1Buckling analysis of the shell of a refuge chamber in a coal mine under uniform axial compression显示文摘A stiffened cylindrical shell is normally used in refuge chambers of a coal mine. Based on the method of application and shape characteristics of a refuge chamber, we simplified its shell as an orthotropic cylinder. The basic buckling equation of the stiffened cylindrical shell under uniform axial compression was deduced by using a Donnell function. The factors affecting its buckling capacity were studied by theoretical analysis and numerical calculations. The results reveal that the torsional rigidity of the longitudinal stiffener had little effect on the buckling capacity of the shell and that the critical load of an externally stiffened cylindrical shell is higher than that of an internally stiffened cylindrical shell.Fang Haifeng Ge Shirong Cai Lihua Hu Eryi 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,1:4
2A novel vector of topological and structural information for amino acids and its QSAR applications for peptides and analogues显示文摘A new descriptor, called vector of topological and structural information for coded and noncoded amino acids (VTSA), was derived by principal component analysis (PCA) from a matrix of 66 topological and structural variables of 134 amino acids. The VTSA vector was then applied into two sets of peptide quantitative structure-activity relationships or quantitative sequence-activity modelings (QSARs/ QSAMs). Molded by genetic partial least squares (GPLS), support vector machine (SVM), and immune neural network (INN), good results were obtained. 4Efficient small-molecule donor with improved structural order and molecular aggregation enabled by side-chain modification显示文摘Side-chain modification is a proven effective approach for morphology manipulation in organic solar cells(OSCs).However,in-depth analysis and investigation involving side-chain modification towards morphology improvement,including molecular microstructure,orientating packing and aggregation are urgent for all-small-molecule(ASM)systems.Herein,employing a fluorine-modified two-dimension benzodithiophene(BDT)as central unit,we contrastively synthesized two small-molecule donors,namely BDT-F-SR and BDT-F-R,each welding alkylthio side-chains on thienyl of central BDT unit and the other grafted non-sulfuric alkyl side-chains.As predicted,the synergetic side-chain modification of fluorination and alkyl changeover triggers diverse molecular dipole moments and orientations,resulting in different molecular energy levels,thermal stabilities,molecular planarity and order.Eventually,together with the preeminent small-molecule acceptor Y6,BDT-F-R-based ASM OSCs obtain enhanced power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 13.88%compared to BDT-F-SR-based devices(PCE of 12.75%)with more suitable phase-separation and balanced carrier mobilities.The contrast results reveal that alkyl sidechains seem to be a more satisfactory partner for fluorine-modified 2D BDT-based small-molecule donors compared to alkylthio pendants,and highlight the significance of subtle side-chain modification for molecular structural order fun-tuning and morphology control,laying the foundation for efficient ASM OSCs.Haiyan Chen Ke Yang Peihao Huang Dingqin Hu Hua Tang Jie Lv Gang Li Shirong Lu 2021Materials Reports(Energy)2021,1,4:1
5Identification and Characterization of a Novel Thymus Aging Related Protein Rwdd1显示文摘By using DDRT-PCR and EST segment ligation,a novel mouse thymus involution related gene Rwdd1 was identified. The reading frame encoded a protein of 243 amino acid residues which contained an RWD domain at the N terminus. Rwdd1 expression in thymus was decreased in aged and oxidatively stressed mice. It was found to be expressed extensively in thymocytes and thymic epithelial cells. The expression level of Rwdd1 could affect the transactivation activity of androgen receptor (AR) in transiently transfected thymic epithelial cells. However,no direct interaction could be detected by fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) analysis. 10Integration of genetic virtual screening patterns and latent multivariate modeling techniques for QSAR optimization based on combinations and/or interactions between peptides and proteins显示文摘Both the concept and the model of snug quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) were pro-posed and developed for molecular design through constructing QSAR based on some known mode of receptor/ligand interactions. Many disadvantages of traditional models can be avoided by using the proposed method because the traditional models only determined upon molecular structural features in sample sets themselves. A genetic virtual screening of peptide/protein combinations (GVSPPC) is proposed for the first time by utilizing this idea to examine peptide/protein affinity activities. A genetic algorithm (GA) was developed for screening combinative targets with an interaction mode for virtual receptors. GVSPPC succeeds in disposing difficulties in rational QSAR,in order to search for the ligand/receptor interactions on conditions of unknown structures. 11Soil Particle Composition and Its Relationship with Nutrient Contents in a Quercus aquifolioides Forest at Different Altitudinal Gradient显示文摘The current research focuses on soil particle separate and total organic carbon and nitrogen in Quercus aquifolioides forest in Balangshan,Wolong Natural Reserve,Sichuan,and their correlation at tree altitudinal gradient.The result shows that:The soil particle separate of Q. quifolioides forest is mainly of silts,and the soil texture is medium textured soils;The contents of soil total organic carbon content and nitrogen content in 0-15 cm layer are higher than that in 15-30 cm layer in different attitude gradients;the total organic carbon content in the topsoil shows a low-high-low tendency at different altitudinal gradients,whereas that of the subsoil shows a growing tendency;The C/N ratio of Q.aquifolioides forest is relatively small,with an average of 12.77;The correlation analysis between the soil total organic carbon and nitrogen content and soil particle separate respectively tells us:contents of soil organic carbon is very significantly positively correlated with total nitrogen in the two soil layers(P<0.01) at 3 549 m,no correlation at 2 551 m;the contents of total organic carbon and nitrogen are very significantly positively respective respectively with coarse silt content in 0-15 cm and 15-30 cm soil layers(P<0.05),but negatively with clay in different layers(P<0.05) in 0-15 cm soil layer at 3 549 m,significantly positively(P<0.05) and very significantly positively correlated(P<0.01) respectively with coarse silt content in different soil layers at 3 091 m,very significantly and significantly positively correlated respectively with fine sand content in different soil layers at 2 551 m,but negatively with fine silt content in 15-30 cm soil layer.Finally,in this paper the results presented that relationships among soil particle separate and total organic carbon and nitrogen content are quite complications in Q.aquifolioides forest at different altitudinal gradient.Hu Zongda Liu Shirong Shi Zuomin Liu Xingliang He Fei 2012Chinese Forestry Science and Technology2012,11,3:0

13Small molecule donors with different conjugated π linking bridges: Synthesis and photovoltaic properties显示文摘Three small molecule(SM)donors,namely B-T-CN,B-TT-CN and B-DTT-CN,with differentπconjugated bridges were synthesized in this research.Interestingly,with the conjugated fused rings of theπlinking bridge increasing,the SM HOMO levels exhibit a decline tendency with–5.27 eV for B-T-CN,–5.31 eV for B-TT-CN and–5.40 eV for B-DTT-CN.After blending the SM donors with the fullerene acceptor PC71BM,the all SM organic solar cells(OSCs)achieved high Vocs of 0.90 to 0.96 V.However,the phase separation morphology and molecule stacking are also unexpectedly changed together with the enhancement of conjugated degree ofπbridges,resulting in a lower power conversion efficiency(PCE)for the B-DTT-CN:PC71BM device.Our results demonstrate and provide a useful way to enhance OSC Voc and the morphology needs to be further optimized.Xiyue Dong Dingqin Hu Pengyu Chen Xuexin Dai Chao Hu Zeyun Xiao Shirong Lu 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,12:0
14Recognition for avian influenza virus proteins based on support vector machine and linear discriminant analysis显示文摘Total 200 properties related to structural characteristics were employed to represent structures of 400 HA coded proteins of influenza virus as training samples. Some recognition models for HA proteins of avian influenza virus (AIV) were developed using support vector machine (SVM) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA). The results obtained from LDA are as follows: the identification accuracy (Ria) for training samples is 99.8% and Ria by leave one out cross validation is 99.5%. Both Ria of 99.8% for training samples and Ria of 99.3% by leave one out cross validation are obtained using SVM model, respectively. External 200 HA proteins of influenza virus were used to validate the external predictive power of the resulting model. 15Modulating p-type doping of two-dimensional material palladium diselenide显示文摘The van der Waals heterostructures have evolved as novel materials for complementing the Si-based semiconductor technologies.Group-10 noble metal dichalcogenides(e.g.,PtS_(2),PtSe_(2),PdS_(2),and PdSe_(2))have been listed into two-dimensional(2D)materials toolkit to assemble van der Waals heterostructures.Among them,PdSe_(2) demonstrates advantages of high stability in air,high mobility,and wide tunable bandgap.However,the regulation of p-type doping of PdSe_(2) remains unsolved problem prior to fabricating p–n junction as a fundamental platform of semiconductor physics.Besides,a quantitative method for the controllable doping of PdSe_(2) is yet to be reported.In this study,the doping level of PdSe_(2) was correlated with the concentration of Lewis acids,for example,SnCl_(4),used for soaking.Considering the transfer characteristics,the threshold voltage(the gate voltage corresponding to the minimum drain current)increased after SnCl_(4) soaking treatment.PdSe_(2) transistors were soaked in SnCl_(4) solutions with five different concentrations.The threshold voltages from the as-obtained transfer curves were extracted for linear fitting to the threshold voltage versus doping concentration correlation equation.This study provides in-depth insights into the controllable p-type doping of PdSe_(2).It may also push forward the research of the regulation of conductivity behaviors of 2D materials.Jiali Yang Yu Liu En-Yang Wang Jinbo Pang Shirong Huang Thomas Gemming Jinshun Bi Alicja Bachmatiuk Hao Jia Shu-Xian Hu Chongyun Jiang Hong Liu Gianaurelio Cuniberti Weijia Zhou Mark H Rümmeli 2024Nano Research2024,17,4:0
