands crossing along a line or loop, represent a new topological state of matter. Here, by carrying out magnetotransport measurements and performing first-principle calculations, we demonstrate that such a state has been realized in high-quality single crystals of SrAs_3.We obtain the nontrivial ∏ Berry phase by analysing the Shubnikov-de Haas quantum oscillations. 7Effects of a Kind of Surface Groove on Flow Loss in Both Rectangular and Circular Ducts at Different Reynolds Numbers显示文摘Pipes are widely used to transport gas,oil and water in industries.Drag reduction in pipes is an increasingly concerned problem to save energy.Some researches have indicated that the non-smooth surface with special structures can reduce flow loss.In this paper,an experimental investigation has been performed on the effects of a kind of surface groove on the drag in both rectangular and circular duct at different Reynolds numbers.In the experiment of the rectangular duct,total pressure at both inlet and outlet were measured.Static pressure on the wall was measured on the surface with smooth and grooved film respectively.In the circular duct,a boundary layer pressure probe was used to measure the total pressure distribution at both inlet and outlet.Four taps at inlet and outlet were used to measure static pressure.The loss coefficient is used to evaluate the effects of the surface groove on drag reduction.The experiment was conducted with the Reynolds number range from 1.28×10~4 to 2.57×10~4.The result shows a maximum drag loss reduction of approximately 2.4% in rectangular duct at Reynolds number of 2.4×10~4.A 10%reduction of pipe pressure loss by grooved surface is measured in circular duct at a Reynolds number of 3.0×10~5.MA Rong MA Hongwei ZHANG Zhenyang ZHANG Jinghui 2016Journal of Thermal Science2016,25,5:2

9A robust graphene oxide memristor enabled by organic pyridinium intercalation for artificial biosynapse application显示文摘Graphene oxide(GO)-based memristors offer the promise of low cost,eco-friendliness,and mechanical flexibility,making them attractive candidates for outstanding flexible electronic devices.However,their resistive transitions often display abrupt change rather than bidirectional progressive tuning,which largely limits their applications for biological synapse emulation and neuromorphic computing.Here,a memristor with a novel layered structure of GO/pyridinium/GO is presented with tunable bidirectional feature.The inserted organic pyridinium intercalation succeeds in serving as a satisfactory buffer layer to intrinsically control the formation of conductive filaments during device operation,leading to progressive conductance regulation.Thus,the essential synaptic behaviors including analog memory characteristics,excitatory postsynaptic current,paired pulse facilitation,prepulse inhibition,spike-timing-dependent plasticity,and spike-rate-dependent plasticity are replicated.The emulation of brain-like“learning-forgetting-relearning”process is also implemented.Additionally,the instant responses of the memristor can be stimulated by low operational voltages and short pulse widths.This study paves one way for GO-based memristors to actuate appealing features such as bidirectional tuning and fast speed switching that are desirable for the development of bio-inspired neuromorphic systems.Yang Li Songtao Ling Ruiyu He Cheng Zhang Yue Dong Chunlan Ma Yucheng Jiang Ju Gao Jinghui He Qichun Zhang 2023Nano Research2023,16,8:1
10Study on Filtration Performance of Silica/ Alumina Slurry in the Process of Recycling Mother Liquor of NaY Zeolite显示文摘In order to recover the SiO2 contained in the mother liquor in the course of NaY zeolite synthesis to minimize pollution, the influence of various preparation conditions on the filtering velocity of gel slurry was studied using the SiO2/Al2O3 gel recovered from the NaY mother liquor in the laboratory. The results of study had shown that at a SiO2/A12O3 ratio in the feed equating to 9:1 the SiO2 recovery rate and Al2O3utilization rate were high with a faster flow velocity of the filtrate. The pH value of the system had great impact on the flow velocity of filtrate. Between the two methods for regulating the pH value, the one for formation of silica/alumina gel slurry by addition of sulfuric acid prior to adding aluminium sulfate in the solution could secure a faster filtration velocity. 11BCC-ESM1 Model Datasets for the CMIP6 Aerosol Chemistry Model Intercomparison Project (AerChemMIP)显示文摘BCC-ESM1 is the first version of the Beijing Climate Center’s Earth System Model,and is participating in phase 6 of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project(CMIP6).The Aerosol Chemistry Model Intercomparison Project(AerChemMIP)is the only CMIP6-endorsed MIP in which BCC-ESM1 is involved.All AerChemMIP experiments in priority 1 and seven experiments in priorities 2 and 3 have been conducted.The DECK(Diagnostic,Evaluation and Characterization of Klima)and CMIP historical simulations have also been run as the entry card of CMIP6.The AerChemMIP outputs from BCC-ESM1 have been widely used in recent atmospheric chemistry studies.To facilitate the use of the BCC-ESM1 datasets,this study describes the experiment settings and summarizes the model outputs in detail.Preliminary evaluations of BCC-ESM1 are also presented,revealing that:the climate sensitivities of BCC-ESM1 are well within the likely ranges suggested by IPCC AR5;the spatial structures of annual mean surface air temperature and precipitation can be reasonably captured,despite some common precipitation biases as in CMIP5 and CMIP6 models;a spurious cooling bias from the 1960s to 1990s is evident in BCC-ESM1,as in most other ESMs;and the mean states of surface sulfate concentrations can also be reasonably reproduced,as well as their temporal evolution at regional scales.These datasets have been archived on the Earth System Grid Federation(ESGF)node for atmospheric chemistry studies.Jie ZHANG Tongwen WU Fang ZHANG Kalli FURTADO Xiaoge XIN Xueli SHI Jianglong LI Min CHU Li ZHANG Qianxia LIU Jinghui Yan Min WEI Qiang MA 2021Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,2:1

13Study on Deactivation by Sulfur and Regeneration of Pd/C Catalyst in Hydrogenation of N-(3-nitro-4-methoxyphenyl) Acetamide显示文摘Deactivation of Pd/C catalyst often occurs in liquid hydrogenation using industrial materials. For in-stance, the Pd/C catalyst is deactivated severely in the hydrogenation of N-(3-nitro-4-methoxyphenyl) acetamide. In this study, the chemisorption of sulfur on the surface of deactivated Pd/C was detected by energy dispersive spec-trometer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Sulfur compounds poison the Pd/C catalyst and increase the forma-tion of azo deposit, reducing the activity of catalyst. We report a mild method to regenerate the Pd/C catalyst: wash the deposit by N,N-dimethylformamide and oxidize the chemisorbed sulfur by hot air. 18Classification of ozone pollution and analysis of meteorological factors in the Yangtze River Delta显示文摘Serious regional ozone(O_(3))pollution often plagues the Yangtze River Delta(YRD).The formation mechanism of these regional pollution events,including the meteorological and emission factors leading to these pollution events and how to affect the distribution of O_(3),still needs further research and exploration.In this study,we first define the standard of O_(3)regional pollution in the YRD,and then select 248 regional pollution cases from 2015 to 2020 according to the defined standard.For the pollution cases in pollution months(May and June),PCT(principal component analysis in T-mode)classification method is used to classify the ozone concentration distribution in YRD area.The regional distribution of the O_(3)concentrations in the YRD is divided into five types,and the overall type(Type 1)accounts for 15%,which is related to the control of YRD area by high-pressure center.Under the control of high pressure,the weather is sunny with the high temperature,and this weather condition is favorable for ozone generation and intercity transmission,causing extensive pollution.The double center type(Type 2)accounts for 8%.This type of YRD is controlled by the front of the high pressure(the high-pressure center is located in North China),and the weather in the middle and north is conducive to the generation and transmission of O_(3).Inland type(Type 3)accounts for 24%.The main body of this type of high pressure is located in Mongolia.The easterly wind in YRD area is conducive to the inland transmission of O_(3)precursors.The northern coastal type(Type 4)accounts for 44%.This type of YRD area is mainly controlled by the weak pressure field.The weather in the northern coastal area is sunny and the solar radiation for a long time is conducive to the formation of O_(3).The southern coastal type(Type 5)accounts for 10%,the solar radiation is strong in the southern region mainly under the influence of the post-offshore high pressure.This study provides new insights into the relationship between O_(3)pollution distribution types and atmospheric circulation in YRD area,and reveals the difference of potential meteorological impacts of different O_(3)pollution distribution types.Yu Cao Yuanhao Qu Jinghui Ma 2023Big Earth Data2023,7,2:0
19CRL2^(APPBP2)-mediated TSPYL2 degradation counteracts human mesenchymal stem cell senescence显示文摘Cullin-RING E3 ubiquitin ligases(CRLs),the largest family of multi-subunit E3 ubiquitin ligases in eukaryotic cells,represent core cellular machinery for executing protein degradation and maintaining proteostasis.Here,we asked what roles Cullin proteins play in human mesenchymal stem cell(hMSC)homeostasis and senescence.To this end,we conducted a comparative aging phenotype analysis by individually knocking down Cullin members in three senescence models:replicative senescent hMSCs,Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome hMSCs,and Werner syndrome hMSCs.Among all family members,we found that CUL2 deficiency rendered hMSCs the most susceptible to senescence.To investigate CUL2-specific underlying mechanisms,we then applied CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing technology to generate CUL2-deficient human embryonic stem cells(hESCs).When we differentiated these into h MSCs,we found that CUL2 deletion markedly accelerates hMSC senescence.Importantly,we identified that CUL2 targets and promotes ubiquitin proteasome-mediated degradation of TSPYL2(a known negative regulator of proliferation)through the substrate receptor protein APPBP2,which in turn downregulates one of the canonical aging marker-P21^(waf1/cip1),and thereby delays senescence.Our work provides important insights into how CRL2^(APPBP2)-mediated TSPYL2 degradation counteracts hMSC senescence,providing a molecular basis for directing intervention strategies against aging and aging-related diseases.Daoyuan Huang Qian Zhao Kuan Yang Jinghui Lei Ying Jing Hongyu Li Chen Zhang Shuai Ma Shuhui Sun Yusheng Cai Guibin Wang Jing Qu Weiqi Zhang Si Wang Guang-Hui Liu 2024Science China(Life Sciences)2024,67,3:0
20The pretreatment of chronic restraint stress exerts little impact on the progression of heart failure in mice显示文摘Stress is a potent risk factor for depression.Chronic stress can exacerbate and induce symptoms of depression.Clinical studies suggested that depressive patients are more likely to develop coronary artery diseases.However,the causal relationship between depression and heart failure progression remains unclear.In this study,we aimed to explore the relevance between stress and heart failure(HF)in a mouse model subjected to chronic restraint stress and left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD)ligation.Mice were restrained for 3 h daily for 21 days and the processes were repeated once 3 months later.After the repeated chronic restraint stress,mice showed dramatically increased immobility time in the forced swim test,indicating a state of despair.Restrained and control mice were further subjected to LAD ligation surgery.Echocardiography was conducted 1 week,2 weeks,and 1 month afterward.LAD-operated mice showed a significant decrease in the values of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and there was no difference in the LVEF values between the restrained and control mice.Relevant gene expression,neurotransmitter system,glial activation,and morphology of the heart–brain axis were comprehensively evaluated.We found no overall differences between the restrained and control mice with HF.Our results revealed that the repeated chronic restraint stress may have little effects on the progression of heart failure.Li Huang Jing Su Liping Bu Jiabin Tong Jinghui Wang Yufang Yang Zishan Wang Haoyue Wang Heng Li Yuanyuan Ma Mei Yu Jian Fei Fang Huang 2019Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2019,51,2:0
